Food was messed up in the delivery

Order not complete item missing. No way to contact restaurant and obtain missing item.

The delivery driver decided to help him self to some of my garlic bread then proceeded to beg for a tip at the door

Every time they don't know how to read English. When people pay for things you just put on with out control oh they pay for 6 dips we give them 2dips or 5 portions or garlic bread. Which should be 20 pieces. It's okay we give them 16they won't know

The Beef sizzler was lovely except the dough was stretched too thin; The onion rings & halloumi fries were awful!

This place fell off in terms of quality. Sometimes the pizza is a puff as a cake and don't bother getting tomato base, cause it is nasty

Place a order on just eat for Pizza Hut only got half my order when I rang Pizza Hut about this told me was not their problem I said u took the order as bd u cook it I was not rude spoke to them in nice way and he told me to F off and put the phone down on me how rude

the food was good but was a bit lae so not as warm as should be but i really enjoyed the cookie dough however i had to freeze the ice cream as it was fully melted.

Food turned up cold, which is unusual for this Pizza Hut. The pizza was out for delivery for over 30 minutes. An unusual let down.

I don't know if this is now accustomed to other pizza hut places but they now reheat almost every pizza. 80% of the pizza i've gotten from this place feels as if its microwaved judging from how disgustingly stale it is. I mean i would literally flip it around and none of the toppings even come off, the cheese isn't even melted as a matter of fact, crustfellas literally taste better. I did notice that the pizza is much less fresh in the afternoon (After 3-5pm) and its abysmal. I also noticed its for much more common toppings like pepperoni for instance. I remember this place having really good, hot and fresh pizza that was also very local, now it just tastes insanely processed, microwaved and stiff. Surely this isn't even allowed...not surprised why their prices are so cheap now compared to other pizza places

While the food was nice. It was completely cold by the time it arrived and needed reheating.

I have always ordered online and received from Thamesmead. Today was the 1st time I had a problem. Something on my non spicy pizza was very spicy. I called up and explained and they sent me out a fresh non spicy ( my choice of toppings) and an extra garlic sauce. So I was alot happier. Later we discovered there was a couple of stray chillie pieces on my original one. Mistakes happen and I was delt with very quickly. Thank you Thamesmead 😊

The pizza was small and expensive, we didn’t expect it to be that small with all the money we spent, it was also extremely thin.

Mac n cheese was horrible, oily and taste like nothing. Didn’t send any dips or garlic sauce at all with a large pizza and a £40 order. Not happy. Cookie dough was good stuff tho

Thought i’d order again even though they forgot my garlic sauce last time. They ended up forgetting my Ben & Jerrys this time. Honestly a shambles of a store. Pizza hut should pull the plug on this branch. How can you forget items 2 times in a row for the same customer???? should be embarrassed !

What happened to Domino's! My pizza tasted like it was fried, the vegan cheese tasted like custard. I paid £3.60 for extra toppings, pineapple and red onions. The red onions were like dried paper or perhaps they were the onion skin. I also requested the toppings were on one half only and you can guess the rest. Pizza Hut, this was a fail

Driver couldnt find me, had to go on the street and find him. Melts were rock hard on the bottom and cheesy garlic bread hardly any cheese and not fully cooked

I've had ok pizzas from here in the past, but what I received today was so disgusting, I won't order from here again. The pizza looked and tasted like it was prepared 2 days ago, then microwave re-heated before delivering to me, the base, the cheese, the tomato & topping was all dry and stale, it didn't even appear to have all the toppings I selected. It turns my stomach to think I've eaten from these guys, because this can only happen if you have No standards at all, just awful.

I really hoped that Pizza Hut in this area would have a great flavor and taste like in other areas... I leave you with several comments and I hope it helps you: the pizzas were greasy and oily and cold. I expected a service of 5 stars such as, for example, Pizza Hut in Kingsbury... Perhaps you can take notice and improve your service... As for the delivery, it was fast and the dispatcher arrived on time!!! Thank you anyway!!!!

Pizza was missing , restaurants advised me driver is stealing food of customers. Pizza was also made wrong, restaurants combined Pizzas( half and half) Instead of making two completely different 13.5 inch that I ordered. Missing dips.Really disappointing

The garlic tear & share was one side tiny cheesy strips and the other giant doughy blocks. Pizzas Luke warm, charred toppings, dried out sauce, no garlic crust dust. Missed the dipping sauce too. Sadly the only consistency was how inconsistent it is each time we order. But not gonna order any more.

Awful service! Second time order has been late. Delivery driver was bad nearly left before we got to the door chucked order on floor and took out boxes which were all soggy. Pizza was soggy dough was chewy hardly any ingredients. Inedible food! Will be emailing headoffice. Awful service stay away from them. Save your money and do not let them ruin your evening.

My food has not arrived. I called the store and they said they can’t do anything about it. I presume a delivery driver has taken my food for whatever reason. Disgusting

I called to order foe the guy who picked up the phone was very all because I want to pay by cash and he call back in half time which I did call back 2hrs later he took my order and I was told it will take half an hour2hrs later no pizza and I tried calling the guy says stay on line and I stayed till the phone got cut off. I just hope did will not deliver thar pizza has am not happy with the service and I have had to cook instead of treating myself to a lovely night.

Won’t be ordering from them again 2 hour wait for a delivery takes the biscuit last time I ordered from this store my order was cancelled due to the system going down a week later I got the refund from head office the manger of the store didn’t have a clue tonight’s order was and will be the last

Good service apart from one item missing

I have ordered 2 pizzas, and waited 2 and a half hours for my pizza, having the full amount to pay, they have been making excuses to say about the pizza and also has been wasting my time, i don’t recommend ordering, they are making a lot of excuses.

