Very busy, but staff were very efficient

Terrible. Worst McDonald’s in Scotland. Never get anything right and always miss your food. Food is also just thrown together by a 1 year old and is a mess.

Terrible quality food do not go here

For convenience we ordered meals from McDonalds Camperdown, Dundee through Justeat. Stupidly probably as the last time we did this the delivery arrived missing items. Giving the benefit of the doubt we thought will be ok this time. How wrong we were. The order arrives quickly and everything is listed correctly on order attached to the bag. And that was the only thing that was correct. Missing a Big Mac, a Double Bacon Cheeseburger, a medium fries and the Chilli Cheeseburger was a plain Cheeseburger. We did granted get chicken strips not ordered. We contact Justeat with the expected reply of you will be refunded in a few days. While I realise that we will be told Justeat are ultimately responsible I gave.McDonalds a call. Explain I understand they will say nothing they can do I asked could they help as Justeat didn't pack the bags that is their staff not doing their job properly. The standard response of no we can't do anything phone Justeat. When I ask how we can get the wrong order put in the bag and what checks were made they could not answer and just hung up. I accept mistakes happen but surely there should be a system in place to check the orders are correct. To put it all back to Justeat is poor when it is McDonalds staff making and packing the order. Lesson learned never order from McDonalds Camperdown again.

Ordered for click and collect and they have not gave me straw or sauce left us waiting for 50 minutes and got my ice frappe like this not even half filled it’s ridiculous

For second weekend in a row the breakfast wrap was beyond poor . Thought i’d give them a chance after a burnt wrap and cold filling the weekend before. Actually ended up scooping the contents out of the carbboard after it fell to bits . Worst Mcdonalds in scotland , Never again

Ok, let's start with them charging extra for certain drinks in the meal deals. One of the staff members, a certain woman, was wiping her nose while changing the salts and peppers, they left our food stading getting cold, they got my order wrong. Worst McDonald's I've ever been too!

this was awful, i came in at around 2:00-2:05am, and we only got our food at 2:50ish. barely anyone was around and they had messed up our order...they gave us someone else's order and the philly cheese stack from that order had been bitten out of it?? we ordered 3 meals and they forgot one of the fries from the meal (by the way, the fries we did get were so unsalted) and our cheesy garlic bites. don't go to this particular franchise.

In the last few months I've had to wait for my order in a space every single time I go to the drive-thru. A lot of the time, order is also wrong or missing items. Update: Returned as close by. This time breakfast. Order was wrong again although wait was less going in

Would've given it another star but they mess up with every order. It's not rocket science. Or maybe it is 🤔

Horrible parking and drive through almost always stuck in traffic and road not done since 1990 🤣

No order was received. Driver had a problem with the address, although it was a very straightforward address. Driver was rude and very difficult to understand, he wanted me to come out and collect from him but he said he was at somewhere completely different, he marked as delivered then blocked my number so that I couldn’t get back in touch, I had to order everything again !!!!!

food nearly 1 hour late, cold to the point where you wouldn't eat it without cooking it again. then only refunded 5.28 but of a joke

Don’t order from her place a disaster. Didn’t send my daughters happy meal or wrap. And I didn’t recent my Big Mac instead we receive 2 triple cheese burgers and 1 large fried with 5 curry sauce I don’t ask for. Least we got the correct drinks 🤣🤣

every time I order from that mcdonalds at camperdown , I'm missing items .. this time 2 big macs & a double cheeseburger ,oh and a chicken nuggets share box ... what a service .. absolutely awful , no tea for the kids .

I'd like to name and shame this restaurant. There's 5 kids here all waiting on a McDonald's and they have been let down bad. I've tried to contact McDonald's and no one will answer. They are saying the food has been delivered, they said they will be a code to make sure this doesn't happen.

Only delivered a drink, which wasnt even the drink I ordered. impossible to get in contact with, not helpful at all. Not the fault of uber eats.

Ordered food from this McDonald's a few times while staying at the Premier Inn across the car park. The location was super convenient, and the service was quick. The restaurant was clean, and the food was always fresh. Ate both dine-in and takeaway to the hotel, never had any issues. Great spot for a quick meal!

driver was very polite and cheerful, half filled chips, 1 sauce. totally unacceptable when an order comes to over £20.

We got the drinks from our order but someone's else's food entirely. we have no other food in the house and our order was large /the other persons order was tiny so adults are going without food tonight while the children share someone else's cold happy meal. £39 all in for 2 milkshakes and a cold happy meal. probably won't get a refund for days/weeks.
