Their food (pizza) quality is good. However, the delivery often takes more than 1 hour.

I placed on online order but made a mistake on size of one of the pizzas. I called and spoke to a lovely helpful lady who sorted it for me immediately. When my delivery came (on time) the extra pizza was included for free ! Great, friendly and efficient service and was really appreciated by the birthday girl who now gets to have leftovers today also.

Ordered 2 pizzas, estimated time was 30/35 minutes , arrived after an hour. Selected both WITH garlic crust and neither had it on, crust almost felt stale as was super chewy and selected garlic and herb dip with the hot honey chicken strips, (which were very soggy) and was sent sour cream. Usually spot on but very disappointed with tonight's order

Great service, phoned in a order as have very fussy children who all like there pizzas differently, the lady I spoke to on the phone was really understanding and helped me with my unusual order. Turned up in a very quick time and the delivery driver was really friendly too and nothing was missing. Highly recommended from me and my kids.

Ordered two pizzas at 19.45. Never received them. Rang numerous times. Have screenshots to prove the whole thing. Ordered a domino's at 20.30 and it arrived at 20.50. Comparison is night and day.

Pizza arrived quickly, however the food was totally appalling. My veggie sizzler pizza had no spice at all-the base was wrong, the pizza dough soggy and it had no flavour at all. Potato wedges were hard and the garlic bread was slices of soggy baguette with no flavour. Total waste Of £40

Can’t even rate the food because it hasn’t turnt up after 2 hours, they must employ some right gormless idiots how hard is it to pick up a phone been ringing non stop for a hour, no wonder there working in Pizza Hut absolute shambles if you can’t succeed working in Pizza Hut just give up in life

Order arrived an hour after the 'estimate' provided. Tracker isn't updated, unless it took an hour and 30 to cook the pizza. Nothing thrown in for the delay either, and the hunger has now passed!

According to the app my pizza was baking for 30 minutes. It’s now been ‘being packed’ for 25 minutes. Its 35 minutes late. Im expecting it to be very well cooked and very well packaged when/if it finally arrives. Tried calling. They have just hung up on me every time.

Went to collect our order but it wasn't ready and had to wait about 10 - 15 minutes. When it was ready one of our pizzas felt warm and not hot. Also it seemed like only 1 person was working and the rest were just standing around doing not much

This has gone so down hill! Waited nearly an hour and a half for delivery on a Thursday night. Tried calling Pizza Hut 23 times to chase and not once did they answer! Prices have gone up, service has gone down hill. Never again

Unbelievable customer service, called by the driver saying they cant find my address. No idea how not. Called up the store and was accused of shouting and getting angry which was completely untrue and the guy put the phone down on me, called a second time and he didn't it again. Called a 3rd time to be told they aren't able to deliver it as they have no drivers and can't give me a refund and told to send an email. Utterly shocking pizza hut and thieves and scammers unbelievable AVOID at all costs

Ordered 3 pizzas at 8.57pm. 30-40 minutes was the estimated time. At 9.30pm it said it was being packed for delivery. At 10pm I called and he said it was in the oven. Waited 30 minutes. Called at 10.30pm and he said it was in the oven again. Turned up around 11:15pm. Tried to have this rectified by speaking to 'Afran' from customer services and he couldn't seem any less interested. Will never order from here again. £50 for 3 pizzas that took over 2 hours to arrive after constant lies from the store/app. Cheers

3 stars is being kind. The lady who received my order through just eat had issues with Wi-Fi so my order didn't confirm for 15 minutes which isn't a problem one bit I just wanted to point out the good as well as the bad, she was very understanding and polite. when the food arrived I was left very disappointed, the delivery guy set the tone with his awful people skills, the pizza was underdone as well as the wedges (which are always underdone tbh) and to top it off they forgot my standard garlic dip and my added extra one, which then led to me having to go out to get garlic dip from Tesco whilst cooking my meal in the oven. I am not from Italy but I'm pretty sure you guys need to leave your products in the oven longer. Very poor from you guys at pizza hut lol.

Ordered a pizza and sides for my birthday. Delivered within a timely manner. Food was warm but could of been a little warmer - however this could of been due to my location from where I ordered (around 4 miles)

Order took an hour to arrive. Luckily pizza was hot. Gave an extra star as was compensated for the delay with a drink. No one should have to wait an hour for a pizza though. Poorly organised by the sounds of things.

