Over 2 Hours Late...... Very Poor Customer service, pizza arrived under-cooked and cold. Didn't get an apology for the food being late.... Make me be sick when took a bite wouldn't feed this to my dog. do not go here for pizza go to dominoes instead.

This Pizza Hut is by far the best. Staff are always so polite and helpful. Food is always absolutely delicious.

Called Weston branch yesterday to order pizzas as online could not do half and half choice , the person on the phone took the order quickly and food was delivered in 30 mins, the best pizza I had in a while..🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

Pieter one of the managers and Lauren are very helpful and provide excellent service i enjoyed the pizza and the sides too they were polite and helpful when it came to some allergy advice

When it's right and done right it works but I find I'm always waiting here as they tend to be slow even when pre ordered online really be sure to check your order before you leave as they had no garlic sprinkles last time and apparently it's because a manager forgot to order 🤔 I mean that's a main selling point on your pizzas here right.

If you're very hungry, you should find a different pizza store in Weston as their delivery speed is too slow. You should give 80-100 minutes after ordering!

Their food (pizza) quality is good. However, the delivery often takes more than 1 hour.

Pizza Hut Weston super mare great food, delivery fast and always hot on arrival. Won’t go anywhere else for our pizza! 100% recommend

I placed on online order but made a mistake on size of one of the pizzas. I called and spoke to a lovely helpful lady who sorted it for me immediately. When my delivery came (on time) the extra pizza was included for free ! Great, friendly and efficient service and was really appreciated by the birthday girl who now gets to have leftovers today also.

Ordered 2 pizzas, estimated time was 30/35 minutes , arrived after an hour. Selected both WITH garlic crust and neither had it on, crust almost felt stale as was super chewy and selected garlic and herb dip with the hot honey chicken strips, (which were very soggy) and was sent sour cream. Usually spot on but very disappointed with tonight's order

Great service, phoned in a order as have very fussy children who all like there pizzas differently, the lady I spoke to on the phone was really understanding and helped me with my unusual order. Ordered two pizzas at 19.45. Never received them. Rang numerous times. Have screenshots to prove the whole thing. Ordered a domino's at 20.30 and it arrived at 20.50. Comparison is night and day.

Pizza arrived quickly, however the food was totally appalling. My veggie sizzler pizza had no spice at all-the base was wrong, the pizza dough soggy and it had no flavour at all. Potato wedges were hard and the garlic bread was slices of soggy baguette with no flavour. Total waste Of £40

Order arrived an hour after the 'estimate' provided. Tracker isn't updated, unless it took an hour and 30 to cook the pizza. Nothing thrown in for the delay either, and the hunger has now passed!

According to the app my pizza was baking for 30 minutes. It’s now been ‘being packed’ for 25 minutes. Its 35 minutes late. Im expecting it to be very well cooked and very well packaged when/if it finally arrives. Tried calling. They have just hung up on me every time.

Went to collect our order but it wasn't ready and had to wait about 10 - 15 minutes. When it was ready one of our pizzas felt warm and not hot. Also it seemed like only 1 person was working and the rest were just standing around doing not much

This has gone so down hill! Waited nearly an hour and a half for delivery on a Thursday night. Tried calling Pizza Hut 23 times to chase and not once did they answer! Prices have gone up, service has gone down hill. Never again

Unbelievable customer service, called by the driver saying they cant find my address. No idea how not. Called up the store and was accused of shouting and getting angry which was completely untrue and the guy put the phone down on me, called a second time and he didn't it again. Called a 3rd time to be told they aren't able to deliver it as they have no drivers and can't give me a refund and told to send an email. Utterly shocking pizza hut and thieves and scammers unbelievable AVOID at all costs

Ordered 3 pizzas at 8.57pm. 30-40 minutes was the estimated time. At 9.30pm it said it was being packed for delivery. At 10pm I called and he said it was in the oven. Waited 30 minutes. Called at 10.30pm and he said it was in the oven again. Turned up around 11:15pm. Tried to have this rectified by speaking to 'Afran' from customer services and he couldn't seem any less interested. Will never order from here again. £50 for 3 pizzas that took over 2 hours to arrive after constant lies from the store/app. Cheers

3 stars is being kind. The lady who received my order through just eat had issues with Wi-Fi so my order didn't confirm for 15 minutes which isn't a problem one bit I just wanted to point out the good as well as the bad, she was very understanding and polite. when the food arrived I was left very disappointed, the delivery guy set the tone with his awful people skills, the pizza was underdone as well as the wedges (which are always underdone tbh) and to top it off they forgot my standard garlic dip and my added extra one, which then led to me having to go out to get garlic dip from Tesco whilst cooking my meal in the oven. I am not from Italy but I'm pretty sure you guys need to leave your products in the oven longer. Very poor from you guys at pizza hut lol.

