Food missing from order as usual from mcdonalds

Food was cold and it took 50 minutes to arrive

So annoying man cold and nae sas I’m hanging out my hoop

last time I order McDonald's. never get the right order. food is always cold. gave the benefit of the doubt many times but this is ridiculous

No order was received. Driver had a problem with the address, although it was a very straightforward address. Driver was rude and very difficult to understand, he wanted me to come out and collect from him but he said he was at somewhere completely different, he marked as delivered then blocked my number so that I couldn’t get back in touch, I had to order everything again !!!!!

4 meals ordered, no fries delivered with any of the meals. Shambles!!

This was my second order tonight, first order was not delivered so I had to order again, this order was great, no issues at all. Think you shouldn’t use the driver for the first delivery

food nearly 1 hour late, cold to the point where you wouldn't eat it without cooking it again. then only refunded 5.28 but of a joke

Don’t order from her place a disaster. Didn’t send my daughters happy meal or wrap. And I didn’t recent my Big Mac instead we receive 2 triple cheese burgers and 1 large fried with 5 curry sauce I don’t ask for. Least we got the correct drinks 🤣🤣

every time I order from that mcdonalds at camperdown , I'm missing items .. this time 2 big macs & a double cheeseburger ,oh and a chicken nuggets share box ... what a service .. absolutely awful , no tea for the kids .

the drink i got was spilled all over the place and the driver went to the wrong house and he knew the drink was spilled and didn't apologise

Ordered food from this McDonald's a few times while staying at the Premier Inn across the car park. The location was super convenient, and the service was quick. The restaurant was clean, and the food was always fresh. Ate both dine-in and takeaway to the hotel, never had any issues. Great spot for a quick meal!

driver was very polite and cheerful, half filled chips, 1 sauce. totally unacceptable when an order comes to over £20.

almost everything there is an order item missing. Its great you get a refund, however the order isn't complete and someone has missed out on their meal

We got the drinks from our order but someone's else's food entirely. we have no other food in the house and our order was large /the other persons order was tiny so adults are going without food tonight while the children share someone else's cold happy meal. £39 all in for 2 milkshakes and a cold happy meal. probably won't get a refund for days/weeks.

In the last few months I've had to wait for my order in a space every single time I go to the drive-thru. A lot of the time, order is also wrong or missing items.

food cold, coke half empty most coke contents were soaked through the bag which was torn and delivery driver sat in car good 5 mins then took his time getting food out and coming to door with food.

The Mcdonalds is by far the worst in the UK. Got an order delivered with 3 meals missing and 2 happy meals with just fries in them. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE!!!!!!!! Absolutely idiots in that place!!!

Went to drive through had already ordered on the app, they parked us up and after asking two members of staff twice, I had to go into shop. They had no knowledge of the order even though they had already acknowledged it at the drive through, eventually they gave us the food but terrible service.
