Pizza Hut Delivery in Highland

Didn’t get my order right. Gave me some melt thing instead of my cheese garlic bread. Didn’t get my cookie dough or Pepsi

The food never arrived and the staff are useless in the branch. Literally useless, what a shambles

We did not receive our order and when I called Pizza Hut Inverness, they said they had a problem with fridge and all orders had been cancelled. Nobody told us this or made any contact. By the app it looked as though I’m our order was being delivered. I am looking for my refund???

Late and cold, nice driver though

Ordered my food at 19:19 with an estimated delivery time of 19:44 - 19:54 It's now 21:34 nothing Tried calling 3 times but unable to get through Poor service

everytime I checked the time went forward 10 or 20 minutes kids were crying I would go to dominoes but usually get a better pizza from yous I spoke to the restaurant and he was waiting for driver so pizza was sitting waiting. also you say you had a deal on spend over £20 and get free fries or potatoes wedges I got nothing but 2 cold pizzas and kids crying will never do that again. Would like fully reimbursed please

Looked on tracker saw the car go round and round went outside to see if I could see car then hot message to say it was delivered but looks as if delivered to the next street

Absolutely disgusting I ordered food and it’s been 2 hours still haven’t arrived, I phoned the place and he was very rude on the phone apparently they don’t have a driver, he then started to yawn on the phone and talked fast then hung up like still haven’t received my food

Ordered my food online through the Pizza Hut website at 1905 hours. It stated estimated time for delivery was to be 1937 hours at the latest. It’s now 2121 hours, still no food order. I have attempted to call the shop on several occasions and there’s no answer. The delivery time keeps changing every minute on my phone now. Absolutely appalling service. Will never order from this shop again.

2 and a half hours for delivery

I ordered a pizza, it said it would arrive in 30 minutes and I waited half an hour. and when I called to ask where the pizza I paid for was, they hung up without any explanation Why does she give orders if she doesn't follow them?

Pizza box was crushed and pizza was folded...also, no dip

Been numerous mistakes from this specific pizza hut restaurant. Other day ordered a no cheese pizza due to allergies and recieved one with cheese. The supposed “manager” was rude and we had to get in a worker which was better help than the “manager”. Hope she takes his position.

Both Pizzas luke warm, one pizza was very soggy and very poor amount of toppings. Wedges weren’t fully cooked. Really disappointing

I mean, quality wise you know what you get, it's pizza hut. Not really the best pizza in the world, but definitely greasy at the right point to make your stomach melt. The staff is extremely nice and patient, especially with kids! And prices are incredibly good for the area! If you're not looking for a fancy dinner, it's a safe place. Manager is extremely nice!

The pizza itself isn't bad either... But the service of the staff at this place really needs to be reviewed!!!

awful service, i was given someone elses order

I went into pizza hut in the city center, i was met with such a rude member of staff. When i went in i stood and waited and just watched this person stand talking until eventually i was served. The lady was just rude and when she couldn’t find the deal i was after she argued with me about it . I just cancelled the order because i no longer wanted order after the interaction

Then tried to deliver to the wrong address. Then argued with me about it. They do not answer the phone. I had to drive to the shop to receive a rude response from the staff. £45 worth of order and a drawn out refund process. I have never witnessed such poor service.

We order pizza to collect between train connections. Orders are always ready at agreed time and correctly made. Staff always friendly and efficient.

Pizza's are fresh the new dough is so good it's unreal! Would highly recommend!

The food was fine, but the delivery driver did not have it in one of those bags to keep it warm and 3 of the boxes sealed stickers by the resteraunt, were burst open upon delivery

Ordered at 8pm and arrived at midnight after I was already in bed and giving up on it arriving. It took so long that I ended up ordering another takeaway from somewhere else, that arrived, eaten it and gone to bed by the time Pizza Hut arrived and when it did arrive the order was wrong. Never again

Ice cream melted and leaked on to chips. The pizza was cold and incredibly greasy with no garlic on the crusts just specs. Just an awful delivery. I called the restaurant to ensure I receive a VAT receipt they said I’ll get one but I didn’t. Driver was a nice guy though

Slow, pizza wasn’t cut properly, nearly missed my train waiting, hardly any cheese on it so all topping just fell off when you picked a piece up. Very disappointing.

Ordered extra topping of chicken, paid for said chicken, received a margarita with no chicken.

Pizza Huts closed in Spain years ago. I like their pizzas more than those from Telepizza and Dominos. They have several vegan options.

it' was the totally wrong order we received not happy

Food is good quality, but customer service is horrible. I tried ringing the restaurant 5 times to try and get the pizza that I actually ordered, but it just rang out and I was left with something that I didn't want. Will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Very unhappy with this.

Pizza was lovely, but service was very slow, considering no one else was there. They seemed very short staffed, and im guessing the manager was training another guy. But still, the service was very poor indeed If you're prepared to wait, the food is good, not exceptional, but it's a pizza, fast food. But I'd still go back. It might have been an off day.

The pizza tasted very little and was fundamentally disappointing. Maybe the one with "American bottom" is better? The thin bottom was disappointing anyway. Was also far too expensive compared to what you got. The only positive was the free refill of drinks.

They didn't send 2 items. The pizzas were nice but not the hottest.

Always good fun. Staff are engaging, not zombies like in so many places. Pizza is always hot and tasty. 😊. Parking is a bit tricky. Do NOT use the strothers lane car park across the way. They're well known for scamming people. In a pinch, use rose st multistorey the parking fees are reasonable.

Normally have good experiences with Just Eat and Pizza Hut, but not today. Ordered pizza and when I lifted the lid of the box, all the cheese and toppings came with it.

