Walked into the shop this evening and it was filthy, and the guy taking the order wasn't much cleaner. Needless to say we walked back out. I am not sure if or how this place has any star ratings but certainly needs another environmental health visit.

Called in to order a large curry dinner for four including poppadoms, pickle tray, chapattis, naan, plain rice, keema rice. Everything was ready on time and piping hot.Everything was absolutely perfect and delicious and the staff were very polite and helpful. Lots left over for a second meal which means that the size of the portions was excellent The owner asked us to post an honest review, so here it is, will certainly be visiting again as so far we can’t fault the place!! Well done!

The food here is top tier! Pizzas, curries, kebabs.. all amazing! My favourites are the spicy chicken pizza and korma sauce. Sooo good! Ps, the new garlic sauce is AMAZING. Please never change the recipe 😍

The 'Rogan Josh' doesn't taste like a Rogan Josh at all! Fast food side was good but they need to work on their curries 😩

Came all way from halifax for a curry. AMAZING meat curry sooo tasty! Gutted they ain't in halifax cant get a good curry in halifax anymore.

Chicken Tikka pitta Was absolutely fab!!! Food was lovely.. reason I did give a 5* they went out their way to drop some bits off that they forgot to put In bag when I picked up.. phoned them and they got my missing bits delivered to me right away..

I'm not one for leaving reviews, but Manzils do the best curry I've had, you get a good portion and it's not swimming in grease, highly recommend the chicken and chick pea Balti Asian style....to die for.....never had a bad dish!

Had a set meal for two here last night the food was beautiful

Called for a delivery, just a few sets of starters and naan at 18:15. The guy said 30 minutes for delivery as we are 0.1 miles away by road (literally walking distance down a snicket). Called back at 19:00, he said he couldn't find the order but would check. Heard him chatting, he came back to the phone and said give him 10 minutes. I said cancel it, he said he couldn't it was on the way and I would still need to pay. I said fine. Called back 20 minutes later and he said he was really busy and it was just going out in a second. I said cancel it. He said yeah no worries and hung up. Don't mind waiting for food, but being lied to about the time, then again about it being on the way and not being able to cancel is infuriating.

First curry from this place. A standard meat curry. Within 3 hours I was I'll All that evening. And into next door. Never again

The pizza was incredibly to my standards give it a 10/10 😆didn't have too wait to long well enjoyed and BTW the drinks are colddddddd as u would would like it to be 👍👍#fullup

New to Manzil but our recent orders have been excellent. If the only item was the prawn puri starter I'd be happy, it's so good, but the curry was fab, all the food was hot and delivered on time..

I have had various dishes and they have all been so tasty! I ordered chicken masala and asked for it to be creamy and it was! My meal was bespoke, made from fresh and delicious. Thank you to all the staff including the fabulous delivery drivers who come out in all weathers! 5 stars well deserved!!! 💕

Everything about this restaurant is spectacular, staff are very polite, patient and informative when enquiring about food allergies and dietry requirements. Food was lovely and moist and most importantly delicious down to every last nibble. I will most definitely be ordering from here again! If you want to spend your money but don’t know what on, then Manzils Balti house is the place to go. Every penny is worth it.

Everything ordered was perfect, warm and fresh. Pizza was beautiful and full of flavour. And burgers were spot on. Donner and chicken tikka were also perfect. Will definitely be ordering again

Took payment and accepted order and never turned up!!

We had made our order over just eat and the order said it had been confirmed and we were waiting on the restaurant to accept it! Whilst we Was checking out to pay it automatically changed our delivery time to 4:45pm 07/07/20 when we ordered at 11:20pm 06/07/20. So I rang them and explained and they told me no problem and my order would be 30 minutes and then 5 minutes later they ring me back and say they don’t have my order and they guy on the phone was rude an said we don’t have your order try again tomorrow bye! And put the phone down on me, so I rang again 3 times after that phone call and they would answer and then straight away put the phone down on me!! I wouldn’t be bothered but they also charged me for this and now we aren’t getting any food which we have paid for and I have proof of purchase on just eat and on my online banking app!

