Bruschetta - Came with onions not Garlic… no basil, no seasoning no nothing. Just poor overall. This is one of the two pizzas we ordered. Pizza came all damaged and out of place.. cold on top of that. Ingredients seemed off with a specific taste.. overall poor experience. Waited well over an hour, more than waiting time. Not only this, but when I called they said it would be 5 minutes.. waited an additional 20..

please do not associate "napoli" and pizza with this "kind" of pizza, calling it pizza is an insult to real pizza.

I have tried delicious pizza all over London and honestly these guys DO do a good pizza! I like to build my own because they offer Gorgonzola cheese which makes it a winner for me. And they have plenty of side options too if that’s your thing. I know there are several pizza places in Greenwich but I would really recommend trying and supporting this business

We love a Papa John's but if you wish to avoid greasier pizzas, this is the must-have of Greenwich!! Good value, tasty and fast, what more do you need?!

Today me and my family was looking for a delicious dinner. When we saw Bella Napoli we thought let’s give it a try, after waiting a hour 40minutes I was shocked and disgusted . Are food was STILL not here I called the restaurant but then finally the door bell rang. Although,wonderful service from delivery man was nothing to do with it you could definitely tell. The food smelt delicious but for sure didn’t taste it. We ordered Bruschetta I thought it would have topping instead we got appalling stale bread. Also, the Spaghetti Bolognese was appalling it taste like it came out of a bag,and the cheese on top was all hard because it was so cold. I’m still not finished, another disgusting thing was the Lasagna it was taste less and was covered in cheese. I can’t believe the time we wasted I could have gone myself and eaten it already. If you want satisfying food don’t order of this restaurant because you will be disappointed.

Absolutely shocking, after waiting 1hr 40 mins food arrived stone cold and inedible went in the bin as way too much cheese that had gone hard where it was cold , as for the bruschetta, was like cardboard didn’t even look like bruschetta! . Will never order from here again . If I could rate minus I would have . Food not fit for human consumption. Avoid at all costs and save your money.

Excellent authentic pizza. Walked past this place when deciding what to have for dinner. Good menu. 5 star hygiene rating we popped in and ordered. Waited outside as covid restrictions still applied. Watched our pizzas being made through the window. 10 mins later our perfect pizzas were ready. Can’t wait to try again next time we visit our Greenwich family. Just the right amount of topping. Just wish. I had taken a photo. You can also have home delivery

Very delicious pizza, nice and thin base.The staff working here are very helpful and friendly. I recommend anyone to at least try once you won’t regret it. Don’t order through Uber or deliveroo, order directly from the pizza shop and you will get quick delivery. Uber or other platforms might not be as quick.

One of the best pizza places around the UK, the people who work inside are so polite and generous. I have been ordering from here for a long time now they have never disappointed me with the food they serve. Very well recommended 👍

While the wait can sometimes be long, this is the place to for a traditional pizza in Greenwich. I rarely find proper pizza places in the UK, but this place is a gem. Decent prices and top tier ingredients.

They don’t use real mozzarella and it's NOT a wood fired oven, it's gas.

Great pizza's. But had a very poor customer service experience. Was told pizza would take 15 minutes. Wasn't ready. Then told 5-8 minutes. Wasn't ready. Waited for 35 minutes and the staff got unacceptably aggressive when I politely suggested if they were busy should have said been clear about it. And it wasn't just one staff member. They turned on me. Unlikely to use again which is a pity as I live a few doors away.

Great tasting pizza. Nicely balanced, authentic base, with tasty well proportioned toppings. Always good service and rapid delivery. Our favourites at the moment are definitely the Piccante and the Prosciutto E Funghi, and of course the tiramisu is a great way to finish!

Me prometieron un reembolso por el que los perseguí durante casi un mes, siendo cada vez educado al preguntar, pero nunca recibí un centavo. Repugnante. Esto es robo.

They stole my money and blamed it on the order app. They claim they never got my order, I showed them proof of purchase and the proof that the money was debited from my account. I was promised a refund which I chased them for for nearly a month, each time being polite when asking, yet never recieved a penny back. Disgusting. This is theft.

We have ordered pizza from here on several occasions and, having experienced other pizza shops in the area, I would happily say Bella Napoli is the best by a stretch. Really tasty pizza, perfect base and delivery is always on time. Couldn't recommend it enough and we'll be customers as long as we live here.

We ordered pizza from this restaurant, however after waiting 2hours for the order and contacted them three times they finally said that the delivery man came, waited few min and left. I don’t really understand because : - They had our number but never call or text us - We have a interphone but he never rang it - We have a concierge at the entrance of the building but he never spoke to him. And of course with the actual context we were at home. Their delivery system is really AWFUL

Among the worst food experiences I've had, and completely misleading. The special calzone was half cooked. Tho the ingredients were cheap processed meat anyway, so it didn't bind and was just a sloppy mess. The penne bolognese contained, not minced beef, but processed cubes of beef. Horrific. And the bannofee dessert which claims on the menu to have fresh banana is in fact a frozen slice of rubbish that looks like it was just bought premade from somewhere else. Nothing fresh about it. So, horrible ingredients, bad food.Will never eat from here again and I strong advise you don't either.

Definitely among one of the best pizza places I have tried in London. If your choice is between other pizza places in the area and here, I would definitely always pick Bella Napoli for a more authentic thin pizza slice experience, especially when you get a Margarita. I personally find it best to come here in person and get the pizza while it is hot, which helps retain the flavours even more when you take a bite. Been a customer here for over half a year and have always been satisfied with the quick service and delivery time when ordering either from, Just Eat, Deliveroo or in person. You can also order directly from them by going on their website, as I think they normally have a delivery person on standby to make deliveries that normally took 20-30 minutes to get to me after the order was placed. Hopefully this helps you decide on a pizza! I normally eat a whole 15 inch pizza on my own, as the dough is very thin, which doesn't fill you up as much compared to other pizza places. However, you get to taste the ingredients better and have a nice smooth crunch texture instead.

I only went to repair their pizza preparatiotion counter but the pizza I saw them preparing yesterday has very unusual ingredients. Apart from the base cheese, they use chunks of roquefort cheese, red onion ,olivessmall red tomatoes. The elites in Greenwich village just kept marching into their parlour,the can't get enough of this thin base pizza. . The ingredients on their pizza is just fundamentally Italian.

Decent thin crust pizzas at good prices. I'm a fan of their Bella Napoli special pizza. If you can collect you can get a 15" pizza for £7.99, which is a bargain. Usually very quick unless busy with lots of orders. They'll build your pizza in a few minutes and cook it in about the same time.

Just had delivery through just eat. It came 5 minutes early. Finger burning hot, really good toppings, wood fired pizza. Winning all round

I'm absolutely disgusted with the treatment of the staff at this store. I've been offered errors charged, some of the food was burnt and some of it was raw. Don't order from here if you want to enjoy your food. My dog eats rabbit droppings and still would not touch the pizzas. And she loves food. I contacted the store to resolve the issue and they did not want to even do that. They then ignored the phone when I called them back. The food and service here is incredibly poor here it really is not worth the risk. Order from elsewhere.

I think this "restaurant" should change the name, I have seen it the menu and it doesn't deserve the name Bella Napoli. First of all a restaurant that is called Bella NAPOLI cannot have as main picture Venice on the menu, second as neapolitan please the pizza is something serious, all this hawaiian or meaty stuff is just not right...so I suggest you to change the name in a simple Pizzeria or if you want to use the word BELLA, do it, but with another city. Thanks
