the driver calls when hr has arrived and made us go down to him.....disappointing when you've paid for it to be delivered to house! He has done this twice now

the food is good, i don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed. BUT the service is sooo slow. after a night out, my friends have gone to mcdonald’s next door (which is considerably more busy) and received their order really quickly, but here I’ve been left waiting for 15 minutes before getting my order (even when it has been quiet and 3/4 people working), which is something to consider when coming here

driver couldn't find the building address. called my number, demanded I walk down the high street and collect it. abysmal service

Appalling service, from Taco Bell and Uber Eats! The order on the app was stated to be ready for collection, yet I get a call from the driver saying they've been told its not ready and won't be for a while as they're busy and they'll cancel it. They never cancelled the order and thr driver marked the delivery as complete. Nearly £50 worth of an order and food that never arrived.

Delivery great. items wrong and missing again tho. They really need to step up and read the order’s and check before items leave the store. I have ordered here on at least 6-7 occasions and I think they have managed the correct order once.

The time for my self pickup reservation has arrived, but not only did they not prepare my food, but the restaurant also did not open for business.

It took them over two hours to show up with freezing food. I genuinely want money back, I never in my life complain, but two hours is a joke. With food I can't eat cause it's freezing, and the dessert is rock solid out of bag. Refound me straight awa

La comida es agradable por lo general, pero el personal está poco capacitado en el servicio al cliente. Especialmente el gerente, tomar descansos de vapeo fuera de la puerta de la tienda cuando tienes clientes mirándote no es muy profesional. Los tiempos de espera son horrendos también, es evidente que no tienen suficiente personal en todo momento. Buena comida, mal servicio.

The delivery driver was really friendly. The food on the other hand was not. The chicken tenders were dry af went straight in the bin. Ordered 2 xl nacho cheese sauce and not even the bottom was filled. Will never order from here again.

Unfortunately since opening Taco Bell Dundee has got worse. The place is dirty loads of rubbish on the floor. Four staff members all pleasant enough but not proactively cleaning, despite there being hardly any customers, they emptied the overflowing bin but ignored the rubbish elsewhere. The order points are out of action. On a good note gives a blue light card discount of 20%.

Food waa freezing and we ordered XL cheese sauce and cane 1/4 full

Went in for one of their cravings value items and also ended up getting the Volcano Large Meal and 5 chicken nachos. Was not disappointed! Staff were extremely polite and got my food moderately fast, really do recommend the nacho cheese if you get fries!! Just an all round lovely store, great food and amazing service, 11/10.

Last time I ordered I had an item missing and just ordered again and had my burrito missing aswell, have put in for a refund both times and had nothing.

I swear they put crack in the 7 layer burrito. Highly recommend

Terrible customer service and poor hygiene from workers on display throughout. Disappointing wait times while seeing workers on their phones and laughing while our orders are not being attended to, the few other customers sharing the same sentiment. Food also comes out cold and hard, unbelievably disappointing experience, needs corporate intervention - immediately.

Ordered around 4:50 ish, was delivered 6:50. Delivery time kept changing and getting longer and longer. The drive is about 10-15 minutes most, I understand it can get busy. But around 2 hours??? Ridiculous. Food was cold upon arrival because it took so long. Abysmal.

Missing food again ever time I order it’s wrong

Took 20 minutes for an in store order, with no one else in the place. Counter staff took the order then walked through the back at 7pm, with no one making any food or at the counter for at least 10 minutes. Place was filthy, tables and floor covered in scraps. Been to many taco bells, this was by far the worst.

burrito was stane cald, also had unboiled rice inside. Binned . quesadilla came in 3 parts, one part was plain tortilla . Also did not receive bottle of water . Delivery boy obviously thirsty on his way up here . won’t be back

okay here’s my genuine opinion, i went here because i’ve always wanted to try taco bell but when i arrived it was really cramped hardly any seats really messy tables food everywhere the tables were left un cleaned for a good 40 minutes, we waited for our food for half an hour for two small meals plus an extra 10 minutes for 4 churros, drink dispensers didn’t work, the wrap had way too much sauce felt like i was getting water boarded, the tables were very close together and very sticky my phone was left sticky after being left on the table, £25 for absolute garbage, they were ignoring the just eat machine for ages, it was beeping the whole time we were there and delivery drivers were waiting ages. taco bell pls get more workers those poor 2 workers doing everything

haven't received my order after coating 2 hours

I was so excited to try taco bell for the first time I ignored the filthy shop but Literally the worst thing I have ever eaten since coming to Scotland, Dundee has many lovely eating places I would suggest try the local cuisine and give this place a skip or risk being utterly disappointed. Now I'll list why this place gets a 1 star My meal was supposed to be chicken they gave me beef. The taco shell was so old when I lifted it to take a bite it disintegrated into pieces The wrap was soggy literally tasted like eating raw dough The wrap filling had the consistency equal to throw up.... (gross) The chips were old and hard basically inedible. They didn't put the caramel sauce with my curros The drink machine said 7up zero sugar it actually was just soda water The shop was literally disgusting dirty tables, food, paper bags, serviette on the floor I ordered take out because I couldn't see myself eating in that filth. Worst £10 ever spent will never go back and I would not recommend anyone eat there I feel so bad writing this but I had to people should know The staff were friendly tho but that because Scottish people are lovely however they did get my order wrong sooo yeah.

Drink was lovely and cold. So was the food. They defo cooked it and left it out waiting for driver OR just had one left over. Disappointing as this was my long awaited dinner.

I ordered just before 7pm. My son had to visit the taco bell shop at 9.30pm as they ignored all phone calls to ask where our order was. Staff was rude accusing him of scamming them until I sent messages as proof that we were still waiting on our order. They apologised & offered a refund or reorder. We reordered & 2 items missing. Terrible attitude& service, terrible delivery experience (the delivery driver has either taken our order or gave it to someone). Order password meant to be given!

Very polite delivery guy got the extra star. Cold chips, a burrito with more cheese sauce than anything else (a few weeks bits of chicken), and overly salty beef taco (burrito was also salty). Churros were tasty, if cold and drowned in the spicy sugar mix. Food could definitely be better. 3-star and no more. They were open late, so maybe expecting most folks at this time don't pay much attention. Disappointing from such an apparently big name stateside...

Second time I’ve ordered from here and twice the chips have came freezing and missing stuff from our order
