Pretty busy most of the time but what do you expect in such a prime location. Friendly staff and not too long of a food wait compared to other Nandos locations. A great view and not too long of a wait time when it’s not at peak hours! Amazing mashed potatoes every time I have been that’s for sure!

Nando’s Greenwich is in a fantastic location, right by the river, making it a great spot for a meal with a view. For a Nando’s, the setting is impressive—especially upstairs, where you get a brilliant view of the Thames. The food was just as expected—delicious and full of flavor. Everything was cooked well, and the quality was on point. However, the service could have been better. It wasn’t busy, yet the food took quite a while to arrive, which was a little disappointing. Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy a meal with a view, but the service could be improved. Would definitely return for the food and the location!

A nice place with good food in a nice location but the people serving are either new in the job or simply bored and can’t wait to get out. I take my family there every time we go to the Maritime museum or visit the area but yesterday evening the cashier was just not nice - to say it nicely. So disappointed with his responses that he made us reconsider where we eat when we go to Greenwich next time.

Fast service and very cozy space. The food is poor for a Portuguese restaurant, they should do much better! Unnecessarily spicy rice and in small quantities, high price for the quantity. Almost everything they cook has nothing to do with Portugal. There are not many alternatives around.

3 times in a row I have gone into this Nandos for takeaway and the food has been undercooked and raw. The chips have been still frozen and rock hard in the middles. I also saw member of staff use their bare hands to scoop chips of a plate on the collection counter into a takeaway box. Worst Nando's I have ever been too. Will not be going again. 3 times for undercooked food is a joke.

Although we had to wait an additional few minutes for fresh chicken wings, they complemented us with 2 starters on the house.

Our server Wic was so lovely they were attentive and kind and I really enjoyed the service . They really took the time to ensure a great customer experience I was honestly super impressed . Will definitely be coming backkkk .

This place was made amazing by the extra effort of the manager Mark. He welcomed us, served us, checked up on us and made sure that everything. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. I brought my friend here to celebrate his graduation and Mark helped to make us it very special! I will definitely be returning. We were celebrating one of my friend’s graduation, and his service was outstanding and made us feel very welcome. The food also arrived so quickly that, by the time we ordered and filled up our drinks, our food was waiting for us at the table. Great location and would definitely recommend visiting this Nando’s!

Only been to a Nandos once before many years ago. Forgot how lovely the food was. The setting for the Nandos in Greenwich is right om the river which is quite impressive. They have a terrace which during the warmer months must offer a lovely view. Food was delivered quickly which was great as we were getting the uber boat over to the O2. All I can say is that I will check out Nandos in the future.

I understand everything that you are busy and you have no table - but when you tell me I can wait 20 min it’s fine but no when I come back 20 min later and you still telling me that going to be another 20 min . No thanks . Just wasting time .

Walked in at 9.30 to be told in a miserable manner that they shut in 20 minutes and they don't have much left so go to the till. At the till they just said no to the 1st 3 things we asked so we just left. Poor attitudes, just wanted to get closed and go home obviously.

It is a very common Portuguese restaurant chain in London. Excellent food, we had roast chicken where you can add aromatic or spicy sauces. We were served the chicken with chips, corn, and flavored bread. Drinks are available at will . Optimal.

Great place, usual nandos fare. Staff were super friendly and food was pipping hot so cannot complain.. Love having a Sxollie with the food - nice fruity cider.

The staff member gave me a very strange look when I was trying to open the door, which was quite difficult. She didn't even offer to help. Once I managed to get in, she just stared at me. So I asked for a table for one, and when I sat down, she just told me to scan my order here. However, when a couple was seated at table next to me, a male staff member showed them around and was extremely helpful. He pointed out where to get sauces, cutlery, and even the restrooms. This was my first time at Nando's, and while the food was delicious, the service was truly unforgettable🥲

I do not recommend the place for anyone with allergies or food intolerance. Every main meal is prepared in advance (eg. chicken), and they are unable to leave out ingredients. The waiter was very kind to find for me something, but when I said what I want but without chilli, the cashier was rude while said its not possible, everything is spicy here and just left me there. I was not eat anything at the end. My husband enjoyed his food.

