Pizza Hut Delivery in Islington

I ordered two large pizzas and received an email stating they’d arrive in 30 minutes. After two hours, the food still hadn’t arrived, so I called to check. The person on the phone rudely shouted that it would arrive in 15 minutes and hung up, offering no apology. After another 30 minutes, I called again and got the same dismissive response. When the driver finally arrived—over two hours after I ordered—he didn’t greet me, apologize, or even hand me the pizzas. He just opened his bag and expected me to take them. I thanked him, but he didn’t respond and left without acknowledging the delay. This happened at the Angel Islington Pizza Hut, and it was the worst ordering experience I’ve ever had. Domino's and Papa John’s have never treated me this poorly. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by ordering. Considering this wasn’t even a busy night (I ordered on a Tuesday), the lack of service and basic courtesy means I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

I was served by Nicki and she was really nice. My pizza was ready within 10 mins and tasted delicious! Fantastic experience!

We earmarked coming here after a gig we attended this evening at the Assembly Hall opposite, as we saw that it said it didn’t close until midnight. We arrived at 23:10 only to be told it was takeaway only. It was hammering it down with rain outside and so we had to eat outside, despite there being a restaurant full of empty tables and chairs. We realise this isn’t the fault of the staff member, as she was just enforcing the rules set by management, and she was very pleasant. The medium pizzas were tiny compared with other pizza places. Can only imagine how miniscule the small size must be.

Never got my food, so saying it was delivered is laughable.

Always great to have fresh hot pizza from one of the best. I love their lunchtime deals for a quick and tasty lunch. Everything is made from scratch and with care and attention. I usually get cheese and tomato or a veggie pizza and I'm yet to be disappointed. Crispy crust, cheese to sauce ratio on point, and the chips are always fresh.

Ordered the 2 of any size for £10 each and accidentally clicked the pick up option instead of delivery. I called the store and the woman who picked up the phone was very kind and understanding. She manage to get the pizza delivered in less than 15 minutes.

We shared a large Hawaiian stuffed crust pizza - very retro and lots of fun! Good value and good service and very tasty. It was a warm day so we ate outside in the park - the store itself was not very atmospheric. But this was all about a delicious takeaway!

We have just had two lovely pizzas from Pizza Hut upper street and we would like to say what good quality & taste & value for money they were. We ordered one large hot honey pepperoni & one large Hawaiian absolutely excellent don’t bother going to papa John’s just down the road in upper street because they have gone down hill big time we will definitely be going back to Pizza Hut in upper street 169. Ordered a delivery which took over an hour to arrive - seems to be a common theme with this branch - I called up and they said there’s nothing they could do, no apology, waste of £30, never ordering from this branch again or Pizza Hut in general for a long while

Didn’t have Huts pizza for last 10 years, for same experience as today. Will try in another 10 years if I live Pizza is tasteless, simple margarita couldn’t be nailed to best taste. Bottom layer of pizza had white tread, and taste uncooked, while top was super hot No healthy liquids available to order with Service needs substantial improvements , store is clean and empty We are in, could have boards or something for eat in customers not to waste hole box

Food arrived 2 hours late, and the restaurant had marked the food as delivered after 1 hour. So there was no information about my order for an hour.

Delivery took almost 3 hours to arrive. Restaurant wouldn't answer the phone. I ordered from another place after the first hour and it arrived ages before.

I ordered a simple pizza. Took over 1.5 hours to arrive and came stone cold. Called the store who apologised and said would sent a replacement. Replacement took over an hour to arrive which was also stone cold. Customer service was very unhelpful as I wanted a refund and they refuse. This is why Pizza Hut has a bad reputation these days. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Is the worse service that this pizza hay gives. Today 21/19/23 at 17:45 spoke to the manager I charge who refused to give his name out the phone down he waited 4 minutes saying that he can not do the order over the phone and normally it takes less the. 3 minutes to place the order. The staff at this pizza shop should be changed as from the manager to the staff are always rude this is not the first time that they behave like this.

Really huge shout out for Khusbu and Ronak he and she is amazing served me a nice warm food with good options of sauces and huge smile on face on last minutes before close. Whereas, Another great place of Pizza hut 🍕 ! Menu keeps evolving to meet every budget and the range of products means there is something for everyone at any time of day! I personally love the great value pizzas (gives pricier merchants a run for their money any time!) and veggies, which I somehow manage to add to all my orders! The points scheme is also fabulous and those points quickly add up to genuine freebies from the menu - but please add the option to buy a larger meal or melts or pizza with points 🙏

Empty when we arrived but had to wait for half an hour for our pizza. Not sure if we got de-prioritised compared to deliveries but would have been nice to give us a heads up considering that you’d expect your food to be done fast in an empty fast food place. Pizza was great though.

I love Pizza Hut but this one just doesn’t taste like Pizza Hut at all! It tastes more like some random independent pizza shop. So if you love Pizza Hut and are looking for that specific “Pizza Hut taste” this is not the place . You re likely to be disappointed.

Late. Arrived 20 minutes late, only received half the order, then driver had to go back and get the rest of order leaving only half the people able to eat lunch. Poor attitude on phone, said they would look into it, and have not done so far. Poor poor experience.

terrible customer service, food is 2 hours late and is still not here. called the store millions of times, refusing to pick up the phone. unless there has been an accident, there is no reason for it to be late. and even if so, i expect to be contacted about my food. if i could give minus stars i would :/

Ordered medium supreme and medium veggie supreme, couldn’t tell them apart also looked burnt very disappointed as normally pizzas are good but this time very poor quality.

As I was passing I saw Pizza Hut delivery which stated I could eat in, once entering I was shouted at by the cashier even after this I made my order, however after ordering and being given my food I was told I could only take away. I understand why now as the pizza quality was below par and not good enough. The only good part was the lady who puts the toppings on as she was clearly very generous

The Airbnb intercom did not work and the delivery man left. I called the restaurant. They said it would take 15 minutes to come back. and never came back. I called the restaurant many times and they don't pick up. while 2 adults and 2 girls without dinner. but I paid and now I want my money.

Very Rube and Poor Management System I ordered from this batch through uber eats. I have noticed that I have made a mistake on my order. I simply forgot to remove the onions from my pizza. I immediately called the branch and a lady answers telling me the pizza is with the delivery man. I truly think she did not understand what I was talking about especially she didn't take my order number. I did ask her if I can talk to someone else. That person could care less. I mean he didn't even listen and kept saying all pizzas are in the oven then literally hung up on me! I was very polite yet to be treated this way! The guy didn't even ask about my order number or anything. I called a minute later and asked to talk to the manager. I told him the story and he was very polite. He said I am sorry your order is ready to be picked up we can't change anything in your order now but I will give you something extra. how about a small Pepsi bottle. My response thank you I don't need that extra Pepsi bottle but it would have been best if you have a better customer service. But he insisted on sending that extra Pepsi bottle a a gesture of any inconvenience caused. I have received my order 10 minutes later and with no extra Pepsi bottle! I am amazed! Bottom line please treat your customers right.

Just terrible I went in order takeaway 2nd October 2022 2 large pizzas takeaway assistant asked me 3 times which bread I told her x3 then same with pizza asked and told her x3 when I got home 1.5 miles away was given pepperoni as meat feast no other meat just a terrible service did not give me bill so I can't complain I won't be going into islington pizza hut again just useless my advice go to another

Surprisingly good today- I called after I made an online order and spoke to a lady on the phone and told her to please make the pizzas well done. I have ordered previously and haven’t had the best experience- but today it was great. Pizzas hot and tasty, starters great . Driver was prompt & pizzas delivered hot. Thank you.
