Apparently opens at 10:30am was waiting until 10:45am then decided to go to McDonald’s next door I ate then left at 11:05am and Taco Bell was still not open, tables were not set, door was locked and staff were chatting to eachother on their phones

My burrito was thrown into the bag, unravelled, and had stale, crunchy, uncooked rice in the middle. My friend ordered a chicken crunchwrap and got a beef, which was also 90% sour cream. Paying >£8 for each meal like that was ridiculous. Expectations for taco bell are never high, but somehow it fell even shorter tonight. Disappointed.

Workers loudly swearing and sitting on the counter on their phones and talking badly about the delivery driver, plus we paid for extra things on our burritos and they had none of it, don’t go

Tacobell Dundee has become a disaster now. It used to be such a nice place to have food earlier. Long waiting times for food. I was served with stale and hard fried rice inside my burrito. For some reason, I've been having stomach upsets every time I eat here. Can't remember when was I even served fresh fries the last time. Took 3-4 chances and kept coming back. Finally giving up on them.

Gave petrol tasting cinnamon curls. Didn't do anything when complained. Very rude service. Very dirty tables.

Every single time I order from this place on Deliveroo, they somehow manage to not do their jobs very well and forget several items each time. I genuinely DO NOT understand how this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER. please sort this out :(

We had to wait half an hour for a wrap and a taco. The wrap wasn't even wrapped properly and the taco was mostly empty. The kitchen looks like a health hazard. Absolutely awful

last time I went in person it was filthy and the toilets stank. Could see employees standing about doing absolutely nothing and sitting on their phones. When I ordered i could’ve aswell been talking to a wall lassie wouldn’t even look up at me. There were empty food wrappers on the floor and at certain parts of the floor were some what sticky. Ordered online just today and the food came packaged absolutely terribly aswell as cold, waited 40 mins for an order of 4 tacos and 2 cheesy topped fries. Compared to the Glasgow one this place is a hell hole. Only buy here if you’re absolutely desperate the fries taste like cardboard and I don’t doubt you’d be better off eating the packaging it came in instead. Tacos taste no better either, I wouldn’t feed this to a junk yard dog. Don’t know why I still had any hopes after my first try. Genuinely terrible, the only good thing about my experience was my uber eats delivery guy. Very polite and friendly, hope he gets on well and has a nice evening hopefully not having to go back to this absolute nightmare Taco Bell. Feel bad I sent the poor guy there, all that struggle for some below mediocre food. Overall don’t order from here unless you have a craving for straight cardboard and even then you could probably get cardboard cheaper than this bs

The service was so slow yesterday and no one seemed to care, I usually don’t bother with it as I know hospitality is hard but I got food poisoning after eating the food and it just was awful. Please take better care and be more strict on your staffs health and hygiene quotas. Thanks

Currently waiting, been 25 minutes so far. The staff are more concerned with throwing old receipts at off duty members of staff and paternity results of passers by. I Approached the desk to find out what was taking so long only to be handed a paper copy of my order and so still waiting. No food is leaving the kitchen but blaring sounds of ed Sheeran is. Went to Taco Bell in Glasgow last week. Ordered and consumed my order all within ten minutes. Come on Dundee!

Food is great and so is the service. Cleaners were in operation and closed off the seating area on busy afternoon causing people with kids to queue up inside and outside the store. They should be cleaning non busy times.

i ordered a delivery yet still waiting on it it’s said it was meant to be here round about now yet they haven’t even started preparing it will definitely will not be ordering for delivery ever again as this is a disgrace!!!

This place is an absolute joke now. You will wait hours for your order. It’s all so messy and disgusting, trash everywhere, no hygiene. The employees are always bored, uninterested and they will just completely ignore you. And when you get your order you realise you got the wrong one 👍 It wasn’t like this before the last manager left

It was filthy. Food all over the floor and tables

Food average, however the place needed a good clean, the floors and tables needed a clean. The person serving the food looked very sweaty and did not follow hygiene standards. He was also swearing which could be heard by my 12yr old daughter. Overall would not go back.

