Awful awful experience, the app took my home address despite me amending it as I wasn’t there, I called the shop & was told he couldn’t change the address & I would have to cancel, there is no cancel option. Called back & only then the, very rude, man on the phone decided he would now. change the address so plainly just didn’t fancy doing it, despite this the driver still turned up at the wrong address, he called me but didnt understand so I called the shop again & the rude man sighed audibly down the phone & then started getting very stroppy with me. After all this the pizza turned up at 13.45 after a 12.18 order time & the driver chastised me as HE had wasted his time! Absolute shambles! Wouldn’t trust these guys to deliver a coherent sentence let alone a meal! Rude & incompetent!!!

Absolute rubbish. No food turned up. Massive issues here. Complaints on the way.

There was hair baked into the bottom of the base! A huge clump, and sprinkles of what looked like dust around the box!

Half of the items which we'd ordered didn't come with the delivery and the food was rather lackluster itself. The pizza was cooked well but the toppings were minimal and sauce near nonexistent. I probably won't buy from again

Food was rank, asked garlic crust got nothing, all the topping are rock hard or dry as a foot. Think they’ve changed the food they’ve used

I’m allergic to cheese the and ordered a pan pizza without cheese they sent me a stuff Crust with cheese and wouldn’t refund or do a new order

Dont take all credit cards, tried the app instore, but it didn't process my purchase, although there was money in my account. Frustrating.

I really like the pizzas from here, much tastier and more generous on the toppings compared to papa john's and dominoes. Also great value if you pick up; £8.99 for any large when I went! A lot of the negative reviews seem to be from deliveries, which tbf I've never used...

absolutely appalling service, waiting over an hour and a half for our food, called them to find out what was happening and they stated they could not locate the deliveroo driver (i did not order through deliveroo i ordered directly through the pizza hut app) when i asked them to cancel the order as it was now 10pm i was told to have a refund i would have to call customer service…turns out the customer service phone number isn’t even on and you have to submit an online contact form which you don’t know if you will hear back from. The service is absolutely abysmal and if i could rate lower than one star i would, avoid this place at all costs

Way too many bad reviews to even give it a try. You clearly are ignoring the reviews, or you just don't care.

Took 2 hrs, we rang up to see what was going on and they said best to collect. Went there to collect and they said that we had to contact just eat. Turns out they sent it as I was at the shop and it arrived when I got home and was stone cold the oven didn't even help

Pizza arrived nearly 40 minutes after the 45 to 55 minute delivery time it gave us. Pizza was barely lukewarm. No apology from delivery driver. Can't get through on the phone to find out what's happening. Will not use again and definitely do not recommend! Also, they actually delivered the wrong pizza. Order one vegetable sizzler and one vegetable supreme. Got two vegetable sizzlers! Absolutely rubbish!

My order was incorrect yesterday. I telephoned today to explain that I didn't have correct order yesterday and was a pizza short. I was issued a nice fresh pizza and drink today. The gentleman on phone was very professional and apologetic due to the mistake.

They cooked my pizza so fast when I picked it up it was warm not hot and when I got it home all the cheese was coming off in big lumps And luke warm I will never go back lots more choices to choose from

They are undercooking their pizzas and sides. The BBQ chicken smelled like gone off fish and was bare. The pizza was pale as a ghost. Occasionally cold on some of the edges. This has happened twice now within 3 weeks. Maybe there is something wrong with their oven. Either way, avoid for now.

Pizza was good.. the second time. Twice now the order was done wrong but pizza is good and staff offered something for free when something was wrong

Absolutely amazing staff had the slightest delay (5 mins max) after.pick up time and was offered a bottle of drink free what I declined as was only 5 mins and pizza tasted so good. Was nice to be asked as I ordered with no cheese if it was a allergy or just a preference as have had other well know pizza brands not bother what was amazing . Would highly recommend this take away

Not bad pizza but it can be very hit and miss. They seem to burn the toppings more often than not and on the last 3 occasions they have given us garlic crust despite us ordering normal pan 🤷‍♀️

The pizza wasn't hot, they didn't deliver it to my door, I had to walk outside to the car park to get it and the delivery driver was smoking! Way below the standard I expect from Pizza Hut!

