Pizza Hut Delivery in Bradford

Ordered directly from the Pizza Hut website. One hundred percent entered the correct phone number and door number for delivery. Call to chase the whereabouts, staff tell me that they were unable to deliver the pizza as both were wrong, advised to contact Pizza Hut for a refund and they are closing now. Really dodgy service, won’t order again

Absolutely disgusting! Pizza full of grease and soggy. Hardly any macaroni in the Mac and cheese just sauce, burnt garlic bread. All went in the bin

It’s purely a takeaway location (no dining in), but has convenient free parking outside. We ordered online and our food was ready when I got there. The pizza was hot and exactly what we’d ordered - so can’t fault it.

Food on table when we are walked in at diner time do not let your five year old get the bolinaze I tryed her and it actually tastes like cardboard but I do recommend going back at 11.30 -03.00 for the buffet the pasta is delicious highly recommend buffet highly recommended highly highly

The thing that was supposed to be garlic bread was in fact a cold and hard loaf of bread with no flavour.

This food frompizza hut was like the good old high quality pizza hut from the good old days they only forgot to send me the free sauces but otherwise they sent yhe icecream with the warm chocolate chip cookie the pizza and garlic bread was hot and fresh tasty and the macaroni cheese was delicious and the drink was cold. Though it was a little pricy but I have not enjoyed this good meal from pizza hut to this excellent perfect quality for a while now until today thanks very much.

Pizza amazing....garlic bread a bit burnt

Pizza was over cooked in the middle and burnt to charcoal on the outside, they seem to have tried to cover up the blackened parts with a layer to Parmesan and garlic. For the price I won’t be trying my luck again. The Uber eats delivery man was lovely though.

I wouldn’t even waste your time ordering here. The woman on the phone was very rude and overcharged me for something that i didn’t want. I asked for a medium pizza WHICH IS ON THE MENU as £8.99 and she overcharged me by £10 and said “you should have been more specific” Not only that she forgot my drinks and my side that came with the “deal” i wont be ordering from here again. She tried telling me i’m wrong even though i’m reading off their menu 😂 BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s a shame i have to give them one star because i wouldn’t even give them that at this point

In times where everything is becoming more expensive including Takeaways companies have to justify their increases by delivering quality foods. Having ordered on numerous occasions from Pizza Hut, tonight’s takeaway was disappointing. Firstly when the food arrived the pizza, GarlicBread, and spicy chicken strips were lukewarm at best. I put in the totally wrong order over the phone, and it was really confusing because I had ordered 4 of a really similar pizza and I needed a vegan cheese on an extra one of them. Even though I am an actually nightmare communicator Fiza who I spoke to was SO patient, SO nice and SO lovely and my order was totally right! She literally had to talk to me for 5 minutes for my silly ass to actually explain myself properly and to not confuse the hell out of her. But she was so kind and thoughtful and listened and didn't get irritated with me or anything. The EXACT kind of person you want to deal with when you're correcting an order over the phone like that, and it was 100% my fault, so it was lovely to just be treated so kindly and respectfully. I have ADHD and can be a scatterbrained communicator at times so I can't tell you how much that was just a really lovely experience to have someone be so patient and lovely with me. And the toppings were all correct, good amount of them too. :) Thanks for being patient with me Fiza!!

I ordered on the Pizza Hut website (Pizza Hut 101 Halifax road bd6 Bradford) I had received an order number and shortly after received an error message which said payment not gone through. So I decided to call at the branch just to confirm if the order had gone through or not. I spoke to a member of staff who confirmed that the order has not gone through. So I decided to place the order again over the phone as initially the staff confirmed it hadn’t gone through. After I replaced the order, five minutes later, a delivery from Pizza Hut arrived. I was obviously confused. Turns out the initial order was placed and I have now gotten charged twice. I then called the branch explaining I have just received a delivery. The member of staff I spoke to (muskaan) was extremely rude and refused to give me her name. Muskaan was the lady who initially confirmed my order had not been placed. After she refused to give me her name she remained silent and then passed on the call to her colleague called Faiza, who you can hear laughing in the background before speaking to me. Faiza also refused to tell me her colleagues name. She also refused to acknowledge that they had made a mistake. I was clearly getting nowhere, so I decided to tell her to pass me onto the manager. I spoke to the manager of the branch (Imran) who acknowledged that his staff had made a mistake. However, he wasn’t willing to offer a solution unless we came down to the branch, bearing in mind that I had ordered for delivery. the whole purpose of the order was so that I do not have to go into Branch. The staff also kept mentioning how this happened to a lot of customers and to contact customer service instead in order to get a refund. I wasn’t happy with the solution as the staff had made a mistake and was not owning up to it. In the end we had to go down to the branch in order to get a refund. We did receive rude behaviour from the staff and a lot of judgement for something that was not our fault. I am most definitely escalating this further.

Ordered a pizza from pizza hut on halifax road the pizza was a greasy oily mess it came with no dips and the driver was either really tired or totally stoned i won't get another from this place a waste of £15 quid.

Delicious food as always. Service wise, we ordered food for collection. The website said it'd be a certain time but as I drove, it said ready to collect (about 15 minutes earlier). This was fine with me as I had planned on arriving early and waiting, but when I did get there, I was told it's not ready yet, so that was a bit weird. It was ready probably exactly when originally estimated, so not bothered, but just had me stood around waiting for a while, rather than sat in the car, so knock it down a star for the confusion. Atmosphere is a bit awkward as it's a man behind a counter and then an area to stand in with nothing to do but make yourself look like you're not waiting.

Its great place to order i enjoyed new Big New Yorkers and others too. Also teams is great too really polite and kind too.

Pizza a bit overdone. Lady I collected from appeared miserable behind the counter and did not make eye contact or speak to me.

Absolutely shocking service, I order every Friday and ask them one simple request, can you make the pizza extra crispy please. the pizza arrives and it's less cooked than normal.

Food was good, service not so great...customer before me complaining about unprofessional staff laughing/mocking her, kind of know what she meant, as staff were poor at customer service. Additionally our order had mysteriously disappeared from system, so had to be made again, then they missed items... at least the grub was good 👍😎👍

Delivery was very quick but the food wasn’t piping hot, it was just fairly warm and the pizza was a small rectangular shape that didn’t fill the box and it hadn’t been cut into pieces, it was also thinner than expected. I was expecting a circular pizza that filled the entire box with the pieces already cut and a deeper pan so was a little underwhelmed.

Excellent service from this Pizza hut. Food is delivered fresh, hot and with fast delivery. On one occasion had pizza's delivered late due to unforseen delays, but Zee and his team sent a fresh order straight away without compromise.Thanks for the great customer service.

I've been using pizza hut since 1989 . This store does the best I've ever had . No soggy bottoms . Crust crisp and fluffy . Its not just a 1off as the last 10 I've had all been perfect . Even-handed they are busy .

Ordered online for delivery, order didn't turn up, rang them but no answer. In the end I drove down to the branch to find out that they had forgotten to process the order so I had to wait 20 mins until they cooked it.

I ordered for delivery and placed an order for what I thought was veg supreme turned out to be pepperoni. I called as we were vegetarian I asked if they would change it. I have been a customer for many years. They refused and when I said I wouldn't order again from them they weren't bothered at all and quite rude. I thought it was poor customer service. Even if they offered a discount I woukd have been willing to pay but the bad attitude put me off.
