Great service , quite later on in the evening, and even better the server was a rocker like us 🤣 5stars.

Tiny pizza for £17 really, and it was utterly rubbish, never eat a pizza hut again utterly rubbish

over 15min late. and still NOT delivered Quality will be rubbish

Glasgow City Centre has become dirty and dismal and this restaurant reflects that exactly. We had to request clean cutlery and the first dish selected for a salad was not clean. We were greeted by a rather mean and unfriendly looking waitress who eventually served us with an overcooked pizza. It is extremely unlikely that we will return to repeat an unpleasant experience.

Ordered cookie dough ice cream and received chocolate brownie ice cream. Very disappointing from Pizza Hut.

Cheap ingredients the beef was very poor

Used to be good has changed hands and recipe wouldn't go back

Stopped by this take-out location on my way to my hotel. Did not take them long to make my pizza. Tasted just like Pizza Hut in the USA - very good quality and good value - would recommend.

Used to go here during my uni days. Nice wee shop and now started selling individual slices which is a neat idea. Staff are really nice. If any mistakes are made with orders, they're really kind and help you out.

Ordered on the pizza hut website for collection. Ordered a medium custom 4 topping pizza with a bbq base and it was made perfectly and ready to collect in about 20 minutes and only cost a tenner. The online updates were very helpful and once I arrived I was given my pizza straight away.

Pick up from here all the time and are usually pretty quick (around 20 min). Would recommend the 16 inch new yorker

We ordered 35 pizzas for a work event. They were delivered bang on time, piping hot, delivery driver was really helpful and they provided a bunch of free dips! Can't fault the service for such a large order and would highly recommend anyone doing similar.

Good food, fast delivery. Forgot all the dips though, so annoying when places can’t pack your orders correctly.

It's an ok place. They take too much time to finish your order. Slow service I have ordered from the restaurant face to face. Sometimes the staff doesn't know what the customer is asking for Overall ok experience

Worst delivery experience of my entire life. Took over 2 hours to get a Pizza to my door when the drive is less than 15 minutes. Total, total, joke.

Pizza hut at George street Glasgow is always spot on with my order. Pizza is piping hot on collection. Pizza hut's Pan Pizza is just the best. love it.

Undercooked and absolutely disgusting wouldn’t recommend also owners/managers liars bend the truth to protect their narrative, even dog wouldn’t touch it protected by Pizza Hut head office can serve inedible food to people and hide behind them can’t make a pizza that’s fit for consumption. This is me being polite if I truely said what I wanted wouldn’t be published this is how bad these crooks are

greasy pizza, sauce tasted so bad, cheese had the texture of chewing gum wont be ordering again

They offer great value lunches: for £4.99 you will get a pizza and a drink. The pizza is amazing and I have purchased many times. BTW card only.

Pizza at cheap prices. This is a delivery outlet, and hence you can only take away the pizza. Ensure you ask about available deals.

Ordered a collection for a pan pizza. Come home to see its a thin base which is ok mistakes can happen, but its raw. When i phone them the manager said that is how the classic crust is! And they never had any pan bases left. Why am I been able to put an order for a pan base if there is no pan base left. And when i put the order through the common courtesy would have been to phone me and inform me about the situation.

Worst pizza from Here uncooked cold. Ordered a pan but got handed a new thin crust. They never had any pan bases, well phone me to tell me or atleast tell me when i am In the shop.

Isa from this store is the nicest. Customer service experience on point. Lovely woman she helped me out when the deliver driver took my Oder and didn’t Deliver it, 40 mins after I had placed and delivered the order on Uber eats. She helped me out and told me how to go about getting a refund back also.

Just picked up 6.99 large pizza collection deal went for half meat feast half chicken sizzla, who ever the chef is spot on, perfectly cooked and plenty of toppings 👌 😘

Staff are always so lovely and friendly! Honestly always a smiling face whenever I go in! Been really handy having this close by just now especially with the deals on!

Over the last few years, I've come to rely on this particular Pizza Hut for consistently delivering quality food, reasonably priced and within a short time frame. Tonight though, the staff outdid themselves with what I could only describe as the most aesthetically pleasing looking food I've seen in years. A perfect pizza. There would be pictures, but when the box was opened, it was the very last thing on our minds. We saw it, smelled it and devoured it. Outstanding food, service and staff. Highly recommended.

Hi folks TRIED TO ORDER THROUGH JUST EAT but within minutes my order was cancelled, So I called to ask why and was told if they are busy and lots deliveries then they STOP JUST EAT DELIVERY c'mon PIZZA HUT this is just so poor.

Placed an order for collection, went to collect my order, looked through the window 2 staff at the counter, open the door and walk in, they walk away to the back kitchen completely ignoring me. So I wait and wait, still ignored and as you can see into the preparation area they obviously can see there's someone at the counter. One staff member comes to the counter but wait he rummages under the counter for something and then the manager sees me and he gestures to the guy at the counter to serve me and eventually I get my order, patience is a virtue but so is not completely ignoring a customer. Seems basic customer service is sadly lacking at this Pizza hut

dont wast your time, order placed at 16:20, called at 17:45 and was told we shut the door on the driver. The order was paid for!?! the second time this has happened and its blatant lies. STAY AWAY!

Ordered £30 worth of food as preparing to watch a movie. As said movie ended still no sign of delivery. When it came food was cold dips were not with order and the nachos had virtually no cheese on them. Pizzas fell to bits when picked up. A total waste. Will not be using Pizza Hut again. Never had a problem like this at dominoes!!

Got a flyer for freshers week collected an awesome Classic Crust Pizza and joined a student club for cool offers, it was busy and took just 7 min for my pizza to be made, staff were friendly and polite, next time i will tap the app and collect after my last lecture.

Ordered a delivery, came within 15 mins! Staff were all lovely, including delivery driver. Only downfall was the pizza, a bit doughy and wet. I love pizza and this was my first Pizza Hut but I don't think I'll be back. Service was great but the pizza lets them down.
