Ordered online, large Hawaiian, onion rings and Pepsi Max Cherry in an online offer. Arrived on time, with a friendly delivery. Ended up with a Large Hawaiian sizzler, a bottle of Pepsi, and cold onion rings. Rang to get my correct drink, spoke to an annoyed person who said they'd run out of Max Cherry so he stuck an ordinary Pepsi in instead. As we have sugar intolerance that's unacceptable without checking first. Finally said he'd send the replacement, which didn't arrive for 35 minutes. I'd avoid this branch if you want good service.

Just got off phone from one of the workers.. how damn rude! I turned to ask my son to remind me of the 2 toppings he wanted and the worker rudely said “why don’t you go get your order first instead of wasting our time.” I was gobsmacked! Needless to say we’ll be using other rival pizza places from now on! Shocking service

I ordered 11 pizzas for collection last night for a Christmas party. I pre ordered them to be collected at 8pm, they were ready on time, the staff were friendly and helped me to the car with them. The pizzas were lovely, piping hot and very tasty! We ordered 10 large pizzas and a gluten free one. Very impressed and will definitely be using this branch again!

I ordered pizza after long time food came it wasn't cook properly who ever was doing pizza sauce and toppings didn't spread properly as I know exactly because I worked in Dominos for 2 years. Staff need a good training and respect people's hard work money. They should know how hard to earn money as they doing hard work themselves. Management need to look into and respect peoples expectations as they advertise on internet.

Even though the pizza should have been with us at 7.30 - 7.50 they did let us know and at 8pm it was well worth the wait, it was lovely and hot beautiful soft proper pizza dough fillings were loads. We will definitely be ordering from them again. Fab food.

I went to get a pizza not only was it on time but the flavors reminded me of home. Service was superb as I granted a topping which wasn't typical of what was ordered. I felt delighted because I have tried pizza so many other places. When my family joins me I'm carrying them all here.

This place needs shutting down! Would give 0 stars if possible. Staff are rude and ignorant. Ordered a medium pizza for collection, to which they were trying to overcharge me! I showed them online it said £6.99, the man behind the counter argued it was £10.99 instead. It gets worse from here… we ordered a vegetable sizzler, my husband went in and picked it up and said the guy smiled, and handed it to him and upon opening it, I saw meat was hidden underneath the vegetables! I am a VEGETARIAN!!! I think he did this out of spite (hence the smirk as he handed it over) as we had questioned the price to begin with. He was very argumentative and rude, and not even dressed in uniform might I add! I will never be returning to this branch, if you ask me you should get better staff, who aren’t rude and ignorant!!!!

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut that I’ve ever order with. Three times I ordered deals with them and disappointed every time. It takes real skills to spoil a simple mozzarella pizza, but this one did it. Never going to order again.

I got my order without my drink, driver said he will return , half an hour gone , no one turned up with the drink

Side order was forgotten, order incomplete with no time when the side order would be delivered food temp was less than ideal.

Disgusting Had the misfortune to collect the worst pizza I have ever tasted. The waiting area filled with kids who looked like they were glue sniffers. The pizza was inedible. This franchise should be removed. Truly awful

I ordered a pizza and removed a topping for allergy reasons, they decided to ignore that and put it on my pizza anyway, I called up and he said its a promotional pizza so it has to be made a certain way and there’s nothing they can do,I know how Pizza Hut works, the toppings are in separate containers and he is fully in control of what goes in my pizza, they didn’t even call me to notify me they couldn’t make the changes. So now I’m sitting here with a £22 large pizza that I can’t even eat, and when I said I’m going to have to get a refund then, the man on the phone told me “good luck with that” In a sarcastic way, really poor service here.

Went in to order a pizza and they completely ignored me. Although they advertised price is ￡7.99 they never give you the penny back in change. Generally rude and ignorant staff who have no idea of customer service! Come on Pizza Hut you can do better!

We ordered delivery to Chesham. Food turned up cold and they missed a side and dip from the order. We called up to get the side and dip delivered and they said they had it there and would send it straight down. 45 minutes later after we finished our food (which we had to recook in the oven), the side and dip turned up...cold. We called them straight away and ask for a refund for the side dish but because its an online order, they can't refund. Somehow Domino's pizza always turns up pipping hot even though its also coming from Amersham. Lesson learnt.
