Pizza Hut Delivery in Dundee City

Made an order over the phone after having my order not working on the app. Was served by a guy called Liam & was just made to feel so happy after the phone call. Amazing customer service & wonderful manners. Made sure we benefited from the deals too!

Thought I would treat kids to Pizza Hut as it’s a place I’ve never been for many years and remember it being nice. This place felt short in many ways! I ordered extra pepperoni £2 additional charge, extra mushroom £2 additional charge and extra spicy pork £2 additional charge. The guy must have put 2 slices of each on. I couldn’t believe it. But we were so hungry we couldn’t be bothered waiting for another pizza to come. Kids didn’t touch their chicken dippers or fries. The taste was crap that even kids wouldn’t eat. £69 for pizza meal and 2 kids meals. What a disappointment Pizza Hut is now. 100% will close.

2 hours from ordering, a stone cold pizza with a burnt crust appeared at the door. I was so disappointed and hungry that I couldn’t even be bothered to call to complain. It is disrespectful you’d allow food out the door like this, will never order from this location again.

I asked if they deliver and the man says to me, “that joke is older than you mate come up with something original” I didn’t understand this but I just said ok and resumed my ordering process. He then proceeds to call me the F slur

It’s no the star that’s the problem. It’s us being great customers after dealing with many hiccups. My pregnant partner wanted a pizza being her pregnancy craving. We paid with the last of our money which went to pending, took the money and was told we can’t do anything. Million dollar industry and can’t help out a good pregnant customer. Thanks guys.

Very tasty pizzas! Service is good with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Deliveries are this venue's specialisation so if you arrive in store with a big order, there can sometimes be a wait. Seen people get very frustrated at having to wait when they're clearly mad busy. Deliveries are very quick with friendly drivers. I always have a good laugh with the Staff when I'm in and they really do try to help out which is great. Great wee place!

Just ordered 2 of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Completely disappointed Pizza Hut is normally my go to. The pizzas are somehow burnt and soggy if I could rate 0 I would. Wish I just put a frozen pizza from the freezer in complete waste of money

Garlic bread side was just dough in the middle, undercooked in an understatement, the pizza was made incorrectly, and when i called the shop both the manager and staff were both unhelpful and lied to me and said it was made correctly

I had two different hairs on my pizza and had stomach issues the next day. Staff was very friendly.

Pizza is expensive and low in nutrients. Some employees in dirty company clothes. It's very cold in the place. The place needs renovation, it's hopeless

Ordered food to the seagate dundee bus station, delivery guy called me on the way and to make sure I could get it in time, then parked and came to give it to me - absolute champ.

Order was late due to delivery driver issues but restaurant was great, cooked new order and delivered it in record time. Staff couldn't be more apologetic. Would definitely order again.

Good reliable pizza, given we have ordered about once a week since the first lockdown we are happy. Two niggles in that time, both happily and rapidly sorted. Likely to keep ordering for the foreseeable future.

Old man working there needs his p45 , maybe because he is getting old he is a sad old man who speaks to people like trash - he seems to be out of his depth- like everyone is an inconvenience to him- he is ruining the Pizza Hut brand and his pizza’s are awful- called to complain and he was extremely dismissive and rude- better if he pops his clogs and you get someone fresh to run this takeaway

The pizza was tasty and the customer service was fine. This is a famous takeaway near the university and most of the time you can see one or two customers waiting for their order. It would be great if there were more crew members. The place was very short-staffed when I visited. Moreover, it's just a takeaway and if you have a Pizza Hut restaurant voucher, then that's not gonna work here because it's Pizza Hut Delivery(that's what the staff told me). The place was also not that clean when I visited and it would be great if the place is tidier and this can attract more customers.

Pizzas are always crazy hot and crazy good from here. Would add more sauce if I could, but otherwise amazing. Their tear and share is to die for.

Don't take cash and is very expensive if you don't find the right deals

Deep pan with pineapple, pepperoni, jalapenos and spicy chicken is just the best pizza ever - sweet, salty, fatty, hot.

