Fish and curry sauce were nice but chips were awful. Looked and tasted like they had been reheated.

Delivery was great… However, the garlic bread pizza was burnt to a crisp, “cheesecake” which was actually gateaux was frozen solid.. and they forgot our 1.5L bottle of Fanta.. it’s a shame as most of our orders from here have been faultless..

I couldn't even eat it because was over fried and smells not nice at all ( old fish) I give it to one homeless cat and even she didn't want to eat it. very disappointed of this service I call them and tell them about the situation and they tell me that they will send me new one but they didn't

If I could rate 0 stars I honestly would: so so so rude served everyone behind me ahead of me because I asked them about an allergen and they said they were too busy to check despite having 3 signs in the restaurant stating if you have an allergen please ask a staff member. When asked about an allergen I was told they can only tell me between 4-10pm. This is why you never cheat on your kebab place and always go to sultans.

I use to order from here all the time but never again it’s gone right down hill.Chips burnt to a crisp went in the bin.Burgers ,fish,chicken burger,garlic bread pizza,nuggets all burnt.The salad was ok

The only place in the area I will order burgers or wraps from. The burgers are SO tasty and moist and the chicken wraps are honestly to-die-for...make sure you add fried onion. REALLY good value for money too.

Didn’t get cheese in my burger….well pretty sure I didn’t haha I’ll get over it. Everything was hot n tasty regardless of that and was ready to collect pretty quick and staff were nice n polite as usual.

Ordered 4pm for 5pm delivery, updated at 5pm to say food was on the way, it arrived almost an hour later, I called the restaurant who told me it would be 5 mins, 15 mins later it arrived stone cold and soggy. Will not be ordering again!

Ordered from these guys on Uber Eats and they cancelled my order telling Uber we had cancelled so we can't get a refund. They basically stole £17 from us, disgusting.

As always food was piping hot and well cooked and tasted delicious, only one little thing if you could add fried onions option on the meal deal burgers then it would be amazing 😊

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten from here but wasn’t disappointed always top notch hot, tasty good portion size. Was ready to be collected in good time and all still piping hot when I got home, staff friendly too, will be using again soon :)

Fresh salad in burger, kebab meat was mostly good although a couple of bits seemed a bit hard. Roll was a little toasted, however least we had 2 bun lids- last time I ordered they forgot to put tops on buns!! Good price foe burgers compared to the chips.

Very small portion, the wrap was the size of a cigar. Very tasty but nit worth the money, I won't order again I'm afraid, I spent £25 for me and my partner and still hungry afterwards.

Half of the chips were brown and over cooked, didn’t taste nice. The order smelt of gone off fish which was unsettling. Mushy peas weren’t mushy, they were just whole dry peas… not very impressed

Chips were like bullets and inedible. Burgers were just ok. All was very greasy. Usually order from here and normally good, so I write a good review. This review however will not reflex that on this occasion. Very disappointing this time around.

chips were so brown and oily they were disgusting. The meal deal was supposed to contain 2 large fish- but they are small at best! Battered sausages were also brown and oily. Drinks weren’t sent with meal as “out of stock” - but you don’t get a choice of drinks so they could have sent anything. complained to just eat as it all went in the bin and we ordered a McDs instead! NEVER AGAIN will we order from what we thought was a new restaurant.

Unfortunately not a good experience besides the reviews i looked at. Food was cold when arrived, one cod was large, the other one seemed like a small, although i ordered two large. Big difference in size between them. Bones in both cods. Said food was out for delivery, then arrived 30 minutes later

Food missing from order, contacted restaurant who sent out replacement but took over 1 hour to come. Other food was cold when replacement arrived. Very disappointed, asked for a refund but was declined, only option was to have missing food sent out.

Food was delivered on time. But everything was freezing cold. We had to reheat everything. The curry sauce and gravy was like gloop couldn't eat either of them. The mushy peas was more like peas in water Reheated chips. Will not be going back.

Food was luke warm. Wasn't good or fun, and I had hoped it would have been better. The cheese cake was fine though, so they are good at low temperature food.

Food was cold, lamb shish was small and very chewy, the Donner was salty and the worst I’ve every had, pitta bread was uncooked and tasted awful. Never ever put a bad review on but it’s put us off from ever ordering anymore takeaways.

Completely ignored the kitchen requests. Red cabbage and tomato’s in my wrap which I specially asked for none and no salt and vinegar on chips when I asked for that to. Won’t be ordering again

Ordered 3 wraps, only received 2, so a person was left without food. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, and nobody answered. It's such a shame because it's usually my go-to kebaby.

Very poor quality, I asked for salad on kebab and had no salad, it wasn't a medium more like a small Partner had a mixed wrap it was more like a chip wrap than anything and much smaller than normal.

Food was lovely, hot and tasty, received in good time. Only issue was ordering 3 battered mars bars but turned out to be snickers! Good job we didn’t have a nut allergy.

Food is great but somehow have to take a chance when ordering as they have the tendency to cancel, I would say 50/50, if they can’t deliver at 1500 then don’t say u can… frustrating when u get the message and u have less than an hour before it’s supposed to be delivered

Food was definitely very nice as usual and delivery was really quick, but for a Large Kebab Meat and Chips I felt the portion size was lacking. I've had "Regular" Kebab Meat and Chips from elsewhere that were larger than the "Large" Kebab Meat and Chips I was delivered tonight. I will definitely order again though, hopefully this was just an error or something that will be rectified in the future.

Really quite disappointed, we have been using Mediterranean BBQ for that last few years as we believed them to be the best. But unfortunately the quality has really declined of late. The portions have got much smaller and less effort has been put into each dish. I understand the price of ingredients has gone up but I’d rather pay extra to have the original portions and standard etc. My food tonight was minimal, dry and really uninspiring. Sorry to say we won’t be ordering from here again 😕

Ordered at 8pm advised be there by 9-9.10. Called at 9.30 enquiring as to eta Told would be 5 mins Arrives 9.55. Food luke warm and chips looked like just survived a third world war... standard kebab delivered not large as ordered and paid for and one with no salad just the extras order and chicken pieces dry as the sahara! Very disappointed. Called them to tell them my concerns and that the order was not right and the phone was put down on me. Called back on another phone and the 'gentleman' repeatingly asking me 'what do you want from me? I asked him to acknowledge the food was sub standard and the order was wrong as paid for large and didn't get it but he started shouting at me demanding I bring the food back if I wanted a refund. . Very rude no apology they obviously do not care his attitude was disgusting trying to intimidate me and we will never order from them again.

Pizza was stone cold, hardly no toppings at all. I'll never buy from this place again as its not the first time the pizza was awful. Delivery was on time, the service I'm unsure and the food quality for the pizza's is poor.

I usually enjoy food from here but today the experience was so terrible I almost can't believe it. The order was wrong and when I called they said they would deliver a replacement. 3 hours and many ignored calls later when I finally got through to them they continually hung up on me, berated us, mocked us for trying to get a replacement, then aggressively told us to come to them to get our money if we cared so much and hung up. To be honest by the way they spoke over the phone I didn't want to face them in person but I will NOT be ordering from here again. They mockingly told us how can we complain about cheese in our order as if it wasnt a big deal, how can a food establishment have such an ignorant attitude when dairy (and other food) allergies are such a real and hard thing to deal with without people like him dismissing them. Very disappointed!

Great food delivered piping hot didn't have any mushy peas so brought the refund with delivery great service will definitely use again
