Very disappointed, waited 2 hours for a over priced pizza. They forgot the drink. And the food was stone cold. Phoned up to complain. They were not interested. Avoid at all cost.

I don't know why I keep using this place. The food is always cold, always arrives much later than estimated and the sides are always undercooked - but at least it actually arrived those times! This evening I placed an order, it got to the "packing your order stage" and has been there for an hour. I've called the restaurant twice, no answer and now they are closed. I have also been charged for the order, and now I cannot get through to any customer service either. I'll never use them again - signed, one hangry pregnant lady!

Very bad experiences, always the order is late. You cannot track the driver. And sometimes they will just cancel your order, and when you trying to contact the customer service they will say that the refund cannot be done cuz the branch manager don't agree.

Ordered in their app, then they've arranged a delivery through uber eat. After 2h of waiting my order was cancelled. Next day I contacted customer service for a refund and they couldn't help me as the Hereford branch manager said they have deliverd personally my order. No refund, no order nothing.

Don't order here, bad customer service. Your order will never arrive in time or will not arrive at all and you won't be refunded.

Had to contact Just eat help to find what had happened. Given another time even then it was still late☹️ Food when it arrived was not hot. 🥶

I ordered through just eat at 11:30 and was told at 12 that my food from Pizza Hut had been delivered which it had not. This was at NO fault of Pizza Hut and was at the hands of just eat. After ringing the restaurant I spoke with a polite male server who was kind enough to deliver my pizza himself after locking up the restaurant. Unfortunately this went on from 11:30 - 1am and I have since complained to just eat. But I would recommend this Pizza Hut on their service and kindness alone. I even tried to offer the server £5 for just driving it to me and he refused to take it. This was on Sunday night so a thankyou to whoever was on at that time !! Also pizza and wedges were delicious!!

I ordered from Pizza Hut and got notified that my food was delivered at 12:05 when it hadn’t. I rang the restaurant and no driver had been allocated so they had to deliver it themselves as a server. I’d like a full refund as it went on from 11:30-1am

Our food was lovely but it did arrive without the ice cream that came with our puddings, the delivery driver was amazing & went out of his way to go back & get us some & deliver it straight to us! Perfect service from him!

Food has not arrived, called them to confirm that it is being made and he said it is being cooked. It has now gone midnight and not arrived. Not impressed.

Ordered from the App. Hawaiian pizza turned up with extra ingredients that we paid for, but standard ingredient of pineapple missing. Let it go the first time, but the same thing happened the next time we ordered. This time I phoned up. And the person I spoke to said that their system said to leave out the pineapple, which I did not request. Fobbed me off by saying he'd issue a £5 refund, which we never got. Will not be using them again.

My order arrived 15 minutes late and was only just edible as it was nearly cold. My granddaughter was upset as she was hungry and waiting for her food.

My favourite part of eating here is the salad bar, it is amazing, it has everything! Pizza is good too.

Food quality was good, but was delivered very late, my order was finally delivered almost two hours after placing the order. Ive been a loyal customer to just eat for years and accept that sometimes orders may arrive a bit late, but this was poor.

I ordered my food an hour a go, it says it's delivered but it hasn't arrived

The food itself was okay, but delivery took 3 hours. We ordered for convenience after arriving home after a holiday so had hungry, upset children that got to eat their tea at 23.00. We will not be placing an order with Pizza Hut again as we requested a partial refund due to the delayed delivery, but a refund was refused. They did however throw in a small 500ml bottle of coke and a miniature ice cream, so it made it all better 😆

We ordered a pizza at 18:10, that didn’t even arrive yet, it’s been 2 hours, called the restaurant to complain about our food taking so long to arrive, asked for a refund just for them to hang up the phone in our face. Such idiots, don’t bother ordering from here, save your money and DON’T ORDER OR EVEN VISIT THIS STUPID RESTAURANT! Should have checked the reviews before ordering, seems like an ongoing problem🙄