Have been ordering from here from the last 11 years. Went to place an order tonight to be told they no longer deliver to Rayne past the Swan pub. Only 3 miles away. Will never spend my money with pizza hut again. Papa John deliver here no problem.

Tried complaining and then person on phone stated he couldn't hear me...... Deserves NO stars...

Had many issues with this place and now after 2 disgusting pizzas in one order I'm never getting food from them again. If I could give no stars I would and for customer service from Pizza Hut online it would be minus. Definitely lost my custom.

Terrible! Ordered 3 pizzas and 3 cookie doughs, all came burnt an hour late may I add, so phoned and asked for more to be delivered, yet another hour came and went and recieved 3 burnt cookie doughs, so spoke to manager and he gave us a free meal next time, week later ordered again, pizzas arrived fine, missing 2 cookie doughs, and they was milk chocolate not white, phoned and asked for the correct ones, yet again they came after an hour and they was the wrong ones! Absolute joke! Would avoid this if you had the option!

Absolutely rubbish. Without a doubt the worst pizza delivery I have ever had. Ordered at about 6:30 for delivery at 8:15. Arrived at 8:50 but both pizzas were tepid and soggy. Certainly not fresh. I assume that the pizzas were cooked for 8:15 but no delivery driver available so they sat there until a driver picked them up half an hour later. Domino's from now on. Need an option for zero stars !!

Pizza wasnt cooked properly garlic bread was cold and rock hard and the toppings just dropped off the pizza .

If you can collect it this place is excellent but!however if your a vegetarian check they change board and cutter as from my experience they don't!

so disappointed in this pizza hut delivery service. was told via the app that the food would be between 35-45 mins which is a fair time, when I got to an hour waiting I looked and saw that if the pizza was later after the latter time there was a £10 voucher off our next order. so I phoned the shop and was first told it was round the corner and was nearly with me and then told to phone back the next day to get my voucher as there was no manger. when I questioned why there was no on duty manger the guy replied he was the on duty manger but didn't know how to do this. but his next response was great as he told me if I phoned after 4 the next day he was back in and could do it for me. #confused. so I went back to waiting for my "round the corner pizza" 15 mins later on again and I ring back. same guy telling me the same thing its round the corner! Not knowing which corner in what town or city in the uk my pizza is round I cancel my order!! Hungry angry EX customers. VERY poor customer service. cant belive the pizza would be even warm if it arrived anyway. Would not recommend!!

Fantastic place to eat, does get extremely busy on Fridays and Saturday which is understandable so some times it's a bit off a wait, but we compensate for this by ordering a little earlier, or dining mid week, food all ways comes to a high standard, is piping hot and delicious all the drivers are so friendly especially that Stevie chap, and the boys are all ways a pleasure to talk to on the phone or in store. Thanks keep up the good work

Bad service ordered a pizza online over a hour ago phoned to find out where order was to be told they had not received it but money was taken out of my account And was advised to ring their customer service number They then phoned and said they had just got my order And it would take half hour When I asked if they would compensate me in any way they said why should we it's not our fault and made it out as if we were chasing an order we had just placed When clearly there is a problem with there systems and it's taken 2 hours to get a pizza Customer service where rude on the phone Will not be using their service again

Poor show. Took them 2 attempts before realising they took my address down wrong and every time it was me phoning chasing. Two hour's later got my delivery with and them offering 2 free orders after their mistake...shame they didn't honour it two weeks later. What's the number for dominoes?

VERY DISAPPOINTED the staff member on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all we ordered the food at 6.50 it arrived at 8.30 cold and not all the order complete phones up to complain and the staff member was rude and even tried to say it arrived at 7.00pm!!!!!! Nothing happened so will be sticking with dominos or papa johns in future plus the staff member that was on the phone needs to work on his customer service skills!!!!!!

Really poor service always late delivery. Staff not helpfull at all on the phone. Made a complaint to the manager nothing happened.

Asked for store manager to call me over cold pizza. Have not had call after 20 days.

Ordered for 7pm and it arrived at 6.40. By the time every one got home at 7pm it was cold. Very disappointed.
