i was craving my burrito and they didn’t even give me it

Terrible customer service and poor hygiene from workers on display throughout. Disappointing wait times while seeing workers on their phones and laughing while our orders are not being attended to, the few other customers sharing the same sentiment. Food also comes out cold and hard, unbelievably disappointing experience, needs corporate intervention - immediately.

Took 20 minutes for an in store order, with no one else in the place. Counter staff took the order then walked through the back at 7pm, with no one making any food or at the counter for at least 10 minutes. Place was filthy, tables and floor covered in scraps. Been to many taco bells, this was by far the worst.

okay here’s my genuine opinion, i went here because i’ve always wanted to try taco bell but when i arrived it was really cramped hardly any seats really messy tables food everywhere the tables were left un cleaned for a good 40 minutes, we waited for our food for half an hour for two small meals plus an extra 10 minutes for 4 churros, drink dispensers didn’t work, the wrap had way too much sauce felt like i was getting water boarded, the tables were very close together and very sticky my phone was left sticky after being left on the table, £25 for absolute garbage, they were ignoring the just eat machine for ages, it was beeping the whole time we were there and delivery drivers were waiting ages. taco bell pls get more workers those poor 2 workers doing everything

I was so excited to try taco bell for the first time I ignored the filthy shop but Literally the worst thing I have ever eaten since coming to Scotland, Dundee has many lovely eating places I would suggest try the local cuisine and give this place a skip or risk being utterly disappointed. Now I'll list why this place gets a 1 star My meal was supposed to be chicken they gave me beef. The taco shell was so old when I lifted it to take a bite it disintegrated into pieces The wrap was soggy literally tasted like eating raw dough The wrap filling had the consistency equal to throw up.... (gross) The chips were old and hard basically inedible. They didn't put the caramel sauce with my curros The drink machine said 7up zero sugar it actually was just soda water The shop was literally disgusting dirty tables, food, paper bags, serviette on the floor I ordered take out because I couldn't see myself eating in that filth. Worst £10 ever spent will never go back and I would not recommend anyone eat there I feel so bad writing this but I had to people should know The staff were friendly tho but that because Scottish people are lovely however they did get my order wrong sooo yeah.

Delivering for third party poor staff members look high while working. No respect for drivers make you wait excessive time to be advised someone has stolen the order poor service don't from here

Fast service, good food, clean and an overall great experience

Usually I’m very happy with this restaurant but everything was cold and for £30 the tacos were barely filled and the chips were stone cold.

ordered it at 9:45 didn’t get delivered till 1:15 and when it’s been delivered it has forgotten a taco churros and a bottle of juice and all my food is cold

food was spot on, ordered at 9pm tho wasn't delivered till just after midnight was raging at the time but I've ate now and things happen

ordered nearly £40 worth of items, missing half of it. shocking service tried to phone both number ringed out. the food that actually came WAS COLD hope u all get fired thanks for making me cry x

Never recieved order. Called multiple times and got no answer then went to restaurant after an hour and half waiting to be told by a delivery driver there that drivers accept orders take them then canel them and steal them.

Food was late cold and food inside the bag was everywhere also sent me the wrong sauces but of a joke after waiting nearly 2 hours

Given the wrong order, it’s happened a few times from here. I’m vegetarian and I’ve been given an entire meat delivery that I cannot eat now.

Missing my large chips from the meal

Food was cold when arrived and the chips in our order were missing. The portions had barely any chicken in them and half of the quesadilla we got was plain with not cheese or chicken in sight incredibly frustrating

Driver delivered wrong order and when you phone Taco Bell, they don't bother to answer the phone after multiple attempts to get through to them.

Driver was refusing to give food over, kept asking my daughter to connect to WiFi. I called him on it and mysteriously he was able to ask for the code.

The food was terrible. I never normally leave a bad review but this is ridiculous! The food was stone cold and I was only offered a £5.74 refund for a £24 order! Save your money and go somewhere else!

3 hours taken to deliver. moved our delivery time 3/4 times. Wouldn't answer phone to get an explanation. Shocking service and food was poor.

My partner likes the food from Taco Bell but at least 3 times we’ve ordered a lot of food only for it to be terrible. We’ve had 4 cheese quesadilla turns up with no sauce twice, missing items constantly, dry chips, stone cold food in and order of otherwise hot food, under seasoned things, over seasoned things and that doesn’t speak for the restaurant itself. The restaurant is usually dirty and cramped, the music is loud and the chairs make a horrible loud scraping noise whenever they are moved.

