Pizza Hut Delivery in Huntingdonshire

Ordered Onion Rings as part of the meal deal. Got garlic bread instead.

Very disappointed. The pizza arrived cold and had no chicken on it. very poor quality and the fries were cold and only few fries in the box. Very very expensive for what you get.

Excellent service every time we use them for delivery and collection! Love the mushroom and sweetcorn pizza!

Firstly told me there was no order in my name, then said road was closed so order didn’t turn up! Also said they tried to call me several times. No missed phone calls! But hadn’t refunded my money when I called to ask where my order was! Told me they would make order again and delivery. 1 hour later, still waiting on delivery and no refund.

Took nearly 2 hours for 1 pizza and 2 sides.

I ordered a pizza via Uber eats. Unfortunately it took a long time to find a driver so we waited a long time for delivery. However the store were so helpful and made sure we had a fresh, piping hot pizza. I would like to thank the store team for ensuring we got great food .

The delivery window was moved back 40 minutes an hour after ordering (at the end of the original window), with the option to get a refund removed as food was “being prepared”. By the time food arrived (10 minutes later than THAT window closed, an hour after the window had moved and over two hours after I ordered) it was stone cold. I picked this option due to it being the fastest available and have had good experiences before so this was really disappointing.

Sizzler has become the not so sizzler. Bland flavour, no fresh chilli's. Been replaced with dried red chilli flakes..just not the same. Good service as ever bit just not as good as it use to be. Will try Domino's next door.

I wish I could share a picture of the Pizza we received. Terrible, not sure if they were running low but more crust than topping! I have raised a complaint with Just Eat but they consider what we received as acceptable 🤷‍♀️
