Pizza Bar One in Islington

Avoi avoid to order any type of food from here. Today I had ordered 4 different types of cake and 2 of them had gone off with full of mold. I just thrown away all of them as seemed old bad presentation. I have called them and manager had just closed ghe communication very rudely and arrogantly. I don't recommend anybody to buy the foods from them and other branches.

Ordered food through Deliveroo, was meant to receive food an hour ago, they said the driver was on the way around 40 minutes ago, they are now closed and have been ignoring my phone calls. Don’t recommend. Definitely hope at the very least I get a refund

Ordered a pizza and was told it would be 20 mins. Over an hour and multiple calls that aren’t answered and still not received. AVOID.

I ordered this on Deliveroo ( I have sppken to them since) and it was supposed to be a 20 min delivery. However, hour hour later and 3 phone calls later it arrived..the 'pope eye' pizza was stone cold, I could not see any egg either. Worse still, the driver said that he had only picked it up 10 mins ago, despite me phoning up at 25 minutes after I ordered it, to be told that its on its way... disappointed and doesn't deserve any credit

This is without doubt the most unprofessional take away in London. Failed orders. Disrespectful service. Constant apologies from Deliveroo on behalf of the restaurant by embarrassed staff. Absolutely avoid. Worst experience in my entire life if ordering takeaway pizza. Do not use.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience here. The service was slow, the waitress was very unfriendly and forgot the drinks. I had the margarita and there was barely any cheese on it, my boyfriend had the smallest sized portion of carbonara. Too expensive for the poor service you receive.

Pizza muito saborosa, com massa crocante por fora e macia por dentro. Recomendo!!! A delicious pizza to take away. I have lived in close neighborhood and I repeat the place, even if I need take the tube. Fred, the cook, is very friendly. I suggest!

My order was late, chicken wings burnt to a crisp and got wrong pizza and it wassmashed up on delivery and Reasturant refused responsibility to didn’t get refund for a meal that I couldn’t eat, HORRIBLE pizza place avoid!!!!! Wouldn’t even give it one star !!!! Called Reasturant and email with no response and no refund

Great pizza and good pricing. Not sure what else to add. The atmosphere is relaxed with style. My personal favourite in the area

Ordered pizza here for years. Now 2 orders in 2 months and both wrong. First time tried to ask for a manager as the person at the till was rude and they hang up the phone to me. Tonight instead same thing...wrong order and they were stating i was saying wrong, i had a receipt in my hands. Anyway after a bit they agreed to resend it...and wrong again. Plus so so so uncooked pizza That WAS my favorite place on Friday. 26£ for 2 wasted. i could order from a Kebab store and maybe was better.

Ordered a pizza and sides meal deal for delivery - quick delivery, friendly driver, really tasty and fresh food. Recommended.

Order from them on a Saturday night Sunday morning. (2am) didn’t receive my food till gone 4. When I placed the order they said it would be an hour, I can expect that it’s 2am and I don’t live close to them. However when the hour and 10mins recommended extension time from their website was up, I tried calling the number on the app through delivery, and through their website. There was no answer to tell me what was going on, the app listed them as closed as did the web. Which is all fine, I just wanted to know what was happening with my food. In the end I resorted to calling the app, who managed to get hold of the branch through a magic line. My food showed up five minutes later, I was issued 15% off which it is gravy, but I’d like to know that in future you would at least communicate the order delay. I work in food service my self. I’m always prepared to wait as long as I know it’s coming. The pizza was huge! So we did enjoy it at least.

this restaurant used to be very good and nice from the begginning even for delivery..lately they ve got completely bad about delivery what makes me thing twice next time if i ever want anything from them..i gave them couple chances but just bringing horrible food in even worse statement, always bringing later than they write..just always something wrong eith an order..like today,i ve order saver menu which supposed to be pizza,garlic bread,chicken wings and 1.5l drink.they ve brought me wrong drink..cold food and even didnt get any wings... so thanks but big NO from me nex time

Excellent pizza and worth checking out .... Located on Highgate Hill and within easy access from Archway high street.. Very busy during lunch hours but can deliver the pizzas to you pretty fast practically all day...

Pizza's taste amazing from here. Everyone must try it from here. Staff are friendly and polite. Very clean shop

Regularmente pizzas de orden de pizza bar para eventos de trabajo (dos veces al mes). El dueño es increíble e incluso elige los vinos sí, que son increíbles! Las pizzas son luz y cargadas con coberturas. El servicio es rápido y amable. No todo el ordenamiento para eventos de trabajo y he probado muchas pizzerías créeme, pero me encontré con este uno no busques más!