Ordered online at 15.45 for delivery at 17.45 arrived at 18.08 pizza both cold think it was lying about as could hardly eat it it was like cardboard, potato wedges cold also I asked for no garlic sprinkles and both pizza's covered in them Toppings very scrimp for the price you pay stardard very poor

I ordered a deep pan pizza and the one I got was as flat as a pancake and my autistic daughter won’t eat it now and I can’t even get it refunded 🤷‍♀️ I took a photo if you need to see it or just refund me please

ordered at 6.41 pm for a family dinner. spent over £50. it is 8.16 pm and no pizza, no contact. I have tried phone 5 times but it just rings out. Guess we’ll be making the frozen pizza we have instead!

Went to collect a pizza from here, they gave my order away to someone else and a new one had to be made. Whilst waiting I've received a £100 parking fine. Most expensive pizza ever.

The staff were rude and inconsiderate. My friends asked for chicken wings. They said they can only sell 2 or 4, without explaining it’s a whole portion of 7-ish wings. My friend thought she could get 2 wings or 4 wings, so she goes with 4. After explaining them the situation, the lady said there was nothing she could do about it. No returns no compensation, even not a simple sorry. This is not good service!

The best presentation of "Service with a Frown". The lady at the counter was rude from the get go. Our entire order (44£ worth) had no salt and she confidently told us that they don't have salt. It was a waste of a meal and a bitter welcome to Inverness. So much for multinational hospitality. There should be a negative star rating introduced. I'm sure this place would be way down with Nessy.

Great large pizzas for only a tenner!

Busy little pizza hut. Ordered a large pizza from here and it was not amazingly cooked but not really undercooked. Should have asked if they could run it though again before I left. Toppings were a little sparse in my opinion compared with what I had got in the past but I didn't pay full price due to the £8.99 on all pizzas collection deal. Better price than the dominos pizza round the corner just check the pizza is to your liking before you leave. Servers were very nice!

If it was about the staff in store, this review would be 5 stars. They've lost a star because their prices have rocketed and we just can't justify buying from them anymore. The in-store staff are amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble. My son doesn't like toppings or cheese, so for the past year or two, they've done him a special deal because he only has the dough and sauce. He loves his Friday night treat but today, when we went to order there was a big price increase and we've had to tell him, it's his last. He was obviously devastated because he really appreciated that they made his pizza especially for him every week. It's so sad that whoever does the pricing is so greedy. He has dough and some sauce and they've increased the price to £7.99. That's £7.99 for some dough and sauce? Anyway, the staff at Strothers Lane are amazing and I'll miss them. The people doing the pricing.... Not so much 😕

Food was good and came quickly. However staff were very rude and off hand. I requested a box to take home leftover pizza and the box got thrown at the table landed on the floor and the so called staff wouldn't even pick it up. Disgusting behaviour from the staff. Maybe the company should consider employing adults instead of children to be management.

Food per se is good, it's the service that is poor. I've been ordering from here for the past year and 9 times out of 10 orders arrive 30-40min late and if that isn't bad, they often forget something either a drink or a side. This means, they must come again and deliver it regardless, wasting time and petrol, food is still hot often times at least which is good. Sometimes we got a full refund on orders that were over 1h late when we specifically asked if it was busy and if it would be on time but still got the order delivered way late. That being said, I appreciate the effort but ultimately I can't say that the service is excellent. They try to compensate it with their own vouchers to claim a free pizza with expiry date but you can only claim it by picking it up in house which is a bit of a joke because I'm rarely going to come to city centre to pick up my own pizza if I don't drive and I can't eat in-house. I'd suggest changing that to small free pizza claimable that can be delivered with your order if you want to implement something like that. We lost way too many free pizza hut slices because we were unaware you owe us those. If the delivery on time that pizza hut cancelled in 2020 was still on, they'd own us a fortune by now.

Please don't use this pizza hut if you want to use cash, they do not have any change in their tills. If you were to spend eight pound and paid with ten they won't be able to give you change.

Have ordered semi-regularly from this Pizza Hut Delivery for a couple of years, and I don't recall having a bad experience. In fact, there have been several times the fare has been extremely good. A couple of weeks ago we were waiting a lot longer than normal, but the food was eventually delivered, hot and with an apology voucher. Redeemed that a couple of days ago within the shop with no issues whatsoever. All shops have a bad day from time to time, but it's rare and they seem to handle it well when they do have a problem. Well done Pizza Hut team!

A spontaneous walk in purchase. Excellent offer on and staff were very friendly and chatty. It's a large pizza chain and you know what you are getting but it's always better when the staff are nice.

I was blown away at the excellent customer service my family experienced tonight. Not only were the staff all in fancy dress to create a fun vibe, and we also benefited from a Halloween offer of £6.99 for a pizza, but my 2 children were also invited to play "hook a pumpkin" to win a prize for Halloween. This was a free game and we won a bag of sweets and a gift voucher for a £26 pizza deal! Such unexpected kindness and giving back to customers! Add to that the extra pizza we got due to a delay in getting our meal. This show of real giving back to customers and excellent service was truly wonderful and really very much appreciated. It was not a delivery ir was sit in, at bus station Inverness, tables and floor not cleaned, chef oyt smoking, waitress sour faced woman, if i was the owner i would clise down, also expensive

Ordered 2 large pizza with drink 1.5ml Pepsi and it was on 50% discount. Pizzas was really good. Delivery took 20mins only.

I was reading reviews of this place and for some reason few people are trashing this place. I good very good service. Placed my order and was given the food in about 12 mins. The guy taking the order was courteous. He suggested me a nice meal deal which gave me 50% discount. You go there, order, collect and leave. Simple. Will recommend to anyone for a quick take away.
