Amazing staff, good and fast service

Delivery driver very rude, doesn’t say hello or good bye, just opens the delivery bag and shoves it at you to take the delivery out. He’s been delivering here for a long time & sane bad experience EVERY TIME. I dread ordering pizza and seeing him turn up

Hassans service was fantastic! We felt very welcome and taken care of!

We made a last minute late night trip to Pizza Hut and was served immediately by Hassan. He welcomed us nicely and gave us good service with a smile. Our food came within 15minutes which was perfect!

I got my 10 pound deal and it was super amazing. With only 10 pounds I got vegetable supreme classic with garlic sprinkle on top. Pizza was full of cheese and toppings. Manager was amazingly cooperative and humble. I placed my order in store and got my pizza within 12 mins. My overall experience is 9/10. Highly recommended.

So I haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in years and years and I really fancied it tonight but I was really sceptical about using the app and ordering because of everyone else’s reviews and these days restaurants just take the piss with your food however…! My order was here within 20 minutes, the food was piping hot and so fresh. Super happy with my order! Maybe I struck lucky but either way it was perfect!

Ahh the unrivalled masters of pizza strike again. Pizza hut of West Norwood went through a period of darkness between 2010 to 2018. My theory is I believe they had a different chef that didn't have a clue about the restaurant business. However now, it seems the old chef must have returned as the pizza is once again at the standard we all love, absolutely unbelievable. The greatest pizza in West Norwood, perhaps even London.

I’ve probably ordered pizza from here 10+ times now and I’ve only been given the wrong pizza once , instead of an nduja one I got a pepperoni one which was not too much of an issue because my usual order is a pepperoni pizza anyway. The pizzas have always been so delicious , not once have I been given a bad pizza from here so I really have nothing to complain about . Definitely a trustworthy and good fast food pizza place.

I order from pizza hut only. It's my fave place no matter what anyone says! I think the bbq flavour is just unmatched. There was a deal on so I ordered the deal of two small pizzas and two drinks with two sides for £20. Beef sizzler and bbq meat feast. Arrived on time fresh and hot! Only to realise only one pizza was sent by accident so I called the shop the kind man and kind delivery man, sent me another straight away and even added extra garlic bread which is sweet. Thanks guys! I will always order from pizza hut. This specific branch is lovely! - update NOBODY should eat the beef sizzler.. honestly it's hottest spice I've ever eaten on any meal so far in my 30 years, both me and my partner now have the runs.. I don't think pizza hut should make it so spicy, I actually got quite sick and couldn't work or do much, I don't think that's ok. If you read my review please lessen the spice. It's really not needed.

Very fast service, friendly staff

I’ve only ever ordered for delivery, however every occasion the pizza has been fantastic, although the base can sometimes be a bit oily, still the classic pizza hut taste, cant fault them to be honest, drivers are quick and reliable and i’ve never had any issues with them forgetting my order during a busy night.

Ordered a pizza, didn't realise I had it down for collection instead of delivery. called the shop spoke to the manager and he switched it to delivery.! Happy Days!

Just been here to collect a £9.99 pizza and was served by a nice man called Aziz. I ordered online, realised I made a mistake but when I called them up they were able to adjust the pizza as they had not made it yet. Really nice of them!

Delivery driver was rude, swore, dropped my drink and then stepped on it! The pizza is nothing like the usual Pizza Hut pizza, it did not taste nice at all. Wasted my money! Was supposed to be deep pan and they were very stingy with the toppings despite paying extra. So disappointed ☹️ I should have checked the reviews as this seems to be the general consensus!

Pizza was soaking in oil cold and the staff it’s very unprofessional &very rude I call and the put me on hold for over 30 minutes disgusting attitude

I didn’t even get a chance to order a any food I was waiting in the shop for 10 mins trying to gain someone’s attention. The worker saw me then went round the back to continue what he was doing ignoring me essentially.

Everytime I order either items are missing, pizza is soggy or wrong stuff put on pizza, I'm appalled by the service.

Poor customer service skills over the phone. Not quite sure who the person thinks he’s talking to. Next time I receive this service I will come to the store and speak with manager. Whatever frustration he has, it is poor professionalism to take it out on me as I am a regular customer. So rude over the phone. Should br with minus. Told them about 2 ingredients that I don't want on the pizza , they put me on hold for like 10 minutes then told me that pizza has been already made. Go somewhere else , thank me later.

Pizza Hut West Norwood SE27 the staffs are rude bad customers service. When we called, pick up could hear them and they kept hanging up, spoke to the manager whose apology was luke warm to say the least. When we collected our Pizza it was just warm, hardly any cheese, Garlic bread was greasy cold and rubbery. I don't recommend this branch.

Pizza dough was raw and flavourless. They didn't use any garlic seasoning on the "classic crust". It was also very greasy . Should have just went to Domino's

Very thick piece of dough with a drizzle of sauce. I ordered the small/thin crust but it's bigger than I would have expected a normal crust to be. Not sure why I ignored the bad rating, they deserve it.

The pizza was cold when I received it. It tasted like the worst pizza hut pizza I've ever eaten. The shop worker was also very hostile.

Customer service was terrible, I was trying to get the attention of a staff member because we were waiting at the front till for 5 plus minutes and no one came, she heard me call her out and yet didn’t even care to look and come forward. Finally someone attended us and the service was horrible- he looked like he didn’t even want to work or speak to us at all. To add on, they wore no masks whilst preparing food and whilst speaking to us. Disgusting!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Really Rude staff member Imran, contacted them to see if they could deliver my order, completely disinterested, he expected my 9 and 10 year old to collect their pizza whilst I carried on working. I asked to cancel the order this wasn't done and the audacity to ask me to complete a survey on my pizza what an absolute joke-do not deal with this branch!!!

My go to when I need.. Michael is the driver is the driver who can make things happen Top management that will go the extra mile for there customers

Mahad, the store manager, is exceptional. He is the reason we return to this branch. His service deserves 6 stars.

I always ordered at pizza hut because my kids love it. But the person whose answering the phone when I have question is a rude Indian man. When we received the pizza its the same issue no whatever sauce or ketchup, I'm going back to my DOMINOS now.

If I could give a lower review I would. Part of my order didn't arrive. On a call the manager was very rude he told me he didn't care and hung up on me. I would never go here again.