Dirty. Dead silent, uncomfortable and cold. The fact it was empty at lunchtime should have been an indicator of the quality of this place. Every table dirty, and floors dirty too. Toilet disgusting. Screens dirty. Two items missing off order. Food lukewarm. The powder on the fries and "nachos" is dry and overpowering. Really terrible.

this was my first time at taco bell it was also my last. i will not be coming back the employees were standing with there friends who were not working and they were just messing around at the till. the tables were horrific to say the least none of them were wiped and didn’t look like they had been all day. i overheard one of the employees say that the cinnamon twists were left there for 3 days then another employee followed up by saying they are meant to be used within 24hours they then served me the 3 day old food.

We went to taco bell for the first time yesterday. Firstly I can say the only positive was that it was easy to order. Staff were not overly friendly to be honest and the food was warm at best. There was also items missing from our order. Unfortunately we won't be in a rush to return. Also we ordered to dine in and it was given to us In a bag, everyone else was given food on a tray. Such a waste of paper, and more importantly, a waste of money.

Went in… food all over floor… all staff sitting with gloves on but on their phones. One staff member was sitting on the counter with his feet also up on the counter. Immediately left 🤮 disgusting.

Been to Taco Bell in Aberdeen and really enjoyed it, so popped into Dundee today. Food was absolutely disgusting, no flavour to it at all. And the staff were to busy with their pals to care about the customers that were in. Certainly wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be back.

Good food tables always dirty even when quiet, the last 3 times ive been they havent marked down what food is on the wraps so you literally dont know also they had music playing that had cuss words in it when my little nephew was in. Said there tills were down when i literally watched them take the cash drawer out (basically they are too lazy to count up another till) so i couldnt even get my app points because the kiosks also didnt work. Ive never seen such bad service i would definitely do some extra training if i was the RM. Very disappointed

Tried hard to like it. Didnt. Food was non descript and I’d honestly make better at home myself. The (few) Fries were dreadful, the crispy chicken wrap was just terrible. They did not have drinks on tap so were handing out cans. I asked for something non fizzy and was told sorry nothing. Not even water. Really? AVOID.

Although typically a 4-5 star. Service during evening shifts (10pm onwards) is abysmal. The burritos are not wrapped properly and fall apart before you even open the packaging. Visibly unhappy to be serving customers. Would recommend getting food during the day shifts.

Not for me tiny portions I know it's a franchise and it's 1 I won't revisit sorry .table's were also dirty and wasn't buy staff had time to clean them but prefer a catch up.

If Taylor the ‘’manager’ or supervisor, whatever she’s called, would get off the phone or stop lording it up with her pals, giving out free food, she’d have more time to help the one guy in the kitchen with the app orders, meaning off the street customers like myself didn’t wait 30 minutes for garbage like this

Quite possibly one of the worst experiences of a fast food establishment I have had. All issues were easily avoidable however the staff were quite simply not bothered. The 1st thing we noticed was the amount of mess, empty bags and rubbish all over almost every table and chair in the building. There were a number of staff standing outside the front doors of the Taco Bell with their uniforms on smoking and vaping, one talented member of staff obviously really needed his tobacco hit as he had a cigarette in one hand and a vape in the other puff on each simultaneously. When those staff came back in another group of staff left and replaced them at the front of the building. During our whole time while in the building there were 2 other couples and the other tables were empty. Not 1 member of staff went around and attempted to clean up the mess that had been left or wipe down the tables. We wiped our own table and cleared our own rubbish which took no time at all, with the Taco Bell being quiet you would think they would take the opportunity to clean and tidy but no. When we got our food the burritos were cold and the churros weren't ready yet however we were advised they would be brought over for us, which they were. The order was missing the melted cheese however and we had to ask for it. The whole experience has put me off ever going back into this Taco Bell which is a shame as I do usually enjoy their food.

The food was ok but I really want to commend the honesty of the staff. I left my wallet behind and when I returned the next dsy they had kept it safe for me - and would not accept a tip.

Took my son in for lunch whilst in town. Ordered from the machine with the intention of sitting in until we noticed how dirty the place was. Rubbish lying everywhere, tables unwiped. Plenty of staff in but clearly not interested in doing any work. Food arrived extremely quickly so we took it and left. Won’t be back.