It was over an hour later than the expected delivery time

Ordered through Pizza Hut app and order never arrived. App stated it had been delivered. We rang up and was told to wait a few more minutes. We waited 30 minutes more and it still hadn’t arrived. We rang back to be told to wait a few more minutes again. We explained that we had already waited 30 mins and App was stating it had been delivered. We was offered a refund or to re order. We re ordered and I went to collect it . I had to explain all over again to staff. They then cooked order while I waited. I asked for my delivery charge back , but never received it and never received an apology. I will not be using this place again. Also the garlic bread in our order was uncooked.

Order was accepted and then eta kept getting pushed back. 12:20pm came and still no driver. Rang and the pwrson was polite and said just eat hasnt sent a driver so had to go pick it up myself and to find out the food was stone cold when got home. Not happy.

Taken my money, order didn't even turn up but been marked as delivered.

Ordered at 5.20pm for delivery, 500mtrs from the store as I was busy. Got a phone call at 6.10pm because the driver was lost up the street. Went to house 200 not 100. 10 mins later it was delivered and cold. Not happy I drove to the store in 2 mins and complained with no apology. Store guy was dressed in normal clothes and the waiting room was freezing. I was told 15 min wait but it was 25 mins. After asking i got a single bottle of Pepsi max for compensation. I wouldn't recommend delivery from this address using pizza huts own delivery driver, it's like the driver didn't know hereford... Once I collected my pizza it was hot and great but I won't be using pizza hut again for delivery.

Ordered delivery at 18:50. Waited and waited for the order to be done "packing"- finally put for delivery an hour later but nothing ever arrived. 5+ calls to the restaurant and no reply at all. Do not order from here, it's absolutely shambolic. I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again and will encourage others to do the same.

Stay away 6 months later- still no refund and received no order that day! Customer service was bad My order never arrived and refusing me a refund! I tried calling several times to find where my order was and no answer welcome to gift gaff! it was meant to be delivered by latest 8:15pm but still waiting at 8:30 and It was in packing stage from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. I received a survey at 9pm then once put bad review it then automatically changed status to delivered (waited downstairs for it no knock or delivery). Very disappointed after work.

Took two hours waiting time to find our food was taken and delivered to the wrong address I wouldn’t bother ordering through just eat for this particular Pizza Hut I would go online as it’s also slightly cheaper and much quicker! :)

I would give 0 stars if I could!! Poor service and extremely poor customer support. When you order online and time frame on app tells you expected time- it does not stick too and takes 1 hour 45 minutes. I ordered a pizza , two sides and drink and when I called for updates due to lateness I was literally lied too -saying driver was about to deliver and they cook to order and only had one driver. I ordered at 8pm on a quite Thursday (yesterday) and the app said it would approx arrive 8:30/8:40 and when you eventually call to cancel at 9:10 pm the manager agrees for full refund. The driver did drop off my ordered (incomplete- forgetting drink and it is extremely cold arriving at 9:43pm) when trying to tell the driver it’s (A) been cancelled via phone and (B) it’s incomplete- he runs off to his car, not giving any support. I called the store explaining this and for them to collect as unwanted due to lateness or what shall I do? I was informed to contact the support app for full refund. This morning I received an email with an insult of a e-voucher of £5. I will not be using . I rang the store to explain this and the manager today said to mention him in customer support as he also believed that my experience was poor and that I should get a refund in full. I’ve emailed customer support (Richard) and explained this and support has been dreadful. Save your money go elsewhere as Pizza Hut will rob you and deliver cold pizza and incomplete order. I don’t expect to get my full refund from Pizza Hut, save your money and time!

Place order at 6:07 on app, for st. Martins, pizza delivery was told 6:40 to 6:50, delivery; call 3 times kept be told delivery 10 mins… it’s now 8:07 just arrived stone cold… they have offered a refund, but we will see!!!

