Pizza Hut Delivery in Huntingdonshire

Food was ok but delivery took 1 hour 20 minutes 😩

Hussain was the kind when delivery the food however we did not receive the garlic sauce we ordered

Lovely food and great service. The vibe is pretty standard pizza express - nothing exciting but you know what you’re getting.

I called the restaurant to delay my order until 8.30 to 9pm. It was left on my doorstep at 8.05. Cold is an understatement!!!

I am extremely satisfied with my recent experience ordering from this store! I placed my order through the app, and the store manager, Sanny, promptly contacted me to discuss a minor change due to an item being temporarily unavailable. Despite the adjustment, my order was delivered on time, and the food was delicious. I'm impressed by the professional customer service I received. A big thank you to Sanny for his exceptional assistance throughout the order! Highly recommend this store for their excellent service and quality food.

We ordered off uber eats and saw the delivery time kept getting pushed back, I called to ask when we could expect the food to come and I was told the food had been sent out and they forgot to update the uber eats. Then about 20-30 minutes later the order is cancelled conveniently the second the store closed so I couldn't call back. Disgusting that they would lie instead of just cancelling the order there and then, now we are starving and have to wait longer as we order elsewhere. Fix up and don't lie to the customers that pay you.

I recently visited Pizza Hut and had an excellent experience, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Deepak. From the moment I walked in, Deepak made sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great dining experience. He greeted me with a warm smile, helped me choose the best options from the menu, and checked in during the meal to make sure everything was up to standard. It’s rare to come across such professional and courteous service, and it truly made a difference. Deepak’s attention to detail and positive attitude turned an ordinary meal into a memorable one. I’ll definitely be coming back – great food and even better service!

I visited pizza hut recently, and overall, it was a great experience. The pizza quality was impressive — the crust was crispy, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the toppings tasted fresh. The highlight was definitely their Spicy Chicken full of flavor and cooked good

It was a good meal deal in my opinion and good value. It was a tad late but I have marked as on time given the road works and diversions near me.

Highly recommend. Pizza always hot and tasty, excellent service from the guy at the till. I had my arms full and he helped carrying my food to my car across the road. Mental, totally unexpected and wouldn't receive that type of help anywhere else. Thank you :)

Went to St Neots branch with family. Received excellent customer service from Sri. One of the pizza didn't come out to expectation. Sri sincerely apologised and explained that one of the pizzas was blown out. A fresh pizza was prepared. Thank you for the great service. We really appreciate.

Very disappointed. The pizza arrived cold and had no chicken on it. very poor quality and the fries were cold and only few fries in the box. Very very expensive for what you get.

Firstly told me there was no order in my name, then said road was closed so order didn’t turn up! Also said they tried to call me several times. No missed phone calls! But hadn’t refunded my money when I called to ask where my order was! Told me they would make order again and delivery. 1 hour later, still waiting on delivery and no refund.

Took nearly 2 hours for 1 pizza and 2 sides.

I ordered a pizza via Uber eats. Unfortunately it took a long time to find a driver so we waited a long time for delivery. However the store were so helpful and made sure we had a fresh, piping hot pizza. I would like to thank the store team for ensuring we got great food .
