Ealing Cote always guarantees a lovely occasion. I/we have all been regularly and are never disappointed. Always a positive and relaxing atmosphere and clearly other diners feel the same as us. Lots of happy diners.

Best place for English or French food in London, I have never experienced such a great ambiance or the taste. Amazing food, Friendly staff and truly a great place. I recommend everyone to try it atleast once😍😍.

Had a good breakfast, the breakfast complete was a good deal. Restaurant was empty when we got there, but by the time we left it was busy. Food was quick, and our group was pleased with the experience.

Very impressed with the way they cooked my steak. Fries were as hot as they should be. The bacon salad was a very tasty starter. The service was first class for 13 lively customers.

Had a lovely dining experience at the Ealing Cote last week. The staff were charming, really helpful and prompt. The beef cheeks were excellent, really tender. We also had squid and scallops to start with and both were delicious. Will definitely be back!

I kind of have a love hate relationship with the Côte chain of restaurants. I really like French style cooking and the Côte menu has an extensive choice of French inspired dishes. The service at the Ealing branch of Côte has always been excellent. Welcoming, warm and friendly. The food arrives in ample time, and I have never felt rushed. The waiting staff are attentive, but not intrusive. What’s not to like? However, though the food is good, it isn’t excellent, and so I always have to temper my expectations. I like the food, but I wouldn’t say I love the food. I am not entirely sure what they could do to make things better, but I am confident that they could. However as a chain, I suspect they are constrained by the system cooking processes they use to ensure consistency across the different restaurants across the country. So the dish you order in Ealing is identical to the same dish if it was ordered in Bristol. I always think if they had a local chef, they could improve and enhance the food. Having said that, finding myself in Ealing on a somewhat warm evening, the cool air-conditioned branch of Côte was quite appealing. The fixed price menu looking tempting as well. I was given a lovely warm welcome and I was allowed to choose where to sit, which was nice, as I was able to choose a slightly bigger table even though I was eating alone. I may have eaten outside, but it was still rather warm outside, and to be honest the pavement is rather busy and there is a constant stream of traffic running by. Looking over the menu, I was tempted by quite a few things, but in the end, for my starter I chose the Salade au Bacon, bacon lardons tossed in a creamy anchovy dressing with endive and gem lettuce salad, cherry tomatoes, panisse chickpea croutons and crispy capers, topped with a poached egg. The combination of tastes and textures worked. The runny yolk of the poached egg added to the richness of the salad. I was intrigued by the panisse chickpea croutons, they were crunchy, different, I think normal croutons would have worked just as well. This was a lovely rustic looking salad, and despite my earlier thoughts on dishes, I did think this looked great. It was also delicious. This is the kind of dish that I hope they serve at Côte and this time they delivered. I thought it was fantastic. For my main course I went with the Steak Frites, and upgraded to the sirloin steak, which was described as topped with garlic butter and served with herbs and frites. After a fantastic starter, this was a little disappointing. I think they forgot the garlic butter, and not having the menu to hand, I didn’t think to check with the waiting staff. The plate was a simple affair, I don’t know it looked rather plain. I am not sure what they could do though to make it better. I had asked for the steak to be cooked medium-rare, and it was. It was tender, but lacked seasoning. I generally avoid adding extra salt to my food, but this time the steak needed it. The frites were good, nice and crispy. I don’t think the herbs added anything. I would have maybe added a small rocket salad, or even some green beans instead. I think that would have improved both the look of the dish, and the overall eating experience. Generally, I only order a starter and a main course, and avoid having a pudding. However, this time the fixed price menu had a cheese plate on offer, a selection of three French cheeses with a fig chutney & sourdough baguette. You could choose from the following cheeses, Comté, Pont l’Évêque, Roquefort, Délice de Bourgogne, Chèvre Buchette. Now I am a sucker for a cheese course, so of course I said yes. I chose the Comté, Pont l’Évêque, and the Délice de Bourgogne. I liked the fact that the cheese plate came with bread, however this was toasted sourdough baguette, which though nice, wasn’t quite what I wanted with my cheese. Overall I did enjoy my food at Côte, the service was excellent, and I had a lovely dining experience. It wasn’t perfect, but it was nice, and with the fixed price menu, I thought it was value for money.

My partner and I had a delightful dining experience at Cote Brasserie in Ealing. We both savored the delicious rosé and perfectly cooked steak frites. The highlight of our evening was undoubtedly the exceptional service. Our waitress, Laurie, was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. Her warm demeanor and professionalism added a special touch to our meal. We look forward to returning for another wonderful evening.

I have to say this is an outstanding Côte brasserie, it has a real independent local vibe to it and doesn’t feel like a big chain franchise. Staff are lovely, food excellent and for the price great value for money, portion sizes perfect not too big, the atmosphere is buzzy (might be too loud for some?). Every time we’ve been it’s always been a pleasure. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Varied menu and well presented food. Good, non-intrusive service. We were a party of 8 old workmates who hadn’t seen each other for 12 months and the atmosphere was great.

We ordered 2 salad as a main, but they served for starter £7.75 instead of main dish £15.50. after we paid and discussed with friends who had the same food as me, we went back to ask for the refund, however the manager was so rude and excused no receipt and no refund. We were 5 mums had lunch yesterday 30th April 12:30-1400. Didn't expect the terrible service from Cote.

Xyra was a delight, and the food and drink were absolutely fantastic. The most amazing dish was the crème brûlée with basil, strawberry and elderflower. Such an amazing flavour combination!

A family birthday celebration lunch yesterday at our favourite restaurant. Delicious food and excellent service, as usual. I took photos of all our drinks and dishes to make a wonderful memory of the occasion. We'll be back again soon.