This is a feedback collected throughout last 18 months. The only good thing is that they will deliver at some point. Pizza overcooked, scant ingredients and of questionable freshness. Peppers smelled a little suspicious every time with solo order, 90% of my orders tasted like average kebab pizza. Interestingly, quality of your order seem to increase with money spent. There are better choices is Weston.

Absolutely terrible….. i dont know where to start it was so sloppy you couldn’t pick up a slice of pizza without ALL of the toppings falling of .. terrible service… in the order update emails they were calling me cheezy and this isn’t the first time this has happened not very happy

Easy to order online and ready to pick up in 15mins

50 minutes late with no updates on the app. Burnt stuffed crust ruined with zero taste. app wouldn't let me take off red onions from toppings. Throwing my money away would have brought me more pleasure than this pizza did and I'm not even fussy about my food

I really have to thank Pizza Hut here. I made the mistake of ordering and forgetting an item. I immediately noticed my mistake and contacted the store to possibly get the order amended or cancelled. The store were extremely helpful and the manager added the item at no extra charge. Excellent customer service. Thanks to the woman on the phone and the manager for helping me out. Great £5 deals as well.

I would give zero stars if it was possible. Recent pizzas include half and half , with one half cooked the other uncooked. Waiting over 40 mins past the allowed waiting time , talking to staff who really do not care and when you get to the manager it’s the same not a singe f**k given. A real shame as Pizza Hut pizza is really good in Store !

Order placed turned up in good time delivery driver refused to deliver to the door checked terms and conditions no reason not to deliver to door number told we were unable to come down and leave accomadation due to leaving newborn and children unattended driver had appauling attitude called up the store unable to take complaint help or process refund head office called to complain and Dominos ordered instead safe to say we will Not be using or reccomending pizza hut again in weston 👎👎

Can't place an order on the website

Ordered two half and half pizzas. One is burnt and the cheese is stuck to the poorly assembled box, the other pzza is so oily that it seeped through the box and they "fixed it" by literally sticking a random sheet of cardboard underneath. Wrong toppings and bases. Apparently the ability to read isnt a required skill for the job 🤷‍♀️

They need to keep the website updated to the stock they have, as every time they have sent something that I didn't pay for. from now on me and my partner will use else where

Ordered pizza hut first time from ages, usually we used Dominos (we never had any problems with domino's) we should received our pizza in 35-45min, after over an hour, when I called them I heard that my pizza is in the oven, this is a joke. I cancelled my order and I will never use them again. Happy to use Dominos

Purchased 3 tubs of Ben and Jerry’s, arrived over half an hour late and only one of them turned up. Rang the store and they told me there was no such thing as any delivery time guarantee with is not true. Extremely poor service, won’t ever be using again.

Pizza arrived missing toppings and then couldn't get through to the store to sort it out.

Had pizza delivered today, it was more crust than anything else (classic crust option) the base was hard and chewy, the toppings were ok but as I said before not many due to crust size and the pizza was supposed to be large but was almost a medium with plenty of box space for it to move around in. We ordered after receiving the leaflet through promoting the buffalo chicken which I ordered but was nothing like the picture at all! No sauces with it either, will never order again! Waste of money!

I love pizza hut and went with a friend who ways a gluten free diet which they were able to cater for by cooking the pizza to order rather than us being able to enjoy the lunchtime buffet. Staff were friendly though and pizzas tasted good as always.

