Food was cold and missing items too

terrible juice was burst ended up with wet food said to driver and he was to busy on his phone speaking

dont think ive ordered a McDonald's and received my whole order. employing people with no brain cells. always items missing.

got no drinks and i order 3 milkshakes, plus got a whole bag of food I didn't order. pretty sure the driver had 2 orders and has mixed them up. I don't pay £3 tip to get the wrong or missing stuff.

food was cold chips were soggy coffee was cold ice cream was watery food was inedible won't be ordering from mcdonald camperdown again

The delivery guy couldn't find my address, apparently, so took our order for himself im guessing since it still hasnt arrived from last night.

This was by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had. I am a regular customer and understand from time to time your order isn’t perfect. However, only half of my order arrived, my drink had been crushed and was leaking out of the bag. The food that did arrive was incorrect and cold.. so disappointing as I’d been looking forwards to a payday treat and didn’t get most of what I’d ordered.. submitted a refund request but still nothing back.

My food was freezing cold I should have got it replaced

I had 2 full meals missing. Each time i order from Mcdonald's they always mix up my order with either missing items or wrong food so i won't be back

for the second time in 48 hrs no fries, called store was given zero customer satisfaction, the person who answered the call really needs trained in 1,the menu 2,how to resolve a complaint instead of escalating it and finally a discussion with his manager regarding his tone and content while dealing with escalations and complaints , had enough of this now have requested an appointment with business manager

The amount of chips in a large is rediculous…. Nothing like a large more like a small

Delivery driver was fab and followed all instructions to the letter. Order not so good. Syrup was missing from my granddaughters pancakes and syrup - I luckily had some Nutella but disappointing as the syrups make the pancakes!

Food didn’t taste great, asked for extra sauce and they must of used whole bottle as Big Mac fell to pieces once tried to pick it up chips were soggy not cooked properly! The price you pay nowadays for a McDonald’s is definitely not worth it especially when you bin most of your order due to not being cooked or prepared properly

Lovely delivery man. Very friendly and polite. Unhappy that the delivery time kept being pushed back when the driver was at the restaurant for ages! Food was freezing and I was offered a refund of £2.30 on a 13 pound order!