Had the Cote burger and Fillet steak. The burger was good and considering its London the price also felt appropriate. I would probably get it again. The fillet steak was overcooked - it was very dry and chewy. The steak from Flat Iron for that matter is way tastier for almost half the price. The service was good and the atmosphere was okay.

Dined here for my birthday recently. They have a good choice of food including vegan options. Prices are average by today's standard. I had the Mushroom Bourguigon which was very tasty. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We went there in the afternoon therefore it was relatively quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to dine there again.

The food is always delicious with excellent presentation. It's French cuisine afterall and the flavours are just right.

I have been to Cote before but not the Ealing branch. It's delightful from start to finish. We didn't have a booking but the very hospitable staff found a table. The food was to a high Cote standard. Service was faultless. The restaurant itself is well appointed and comfortable. Pricewise, I thought it very reasonable. Definitely worth visiting.

Went on Sunday and service was poor. We weren’t given any brunch menu which should be available at our time (~12pm). The restaurant was not busy and there was one particular waiter who was rude, perhaps we came with a small child and we didn’t feel welcome. Never had such poor service at Cote before. Won’t be returning to this branch and won’t recommend anyone with small child.

Was a first time here. The food was exceptional, the staff and service was impeccable. We ended up having a little wine spil accident all over the table and Mo took care of the situation promptly and was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely visit again

I ordered the tuna steak with salad and unfortunately my food came to the table really cold which was a shame as it was presented nicely and tasted ok. The service is good and so is the atmosphere of the place.

Our server, Harry, was very attentive and great with our children. Made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. His service was 10/10. The food was delicious and the children’s menu was smaller portions of French classics rather than nuggets and chips. Would go again.

We were served by Mykolaiv. He was friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the live music. It would be great to see this regularly in the venue. Manager spoke to us to ensure everything was okay. Food was delicious!

I live in Ealing and have visited this branch of Cote maybe 30 times over the years. I ate here last Sunday evening in Jan 24 in a party of two. The restaurant has had a bit of a facelift and looks fresh and stylish inside. The ambience and atmosphere was good and it’s a nice place to be. That said, the toilets don’t seem to have been redecorated and could do with some maintenance. Food was good, although service was quite slow both from the kitchen and the front of house staff. The team were friendly and helpful but perhaps just short of a pair of hands. If you’re looking for a safe bet on food in nice surroundings I’d recommend eating here. It’s excellent for parents who don’t have great hearing!

Another nice brunch at Cote. Brunch menu is very well priced, all items below £10, and their French toasts is probably the best in Ealing. Today tried a burger, and it was a decent burger.

I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch experience at the establishment. The captivating decor, courteous servers, particularly Natalia, and the warm welcome from Host Jana made my visit memorable. The timing of the service was impeccable, and the calamari, lamb rump, and Natalia's recommended plum clafoutis were delightful, thank you.

I ordered the vegetarian brunch plate. This was the first time I was trying vegan sausage as I have always been very sceptical about the taste and texture but I must say it was perfect both flavour and portion. Althought everything was not salted enough forexample the potatoes, mashed avacado and even the mushrooms, but after adding some salt and pepper it was good. I thoroughly enjoyed my order along with Decaf English breakfast tea ! Service was very good, very responsive, kind and helpful. A nice Saturday brunch w my girls .

The fish stew special was delicious, my companions had three other specials, and all reported that they were very good. The muscadet was subtle and sophisticated. The staff were brilliant. The atmosphere was calm and low-key, just right for us on the occasion.

Cote in Ealing Broadway offers a friendly and professional staff, although getting their attention can be challenging at times. The food quality is commendable, especially the recommended fish pie and delicious crème brûlée. The cheese board could be improved with a slightly larger selection, as four slices may seem limited. Overall, it provides a very good dining experience.

Good friendly service. A glass of red wine, fried calamari (£7) - delicious , pork parfait (£8) - great portion but only served with three pieces of bread, beef bourguignon (£19) - good tender pieces of beef, mushroom bourguignon (£15) - came with beef and not the best choice for dinner, and finished with crème caramel (£8) - super delicious. The portion was on the smaller side except for the dessert.

Really small portions. From the starters to sides. I expected the steak to be better quality but for a fillet had a lot of fat. Plus the chicken main the mushroom sauce was half with water. The service was good, all the staff was really attentive. Quite expensive considering the quality and the sizes of portions. We spent around £200 and we didn't even had alcohol.

I use Cote all the time for its reliably good food well priced and with good service. But I am allergic to both gluten and dairy so I can never have a dessert, which I find sad. I now often just come for a main course and leave to have coffee/dessert elsewhere. I always come with friends and we all leave. I feel sure it would not be hard to change that and create just one gf and df dessert. I can't be the only one.

Cote may be a chain, but the food is of great quality, and the staff here are great. I love coming here for brunch. I'd say it's he best place for brunch and breakfast in Ealing Broadway.

We wanted to sit at the booth in an empty restaurant but it was ‘reserved’. 45 mins later three people did show up tbf. Wine we ordered was corked. They took it back no complaints, but there wasn’t much else in the stock so ended up overpaying for a wine I wasn’t familiar with. Went for the set menu, great value at £37.50 for three courses per person. But the starter was very average, the main was poor (rubbery, lukewarm steak), the desert (pain perdu) was excellent, the cheese board was a miss. It was a mixed experience leaning towards the negative. Overall impression it’s a chain. Save your £150 and go somewhere not catering to the law of averages or the corporate Christmas lunch crowd.

Lacked a sense of refinement, or any sense of it being a foodie kind of restaurant, but everything was quite edible and service was good. Not really enough to want to go back for the food but good for a convenient meet location.

Good food but I went on a Friday night and it was very busy. Staff did their best and the service improved as the restaurant emptied.