1st time using manzil, was pleasantly surprised, The food was good delivery was on time & the food was hot. The masala fish was on point & the chicken & keema masala was spot on 👍

Waited just short of two hours for our food (which is understandable with everything that’s going on) when the food finally arrived we was missing food that we had paid for, the food tasted disgusting and the chips was warmed up. Food wasn’t freezing cold but it wasn’t hot either. The worst curry I’ve ever tasted and the customer service is disgusting. I rang after a hour to get a arrogant man on the other end of the phone. I was simply asking if they knew a round about time of arrival I wasn’t bothered how long it was going to take as I stated it’s understandable.

Order from here every time but lately they have forgotten part of my order so I have to ring and wait for them to bring the rest of my order. Tonite was the last time I will order as they forgot the chapattis so I rang and told them, the guy said ok do you want them now or next time? Told him I wanted what I ordered! Had to wait 30 mins for them so my curry was cold. No apology and no extra chapatti just the 2 they forgot. It was usually the cans of drink or chips they forgot and it was quite regular. The food is really good but the service isn’t so I’m going to try another take away.

Terrible experience with my food. Stuff missing from the order. they agreed to send out more and it was still bad. I wont go again.

so i thought id try out manzil. rang at food for 8. said half an hour delivery time. rang back at 9. was told my food was on its way. was lied to. food didnt arrive till 9.45.i live 4 minutes away. if they told me the truth id have collected it. absolutely disgraceful customer service. never again.

Fantastic place, the staff were super friendly on the phone food arrived hot and the special naan kebab is huge and impossible for just one. Tikka Korma was beautiful. Very well done guys great service all round

40 minutes late despite phone call from just eat.. No respect for customers.

I love this place and the food ,my only problem is when you get a menu for takeout and it says closing time and you ring up an hour before and they sorry we are closed.... was very disappointed

Always piping hot and can't complain

Absolutely shocking delivery service. Ordered at 6.30pm and they stated it would be here for 7.50pm (half time world cup semi final). Called at 8.10pm and was assured he was on his way. Called at 8.30pm and was assured they were sending him out. Called at 9pm. Told he was delayed because he was stopped by the police. It finally arrived at 9.15pm. 1hour and 25mins late. If they had admitted to watching football and forgotten about the order, I would have been ok. But to lie and keep saying they were setting off is not on. They sent a bottle of free coke but this will not help to keep our custom. Will not order from again which is a shame because we have used them a lot.

Spoke to manager tonight as my orders have had items missing last four times he assused me it would be rite tonight n also included a free bee guess wat it was wrong again this has only happened in last 12 months xx ??? Don’t know wats happened but they need to sort things out xx

The customer service when they get your order wrong is diabolical. It was very obvious to me that the duty of care stopped once the payment was received.

Always order from here ! Food is always hot and delicious ! The only reason they ain't getting five stars is because sometimes they forget bits of my order.

Awful food borderline discusting wouldn't feed this awful mess to my dog. Ordered a margarita pizza thinking surely they can't mess this up but they somehow managed to mess up cheese, tomato and a bit of dough. The cheese was the cheapest nastiest cheese they could possibly find which says it all about this takeaway. Seemed like they just used a mountain of cheddar cheese for there pizza which is the reason why there was a pool of grease in the middle of my pizza not to mention it barely look cooked and looked like whoever made it needs a new career path. The pizza left my stomach with a cramp feeling the day after which most likely shows there lack of hygiene and cleanliness. If I was you I would stay well clear of this takeaway at all costs I don't know how they manage to get business but hey this is bradford. If I was you id look for a place that actually cares about the quality of there food this place is not "authentic" its cheap crap for estate people and its not even that cheap. All I'm saying is you don't see Italian people opening curry houses end of I HIGHLY ADVISE NOT TO EAT ANY MEAT FROM THESE LOT BE SAFE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Ordered through just eat, half the order disappeared in delivery, the other half went in the bin. Arrived clap cold and soggy. Paid via card, no mention of charges for card payments.
