The pizza was not fresh and cold disappeared.

had to get food from drivers bag and pizza hut never updated app

Ordered via just eat app. Took 50 minutes to arrive and didn't update up either to keep me updated on order

I Always order from this Pizza Hut and it always comes very quick, hot and fresh :) all you want with pizza realy. I always customize my order too and they always get it right! my food was delivered nearly 2 hours after I ordered it and when you contact the restaurant they tell you it's on its way or it will be half hour longer

A complete disaster, they have been waiting for two hours since the scheduled time, and no one gives me an answer, I have called the restaurant and I have been waiting for five minutes without any response, terrible customer service and poor coordination with the delivery men

Very disappointed food 1 hour late and dead cold

Our order was shown as accepted up until the expected delivery time, and then was magically updated to “Enjoy your food” although nothing had been communicated, let alone delivered. After requesting an update on the delivery we got a text advising of a new delivery time 30 mins later, and the app still showed Enjoy your food this entire time.

Ordered the pizza meal lunch special in-store. Good deal for the price and Amir was friendly and efficient.

Ordered over the phone and the staff were super helpful with offers and deals. The food was fresh and clean, no issues and to be honest it was over of the best pizza hut stores we had visited. Highly recommended.

I asked for thin crust and they gave me thick crust for both pizza. Also pressed delivered 30 mins before actually delivering pizza so all this time we thought it was delivered to the wrong house.

Ordered at 18.15 estimated 19.05 3 calls to the restaurant and was constantly told it’s 10 min away finally arrived at 20.04 ! Food was tepid not even remotely warm and chips were soggy !!! Shocking

Usually, I've ordered this before and it's come 40minss late, that's why I left a refunds request believing it to be cancelled or misplaced. It has happened multiple times.

I order here regularly as it’s my local branch, the deals are very good, I usually get the 2 large pizzas for £20. The topping is very fair for the price, the pizzas are very good and the guys are friendly when we go to collect. Collection is usually ready in that 10 minutes on a week day. I’m definitely staying as a regular here!

One pizza luke warm the other just about room temperature and going firm. Onion rings warm but very dry and not very tasty. Maybe had more than one delivery and i was last to get.

Amir worked on me when I came. He delivered excellent customer service and he didn’t make me wait for long plus the food was wooowww. Highly recommend.😍

Pizza Hut Charlton has significantly improved over the last year. Pizza arrives quickly, hot and fresh. Special mention to the delivery drivers Khan, Issa and Reza who deliver the pizzas quickly and with a pleasant attitude.

I asked for a tiny amount of sauce on my pizza but the request was obviously ignored as it had loads on it which has overpowered the taste completely, I'm not happy😡
