Dine In Desserts in Bradford

Dine-in Desserts appears to have closed - spent £40 on their website, payment taken and no mention of any issues - went down to the shop after an hour of no confirmation and 8 attempted phone calls to the business. Business is in darkness (Images attached)

I ordered last night for delivery and it never arrived went by restaurant today and it's no longer open do not order from here

The sundaes were lovely, really impressed with those. However, the jam and coconut sponge is meant to come with custard and we got none. It had the smallest amount of jam on and was a really small piece too. Definitely was not worth the money. The brownie was also a really small piece and not worth the price either

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TAKE AWAY. Do not waste your time or money on this place. Absolutely disgusting. Partner ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough, ended up looking like charcoal and was tooth breaking. Also ordered a chocolate heaven cake, they sent a chocolate fudge cake but still charged for the heaven cake. Furthermore, the cake was dry and tasteless. You could tell it had come straight out of the freezer and put in the microwave.

Places my order at 9pm. Didn’t come until 22:45. Phoned the restaurant who told me the order was getting wrapped up at 22:00. Called for an update at 22:25 and they advised me the driver is a few minutes away. 20 minutes later I got my order after waiting nearly 2 hours for a couple of milkshakes and a cookie dough. Never again will I order from these. Unless you want to wait hours I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Load of rubbish. They don't take card and want you to send money to a personal account through bank transfer (illegal). The menus are out of date so was charged £2.50 more without even being told. Refused to take the old menus away, and miserable the whole time too. Never again, the food isn't that good to start with.

Over two hours never turned up saying lies driver crashed out for delivery. Went up place a mess and ordered a nuttella woffle and sent me a empty woffle . Stay clear will take your money and not give you it back .

Was a long delay on the arrival of my order, when it arrived 3 items were missing so I rang up to which they said they would send the driver back. Nobody turned up which left me short of items and money.

when my cornflake tart came the custard was cold and ordered 2 beuno milkshakes got 1 beuno one and 1 Ferrero Rocher one got my order wrong

The order took over an hour and a half, I had to call the restaurant to chase up delivery. When it came both crepes were cold, very disappointed

Popped in this evening and I have ti say that the staff was absolutely spot on customer service was at top tier I ordered 1 Ferrero milkshake and a cookie doe and I have to 10/10 absolutely amazing will defoo come back

A friend told me about this place and said it was the travel. I was not disappointed. Dessert was excellent especially the selection of donuts, service was friendly. Definitely will be my go to dessert place from now on.

Just had my first offering from Dine In D. It was the cookie dough pie. Absolutely lovely. My husband was also very impressed. He's still talking about it, and he finished it 10 minutes ago. We will try our best to work our way through the selection of cakes. It will be hard, but someone has to do it.

One of the best places in bradford waffles are fluffy and delicate and there milkshakes are Not watery there perfectly thick I’m highly satisfied after trying this shop will be coming again !!!

The waffles are amazing, as are the milkshakes. Delivery has always been quick, and the delivery guy is polite. Would recommend using their own app rather than just as food and delivery are both cheaper and they have a loyalty scheme too.

I ordered on Uber eats. It was estimated to arrive at 9:20 and i was still waiting at 11pm. I called at 10:15 and they told me it was on its way. When I called again at 10:45 they told me they were just packing up! Literally such a joke of a dessert place. I assume my foods been sat out for the last hour but somehow has still not made its way to me. Ice stones is worth the extra money. And now it’s half 11 and it’s still not here

I don’t know if there has been a change of hands but things are different. Also the prices increases deters away from ordering. The pancakes and cookie dough have always been a massive hit in our house shame that we could go out for tea and get dessert for the same price.

Still waiting on my order after over a hour mean to come between 23:15-23:35 it’s currently 12:00 am can’t get through to them and unable to cancel my £30 order

Terrible Desert place. Avoid. The food is standard at best. What really lets them down is the service. You’ll be waiting 90 minutes for delivery. On the 2 hour mark I asked for a refund. They sent me to their website where there is no option to refund. The manager then said, he will give me cash because of this. But then added he cannot do this until Tuesday (It was Sunday). They are all a joke and have no idea what they are doing. Just go to icestones. Well worth the extra £1.50

Late delivery Just 0rdered cake and took about an hour and half. If you don't want to use uber drivers and can't deliver on time then should stop offering delivery service as I see most of the people having same issue

Absolute joke of a business. This business made me wait over 3 hours for a delivery. When I contacted them I was told lies by 2 different staff members and one member had said we hadn’t delivered because it was too far away. Then I spoke to the manager Imran and he said he would personally deliver himself and that his staff members shouldn’t have lied. At the end I still haven’t received my order and no refund. Uber should ban these guys and they shouldn’t be allowed to do business in the future. What a joke!

Firstly it's called dine in desserts but you can't sit in. It's just one kitchen. Silly name. They don't do hot drinks which is odd. What else you gonna wash the desserts down with? Our crepe was smothered in choc. No concept of proportions.

If i could give less than 1 star I would. 3 hours later & order still hasn't arrived. Phone busy so can't get through!! I understand it's Eid so will be busier than usual but don't lie to customers about delivery times. Terrible service!!

Disgusting desserts. Manager forced me to eat and then chased me out the shop. Never coming back. Cant forget the woman at the till who i think was new harassed me.

ordered at 2015, estimated delivery time was 2100-2120, rang up at 2130 asking where it was and they were apparently waiting for the driver to get back then bringing it straight down, at 2145 it still wasn’t here so rang again to be told it had left 10 minutes ago, 2 hours after ordering food still isn’t here! don’t lie to customers about food being on route when it clearly isn’t and if you can’t handle the amount of orders then either employ more drivers or stop taking orders!

Ordered 2 brownies, a milkshake and tango ice blast. The brownies was cake with melted chocolate over it! Tango ice blast was tasteless no syrup at all. Milkshake didn’t have much flavour to it either

Ordered from here at 18:45. At 21:05 and threw phone calls later our order arrived. Absolutely disgusted £45 order and waited over 2 hour for delivery. Will not be ordering again!!!

It took 1 and a half hour to deliver 2 slush puppies that wasnt even good no syrup hardly in them also the sundae wasnt great either, all around poor quality and service this place use to be decent not so much now.

Waited nearly 2 hours for a cookie dough and ice cream had to ring twice to see where it was shocking service a shame really because the desserts are very nice

After 1 hour and 40 minutes I phoned up. They said they were gonna start making it when I phoned, like what? He said ten minutes max. 25 minutes later it arrived. The deserts were completely DOUSED in chocolate sauce and it ruined the entire thing. One bite was enough to make anyone feel sick. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Ordered today. Choc chip cookie dough, Nutella milk cake and a milkshake. Cookie dough was burnt and came with no Ice cream. When I rang back they asked me to come and pick it up. Not the customer service I was expecting. Milk cake was okay. And so was the milkshake. Unfortunately first and last time will be ordering.

Always order from this place. Milkshakes and their cookie dough absolutely amazing. Top customer service which is always a bonus.

Order true app,got very bad service, I was waiting more then 1 hour ,then ring up and they said the starting preparer my order.usully I pick up my self and was happy,but after this experience I dont think will be ordering again.at lease not true app online.

Ordered milkshakes a few days ago, prompt delivery. However was disappointed, for £4 you can't provide a tub full of fresh cream with abit of the actual milkshake on the sides ☹, first and last time I'll order, shame really being so local

On this occasion the cookie dough wasn 't cooked enough to my liking, and when i raised this with the owner he was fantastic and did not hesitate to offer a 2nd cookie dough.
