On 10-09-24 I ordered two pizzas at 17:07 and now 18:45 I m in the Pizza Hut Blackheath rowley Regis .The guy said the driver is in front of your door .i called home to check no one there I asked for refund they said will be done online .Seems not bothered.Just a humble request to everyone don’t use this branch.They offered me online refund within 4 days will let everyone know if I get the refund.

Burnt and chewy pizza. I tried to phone multiple times but staff either put the call on hold and hung up or didn't answer. Would advise people use a different pizza hut unless they want jaw ache

First time trying a pizza hut was very impressed with the quality of the food compared to our local pizza shop very tasty and nothing wasted 😋

The Blackheath Pizza Hut is purely takeout with no dine-in facility, however spur of the moment decision to order a pizza after a day out, eventually deciding on x2 Big New Yorkers & x2 Hot Honey BBQ Chicken Wings. My order was taken professionally and attentively and told that it'll be ready in approximately 10-15mins. On my return I was served by Anita who was exemplary in her approach and even included additional items which was greatly appreciated. Whilst there I noted that the phone was constantly either ringing or someone promptly answering to take orders as extremely busy. It was evident that they're constantly taking orders and delivering to customers yet appear to be doing a fantastic job considering the limited amount of staff I witnessed present. Yet again massive thanks Anita :)

These 5 stars are for the Manager MISS ANITA of blackheath pizzahut because of her dealing they way she handles everything. Her dealing with customers are also appreciated. Food has always served hot under her management. Her management skills for this business is productive. She leaves no stone unturned to make the customer satisfy. Her hardwork towards her job depicts everything on its own. Words will become short if I mention more. Once again big thanks to the Manager MISS ANITA. Shift manager Foz is very helpful and positive attitude he has for everyone, he always put contribution for the upliftment of pizza hut.

Dont accept cash. Those pieces of plastic paper with the queens head stamped on are to difficult for pizza hut to deal with. What a joke and look that's a £20 order lost, imagine how many orders u lose a night every night. Crazy good luck but wont be using again.

It was one of those nights where I didn't want to cook so my son chose Pizza Hut for dinner. I was impressed. Food arrived quickly and was still hot. Was tasty too. We ordered a pizza, a melt, and 2 sides which were all enjoyable. The driver was absolutely lovely too.

The driver arrived at 19:12 not impressed with the service from the restaurant as the person I spoke to was rude to me to saying it will be delivered as soon as it’s made. never ordering from there again. I ordered the food at 17:15 should have been delivered between 17:55 and 18:15 almost 1 half later.

app said one time and it just turned up and when started to ear the pizza it's full of grease and then app goes off to say delivery is on it'd way when it had been delivered nearly hour before. very disappointing regarding pizza.

I was late for my collection order, shop had closed, but the guys went above and beyond to make sure I got my pizza. Not going to go into details, but they made sure I got it. The pizza was tasty af. Beyond pizza, pan large. I know where I'm getting my next pizza from.

Half the order missing, made the mistake of letting them redeliver the rest on the understanding it would be here in 15 minutes. Couldn't even manage that.

Don’t waste your money with the branch no customer service and not willing to change the order even though they got it wrong.

Do not use this place. Placed order online recieved confirmation and payment taken. 20 minutes after eta tried contacting shop after finally getting some one to answer, they stated they had not recieved my order and said I would have to re order and pay again. If I want a refund I have to contact customer services.that in its self us a battle

Horrendous knowledge of allergies. Attendant said all toppings are gluten free which I cannot believe and that they don't have anything vegan at all. I asked if they have vegan cheese, because we we dairy intolerant and he said.. "a pizza without cheese?" I tried to explain that some people have allergies and he hung up on me. Ordered via website and even though the correct order came back on the email it somehow it gets lost in translation between there and the shop and some of the topping got mixed up. Phoned the shop who blamed it on the website as the receipt had the same toppings as the pizza. They arranged a replacement but when the driver turned up to deliver it had to have a argument with him just so he could show me they got it right this time. Customer service is not the strongest to say the least as per the other reviews.

I used to order from any pizza place, but since i ordered from pizza hut in blackheath i havent ordered anywhere else. tonight i realised when phoning them i had ordered the wrong pizza, they were so helpful in letting me know what had happened, and how they were cooked differently. they sorted my issues for me and i enjoyed my pizza. thank you guys so much. my go to pizza place.

They were absolutely terrible, they gave us a pizza with no cheese on it, who does that? Just weird

would give it no stars if that was an option. rang three times because it was cold and the chicken tasted like washing up liquid and they tried to say we didnt ring, despite sending him proof of call logs. refused to refund and gave me food poisoning. rudest manager iv ever spoken to and will never return there. i had to go through trading standards and he told me on the phone if i hadnt of gone through trading standards then he would of "considered" refunding me, absolute liar. vile man aswell. am now waiting for a refund through the head office.

We've always had lovely food from here. The staff are friendly and always provide me with the information I need to order exactly what we want. Always willing to tell us the deals on offer.

First off I just want to say this establishment deserves 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give it 1 to be able to post this. I phoned for my order to which I spoke to what can only be described as an angry baboon. Barking his replies into the phone with about as much manners as a fart in a lift. Clearly he needed to clean his ear holes out because they must be clogged with cement as my order arrived completely wrong. I felt like I had to get my scraper and de ice out for the side dishes as my windscreen was warmer at 5 this morning. I wouldn't have minded but I paid the equivalent to a family car for the grub I ordered. I phoned to get my order swapped to which the aggressive baboon on the other end of the phone was at first reluctant, huffing and puffing that it must have been my fault? After a puff on his inhaler he agreed to send me the correct order. An hour later the correct order arrived to which I needed CBT to cope with the trauma. I lifted my first slice out of the box to reveal a colony of pubic hairs doing the Macarena across my pizza. And as for the pizzas presentation- I've seen neater aisles in TKMAX during the January sale. It literally looked like someone had regurgitated their moms cheeseboard onto a white frisbee because let me tell you that base was raw! Giving up with this I tried the cookie dough dessert which made me question my faith in humanity. With the same width as an average digestive biscuit this menacing blackened dessert resembled a hockey puck. I've honestly experienced more pleasant house raids. Food was shocking service was abominable and my pockets and gut are empty. Think twice about ordering from here kids stick to dominoes if you want to survive the night.

Last 2 pizzas haven't been too bad, last night's was appalling, virtually no toppings even with extra on. Probably use a different supplier now.

Popped in here to order a 4 slice pizza which was far from decent and to top it all off the guy who served us could win an award for the 2018 most miserable person in Blackheath.

Absolutely dreadful, flavourless pizza. Numerous times I've ordered from this place for friends and family, and I feel embarrassed giving them this pizza. Every single time I order I ask for the pizza to very cheesy, if required add extra cheese, I'll happily pay extra to ensure the pizza is of my liking. But everytime I receive the pizza, not only is there not extra cheese as I requested, there are always a few slices that have next to no cheese on. When speaking to the manager he basically tried a number of excuses as to why the pizza had next to no cheese on, blah blah etc. At one point during the conversation the manager I quote said " you know what workers are like, they don't work". 😑😑 What an absolute load of bollocks. Get a grip and have some pride in what you do. To summarise my review: Blackheath Pizza Hut is run by a abundance of under devoleped incompetent idiots. Please dear public do not waste you hard earned money at this horrific establishment.

As with most Pizza Hut's, the takeaway offering is nowhere near the standard of eating in. Totally overpriced and flavourless pizza.
