Pizza is really good. Whenever I feel like having a pizza, I get it from here. The sauce is amazing, the pizza dough is exactly as it should. Love it.

Brilliant service and good pizza

The app feedback on order status was inaccurate all the time and order arrived over an hour late. Tried to call restaurant multiple times but everytime it went to a prerecorded message. Very disappointed with the app as well as restaurant.

Although the pizza was lovely and the actual shop was clean I was put off by the fact that the men working on the pizzas that had beards wore no beard coverings which really shocked me and frankly put me off ,there was one female employee who was very well covered with hair coverings and hat but the men didn't seem to share her level of hygiene unfortunately.

Fantastic pizza shop take away. Staff friendly, restaurant is clean and the food is good. Close to the university so you can collect via walking. Gluten free pizzas also. Can get any better

Order was late. Food was cold. And they have the brass neck to add a "service charge" along with the delivery charge at checkout. We almost cancelled at that point but the kids were set on pizza. We'll know better for next time.

All the boxes looked like they’d been stamped on. All the food is squashed. All the seals were broken. Delivery driver blamed the restaurant and Pizza Hut blamed the delivery driver. Nobody wants to know or cares.

On 07/06/2024, I placed two orders at the Pizza Hut. Upon receiving my order, I encountered an issue and approached the manager, [kaushal Gohel ], to resolve it. Unfortunately, instead of addressing my concern professionally, the manager behavior raised their voice, made inappropriate comments. This behavior was completely unprofessional and made me feel humiliated, uncomfortable, harassment. Such conduct is unacceptable, and it has significantly impacted my perception of Pizza Hut as a customer-friendly establishment. Desired Resolution: I kindly request that this incident be thoroughly investigated and appropriate action be taken against the involved manager. Additionally, I would appreciate a formal apology and assurance that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. A massage for manager “Pizza Hut is not your father business so learn some manners, how to behave with the customer without customer, Pizza Hut is nothing because of customer Pizza Hut getting business .
