I recently visited Pizza Hut at The Maltings, Haven road and had a pleasant dining experience. The pepperoni pizza was delicious, with a perfectly crispy crust and generous toppings. On 07/06/2024, I placed two orders at the Pizza Hut. Upon receiving my order, I encountered an issue and approached the manager, [kaushal Gohel ], to resolve it. Unfortunately, instead of addressing my concern professionally, the manager behavior raised their voice, made inappropriate comments. This behavior was completely unprofessional and made me feel humiliated, uncomfortable, harassment. Such conduct is unacceptable, and it has significantly impacted my perception of Pizza Hut as a customer-friendly establishment. Desired Resolution: I kindly request that this incident be thoroughly investigated and appropriate action be taken against the involved manager. Additionally, I would appreciate a formal apology and assurance that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. A massage for manager “Pizza Hut is not your father business so learn some manners, how to behave with the customer without customer, Pizza Hut is nothing because of customer Pizza Hut getting business . ordered a Vegan pizza, received a meat pizza. was offered no apology or replacement.

Terrible pizza, chips were not cooked through and onion rings burnt!! Order was 45 mins later than plan and it wasnt the drivers fault. I shall not be using Pizza Hut again. Really, really poor service, from a so called pizza professional. To finish it off they missed 1 of the 2 bottles of coke. How hard can it be to get a simple order right?

Food was over half an hour late and when I received it, the ice cream had been against the pizza the entire time of the long late delivery. So yes, we waited an hour and a half for cold pizza and melted ice cream. I did phone the store while waiting for the pizza (shortly before it arrived) and no apology or anything.

Came in store today 12/12/23 for a collection at The Maltings Pizza Hut at 3:45pm and even tho the guy was working on his own (until a delivery driver arrived back) he was very helpful and polite even tho I was in a rush. I could see he was taking calls, serving customers and making the food and just want to say thank you as it didn’t faze him even tho he was really busy. He’s an asset to the shop.

Pizza was stone cold and squashed unable to eat

Paid nearly twenty pounds for a pizza , I opened the box and the pizza was mashed into one corner of the box probably dropped by driver. Also cold and truly inedible, disgusting.

Delivered by Bike so the food was cold and Wet from the rain. The pizza was a smashed up mess all stuck to the roof of the box. Disgusting waste of money, they should not allow deliveries by push bike for journeys this far, awful service

Ordered at 17:30, estimated delivery 18:05/18:25 that then kept getting later! Then received a call from the restaurant at 18:57 nearly 1.5 hours after I ordered to say they didn’t have the pizza base and to offer an alternative ( so why did it take 1.5 hours to call me? ) order finally arrived at 19:30, 2 hours after i placed my order. They got the order wrong, i didn’t get cookie dough ( got x2 wedges and cheesey garlic bread slices which I didn’t order) opened pizza boxes and they were both
