Orderd beef steak and pasta. It smelt and tasted like it was 4 days old. Have bought it from here before and it has been ok. Was very bad today. Had to throw it all away. Also orderd mango nantion 'smoothie' was just mango flavour frozen yogurt. And they charge £5.95 for it on uber. That was not a smoothie, tasted like mango flavour milk but the texture was like frozen yogurt. Luckily uber gave me a refund, although they ruined my lunch!

The manager is very rude, she has no idea how to talk with the customers she must know how to deal with the customers: zero rating to the behaviour of the staff they are trying to insult the customer worst attitude 👎

How could you even cancel an order near 8PM? We waited an hour for food and you dare cancel it? What type of poor service is this? How embarrassing honestly, no wonder you guys have less than 4 stars.

This place is run by an ill mannered manager with a bad attitude. The food is average, it’s just OK, really not worth the prices they charge. The manager needs to lose his attitude and understand it’s just a deli shop that he is managing… he’s not the new prime minister!

Totally unprofessional staff who couldn't speak clearly. Long wait for the food to arrive only for the chips to be overly cooked and had to be sent back. Hard to relax as the shop was full of waiting customers and was standing over you as you ate, an overall poor experience.

They used to have great tuna paninis but now they are using cheap tuna spread instead of tuna chunks. Tastes awful and messy to eat!

I ordered a panini with no mayonnaise and it’s not the first time they have made it incorrectly. I got all the way to Haworth and noticed it had mayonnaise in it. I called them to ask them to drop a fresh one off and they wanted me to come all the way back to Carlisle road and bring the old panini back because apparently on the instructions it didn’t say no mayonnaise. We cannot help if you’re staff don’t take the orders correctly. I told him I wasn’t making it up and would keep the panini and they can collect it when they drop the new one off, as I am I not willing to travel all that way back to Carlisle road when it was their mistake. They didn’t offer to deliver a new one considering it was their mistake and just said ‘sorry if it’s possible you can bring it back’. Extremely annoyed and unhelpful customer service!

A truly awful place. I placed an order. I was told it would be ready I'm 15 minutes. Went to collect it and they had not even bothered getting my order ready. Truly poor management. Really dissapointed

I would just like to say the staff that are working today Vanda, Faz and Shakurti are really amazing, polite & professional. The extra mile they go especially faz & vanda to make a customer happy is outstanding. They treat all customers as V.I.P (Very Important People) and that's exactly what you need in a business. They are the face of this business & NOT only that they're constantly doing something & you don't often find a hard worker like these three so I would just like to say a very BIG THANK YOU TO your staff here at the BD8 8BY branch. The food I've never tried before but that's also really good we had the Beef steak panini I don't think it was beef more lamb as of the taste but either way it was delicious. I'm from London and I will be back here mainly because of the service and they let us bring our bikes in it was raining outside. Definately a big variety on the menu and highly would recommend if ypur looking for more than great service. They go above and beyond 💯

Poor service as this is not the first time it has happened. Ordered a mixed tandoori & steak panini when i got to work took a bite realised there was no tandoori. rang them back told the women and she laughed she said we have been busy bring it back. i took it back and she said we will drop u off another. we waited 20min rang them she said he set of 10min ago. i rang and said i want my money back. been a regular here for years but have had enough now the prices are sky high and the quality of the food is not!

Full of sh*t you call this a restaurant the mangy fu**ers at the till have got selective hearing or have serious issues had to repeat my order 3 times and still got it wrong , do not waste your time.

Chicken Panini ? lol !!! was there any chicken in it?, Youve guessed it ......None. Maybe a few bits to justify calling it chicken Panini. If they want you to come back for more they should make sure they serve it right.

Charged extra for chicken and steak ×4 claiming they charge for salad. I didnt ask for salad. Doesnt taste as good as steak and chips from spudys oak lane which charge less too.

Nice and clean place, opens almost all the working hours so perfect for a quick bite or tea/coffee etc. They have a lot of healthy eating options which is always a plus.

Service & food has gotten worse.

I am not sure why they have a such a high scores. Place does not look clean and you need to wait ages for the order. After a long wait you get something else. The customer service is below expectations.
