Really really really really really bad service the guy is very disrespectfull and he even doesn't know how to talk because too many customers got dissappointed not only me

I won't even give one star to them really bad service the guy didn't even put my order on really disrespectful I have been waiting for ages for my delivery to come but it never came waste of time and really disrespectful

Ordered chicken Sheesh kebabs. What we got was lamb koftas. I called to tell them they'd made a mistake , they told me they hadn't and that we sent chicken Sheesh. We definitely were not.

On various occasions... Staff shouting and threatening each other and drivers. Pizza dough bad/not cooked well but the topping burnt. Asked for a sauce on some chips, whilst pointing to it, and repeatedly asking for it. The guy is nodding but doesn't put the sauce on, I gave up. Tbh never had a good experience there, not going again, everything is greasy and they use bare hands to touch everything. I only went back again as it's in a convenient location for me.

I have tried chicken burgers & chicken donner, I can give 1/5 , don’t recommend at all , fries filled with full off oil

Waited too long for the order. Customer service zero. People were waiting to give order but the person who responsible to take the order was busy with his phone until his colleague arrived and told him to take the order. I found they are unprofessional and they don't care about their customers satisfaction. I will never go there again.

Literally gave inedible and uncooked food. When i called to complain and show pictures of what they sent me, offered refund but never sent it 😒 Oh yeah, order was an hour late too!

Food was lovely, but the order was 35 mins late. not great comms from the restaurant as I asked for an update at 20 mins late and didn't get one until I rang another 10 mins later. Driver was apologetic though!

Worst kebab if had in a very long time delivery driver just threw kebab at the floor and ran off the. The chicken was just slimy fat and grease was pouring out the tray

Was ok, I don’t like the cardboard box the meat n chip comes in tho, the box gives off a smell, had to take it out n put it on a plate

Best service then other resturants in banbury, recommend this then any other fast food in banbury

i ordered just after opening for delivery, and said possible delivery time was between 12:25 and 12:45 and yet to see anything, the order also states delivered but as said before yet to see anything

was delivered the completely different burger than was ordered, called to discuss. man on phone proceeded to tell me ‘that’s how it’s made now’ yet this was not clear on menu at all. ordered Nashville burger containing hashbrown, buttermilk chicken burger and burger sauce. received a spicy chicken burger, with jalapeños. I have ordered this before and it was great but if this is ‘how it comes’ they need to change the description as this is FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!

Had mixed kebab with naan and fries, arrived late , cold , naan rock hard, very disappointed

I order a grill burger and after googling assumed this was a beef burger, I didn’t choose sauce or salad however what we received was a chicken burger with lettuce and mayonnaise! We had a very disappointed teenager tonight!!

Food was good.. ordered jalapeño topping and turned up with gherkins instead.. rang them up eventually got through and they said jalapeños were out of stock.. future reference try contacting customer to ask what replacement topping as I despise gherkins and also was covered in the seeds that come in the jar with them so tainted the taste over half of it ..

Shish kebab was order but we got kofta so not best pleased, cheese chill bites where very cold, cheesey chips were also very cold too, not very happy at all

Kebab tastes like it was cooked the day before was really dry taste and the same with the chips were very dry.

Was suprised how good this was! Best takeaway I’ve had in ages. The food was unreal. Only annoying thing was the hash brown was missing from the burger but other than that it was great. Will defo order again.

I ordered a pineapple and ham pizza that came with no pineapples pieces and also ordered two chicken wraps that we had asked for sauces and they were dry without any ketchup or mayonnaise as we asked for. Furthermore I ordered a Nutella wrap wiht strawberries and it came without any strawberries and it was very dry.

Dougnut made me wait 10 mins for a bloody cake only to grab it out the freezer and try give it me frozen😂

food was delicious and fresh, the only think was they forget to send my samosa wich was included in the starter, but so far for a first time order l,I was happy with the amount of food for the price, I will order again definitely 😀

Food order was late. Restaurant called to say Keema Naan was not available. I asked for garlic naan and it was plain. Lamb curry full of bones! However very tasty and a lovely level of spice. Not the best delivery time or service but food is always good. Maybe a bad night for them?

The chicken had strange test and smell . Smells bit old and over hold I wanted to mix kebab I asked To put the salad, separate Didn’t you put the salad with it I wasn’t happy with the meal please please make sure your stuff read the common sense the notes we put .

The person who picked up my call is asking me questions, he is not letting me answer, even if I try to answer, he is talking alternately that it is not that, this is not, he is not even listening to what I am saying, finally he cut the call, he is a big problem, please stop him, otherwise your business will lose The way he behaves with customers is totally wrong, please take a action to him

Kebab meat and chips were good but large Donna was really small and should of been in a naan not a pitta but overall good

Very disappointed, poor meat quality and cold because it was late. The salad wasn’t fresh either. Waste of money

Taking orders and not even open. Had to call to find out that they are not delivering till 1pm and food should arrive by 12.50...

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this really wasn't good. The chicken tikka masala was so packed full of coconut, it was like eating a dessert. Really unpleasant. I guess I've learnt a lesson here...don't order curry from a kebab shop!

The app said the food was ready. When I went to collect the Pizza wasn’t ready. My wrap was on the side for 15 minutes before my Pizza was ready. So I asked them to make it again and then they were very rude. Will not order from here again.

Chicken wings and chicken strips were cold dry and over cooked. We ordered a lamb rasher burger and they gave us lamb doner instead. Would NOT recommend. Everything was a sloppy mess!!!

Went into the shop on a Tuesday evening ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 slices of cake. Waited 20 minutes to be given it and then to get home and find the lids of the milkshakes upside down in the top ? I rang them to find out why the lids were upside down inside the milkshake and the person I spoke to said that’s how they seal properly in transport? The cake had been shoved into the box and half of it was on top of the box lid. Worst place in banbury Then said that was it and hung up.

Food came stone cold, The lamb tasted very off and oddly spicy, the chicken was burnt solid, the cheese felt like plastic and to top off this nightmare the delivery driver decided he couldn't be bothered to get out of his car and lied about the buzzer not working. which I immediately tested and it was intact in good working order top job guys 👍

Sadly, the order was incorrect (didn't get the fries) and it was pretty cold. I think it would've been ok if it was hot. I understand we're a fair way out and I do appreciate the delivery, but I have had hot food delivered before from other places. Perhaps some further consideration could be made to ensure food stays hot during delivery?

Requested bbq sauce no salad in the burger and I had delivered mayonnaise and salad, I also asked for no sauce and jalapeños on the mixed fries and received sauce