When I went it was the only branch, it's great to see they have grown, I complain that they didn't answer me to associate us. Much success! I recommend the chicken in a bun and its sauces.

I came to Greenwich town and went to the market. There seemed to be no attractive food. My daughter recommended Nandos. She thought it was better than fish & chop. When the meal came, the Peri Peri chicken was really tender and juicy, and the grilled taste was great. The chicken is not fried. The key point is that it can be dipped in many kinds of sauces (it is recommended that you mix two flavors together to get another different taste). The chicken becomes a variety of flavors due to the sauce, especially there are many side orders. There are options to choose from, and the portions of fries are also sufficient. It’s very enjoyable after the meal. There is free iced water, and you can take your own drinks. The restaurant is right by the river. When the weather is good, you can go upstairs and overlook the Thames!

Good for eating out in Greenwich

The restaurant is not very interesting, it is more of an improved canteen. The ordering system is haphazard and the Caesar salads are tiny... Too bad.

Food amazing as always, but that view to Canary Wharf is epic👌🏻price was no dearer.

Nando's is a restaurant chain recommended to us by a friend, who came with us, and it did not disappoint. Let's say I'm not a big chicken lover but this is worth it. Well seasoned, there are various sauces to choose from and the drinks have free refills. The prices are also more honest than other places and the atmosphere is nice. Then in front of the Cutty Sark it's really nice.

I ordered medium wrap, the good chips and hallomi fries and the guy serving remembered my chili jam and perinaise!!! i can’t remember your name but i remember you boss!!! I recently had one of the worst dining experiences at Nando’s in Cutty Sark. After waiting for 50 minutes, not a single dish was served. The staff was unbelievably rude, showing no concern for the long delay or for the customers waiting. It was clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. I had high expectations, but this experience left me thoroughly disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning.

Lovely. Haven of familiarity for a lone tourist in search of sustenance in between quick boat cruises. Felix was awesome and so helpful and ensured I got the best choice of meal, so that it didn't feel like your typical fast food place. I loved the plain chicken- not so plain taste though! Keep it up. I also observed diversity in represention. I recommend.

I popped in yesterday originally for takeaway but ended up eating the meal there with my best friend.what can I say about this particular Nando's. 1. the staff are all so lovely and friendly and accommodating. 2.the actual place is always clean and it's a lovely environment to eat a meal. 3. The food was delicious every last bit of it. And last but by no means least. 4.The manager what a lovley young lady she really is a credit to your establishment she is so friendly and funny and very approachable. Amazing customer service, I have had issues with other branches but greenwich cutty sark is the absolute best hands down.

Regular customer order half chicken. Food Come within 10 seconds after I order. Chicken is totally white like Cook in the water.. Not a grilled chicken. Bad ....bad.....bad......

We'd booked a table upstairs, ended up having to wait a little bit (no biggie, delays happen), but then we were told that we couldn't have the table we'd booked and instead had to sit downstairs. Disappointing, but okay. What was the frustrating part is that as we were being seated another couple behind us who didn't have a booking were taken upstairs straight away. I then went to the toilet and saw lots of free tables up there, with no reservations. The whole thing was very odd and left a bit of a bad taste.

Hands down the best Nando’s I’ve ever been to. Food is always top standard. Never any complaints! However, the best thing about this location is the friendly staff. Always a welcoming smile and lovely greetings!

This is our local Nando’s and we come all the time, not only does the food always come at top quality but we were served by the amazing Santesh who was warm welcoming and provided top notch service 10/10 would come again !

Quite a dusty place. Soft furnishings need to be cleaned. Tables need to be cleaned at the edges as well as on the top. One Drink dispenser was not working. Water from the water and ice dispenser was warm. Toilets were not that clean, tissues over the floor. The food was very nice. We had the sharing platter. More Chicken, and Cheese please.