It was such a horrible experience, definitely do not recommend. I ordered a soft taco but they gave me a hard shell and the customer service was an absolute zero. The place was absolutely dirty and then 20 students who were half drunk came I and started fighting, I got terrified and left

Been to the Taco Bell in Glasgow and it was pretty good. At the Dundee one I ordered a beef taco and a chicken taco. They were edible for a quick bite but they were filled with more lettuce than anything else. It was basically lettuce tacos. Customer service was sub par but maybe the person had a long day.

Ordered on just eat. Got 2 Volcano burrito box meals, an extra taco and an extra large seasoned fries. Half of the box meals were missing. We got 1 of the 2 drinks. We got none of the fries (0 of 3) and got no churros either. Nearly £40 of food ordered and we got half of it. Can't talk to anyone here as they don't answer their phone and just eat couldn't care less. Food is great but don't order unless you can go in person. Only way you will get what you pay for.

Food was as expected. No issues at all. Seating area is very small so wouldn’t rock up with a large party. Had to ask for tables to be wiped down as had cheese and lettuce all over them but one of the girls came over to do this promptly. The food was great. We love Taco Bell so will definitely come again.

Don't order food from here if your hungry. Takes forever, delivery time keeps getting updated later and later on just eat. You can't get anyone on the phone either to find out.

The most depressing Taco Bell I've ever been to. I think this entire franchise in the UK is just awful. The food is awful, the staff have always been nice, but omg the food is horrible. I've been to the Taco Bell in the US, Middle East, Sri Lanka, all were absolutely brilliant, cheesy Quesadillas, delicious Tacos, amazing food. But the ones here in the UK are just, avoid if possible is all I can say.

My daughter treated us to a takeaway, when we got home she was short of a taco and a cheese dip. My wife's spicy chicken burrito had one tiny piece of chicken in it and hardly anything else( see photo with jalapeños removed). None of our portions looked anything like the photos in the menu. Rubbish value for money. Wish we'd gone for a curry. Won't be back.

I ordered with the machine and was waiting for my food. It took them about 15 minutes for my food. I understand that they were busy because they had a big order but it was kind of annoying that I had to wait for such a long time for fast food. But the staff was nice and I would come back again.

Regularly order collection. Food is great then they get the order correct. However this is rare but had been getting better of late Especially bad tonight 8/10/23 Paid for churros but they were not in the bag. Vegetarian black bean crunch wrap supreme - came with meat in it. Might have been fake meat but vegetarian in the house wasn’t willing to eat it Cheese quesadilla appeared to have chicken in it - again vegetarian wasn’t happy to eat it, thus the meal for the vegetarian was fries! And no churros. 3 tacos were in fact in soft wrap and not crunchy taco It was quiet but the staff seemed to be more interested in chatting amongst themselves and clearly were not paying attention to the order

decided to give this place another chance while in the town the other week, and saddly i wont be back. portion sizes are tiny especially for the price and barely any chicken in my chicken taco. its a shame because ive always heard really good things about this place in america but truthfully if you walk about 5-10 minutes down the road towards the uni you'll find and amazing independent "wee" mexican (dont think i can say the name on a review of another restaurant but the "wee" is a hint) place that does amazing food and vegan options too! dont go to taco bell dundee if you value your health and wellbeing. though i will say the girl with the nose piercing and blond hair w/fringe was very lovely and its not her fault we didnt enjoy ourselves.

Tasty and quite a bit of variety even though I usually just get the two taco supreme meal with both soft shell and beef filling. Even the chips are really good; they've got a nice spiciness to them. Also, the staff are nice and friendly.

Very poor customer service - too busy joking around in the kitchen throwing food at each other. Quality of the food was good - tasty but the portions are tiny, not just small, TINY. I'd actually thought they'd wrapped up a couple of hash browns for a laugh...nope, that's your tacos. Less that a teaspoon of cheese as a topping. The chips on the other hand are really nice and well seasoned - about the equiv. of a McDonalds 'small'. Sadly, won't be back.

Visited on 27.12.22 just for some small desserts, was really good and great how you can either order at the screen or you can pay in cash at the till which is really good. The food was prepared really fast
