I asked for no olives no peppers and no red onion but they still put all 3 on the pizza and when it was 10 minutes late I called them and they said 5 minutes it then took an hour after that to arrive

Pizza Hut Charlton has significantly improved over the last year. Pizza arrives quickly, hot and fresh. Special mention to the delivery drivers Khan, Issa and Reza who deliver the pizzas quickly and with a pleasant attitude.

I asked for a tiny amount of sauce on my pizza but the request was obviously ignored as it had loads on it which has overpowered the taste completely, I'm not happy😡

Paid for sauces and delivery driver did not give them to me. Called the restaurant twice and they told me the driver would come back with it. He never came. Very upset i couldn’t eat my pizza as it is dry without the sauce

Been waiting over two hours for food at a restaurant a ten minute drive away. Still not received anything after multiple calls to the restaurant and them ensuring that my food is on its way. Still nothing.

Order was to arrive at 8pm but didn't come till after 9pm, twice now when I've ordered they either forgot it and didn't deliver or delivered it over an hour late!! They shouldn't take orders if they can fulfill them on time then not give a partial refund when they left kids hungry..

This is the second time that has been late for a long time. The food came cold as well.

The food took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive (30 mins more than latest expected delivery). I called and there was no explanation, The food arrived and it was cold and very bland tasting. The portion of wedges was also half the normal portion size Overall very disappointed

Always get a chicken sizzler large pizza from here and never have any issues so fair play 👍

Late delivery, cold food and rock hard burnt garlic bread

I've seen this place many times and I decided to regularly eat here because the food is very good. Unlike other locals, the chef's that works here actually cares about his food and he never makes it wrong or burns it. So far, I know only one of them who really does an amazing job and he makes sure the food is very good. Mohsui. My full recommendations to who ever wants a very delicious pizza and amazing deals!

Also wrong food items and when I called to ask where food was when it was already 20 minutes late, there was no apology whatsoever

I ordered the pizza, drink, houllumi bites, ice cream just after 5pm, ok the driver had an accident so they had to redo the order. I phoned them again about 7.20pm the person said just a minute and disappeared for over 5 minutes so i hung up and phoned again and he said the driver's on his way. I finally got my meal after 8pm. The houllumi bites tasted cold and stale. The pizza was cold and the crust tasted like rubber. I had one slice and i couldn't eat any more. Yes i'm very disappointed. They're also expensive.

I ordered my food at 18:42 and it has just arrived at 20:44. They said it was delivered to wrong place but they made very little attempt to rectify issue in good time.

Rang the restaurant20 mins after the delivery time and was told that Just Eat app was playing up and they hadn’t started the order which I placed an hour and 15 mins before even though the app said delivery on its way and enjoy your food ….. was told would be with us in 20-25 mins to which I responded so I should get this order for free as will be well over half an hour late but was told no because the app wasn’t working ……… it amazes me how if th e restaurant knew there was a problem they coul

Always order from here and food sometimes varies from good to bad but most of the time it’s on the food side. Their service for me has been great as well and so would definitely recommend.

I always order on pizza hut app. Foods always hot and arrives on time. The app makes it easy to keep track of your order and grab great deals. My go to Pizza Hut, never had a problem.

There’s always something wrong. If it’s not a delay, then they’re sending the wrong food, or missing dietary requirements. This time around, they sent me the wrong things, missed dietary requirements again, and are now taking forever to refund me. I won’t be ordering anymore, I’d rather go to their domino’s or papa johns, or even just a random pizza shop because ordering from here is not worth the hassle.
