Placed an order via Deliveroo. The ETA changed 3 times and I then received a message to say the order had been cancelled. I received a call from Deliveroo confirming this. Why the restaurant was open to take orders is beyond me. A complete waste of time.

Not been to Pizza Hut for years. Ordered pizzas for a kids party, was easy to order over the phone, order was ready for collection on time & the pizzas were delicious with generous toppings. Really impressed

Numerous times now there's been no vegan options available when we've ordered, but they've still been listed as being available on the website. Then you get offered a pizza with no cheese, but they can't refund it if you ask because you need to email someone.

I have just called the store to make an order, six times in total and no answer. Despite all the staff being out the back, smoking and chatting, clearly choosing to ignore the phone (which I can actually hear ringing!!) you have lost a sale this evening. Disappointed in the service tonight.

Pizza Hut deliveries have always been perfect because I do not have to speak to anyone on the phone, which is appealing. The online system is easy to use. The delivery person is always polite and friendly, the food is always delicious and meets our expectations. The deliveries normally do not take too long. ***We recently attended again and received excellent customer service from a woman with pretty and long eyelashes. She excelled in making conversation and she was good at her job.***

Not sure of the persons name but the lady with the blonde hair and tattoos at the Aldershot store was super helpful when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and she was very generous and kind!

Ordered from pizza hut last night and this morning me and partner have been really unwell.

Disgusted!!!!!! Made an order for a kids party of 16 children the night before. 25 minutes after the delivery time I called, to be told it was 2 minutes away. 15 minutes I called back to be told it was delivered. Then after being on hold was told it couldn't be delivered because of a road closure which was completely false. Was then told they could re do the order. This was not possible due to only having 15 minutes of the party room I had booked left. They then told me to take it up with delieroo!!!!! I did not make the order with delieroo, I made it direct with pizza hut! Then was told to ring back in 6 hours to talk to the manager!!!!

Absolutely shocking service. Cold food, garlic bread not even cooked properly. Called to speak to someone and got told that the manager was too busy speak to me. Just want a refund and an apology.

Overall, great food for the price. The deals are really good - we got a large 4 topping pizza which was extremely filling and delicious, and tasted very fresh. We also got nachos and potato wedges on the side. 2 of the wedges were slightly undercooked and the nachos were average. Delivery was a bit pricey so we did pickup and everything went smoothly. Overall I would order again, but maybe would skip the sides.

We have been a regular customer but the quality of food is getting worse. They keep on sending wrong orders, pizza quality is bad, toppings are very less and overall customer service is pathetic. We plan to delete this from our list from 2023. Good bye

To customers: Do not listen to some upset person who travelled from Fleet and nags about wrong crust. Be grateful you got money to buy food A lot are complaining about delivery times and it's hilarious reading those. Go complain directly to JustEat or UberEats or better stop using their services - they are responsible for your late delivery. Their app is not up to your standards, not some hardworking person behind the till in the store. That is not way humans should be behaving. You have a job where you receive complaints too. So think before you leave a nasty comment, the world unfortunately doesn't revolve around you. I seen what I seen, the staff are hardworking diligently and I will be returning for more pizza ✅️

Food quality standards have definitely dropped. Pizza was luke warm and bland. The delivery driver was pleasant but his car sounded like it was falling apart 🥴

I ordered a large number of pizzas for a party and it was ready on time and the pizza quality was really good too because some places if you place a large order they don't really care about the quality of pizza but thankfully this was not the case here. The prices are great too so i would definitely recommend it. Thankyou

We don’t have a Pizza Hut in Fleet, so drove to Aldershot to get one. The shop is dirty and staff miserable. I was given the wrong base (asked for classic, got thin) and for some strange reason, it had garlic powder sprinkled all over it. It was a soggy waste of money. Worse part was I didn’t notice until I got home. Absolute garbage!

Ordered on Just Eat at 6.30, app tracker said food should arrive with in 45mins. App then updated and delivery should be between 7.30 and 7.50 !! At 8.00 app told me to enjoy my food ! Sadly I couldn't because it had'nt arrived... The Just Eat app suggests I phone the restaurant, no answer, phone was picked up and put down many times!! I then walked to Pizza Hut ( don't drive hence delivery ) Eventually !!! spoke to someone who found my order on the computer mumbled something about remaking the food, to which I asked for a refund, she took my email address and then told me it would take 5 days for a refund !!!!!! No food, no money and no apology will not use again.

Our delivery took 1hr 15min wow! It's an 11min drive or there abouts from the shop. The Pizza was not far off being cold and begining to congeal it was ok but we won't be in a hurry to order again Our Pizzas were cheaper than Domino's but I would rather pay more for faster service and hot food.

Pizza arrived an hour late cold and hard. After calling in several times they finally answered the call to rudely say it was on its way and slammed the phone down.We asked the delivery driver if it was a busy night he said they weren’t busy at all. Not ordering again. Very unprofessional.

