phoned after an hour long delay to cancel the order and get a refund, said they would refund my money and haven't then delivered the food 2 hours late

Food is always good but often delivery is delayed.

Ordered the garlic bread crust and it did not at all taste like how it usually does. I’ll be ordering less frequently from now as it’s too expensive for what is, even before it does NOT come as advertised. Atmosphere 5 stars because I ate at home

I wish I could share a picture of the Pizza we received. Terrible, not sure if they were running low but more crust than topping! I have raised a complaint with Just Eat but they consider what we received as acceptable 🤷‍♀️

I have been coming here for years. The pizza is always fresh and the staff, especially Deepak, are always friendly. Definitely a great place to pick up a quick meal.

The pizza had so much semolina that it tasted like pizza that was dropped in sand :( very unpleasant to eat.

Delicious pizzas as always. Tried the new Hot Honey Pepperoni Feast gluten free pizza which was lovely and spicy, generous toppings! Also had a large pan half and half (only small criticism is the toppings were maybe more 60/40 than half and half!) Went to collect and friendly staff in the shop. Will be back again!

Hardly any topping or cheese, mostly just bread

Good weight, excellent smell, cant wait to rip the box in half and devour the artwork of italian pizza (pizza hut) when i took the first bite i was already on heaven. The heavenly taste and smell make me question my life choices and why the flip i didnt choose pizza hut the first time. But know its my only choice

With great shame as I love Pizza Hut pizza I have to give a negative review about Pizza Hut,very disappointing the time I had to wait for my order through deliveroo as they couldn’t find a driver and I’ve waited over 1 hour for cold delivery and when I complained to Pizza Hut all I got was complain to customer services….

As usual the food was good but cold. Delivery was late, put back and still late. I cancelled and it arrived 5 minutes later. It was cold.

Ordered a couple of pizzas as we were too lazy to cook, ordered through the app but realised I had ordered a pizza the wrong size, I ordered a medium and meant to be a large, I phoned up straight away and asked to change It to a large and had my card ready to pay the difference but the amazing gentleman on the phone said he would upgrade it to a large free of charge, he honestly made a pregnant woman very happy as i was really stressed out by my mistake but couldn't fault his service one bit! I have my pizza without cheese so called just after ordering to explain and ensure they were aware. The delivery should have been 7pm as it approached 6:45 the expected delivery time changed to 7:25 at 7:35 I called the restaurant as they had not left and was told another 10 minutes

We've ordered from here twice for collection, both times the food was piping hot and tasted wonderful. Honestly with the collection deals it's worth it as a treat. Watch your mouth on the spicy chicken fingers ...they will annihilate your insides.
