Hi, this is Amandeep Kaur. I had a great experience with the food service at Pizza Hut. The food was delicious, and I was especially impressed by the staff — they were very polite, cooperative, and attentive to the customers. Their excellent service really made my visit enjoyable.

First time ever in South Ealing Pizza Hut I was served very good and excellent customer service by Delia.

I ordered a half-and-half pizza (including Chicken Supreme) from Pizza Hut South Ealing on 17th May 2025. Unfortunately, shortly after eating, I became very ill with severe vomiting, diarrhoea (with visible sweetcorn still undigested), and intense stomach pain. It was clear I suffered from food poisoning. I contacted Pizza Hut’s customer care and requested a proper investigation and refund. While they conducted an internal investigation, they refused to share any findings and closed my complaint without offering a refund or any goodwill gesture. I find this response disappointing and insensitive considering the distress caused. I hope Pizza Hut takes food safety seriously and improves how they handle complaints, especially when customers experience illness. I would advise others to be cautious and to demand better accountability.

By far the best pizza I’ve ever had!! I used to drive an hour to get it, thankfully i now live only 15 minutes away. Kajal and her crew did fantastic job. Amazing!! However, Kajal in South Ealing Pizza Hut was not only patient, but assisted me with the menu and made sure that I feel welcomed. I was fancy to have Pizza Hut. Because actually last time I had it it was delicious but my experience today was awful. The pizza and the garlic bread boxes came with the sticker unsealed and the food cold. I ordered through Deliveroo and they are unable to give my money back, all really upsetting. Don’t order from there , it’s going to be your worst pizza ever.

Ordered a few things at 2pm via Just Eat with a delivery at 4pm which never arrived. My husband has just walked to their place (after our several attempts to call them) to find it closed, the profile on Just Eat allows you to place orders which will never be fulfilled. Very, very misleading and not good for any customers at all. Just to add, Google says the restaurant is open, however the Pizza Hut website says delivery isn't possible - although without information WHY. Perhaps that should be added to their page

Guess what delivery girl said in rude manner’s my job is only delivering no guarantee of pizza is cold or hot. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from Pizza Hut South Ealing. No one from Pizza Hut apologised regarding delays or update us after several calls.

I ordered pizza today at 1846, after the pizza being over an hour late and calling the place twice, i was told that it was only a few minutes away. Upon arrival of finally getting my pizza I saw that the box was crushed, the pizza had slid to the side and it was cold. I called the pizza place, they refused to give me a refund, refused to let me speak to a manager and then told it wasn't there problem and I can just email customer service.

These people are amazing, they always help, they are polite, the service is excellent, they always ask if there is anything else and check your happy. The food is fresh and hot, they always get the toppings right. I really recommend this pizza hut because of their hard work and great service