Ordered 6 pizzas at 8am for 6.30pm delivery. Really bad service, pizza was 30 minutes late and they only delivered 5 pizzas (missing 1), 1 was incorrect. Called 8 times to complain, no answer, driver didn't want anything to do with it and just all round really bad. 1st time ordering here and certainly the last! Avoid!

Lovely half and half pizza today

Tried Pizza Hut for the first time recently, and have ordered a few times since. The food is delicious and some of the deals are brilliant. I just wish they had more choices for sides other than chicken or wedges, hence only four stars.

I ordered a medium pizza and side at 5pm. I was informed by the app that it would be delivered at 5:30pm. I was then informed at 5:35pm that it had been delivered, when it clearly hadn't. I phoned up and was told the app was purposely wrong, which is a stupid feature, and then hung up on. I was getting ready to call again at 6pm, but the food eventually arrived at 5:58pm. The food was luke warm when it was handed to me, and cold by the time I had even taken a bite. Next time I'll use Dominos or some other Pizza chain that is more professional.

Ordered at 18:44 - Quoted deliver: 19:50 - Delivered: 20:37 At 20:00 the delivery driver stopped moving on the live tracker. He remained there until 20:30 before eventually moving towards us. During this time, I had called the store and told it was a glitch in the app. I accept the tracking can stop for minute or so, but 30 mins? When the driver eventually arrived, I was heading out my front door to go to McDonald's Driver had his girlfriend in the car, who was shouting that we had to take delivery. Upon explaining we could see them on the tracker not moving for 30 mins, both were clearly shocked and speechless. They obviously had no idea that the end customer can see their movements While on the phone to the store, they had no idea what to do. They couldn't locate the manager and eventually put me on the phone to someone who didn't even know who the franchise owner was, when I requested this information.

I was a happy customer order 4 large pizzas and they arrived in 35 mins 😁

Ordered a pizza online, one hour and 15 minutes later, I get a call to my mobile phone saying " hello, i am outside with your pizza", if you can call it a pizza, then the young lady was indeed standing outside with a cold, soggy, greasy pizza. I had already tried to call the store to see when my pizza was after 30mins, but of course at 22:30 no one was picking up (sorry if you had 24 missed call when you look tomorrow) tho your open times online say that you don't close till 23:00?!?!? Now I am not sure if I have been charged for this food, and if I have I stand by my 1 star review simple because I can't rate any lower, but if there is no charge I will of course raise this review and write to say how it was handle.

Do not get a pan pizza from here or any pizza hut unless you like undercooked toppings. Toppings regardless of the name are under the cheese as they go cheese, toppings and then cheese. I also phoned the establishment and the person on the phone although polite didn't know this was the fact and suggested it could be where it was cut if the cheese was hot and then when questioned (because that's stupid to even suggest) they said the oil from the extra pepperoni could be at fault. The manager was the next on the phone who rudely and dismissively said this is how they are made and nothing would be done. Also the sauce distribution is awful. You get a little on first bite then near the crust it's all you get. This establishment has really gone downhill in recent times. Congratulations Domino's you have earned new customers.

Waited half an hour outside in cold because driver could not find me even though they have been many times before. Driver never called me and did not communicate with me one bit. Manager was rude and did not offer any help or money off because pizza was cold. All in all I hate to say it but the driver didn't speak a word of English hence why he didnt bother calling me... Really disappointed and will be avoiding for future reference do not trust these people with your food.

Despite of so many pizza shops I always like Pizza Hut, but I faced so unusual experience (26/09) today 16:30 hrs , as usual I rang takeaway line and nobody answer , I rang 5 times countious even no one answer but on that last call some one come on the like saying straight way( look my friend don’t you have a common sense , some one should be in toilet how should you ring , ) is this the way any body talks with customer , this is so horrible customer service ever heard and seen in this world .. As a customer if the lines were busy, I could have understand... any ways because of this I would never ever use Pizza Hut again. Poor sense of behaviour ...

Awful! We ordered a pizza early on on the evening it was undercooked so disappointed but we thought that maybe it was just a one off, we then ordered another pizza later on and specifically asked it was well done and light on the sauce it came undercooked and with a tonne of sauce! We wont be ordering from here again which is a shame!

This is not a sit and dine pizza hut. You can order to take away or phone in and pick up your order here. It's clean and bright. Pizza Hut pizzas are delicious!

Not Bad If you ask them not to burn your pizza and to make sure they actually put the toppings on, the pizzas are generally fantastic. Fail to mention this in your order, however, and you may be left with a bland, flavourless, cheeseless, burnt, shriveled up pizza, even if you pay for extra cheese.

Pizza average but prompt delivery

Ordered a deal from them, item was missing. Rang them up to tell them, they said they would send it right out to me. It never arrived, there was no apology from them. Worst customer service I had.

Always have deals going. Half decent take away, won't wow you but the cost is low enough not to mind.

Ideal when you are very hungry, not keen on cooking and there is no food at home. OK food. Speedy delivery. Check out their deals before ordering.