Ordered a pizza and sides for my birthday. Delivered within a timely manner. Food was warm but could of been a little warmer - however this could of been due to my location from where I ordered (around 4 miles)

Order took an hour to arrive. Luckily pizza was hot. Gave an extra star as was compensated for the delay with a drink. No one should have to wait an hour for a pizza though. Poorly organised by the sounds of things.

Order over 2 hours ago has said it had been in the kitchen the whole time tried calling them up multiple times but no answer every time and I am still currently waiting for my food

This is a feedback collected throughout last 18 months. The only good thing is that they will deliver at some point. Pizza overcooked, scant ingredients and of questionable freshness. Peppers smelled a little suspicious every time with solo order, 90% of my orders tasted like average kebab pizza. Interestingly, quality of your order seem to increase with money spent. There are better choices is Weston.

Absolutely terrible….. i dont know where to start it was so sloppy you couldn’t pick up a slice of pizza without ALL of the toppings falling of .. terrible service… in the order update emails they were calling me cheezy and this isn’t the first time this has happened not very happy

Ordered 2 pizzas one was okay the other one was burnt rock hard and there was barly any toppings it's a meat feast! I ve seen more meat on my daughter's sparrow ankles!!! Not happy at all

Easy to order online and ready to pick up in 15mins

50 minutes late with no updates on the app. Burnt stuffed crust ruined with zero taste. app wouldn't let me take off red onions from toppings. Throwing my money away would have brought me more pleasure than this pizza did and I'm not even fussy about my food

I really have to thank Pizza Hut here. I made the mistake of ordering and forgetting an item. I immediately noticed my mistake and contacted the store to possibly get the order amended or cancelled. The store were extremely helpful and the manager added the item at no extra charge. Excellent customer service. Thanks to the woman on the phone and the manager for helping me out. Great £5 deals as well.

I would give zero stars if it was possible. Recent pizzas include half and half , with one half cooked the other uncooked. Waiting over 40 mins past the allowed waiting time , talking to staff who really do not care and when you get to the manager it’s the same not a singe f**k given. A real shame as Pizza Hut pizza is really good in Store !

Order placed turned up in good time delivery driver refused to deliver to the door checked terms and conditions no reason not to deliver to door number told we were unable to come down and leave accomadation due to leaving newborn and children unattended driver had appauling attitude called up the store unable to take complaint help or process refund head office called to complain and Dominos ordered instead safe to say we will Not be using or reccomending pizza hut again in weston 👎👎

Can't place an order on the website

Ordered two half and half pizzas. One is burnt and the cheese is stuck to the poorly assembled box, the other pzza is so oily that it seeped through the box and they "fixed it" by literally sticking a random sheet of cardboard underneath. Wrong toppings and bases. Apparently the ability to read isnt a required skill for the job 🤷‍♀️

They need to keep the website updated to the stock they have, as every time they have sent something that I didn't pay for. from now on me and my partner will use else where

Ordered pizza hut first time from ages, usually we used Dominos (we never had any problems with domino's) we should received our pizza in 35-45min, after over an hour, when I called them I heard that my pizza is in the oven, this is a joke. I cancelled my order and I will never use them again. Happy to use Dominos

Purchased 3 tubs of Ben and Jerry’s, arrived over half an hour late and only one of them turned up. Rang the store and they told me there was no such thing as any delivery time guarantee with is not true. Extremely poor service, won’t ever be using again.

Pizza hut a pizza hut not fried chicken but a pizza hut

Pizza arrived missing toppings and then couldn't get through to the store to sort it out.

Had pizza delivered today, it was more crust than anything else (classic crust option) the base was hard and chewy, the toppings were ok but as I said before not many due to crust size and the pizza was supposed to be large but was almost a medium with plenty of box space for it to move around in. We ordered after receiving the leaflet through promoting the buffalo chicken which I ordered but was nothing like the picture at all! No sauces with it either, will never order again! Waste of money!
