McDonald's in Dundee City

We had to wait half and hour for a drive thru of 2 things!! You’d get quicker service from a snail.

Closest McDonald's to work so I'm forced to use it sometimes. Always full to the brim with just eat and deliveroo drivers that get priority over normal customers. Expect to be there and waiting in the car park for sub standard dual temperature cheese burgers at least 20 minutes if they remember you. So many Staff that look dazed an confused. McDonald's brothers would have a breakdown if they seen this place. Worth a 10 min drive down kingsway to the next one to save time. If they called slow instead of fast food I'd probably give 5 stars.

It's a lovely place to go always.

Ordered food at 2330 last night. Order wasnt ready until 2350. Ordered a cheeseburger meal and a treble cheesburger. We got home 5 minutes after collecting our order. The food was barely warm and only got a double cheeseburger instead of a treble. Sadly, it's not the first time this has happened in the past couple of weeks.

Mc Rib was dry and drink was soda water not Sprite

Food Good bit expensive if you have 3 or 4 small children

Was at Dundee McDonald's after coming down from Aberdeen and grabbed a McRib but it was a McBBQ soggy roll. Had to go in the toilet twice to was my hands and the toilet smelled like it public toilet in a hot day. Disgusting. Should have was them outside in a puddle...certainly put you off McDonald's for good. 0 stars if I could give it.

4 in the morning. Chicken burger maybe cook 10 hours ago. Dry plus I did not order spicy. It is hot for 4 yers old kid. Manager horrible. She doesn't want customer be cause she will be bussy. Easy money? I gave up kfc for so many times mistake. I think you guys will be next one. Wasted 19 pounds. Better throw the street

delivery driver unfit to do job dosnt understand English and dosnt understand how to read streets or get to a simple adress and drove off as I went down to street to get food took an extra 15 mins to get food and was cold

the driver didn't deliver to my door. I ask for a cheese burger with no mustard. as I don't like mustard put got extra onions which I didn't ask for. couldn't eat the cheese burger. not happy

The food arrived over an hour late. It was all cold and soft. We ordered nuggets which were no longer crispy. The chips were pale and one pack were squashed. The burgers were stone cold. And the large coffee i ordered was cold which normally comes piping hot. We couldnt eat it and have only been offered 50% of the money back which is poor given that if i was able to be in the store id ask for a full refund as this is unacceptable and we didnt know how long this food had sat there to get so cold.

Spent £30 including £21 credit from night before for the driver to turn up with one drink and one burger which I knew wasn't mine so he took it back to try rectify but the restaurant said they cant do anything I had to contact just eat again

Didn’t receive food, the app told me driver was at the restaurant for 1 and a half hours before I gave up. No food delivered or received. Don’t think it was the drivers fault I think this was a Just eat issue

How can you deliver a order to me hour before it’s due

my order was delivered over 40 mins late and was very cold I am very upset and angry and its not the first Tim's this has happened. I will not be using your business again. very very disappointed customer

Ordered two brownies & got two cookies!!!! Asked for sauce and got none. How difficult is it to get an order right.

Had to be one of the worst McDonald’s in the Scotland. Foods always cold because it sits pre prepared on the counter ages before it’s given to customer. McFlurry’s sit prepared in advance so when you get them they’re melted, you could never take them home to eat after a meal as it would just be milk. Fries are half full. And they often forget parts of your order and unless you check before you leave the restaurant you often get home and miss out on things you’ve paid for. Sort it out McDonald’s.

Awful. Who ever saw security guards at a McDonald's? Food was chewy, no dips in the bag. The best part was driving away.

Consistently get orders wrong and perhaps to my own fault I don't notice until we get home.

Food arrived warm at best, delivery time kept changing, going from 20mins until an hour. For a restaurant thats not far it was disappointing.

Missing items again, was missing items last time too and Justeat said they couldn’t refund. Probably be the same this time around. 2 McFlurrys missing this time.

Delivery driver was no help but did deliver food on the right time however the staff at McDonald’s need to seriously improve there reading skills because everything I ordered they had wrong

I say on time the order updates say that the driver was on site pretty soon after the order that I placed at 0830 at 0915 the update still showed the driver on site but the delivery time had changed to 1035/1055 it finally arrived at 0930 but cold.
