Very friendly, this was my go to take out at one point for about a year. It was never cold, and always in good shape when it arrived. Never had any missed items either. Very well priced if you use their deals. I would avoid the chicken strips but other than that I've no complaints.

Stood waiting 10 mins for someone to come and take our order. Shouted hello multiple times and nobody came. Another customer came in, waited and then left when it was clear no one was coming. Finally got served and tills were no working correctly. Food was average.

Worst customer service ever by shift manager. As I am a regular customer ordering pizza every week, for the second time in a row I didn’t receive the dips with the food which is a disappointment for me. When I confronted the manager, instead of accepting the mistake she argued with me and said she can’t do anything in this matter. Kudos to the delivery guy who accepted that my order has a missing item and tried persuading the shift manager to accept the mistake and take some action. Even after that, she kept on arguing and was not willing to provide a solution. In the end, I returned the whole order back and requested for a refund to which she said that she will discuss with the management whether she can process the refund for an online order. Highly disappointed with the way the shift manager handled the whole situation. Hope to receive the refund for my order.

Terrible ordered food on the 18/9/21 they cancelled it said they will deliver it tomorrow why wood I want it tomorrow and now two weeks to get my money back lots of my time wasted emailing them not even a offer of a free drink on my next order witch will never happen stay away

So ordered here twice now. First time one pizza was hot rest were cold. Second time the delivery was late yet they clicked on. Delivered 15 minutes before my pizza actually arrived and again the pizza was cold and one didnt seem cooked properly. Really bad service. I would avoid using this pizza hut.

The food is amazing, always hot, always delivered exactly on time or a little early! I order online as a treat once or twice per month & the staff at Beeston store are a credit to the Brand. I hope they all received an Xmas bonus! I always tip the guys - they work minimum wage in all weathers, yet always smile & nothing is too much trouble! Pizza Hut make decent Pizzas. Probably better than the Dominos I devoured recently. On the other hand, the deals and discounts offer are a bit misleading, always been a bit miffed about PH's marketing tech's. Staff are good at keeping cool though. Lad who made my veggie supreme a couple of weeks ago did an ace job, keep it up.