I was given the wrong pizza and when I called to speak to someone the so called 2 managers denvir and adeel were rude and didn’t really care about helping and be prepared for them to call you a liar. Oh yh and my order was late. Only good thing is the breaded wings were nice.

The worst pizza ever I wouldn’t recommend this place ther car you for dips where you can get is for free from a different price I will not go there any more

Definitely would recommend this pizza restaurant as they add the exact amount of toppings/sauce to make it taste amazing! And they have a deal bot that can even make you pay less money for your food! 10/10.

Food was shockingly poor quality, waste of time and money, went straight in the bin. Paid for delivery and the driver phoned and asked if I’d come downstairs to collect it.

The Manger at Thamesmead has no customer service and very rude . I ordered three pizzas and two had very long white strands of longs hairs in them . I couldn’t get through that evening, so I rang as soon as they opened , and then told the Manager said ring after 5pm . Messed about so much from a useless Manager to say I should of brought the pizzas back the same night bearing in mind the pizzas came at 8.45 and nobody would answer the phones , and I don’t have a car . They take no responsibility for anything and the hygiene is so poor , no help whatsoever just going round in circles, now taking it to head office as I have the pizzas and hairs . Will never ever used Pizza Hut again .

If it is possible to give a zero star I would!!! Ordered pizza firstly too almost 2hrs to deliver!! Upon arrival was asked to come down to collect, I explained I’m home with 2 young children and unable to do that the driver refused to deliver the pizza even though it was a home delivery service… Driver stated he could park his as he could get a ticket but would send the delivery with a scooter!!!! Guess what?!?! didn’t happen! Called the store to enquire about my pizza’s whereabouts to be informed it was refused?? So I asked explained the situation and the best response I got from the manager is it Depends for home delivery!!! So when I asked why advertise home delivery, I got told it’s impossible to add that to their website!! Well go figure!! Oh and a refund you’ll have go through customer service which is another waste of time so by all means order from that at your own risk and it DEPENDS if they fancy delivering or refunding you!!!

No vegan options were offered at this branch. Happy to change to 4-5 star review if they can offer this.

No bbq sauce on pizza no dips that I ordered

Ordered pizza on the euros final.. firstly they got my pizza wrong by putting cheese on it.. then I couldn't get through over the phone as they weren't picking up! Went down during the game.. missed about 50 minutes due to having to wait for the manager for atleast 15 minutes to try and rectify the issue. He didn't believe me that they done my pizza wrong.. they made me a new pizza this time without cheese but the incompetence off the staff could not read the printed receipt that it was supposed to have bbq sauce and they put tomato instead. I checked the pizza but checked for cheese as that's the most important part.. I didn't see it wasn't bbq sauce and apartently its my fault that I didn't check properly. The refund that was promised to my partner from the manager had not been declined by the HR team.. due to this whole situation being my fault apparently! This is all pizza hut fault and will never order from them again.. nor will my family as this isn't the first time they have messed up.. I'm fed up of there incompetence. And blaming the customer when it's not there fault.

Deliver guy went to the wrong address it got mixed with 35,36,34 when it said 32 Templar Drive could of been given more sauce pots the food was fine didn't taste the cheese that was supposed to be on the pizza.

Garlic bread stone cold on arrival driver sat nav took to wrong place

We hadn't had a takeaway or pizza hut for a long time. We had a voucher on Uber Eats, so booked through Uber Eats. We got the food in 20 mins, it was all really hot and really tasty. We had veggie supreme pizza, garlic bread with cheese and potato wedges. The Uber eats driver was really nice and really friendly, i think he was called Hark. If you are in Thamesmead and want a pizza, i would reccommend, it's also much cheaper than dominoes down the road.

Developed a terrible stomach ache and diarrhoea overnight after ordering a pizza from here. Do not recommend.

Absolutely appalling service. My wife called the Thamesmead branch to see if they had something in stock as their website said they had it but Uber said they didn’t have it. As this has happened before, we were advised last time to order the substitute but put it in the Uber notes so they can supply the correct one. My wife asked if he could check to see if they have it and he refused and tried to belittle her saying, “If it’s not available on the app then it’s not available” and that “Costumers always make the mistake thinking we can see the notes but we don’t see them” - which is a bare faced lie as I have ordered from other places on the app writing notes in the comment section which they have seen and adhere to. In fact we have ordered from this same establishment and wrote within the notes and they have seen it but on this occasion this incompetent worker must have not know what he was doing and lost them business. My wife persisted to ask this lazy PH worker to go check where he then put her on hold cutting her off in the middle of her sentence. He came back saying yes we do have it in stock... where he then said but still if Uber said we don’t have it then we don’t have it... I then told her to forget it because someone like that, you can’t trust to handle your food especially when he can’t handle his emotions. He then tried to get cheeky and that’s where I started to lose my temper but she cut off the phone before I could properly speak to him. In the height of a pandemic where unemployment is on the rise and businesses are seeing profit losses- I’m surprised people like this worker still ride the coat tails of businesses who’s MO is to provide good customer experiences as their services can be brought elsewhere as competitors provide the same product. Utter foolishness.

My food was expected at 4.35 and then it showed in the tracking on screen that the driver was at Pizza Hut and my delivery should arrive at 4.17 but I didn’t get it until around 4.35 and my pizza etc was cold. Even though this was the original time,I should have got it earlier as it must have been ready for driver to take so I would have got it by 4.17. I spent £26 and expected a hot meal. That’s a lot of money for one person and to be honest I expect a refund. . I would also like to know if it was driver or Pizza Hut who is at fault

I think the pizza was actually done in a hurry, there was too much cheese their pizza is usually very nice l just can't explain what happened this time.