Delivery come and was in work which ordered for daughter tea says they pushed buzzer which they never and now claiming I’m not getting a refund says was delivered when clearly wasn’t manager in a high food establishment myself think it’s shocking

No point leaving notes for the restaurant if they don’t read them? 3 times I’ve requested no brand on the nachos and still got them!!!!

Food all came no labels to tell u what wraps were what so it was guess the wraps. U had to pay by card because they can't give u change, the tables where absolutely filthy and toilets out of order. I'd avoid at all costs

Food never arrived. Tried calling the restaurant 11 times with no answer so ended up going there in person to complain. The staff were unhelpful and unpleasant and said that there was nothing they could do and to take it up with just eat.

very poor quality of food, crunchwrap not wrapped properly, not clean at all, terrible ambiance as no music was playing, apple tango was dispensed without syrup. Poor experience do not recommend

ordered at about 1:10. an hour later i asked for a refund after no answer on the phone and the delivery time gatting later + later, and then went to bed- then at around 4am the order finally arrived and woke me up? not only that but i spent extra money on the nacho fries and they just sent me normal ones. and for some reason they also gave me 5 cans of pepsi max and a bottle of it? this is the second time the service from them has been horrible and the orders incorrect, missing or just bad.

Food all over bag and freezing cold

Unable to comment on taste or presentation as I ordered 3 items, paid and waited 2 hours (still currently waiting as its "being prepared"). I have tried calling the business multiple times and have had no response. Most likely, they stood around doing nothing until closing to they wouldn't have to make the food.

Although the correct receipt was on the bag, the contents did not match my order. And what we did get was cold.

Food was lukewarm and half of it was missing. Gave us the dip for one of our chicken tenders but the actual chicken was missing. No drinks with our meals, and we asked for large and the chips were tiny. Feels like a waste of £40.

Food was really good but... Hard taco completely destroyed before I'd gotten to it, knife and fork required. Pepsi Max 330ml missing. Nacho cheese that went with the fries also missing.

First order was cancelled and second was late and wrong. All wrong and missing items

Apparently opens at 10:30am was waiting until 10:45am then decided to go to McDonald’s next door I ate then left at 11:05am and Taco Bell was still not open, tables were not set, door was locked and staff were chatting to eachother on their phones

On the receipt it has that it was prepared at 2:36, my food did not get delivered until 3:40 which means my food had been sitting prepared for over an hour. It was freezing by the time this arrived to me.

Was meant to get churros but instead got crisps that tasted like hairspray.

My burrito was thrown into the bag, unravelled, and had stale, crunchy, uncooked rice in the middle. My friend ordered a chicken crunchwrap and got a beef, which was also 90% sour cream. Paying >£8 for each meal like that was ridiculous. Expectations for taco bell are never high, but somehow it fell even shorter tonight. Disappointed.

Tacobell Dundee has become a disaster now. It used to be such a nice place to have food earlier. Long waiting times for food. I was served with stale and hard fried rice inside my burrito. For some reason, I've been having stomach upsets every time I eat here. Can't remember when was I even served fresh fries the last time. Took 3-4 chances and kept coming back. Finally giving up on them.

last time I went in person it was filthy and the toilets stank. Could see employees standing about doing absolutely nothing and sitting on their phones. When I ordered i could’ve aswell been talking to a wall lassie wouldn’t even look up at me. There were empty food wrappers on the floor and at certain parts of the floor were some what sticky. Ordered online just today and the food came packaged absolutely terribly aswell as cold, waited 40 mins for an order of 4 tacos and 2 cheesy topped fries. Compared to the Glasgow one this place is a hell hole. Only buy here if you’re absolutely desperate the fries taste like cardboard and I don’t doubt you’d be better off eating the packaging it came in instead. Tacos taste no better either, I wouldn’t feed this to a junk yard dog. Don’t know why I still had any hopes after my first try. Genuinely terrible, the only good thing about my experience was my uber eats delivery guy. Very polite and friendly, hope he gets on well and has a nice evening hopefully not having to go back to this absolute nightmare Taco Bell. Feel bad I sent the poor guy there, all that struggle for some below mediocre food. Overall don’t order from here unless you have a craving for straight cardboard and even then you could probably get cardboard cheaper than this bs

We had to wait half an hour for a wrap and a taco. The wrap wasn't even wrapped properly and the taco was mostly empty. The kitchen looks like a health hazard. Absolutely awful