I recently had the misfortune of ordering from the Pizza Hut Delivery Dundee West branch and it was an absolute nightmare. Not only was the pizza mediocre at best, but the service was atrocious. The old man working there was the rudest person I have ever encountered. He clearly has no understanding of basic customer service and seemed to take pleasure in being hostile towards me. When I called to place my order, he answered the phone with a grumpy "yeah?" and seemed annoyed that I was even bothering him. He then proceeded to talk to me in a condescending tone and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. When my order finally arrived, the pizza was cold and overcooked, and the toppings were sparse and unappetizing. To top it all off, when I called to complain about the quality of the pizza, the old man was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. He acted as if it was my fault that the pizza was bad and refused to offer any sort of refund or compensation. In short, if you're looking for a decent pizza and good service, DO NOT order from the Pizza Hut Delivery Dundee West branch. The old man working there is a nightmare to deal with and will only leave you feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Total ripoff !!! £7 for 7 pieces of tiny chicken wings??? £1 for a single piece of tiny chicken wings. Unbelievable!! Bought it away, just to see if the taste and portion would do the price justice. But no, the taste is just basic, not even flavourful. What a ripoff. Overpriced pizzas overall. Do not eat their products guys. Honestly, the box that wings came in looked more expensive than the wings itself. Honestly worst place to eat. No value for money. Do not waste your money here guys!!!

I really enjoy getting pizzas from here, whether it’s for collection or delivery. Great selection of pizzas, sides and juice for awesome prices, and friendly staff. Excellent location too, great for accessibility and delivery times if you’re anywhere near the city centre. Thumbs up!

Ordered pizza which was fine, chicken strips, mostly fine, three flatbreads, all burnt and one with missing topping, chicken wings burnt. £56 order after discount. Whoever is overseeing the food going out of this kitchen should hang their head in shame.

Fast, efficient and correct order.... A rarity these days!

We normally grab pizza from Pizza Hut on the Kingsway, which is pretty decent, but we were passing this one and assumed all Pizza Huts were the same. WRONG!! The box and pizza were swimming in grease, making it rather unpleasant to eat. The pizza itself tasted nothing like those from their Kingsway restaurant. Bland tasteless cheese, the base was different and crust was coated in what I can only describe as cannabis dust - which, given where this is located, is probably a hit with the local students. It was such a sweaty mess that it ended up going in the bin, sadly, but my stomach and toilet would thank me. I’ll stick with the Kingsway one for takeaways. *Drops pizza cutter*

I order from here weekly, always consistent quality and quick delivery even during these crazy times! Special thanks to whoever made my gluten free vegetable supreme today, its always delicious but this time it was absolutely perfect! Crispy but not hard base, plenty of cheese and fresh toppings, amazing job

1st pizza missing chicken so i called no apolgy so they said they we will send out replacement and collect wrong one. 2nd attempt arrived and you get it minus the tomatoes on the 2nd side what a farce also waiting another 35mins for it to arrive the driver apologized although it is not his fault 😠😠😠😠 picture one missing tomato on 2nd side, picture 2 chicken missing from 1 side

Good pizzas, fast delivery and great online deals. I've never had any issues with Pizza Hut Delivery. Their pizzas taste so much better than the other takeaway pizza places of this kind.

I ordered food for collection which was ready within the 20 minute window they said it would be ready in. I opted for a medium create your own on normal base with a side of the chicken strips. It was piping hot and delicious! I chatted to the staff whilst I was in there and they were friendly and polite. I'd recommend this Pizza Hut store for collection or delivery. This hut sadly is not a dine-in restaurant.

I felt sick after having this absolutely terrible the staff were Arigent and I waited 20 minutes for sloppy disgusting pizza there was cheese all over the place and to think I was getting this service after waiting 20 MINUTES it is rediculas and the person never gave me a survey code. I wonder why ANYONE THINKING OF GOING HERE DON’T, GO TO DOMINOES INSTEAD

EDIT: Not ordering again. Third time in a row they've screwed up big time. Don't know what's happened to this place but I am not happy. ----- A couple of weeks ago we ordered - one of the pizzas was forgotten and not delivered, when it was delivered it was the wrong one. We being vegetarians couldn't exactly accept their advice of "you can just eat that one" and had to insist on a replacement. This evening, we found pepperoni in our nacho's, and we've been given 4 medium pizzas instead of 2 large. Cmon, surely it's time for a complimentary flippin cookie dough.