Food was delivered reasonably on time Driver pressed buzzer server alert times very impatiently .when the driver handed the food over it didn’t feel right the bottom of the box was extremely soggy.. that soggy the driver finger had punctured the bottom of the box... I took the pizza inside and when I looked closely at the pizza the centre of the pizza was raw.. the pizza had been centrally loaded .. no care. Had been taken into it .. the veg on top was raw and after taking a bite I felt physically sick.. I called. The store and the young man on the phone said he would have the pizza redelivered and he changed the pizza toppings at my request.. he also made excuse to that there was moisture inside of the box and that is why it happened. .. I told him that is was a load of. Rubbish I worked for. Pizza Hut. For many years. And the reason was because the food was not cooked. As. To per yum standards...after an hour Nd 2o minutes from the phone call I received the pizza I took it from the driver and straight away I could tell t here was an issue .. they firstly sent the wrong size pizza. It also was stone cold and when I say cold I mean as if it had been in a fridge .. when the driver is handing me the box it was not in a bag bear in mind the temperature outside is 2’c and one edge of the box is wide open to the elements . I told the driver it’s stone cold I asked him to touch. The pizza to be. Told I’m just a driver I gave him the pizza back and told him to take it back. I called the store and apparently spoke to the mangager.. he told me that he would offer me another pizza but it wouldn’t arrive for anouther 1 hour20 mins.. he told me that other people were waiting and that he had to do there order I explained that I should come before them as the order isnt satisfiedand I ordered over 2 hours ago... he told me he couldn’t do a refund and I had to call a number I said I wasn’t happy with that.. he said well u can always come to store and collect it ... so off I went 25. Ins driver to store and spoke with apparently the area manager .. lady. With a hearing aid in.. she told me that she knew nothing of the compliant and that all she could do is offer a refund I found her to be more interested in how her day has been as the first words to come from her mouth was I’ve had a day from hell... why that is my fault I don’t know ... so we get into the rights and wrongs of what had happened .. no compassion what so ever. wasting my time and fuel I know have to call a number to get my own money back... no apology nothing .... my this point I was extremely frustrated ... the area manager then went on to tell me. That they had no dough and that the fridge had broken down whyyour still serving food with a broken fridge is beyond me ..so I take the number of startto walk out and see that a food inspection has been done and was given a 5 star rating so I called over to the manager and 5 star rating I don’t think so .. as I’m walking through the door I hear the manager shout something so I go back he comes out to the front very ggresivelt and says what did u say... I said I can see have a 5 star rating ... well not for much longer I said.. the inspections are done by a person I have gotten to know over the years and I will be calling him tomorrow to report this business.. for serving raw food and broken fridges... he aggressively said to me well all that. Is on camera and voice recorded.. why he felt the need to say that I don’t know as it is my consumer right. To report any wrongdoings to the local authorities .. I walk away for him to then say sarcastically have a nice day .. in all the staff was rude aggressive and unprofessional in every manner... I then called to asked if I could have the first names of the 2 people I spoke with to be told because of new gdp legislation I was not able to take the names of the people I was making a complaint against ... gdp legislations is data protection not to protect rude and arrogant staff.

We have never had a pizza from here ! But today around 2pm me and my husband were driving on locking road ! When a delivery driver from the pizza hut take away pulled out onto the main road without looking !!! Causing myself to break hard !!! If staff are not worried about the way they are with other people outside of their premises ! What are they like in store ?????

As part of a family gathering we ordered a nice pizza Hut. But what we had was Awful, awful, awful customer service! We waited 45 minutes for a pizza which arrived wrong (that’s fine, we all make mistakes and an accident cannot be helped) We then waited another 45 minutes while another order was prepared and delivered in exchange for our first pizza’s. (We gladly obliged) Upon our second order arriving wrong we wished to return the pizzas and get a refund. The ‘lad’ we encountered on the phone was very rude and began to raise his voice (to which we began recording the conversation)! He refused to refund us, pass us onto a manager or onto any helpline or return/collect the pizzas and instead told us “if you don’t like my attitude, the don’t order!” (All recorded!) We rang again to have him raise his voice and tell us he was “tired of repeating himself” and that we had to have patience?! (To which we had waited for two deliveries of wrong pizza) Believe it or not HE HUNG UP AGAIN! His closing statement being “don’t worry, you’ll get your refund!” After 5 minutes the phone rang with a sheepish gentlemen asking for our card details to begin processing a refund ... they never came back for the pizza either after insisting it was company policy? So instead we had cold pizza (which we thought was being collected) going cold on the side of a busy party. Great Pizza Hut! What was wrong was not the fact that the order arrived wrong (we all make mistakes) but instead the DISGUSTING attitude of the boy who answered the phone and hung up twice knowing he was being recorded! I am so dissapointed in this pizza hut and insist that the man on the phone to us be disciplined and educated in BASIC ettique! It was not our fault the pizza’s arrived wrong TWICE and we were not unreasonable for asking for our money back?

Never answer the phone. Pizza is always late and always undercooked and cold (you know its cold when your 7 year old asks you to warm it up as soon as it got here). Im going to dominos in future iv given pizza hut to many chances and failed everytime. They need new management badly!!!