Never had pizza from here before and wasn’t impressed on the taste

St martins hereford branch has appauling customer service. I have been hung up on, told to ring back as they are busy and then they hung up before we could say anything, when I rang back they told me the reason is that they only have one card machine. I told them it was a collection order, he took the order and then hung up before we could ask how long. Arrived at the restaurant and they had an messed up order after messed up order. They gave my pizza to somebody else because they messed up and they told me thats what happened, they tried to give a vegan women a meat feast. Disgusting customer service.

Slow service. Person in front of me waiting 45 minutes for theirs. Ours was 45 minutes too but they made two mistakes and had to remake a vegan option as the first had meat on it. Check the order before you pay and check the pizzas before you leave.Not sure if my visit was a training exercise for the staff team but they needed leading by someone who knew what they were doing rather than having a laugh in the kitchen.

Ordered pizza on the app for collection at 7.45, got to the restaurant just after 7.45 the app said my food was ready, when I walked in I had to wait probably 5-10 minutes before somebody served me to which I was told that somebody had messed with the tickets and pizzas had been sent out wrong etc, so I was happy to wait , waited probably 20 minutes past my collection time and then received my order. Drove home to find both pizzas didn't have the cheese bite crust as ordered and had the completely wrong pizza that had lots of meat on it and we ordered veggie!! Absolutely shocking service & I definitely won't be using again.

Took forever to be delivered! When it was my food was cold and the ice cream with it had melted! Ordered dips and they weren’t even delivered! Extremely poor service!

If I could not give a star rating then it would be 0. I ordered a pizza over the blue light card. I got told it would be there between 20:40 and 20:50. I waited until 21:20 before I tried to ring the restaurant. I rang 5 times with no answer. So I decided to go to the restaurant my self at 21:30. When I got there , there was loads of people wait on orders that was late, the phone was constantly ringing. When I asked about my order a young boy told me that he was so hind with orders he could not keep up as two staff walked out. When I asked how dose he know about my order when you have not asked for the order number or address. I told my name and address and was told it's not even being cooked yet. He went off see how long it would be then come back with he did not know how long. Then when I said I was going to complain he offered me half of my back and said he would do my order next. Be the time I left the restaurant with my order it was 22:15. There was delivery drivers being told orders had been delivered, 6 people waiting. And the hole time I was there the phone rang and not once did they answer the phone. I said the staff there maybe get some more staff. To be told the owners won't get any. Well I won't be going back there and I will be passing this to blue light card aswell.

Ordered early evening. Waited a hour for a driver to be assigned. Food was cold and pizza tasted funny.

Ordered to pick up and was wayyyyy quicker then I thought 😂 really good service and friendly staff! Only thing I would say is the app had told me it's was ready before it was, however I only had to wait literally a minute and was ready to go! Worth collecting too as it's alot cheaper!

Extremely disappointed, ordered a delivery for a roughly 10 inch pizza .It took 44 minutes to be delivered less than 1 mile and cost £22. (£1.99delivery fee). I will never use them again.

Waited an hour for delivery for stone cold pizza and melting ice cream. Rang up to complain and was greeted with awful customer service. And from the look of the most recent reviews I'm not the only one who's had problems there lately. Shame because we used to order quite often, won't be bothering again.

We ordered 6 pizza for delivery, 3 were so burnt we couldn't tell what toppings. Rang shop and reordered, told no drivers so went to pick up. 20 minute order turned into an hour wait. Rang to see what was happening. Manager was useless, customer service non existent. Would not give refund or partial refund. Took free ice cream n 2 bottles of pop just to get out of there. FINALLY ATE 2 HOURS AFTER FIRST ORDER. RUINED sons birthday family meal and 5 hungry kids. Do not recommend and we will not return.

Utterly disappointed with the quality of food as the pizza which was delivered to me was burnt and taste was horrible. As pizza hut is always on the expensive end of all the pizza chains, customers expect better food quality and hope it won’t take customers for granted.
