Bruce was really polite and helpful. He went out of his way to tell customers that he will take their trays from their table for them, instead of them having to do it themselves and was overall really nice when bringing out food

They didn't have the ice cream my son wanted so he ended up having just vanilla.

Great service and good quality food

I'm normally not a fan of McDonald's, but quite like their breakfast food. Stopped in by the Dundee branch for a feed on a long journey. It was Superb. Usually I'll have Sausage and Egg McMuffins, but tried the BREAKFAST Roll instead. Outstanding. Yes, they advertise that they do freshly brewed coffees, but I've always avoided. Well , no more. Their double espresso was brilliant, way better than Starbucks or Costa. Only weird thing was that it was brewed into a small cardboard cup , then decanted to a big one, so it got a lid . Maybe 🤔 they should get small cup lids. Anyone, it never lost its frothy crema , which I thought it would. All in all, a superb breakfast. Well done Dundee !.

The drive through looked quiet when I went but they just take orders and asked me to park and wait. Was about 10 minutes until I got my order, the guy dishing out food was in and out of the door constantly. He did apologise but it also seemed he was the only one working! It was very busy but with people walking in, drive through, app orders, and Deliveroo all going about no wonder they cannot keep up.

staff very slow, place running out of items must of the time, meant to be 24 hrs... I start my work at 6am thought I'd pop in for breakfast deal low and behold closed!!!!

The fries were cold and the parking was horrible. The Double cheeseburgler was a-ok!

TOTALLY SHOCKING!!! AVOID Staff Lewis & Manager James! Staff are all rude! Never get any orders ride and when you go back no apology or nothing just slam the correct order on the counter! Also to add Lewis found this complaint very amusing! The staff can’t even run a raffle never mind a restaurant

Absolute disgusting ordered 9 chicken selects and got nine chicken nuggets no sauces either chips are freezing there is bacon on the Big Mac which I didn’t order and no sauces or straw

tracker looked like they went kn a detour before coming here. whole family in the car also. food was freezing. terrible service. honestly ridiculous.

ALWAYS stuff missing, without fail. Never any straws, napkins, sauces and recently always good missing, apple pies, sides.... cannot get a delivery that is correct.

Perth. Waited half an hr in drive thru. Then Big Mac meal came with all extras, even though I amended order at time of payment and was assured it had been amended.

Got my order all wrong and now my kids are crying now I’m not happy at all took over a hour for the food to arrive and it’s cold not happy

It will probably advise that order not late but it tells you driver is on way at quarter past 6 and to watch the delivery driver drive further and further away from your address when you are only five minutes along the road and then eventually arrive at 18.56!!! Food was stone cold and really not acceptable. No straws or sauces provided despite being being on order. I can understand the additional ones but the ones that are picked when picking food shouldnt be missed. Disappointing!

This McDonald's is a joke. It doesn't matter what you order, they make you go and take a space. Even if there is no one behind you in the drive through queue. They are trying to artificially improve their drive through speeds when they are actually one of the slowest ones I've been to.

Consistently asked to wait in a car park that is overcrowding. It wasn't even busy, my order was online for collection how could it not be ready in the 7 minutes it takes to drive there.
