Pizza Hut Delivery in Braintree

Terrible branch, if there is a mistake regarding the online order you cant get through to rectify it. Rather than answer the phone and ask you to wait they hang up. The excuse is they are busy. As customer service goes there is none! The branch is totally mismanaged. As for google asking what I got, the answer is, it turned out to be nothing, although I did order dinner! Recommend you think twice and order elsewhere!

Very famous pizza chain. Typical English pizza, but good and very substantial. Good ingredients. Correct price. There is only takeaway. Credit card accepted.

Pizza was so greasy. The texture was like the base was deep fried. Very dissapointed. My mouth feels so horrible from the grease.

Order did not arrive. Phoned twice to be told the driver had left 5 minutes ago. No useful help, very disappointing.

Food didn’t arrive until two hours after I ordered it. I received the wrong cookie dough. The food was lukewarm and my ice cream melted so much it was liquid. I want a refund

We always have the Veggie Sizzler from this branch, and I cannot stress this enough… the pizza is awesome every… damn…time! Moreover, the staff are friendly and courteous, despite their horrific working conditions (it is Braintree, duh). We call on the phone and order, and collect in person, natch. This is the best way to engage with Pizza Hut. Forget the skibidi apps and delivery charges. …I was a bit puzzled by the one star reviews but then after reading them, I realised most of them were from dimwits who used delivery apps and then blamed the restaurant for their problems. Wake up, sheeple!

Drove down to Pizza Hut after Just Eat marked my order as delivered and ran off with the order. Went to place the order and to make payment again while the order is being refunded by Just Eat. Young lady on the counter (really polite) spoke with her manager and made my day. They reported the driver and gave me my order for free. Really recommended. Amazing staff, amazing food. Highly Recommended :) Thank-You!!!!!

They've ruined it :( Been coming here a while, ever since the pizza hut by McDonald's shut down. I always loved their standard crust pizzas. Tonight whilst ordering I noticed the crusts were 'NEW Hand crafted' on their website. They're awful; doughy and tasteless, nothing like the old ones. Won't be returning. Such a shame.

I always loved Pizza Hut but this one was completely different to what I have learned to expect. The pizza along with the sides was lacking flavour and not the quality I am used to from pizza hut. I had a vegetarian sizzler and it my eyes it was blunt. The service was okay for takeaway but very much like, here is your food and now off you go.

Ashok and vinod were brilliant in terms of customer service i believe they must have get right trainings for this manner and their work seems they are capable enough to gain this kind of review all the time with all customers since they are customer oriented and know customer requirement and they delivered all with enthusiastic way being a food lover i will recommend this place every individual.

Food is always good but service for collection orders is shocking. Arrived and was seen by 2 staff as I walked in, no one came so rang the bell, no one came. After 10mins I stuck my head round and asked someone to serve me, they seemed suprised. They went and retrieved my order immediately as it had obviously been sitting waiting.

Ordered online over an hour ago, but haven’t received any update. Called the establishment who were less than helpful on the phone, kept cutting me off when I was asking questions and didn’t listen to my problem. She told me 10 minutes after much back and forth, still never got it. Wouldn’t trust ordering online from this place

At 5:04pm on the 1st May I screenshot the attached deal of £7.99 any pizza any size for collection, a sponsored deal on Facebook clearly for my local outlet. I went in to order and was told it was £9.99 on their system and I couldn't have it at that price. I showed the time and date stamp of the image but still wouldn't have it. As it was late and hungry I begrudgingly paid the £9.99, but clearly trades description surely?

Food was good but dip was missing, it’s a required option but not with the order. Also without the 40% discount it would be very overpriced!

ORDER ELSEWHERE - Ordered a bbq base pizza, they made it with tomato, when I called to tell them they told me to get in contact with customer services for a refund (did not bother to try and rectify the mistake they had made) so I got in contact with customer services and sent them pictures of the incorrect order. A week later they emailed me to say they had finally got in contact with the hut and the hut had denied that I had rang them (even though I can show my phone log) so although I had proof of the call and the incorrect order. So I was essentially told I was lieing and nothing could be done even though i had sent proof, customer services then sent me the same email apologising but ignoring my point. Wasted time and money not worth it, terrible experience.

Can't say I've ever ordered delivery from here but have collected many times. Each time the food has been fresh and ready by the given time, never had a problem.

Was all very tasty. But I ordered a Farmhouse, with extra toppings. But it was only topped with the extras, no sign of ham or mushroom?

Although the order arrived within the stated time, it was missing half the items, wasn’t even a big order and was part of a deal so was very disappointing to be missing so much, then took ages to get through to the store to explain we were missing items, when they finally understood they said they would send us the missing items out, it’s been 20 minutes now and we are still waiting 🙄 awful service, won’t be ordering again!

Awful awful experience, the app took my home address despite me amending it as I wasn’t there, I called the shop & was told he couldn’t change the address & I would have to cancel, there is no cancel option. Called back & only then the, very rude, man on the phone decided he would now. change the address so plainly just didn’t fancy doing it, despite this the driver still turned up at the wrong address, he called me but didnt understand so I called the shop again & the rude man sighed audibly down the phone & then started getting very stroppy with me. After all this the pizza turned up at 13.45 after a 12.18 order time & the driver chastised me as HE had wasted his time! Absolute shambles! Wouldn’t trust these guys to deliver a coherent sentence let alone a meal! Rude & incompetent!!!

Missing the extra toppings and a side order..

There was hair baked into the bottom of the base! A huge clump, and sprinkles of what looked like dust around the box!

Driver was incompetent he had remove all pizzas from bag as trying to deliver 2 orders with no way of knowing what’s what or for whom had to repeat the order twice and still was clueless we are not happy with food as numerous complaints about food pepperoni pizza missing all extras and the cookie is folded in half and squished

Got wrong items and called to spoke to someone,who was not very nice,not apologetic and with the unpleasant tone,told me it wasn’t a big deal,just request over the apps for refund.saying trying to contact me,but I didn’t received calls,he decided what to make as substitute for me.frankly speaking,I rather decide it myself and anything for a customer who is paying,it is a big deal,maybe someone need to refreshing his customer service skills.thanks.

absolutely appalling service, waiting over an hour and a half for our food, called them to find out what was happening and they stated they could not locate the deliveroo driver (i did not order through deliveroo i ordered directly through the pizza hut app) when i asked them to cancel the order as it was now 10pm i was told to have a refund i would have to call customer service…turns out the customer service phone number isn’t even on and you have to submit an online contact form which you don’t know if you will hear back from. The service is absolutely abysmal and if i could rate lower than one star i would, avoid this place at all costs

not sure if it’s a one off but the food tasted ‘off’ is best i can put it and chicken wings were pink. we are all now feeling quite nauseous and rough hour or two after eating :/

Pizza arrived nearly 40 minutes after the 45 to 55 minute delivery time it gave us. Pizza was barely lukewarm. No apology from delivery driver. Can't get through on the phone to find out what's happening. Will not use again and definitely do not recommend! Also, they actually delivered the wrong pizza. Order one vegetable sizzler and one vegetable supreme. Got two vegetable sizzlers! Absolutely rubbish!
