Mediterranean BBQ Fish And Chips in North Somerset

I ordered the food and I put on there do not ring door bell because it’s late and the driver has turned up in a car with no exhaust on it waking up the dead and then rung the doorbell setting my dogs off barking and woke up the whole house didn’t even apologise nothing and was just so rude and then didn’t give me my drink that I ordered so I’m not impressed with the driver at all !! Then there’s the food chips and onion rings were like they were done in a microwave not cooked properly at all they were really soggy My burger was stone cold and rock solid even snapped a tooth trying to eat it so that went straight in the bin(yes I do look after my teeth) The fish and mushy peas the fish was tiny for a large and stone cold also and the mushy peas were everywhere all over the inside the box so Yh never ordering from them ever again waste of money and time !!

PALE undercooked chips, if the LARGE fish I received tonight was in fact large then I’d hate to see a regular! Curry didn’t taste like it usually does, also spilt over all the food in the bag. Disappointed all round.

Been using Mediterranean for a few years now and the food has gone down hill AGAIN. The large cod was a kids portion which was disgusting, all soggy arrived in pieces and stone cold. My husband couldn't eat it. My burger and chips was stone cold and the burgers was burnt to cinders. Phoned to complain and the person on the phone was so hard to understand what he was saying....couldn't speak good english. I told him he has lost our custom now

pie was cold, chips were lovely and brown though, cheese on my chips was mozzarella i think, certainly wasn't grated cheddar, and the fish was small.

I was hungry and they forgot my fish so the meal was ruined also the chips were brown and soggy I won’t be ordering from here again

If i could give 0 stars i would. Ordered food and waited 2 hours for it after they said its on the way and nothing ever came. Called for a 2nd time to ask if anythings happening and they told me wrong address then hung up on me. Dont advise!

my favourite place to order every weekend i mean i just loved their food . they have great selection of vegetarian options as i speak with one of the team member he explained me that they are the new management now as previous one handover to them so soon they going to add more vegetarians items, so recently i tired their vegetarians burger and garlic bread omg 😋🤤 my personal favourite from now 🥰🥰🥰

This restaurant is fabulous 💕, food is very delicious 😋 .I love the way they talk with customers and staff is very friendly and polite 😊. Apart from this, my personally most favourite is garlic cheese bread , its mouth watering item 😻. I would like to recommend everyone to visit here and give some different taste to your tongue 😉.

Hidden gem, I love the chips because they're hand-cut and fresh every time. The cabbage is the best in all of the salad. Chicken never overcooked, or oily. Staff are friendly and welcoming

I paid for 2 medium chips 2 jumbo sausages. And 1 doner kebab. They tried giving just 1 portion of chips. Wich I questioned. They then had yo cook me more. Then I get home and I havent even got a doner kebab. Just some meat on top of chips. Plus the prices on the menu boards are different to the 1 in the paper menu. By an extra 40p. And to make things even better the phone number doesn't exist apparently

I used to enjoy going here but not anymore I had the fish and chips fish was not nice and the chips were uncooked the curry sauce and mushy peas was way to runny

Second best kebab place. Been here for a long while.

Kebabs were good and chips were excellent. Only negative point was our request for no onions in the salad was ignored.

The meat was hard and cold...we ate it though as we had a bad day and was hungry...it has put me off ordering from them as usually they are real nice...

Pizza was stale and hard to eat like it wasn’t freshly cooked … the chicken was under cooked for a chargrill style kebab .. quite dissatisfying.. very sorry for bad review as I was looking forward to trying this for the first time after using local restaurants regularly

Fish and curry sauce were nice but chips were awful. Looked and tasted like they had been reheated.

Delivery was great… However, the garlic bread pizza was burnt to a crisp, “cheesecake” which was actually gateaux was frozen solid.. and they forgot our 1.5L bottle of Fanta.. it’s a shame as most of our orders from here have been faultless..

I couldn't even eat it because was over fried and smells not nice at all ( old fish) I give it to one homeless cat and even she didn't want to eat it. very disappointed of this service I call them and tell them about the situation and they tell me that they will send me new one but they didn't

If I could rate 0 stars I honestly would: so so so rude served everyone behind me ahead of me because I asked them about an allergen and they said they were too busy to check despite having 3 signs in the restaurant stating if you have an allergen please ask a staff member. When asked about an allergen I was told they can only tell me between 4-10pm. This is why you never cheat on your kebab place and always go to sultans.

I use to order from here all the time but never again it’s gone right down hill.Chips burnt to a crisp went in the bin.Burgers ,fish,chicken burger,garlic bread pizza,nuggets all burnt.The salad was ok

The only place in the area I will order burgers or wraps from. The burgers are SO tasty and moist and the chicken wraps are honestly to-die-for...make sure you add fried onion. REALLY good value for money too.

Didn’t get cheese in my burger….well pretty sure I didn’t haha I’ll get over it. Everything was hot n tasty regardless of that and was ready to collect pretty quick and staff were nice n polite as usual.

Ordered 4pm for 5pm delivery, updated at 5pm to say food was on the way, it arrived almost an hour later, I called the restaurant who told me it would be 5 mins, 15 mins later it arrived stone cold and soggy. Will not be ordering again!

Ordered from these guys on Uber Eats and they cancelled my order telling Uber we had cancelled so we can't get a refund. They basically stole £17 from us, disgusting.

As always food was piping hot and well cooked and tasted delicious, only one little thing if you could add fried onions option on the meal deal burgers then it would be amazing 😊

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten from here but wasn’t disappointed always top notch hot, tasty good portion size. Was ready to be collected in good time and all still piping hot when I got home, staff friendly too, will be using again soon :)

Worst fish and chips in my life…

Fresh salad in burger, kebab meat was mostly good although a couple of bits seemed a bit hard. Roll was a little toasted, however least we had 2 bun lids- last time I ordered they forgot to put tops on buns!! Good price foe burgers compared to the chips.

Very small portion, the wrap was the size of a cigar. Very tasty but nit worth the money, I won't order again I'm afraid, I spent £25 for me and my partner and still hungry afterwards.

Half of the chips were brown and over cooked, didn’t taste nice. The order smelt of gone off fish which was unsettling. Mushy peas weren’t mushy, they were just whole dry peas… not very impressed

Chips were like bullets and inedible. Burgers were just ok. All was very greasy. Usually order from here and normally good, so I write a good review. This review however will not reflex that on this occasion. Very disappointing this time around.

chips were so brown and oily they were disgusting. The meal deal was supposed to contain 2 large fish- but they are small at best! Battered sausages were also brown and oily. Drinks weren’t sent with meal as “out of stock” - but you don’t get a choice of drinks so they could have sent anything. complained to just eat as it all went in the bin and we ordered a McDs instead! NEVER AGAIN will we order from what we thought was a new restaurant.