It was a pleasant experience even though we had to wait to get inside. I like the unlimited sauces. They also gave me a Nando’s card :). Outside, the view is beautiful!

Very disappointing came in was ignored until the manager turned around and said could I wait. Staff chatting enjoying themselves, meanwhile customers are ignored. No pepper was available told they stopped a year ago? why when other Nandos have pepper ? I can say the service has gone downhill, from the last time I came last year. Without customers there is no business. Lewisham Nandos is excellent, good customer service, and quick.

Sweet potato wedges are always delicious. But the ice cream cup was given to me very, very, very late ㅜ They didn't give it to me even after I finished eating, so I asked, and they gave it to me, so I waited again, but they didn't give it to me again, so I kept looking at them, so I got it only then. But maybe the ice cream was the problem.. Why did my companions and I both have stomachaches?

The service was terrible, from beginning to end. The greeting was rubbish, the staff were busy doing nothing. Bought our deserts first then waited 40 + for food. After we ate we waited at least 30 for someone to collect our plates we decided to clear them ourselves....then they came

The staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming, the food is also great, particularly for the price you pay. I definitely recommend stoping by for lunch or on any other occasion 👌🏻

Very pleasant staff and a very good location and enough space as a restaurant. Unfortunately we had to wait 40 minutes for our takeaway meal it was just too long especially when we were on a tight schedule. The team there were polite and checked in on us several times yet this still didn't change the huge delay.

On Google it says they open at 11:30 yesterday I was waiting outside till 11:45 the door was still closed and the staffs saw me waiting as I tried to pull the door. They didn’t even bother to say anything even after seeing us waiting outside.

African food, very tasty chicken, but be careful with lots of pepper.

Honestly, we come in and the guy asks us where we want to sit and I say the terrace because there are people sitting up there drinking and eating. Then the HS says something about “it’s only open on weekends” which is obviously a lie because there are some sitting there. That's super bold in itself. Food was absolute dirt for the price but endless water and cola source. Therefore 2 stars. Look again and clean up

Gabriel is so amazing, he was extremely helpful and attentive from the moment we walked through the door. He was very accommodating, keeping me up to date with the waiting time. We were a family of 11 celebrating my daughters 7th bday so it wasn’t easy but Gabriel was cool and calm the whole time. It was an overall great evening. But Gabriel was definitely the star host 💫 Thank you Gabriel!

Luke especially is a ball of moult as soon as you enter the door he makes you feel so happy that you came to this restaurant. We need more people like him. He’s like this every time I come here.

Can’t go wrong with a Nando’s. Food was good but sadly they forgot our drinks and had to go up and request for our cups but other than that can’t complain!

I like Nando’s . This branch was also good. Polite people, good service and good food. If you are planning to have a day in royal naval college probably this can be a good place to eat. With kind of a good view of river Thames.

Just like any other Nando’s, food is good, atmosphere is great as it’s located just on the Greenwich pier. There is an upper floor open air seating if you fancy with a view of Thames! However the service was terrible, we ordered our food and had been waiting ages and saw other people being served at the table. Upon enquiring it transpired they misplaced our order ticket and no one was looking into that order. However there was a quick coverup without admitting the fault, no apology nothing!

The staff is friendly. We went over the easter weekend and the place was super busy. The food didn't take long to arrive and my son got some kiddie drawing and colouring for engagement! I don't think I had reasons to complain! My only reason for 4 stars is the cleanliness of my table. The sofa was not clean even after a clean! I'm probably a bit harsh with respect to expecting cleanliness but I still wanted to highlight!

Not sure why the food on this occasion let us down. It felt like the cheapest fast food, when you eat a normal amount, you don't feel hungry afterwards but you feel so full and satieted.

Good venue for fast food if visiting the Cutty Sark, Naval College and/or Greenwich Market. Good selection of dishes reasonably priced although the "bottomless" diet coke is non-branded.
