I was served by the lovely Ebenezer. He made sure that me and my friend were comfortable, did a great check-back and just overall had very down to earth energy. As someone who is also a part of the Greeneking company, I thought he did a great job following the steps of service. Additionally, the food was very very tasty. Cooked really well and I enjoyed all the light bites we got. Thank you, Ebe!

Was such a lovely time had with my partner, friendly staff. Was very clean all round and smelt really good for a pub. Fully working fruit machines and pool table. Large tvs to watch footy on. Overall a lovely pub to have a meal or a quick drink.

Visiting Acton for work and walked past this pub. From the outside could tell it was a warm and friendly pub and wasn’t disappointed when I was in. Warm atmosphere and met at the bar by Ebby who was more than happy to welcome us in. Ebby served with a smile and made us feel as though we were locals. Thank you!!

We decided to pop into the Greystoke while staying in North Ealing for a little cheeky drink, we were quickly welcomed and served by Jake whom then had a friendly chat with us regarding my unusual drink choice (redwine spritzer). We felt that comfortable we decided to stay for some dinner which was served very fast and was delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We are visiting again in April and will return to the Greystoke. Happy Customers!

Best pub in ealing. Great customer service and atmosphere. Shoutout in particular to pebby who’s always so welcoming and friendly.

The quintessential Pub for local residents, with well spaced out seating: a high chairs area for the regulars and many seating options for all others (tables can be reserved for dining). Caters well for Live Sports Events with 2 large Projectors and an additional 4 (Four) large TV screens with a sound system to match. Two slot machines, a darts board and pool table; along with hand pulled draft beer from the local brewery, completes all the essentials for a typical London suburbs pub. Clientele predominantly from the surrounding posh housing areas of North Ealing and West Acton (Hangar Hill Estate, a verdant area built exclusively in the Mock Tudor style, which is very popular with London's Japanese community with proximity of London's main Japanese school). The Greystoke conveniently has its own parking lot and a spacious outdoor seating/smoking area. Only let down by the quality of the food served which is standard local brewery selection of frozen meals. Also, guest toilets could do with being modernised.

Amazing customer service. The guy with braids and glasses is lovely. The bbq chicken meal was melting with flavour. And the pints are fresh. Good entertainment too. Christmas tree looked very pleasing too :)

Went Saturday night few people about but very quite. Place needs bit refurbishment as some seats ripped. Toilets were not the best. No sparkling wine available. Member of Staff behind bar was nice

Such a fun pub with great food and great cocktails. We were visiting from the US and the staff here is very warm and welcoming! Darla have is several suggestions for things to see and places to go. Lunch was delicious, served in a friendly and timely manner. This pub now has a reputation of excellence which is gaining momentum in the neighbourhood. Jake and his family are very well liked and have turned this place around. It is warm, friendly and welcoming, professional and inviting. It seems to us that it is extremely well-run and Jake takes an interest in the local community; always asking about our church and activities and he has invited our choir to sing carols in December. Previous to Jake taking over, we had stopped visiting this pub so much, due to the quality of both the food and drinks, as well as the atmosphere and, at times, lack of friendliness from staff. It got slightly better with the temporary manager but we are delighted to use the pub again now. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and I totally believe that comes from having a great manager and his work ethic has certainly rubbed off on the staff. In all honesty, I truly believe that the whole team are an absolute credit to Greene King and they all deserve to be acknowledged for turning the Greystoke around.

Came here as my phone died and needed to charge it. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, the people here were very nice and sweet as well. Water was given on the house too 😅 beautiful pub will definitely be coming here again soon! Well recommended.

Came in to watch the horse racing and was not dissapointed. Staff were accomodating and beer was cold. Reccomend to friends.

Every time i vist the Greystoke (every or every other day) i get welcomed with great atmosphere and not to mention the SMILES makes me not want to leave, Jake and the bombastic stuff are SUPERB!!! RECOMMEND THE GREYSTOKE VERY HIGHLY!!!

Karaoke night with Lisa one off as the other person was on holiday

Came in the dine on Sunday afternoon and had the most delicious Sunday Roast beef. The food was cooked to a very high standard and the beef was Devine. Compliments to the chef.

Good beers and food at this dog friendly pub with fast and friendly service. Sports tvs, and a pool table. Used to have a great steak and ale pie ( though often run out of it for days ), then it changed to less steak. Opposite North Ealing underground station on the piccadilly line. Hands down the most welcoming pub In the entire of London. From the moment I walked in the staff could not of been more accommodating. The bar tender by the name of ebon is one of the greatest of all time. Now it's time to talk about the other impeccable staff member by the name of Lisa. The nicest , warmest and most accommodating human being I have ever possibly met. The service in this establishment is with our a doubt 10 out of 10!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A VISIT!!!!

As I walked into this cruiser it felt so warm and welcoming. The first face to great me was a wonderful young woman by the name of Lisa. To say she was helpful would be an understatement. Lisa went above and beyond to make our visit a pleasant one. For anyone unfamiliar with the area looking for top notch grub, friendly, warm atmosphere and a cracking pint served with a smile, try Greystoke. I can't end the review without mentioning Ebe. Such a kind, positive human being, thank you both for a thoroughly enjoyable visit.

Visited here with my fiance and friends. A lovely pub with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We were especially impressed with the manager Jake and his wife Lisa. Both lovely people. Great food and service and all round really enjoyed it. Highly recommended and we definitely will be returning.
