my fish was all smashed up and chips was hard

I ordered chips and a pattie , all i got was a patti and a Pepsi

Order was late, useless driver drove past my door & took a long time to arrive;I didn't order pepsi as i don't like it; the food was cold the burger is over cooked the garlic sauce has no taste & the cucumbers&onions could have been sliced thinner

Never have i had a takeaway that was delivered as hot and fresh as this!

Option of free drink but no drink delivered. Ignored delivery request of one portion with salt and small chips portion without salt. Normally sooo much better when visited in shop person.

Order from maggies all the time however this order was verging on inedible. The large fish was not much bigger than the kids fish and all three fishes the batter was barely cooked and the fish inside was watery leading me to believe it’s been frozen. The spring roll was doughy and the savaloy was cold. Really disappointed with this order.

Cold chips even though burger and kebab was hot

There was no mushy peas as it was mentioned on the items, fish was broken in 2-3 places. There was no salt either

1st time ordering as not from the area, ordered a mixed kebab, didn't come with any pittas, in 46 years I've never heard of a kebab coming without pitta, they basically loaded the meat on top of a portion of chips that I didn't even know it came with so I ordered another portion. They put all those different meats on top of chips which made them drip with grease from the doner and chicken kebab. Obviously won't be ordering again. Also ordered salad that came in a small burger box, awful

Delicious fresh fish and chips. Would up their game if they offered a housemade tartare sauce. The sachets are ridiculously expensive and not the best.

Döner Kebab was excellent. The pitta served separately was a game changer, no more soggy bread when you get home. I would say it was a little bit salty, maybe that was the chilli sauce. Overall a great kebab, unfortunately no menus to take home yet but I'll be back Edit 4yrs later: had a kebab wrap a couple nights ago and it was excellent. Just had Sausage and chips for lunch and also excellent. Portion sizes are the best ✌️

I normally don't write reviews but when I went to this place for the first time and I was blown away with the fish and chips that I ordered, tasted great and came along with excellent customer service. My son also had the kids fish and chips and as he's only 3 and he ate all of it without a fuss considering it was his first time eating fish. The wife loved the chicken donner and chips and she doesn't really eat meat, oh and the homemade chilli was on point. Wish I had these guys next to were I live. Definitely will go there again if I'm in the area. Keep up the amazing work and hope to see you again soon.

Chips didn't taste fresh and the saveloys were cheap meat, they smelt horrible and tasted horrible.

Service was amazing and the food was even better, the fish tasted fresh.

Fish small, fries a lot. The fries were supposed to be salted and with vinegar, I received nothing. I ordered a marinade without sugar, received a Tango with sugar. Not recommended!

Packaging was soaking in oil by the time the food arrived.. scampi was cold and consisted mostly of 75% batter.. however the quality of the haddock and chips was decent.. ( and the staff are nice…)

One of the best places to eat fish and chips. I’ve always felt welcomed and satisfied with my food. Lovely place to eat and right across from Greenford station which is great location to pick up some food after work. The staff are always so friendly and cool!

soggy saveloy and the bbq chicken has never been anywhere near bbq sauce. extremely misleading. kebab was nice though.

The chips are mixed with batter from the fish which shows uncleanliness and the fish was soggy and when pressed down all you could see was oil coming out… definitely not ordering here again!

Ordered 18:41 on a Wed, not delivered til after 8 pm, arrived soggy, cold, bag ripped, totally unappetising. Delivery via bicycle, multiple other stops on way to us. Shop dimissive when called, told it was drivers fault. Refund requested as inedible

Saveloys were deemed unpleasant by 2 out of 3 - only barely warm, watery, soggy & tasteless, dog got a treat though! Would not order those again. Didn't ask for a refund as the sausages in batter & chips were great as per previous orders.

Chips and sausages in batter were good - hot and tasty, nice batter on the sausages. Chicken wings looked overcooked, and consisted only of flats, no drums, so mostly bone, which was disappointing, but they were okay - wouldn't order them again.

Fresh, succulent cod. Cooked to perfection. Very light crispy batter - was surprised (given I live some way from Maggie’s) that it had retained its crispness. Salad ok. Maybe a touch too much onion/ peppers.

Sausages in batter were nice and tasty, nice batter, even and bubbly, but not greasy. Chips were not greasy, were salted and a bit of vinegar, but two out of three of us added salt & vinegar. Tasty, but a bit dense for our liking.

Absolutely recommend!! Upon entering, the area was clean and simple, The server was nice. The food was delicious and was made right in front of us. Not only was the food good but cheap too! Four meals + Four Drinks for £40! This is an excellent diner for anyone in the area!!

This is a place I returned to after quite a few years. I had a meeting in town a couple of weeks ago and I was hungry and tired. I popped into this place where I was served an absolutely lovely, rather large doner kebab in pitta. And I had a ordered a small one. It was really delicious. I also ordered a small take-away of chips. It was humongous in size once again and was really delicious. They lasted a few days in fact. The service was wonderful however a little on the slow side. I had to wait 20 minutes almost. Since people need to catch trains and what not from the station just across the road, one could do with slightly faster service. A mass order was being completed as I waited so I understood. I am definitely visiting again. Thank you so much.

My favorite local fish and chips restaurant

Me and my husband come there at least once a month. The food is really good! We always take wraps ( chicken and lamb) and fries ( I love their fries). They always remember our order 🤩 it's lovely to have friendly chat every time as well. We really like to come there and if we would not try to eat healthy we would be there every day probably 😅

Best fish and chip shop in the whole of the UK hands down. The wings are 10/10 service is 10/10 and the portion size is huge great value for money. The owners are very friendly overall Maggies is the best fish and chip shop in London or even the UK

Not as fresh and crispy as expected!😒 - chips not fresh, but plenty of them!! - asked for small but they seemed large!! - most probably because they wanted rid!! - was meant to be a Friday night treat from not cooking - first and last order!! - Courier was great tho!!😀

First time to England and this was one of the best places we dined at for our whole trip. The food was amazing, freshly cooked fish and chips. Amazing portions! The service was really friendly and accommodating with us. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Super quality fish and chips. We placed a large order: 2 haddock and 5 large cod, plus 2 family size chips. The fish was fresh, moist and cooked to perfection. Delivery came quickly. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend.

I asked for no salad of the lamb sheik - it had salad and was sloppy and gross, plus tough chewy lamb. All went in the bin. Southern fried chicken wasn’t cooked enough. I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered from Uber. It's great to find a good fish and chip shop. Fish was fresh and just cooked right. The chips were as I remember as a kid. Good portions. Would def recommend this chippy. I will be ordering again

Had a lovely chip dinner here the other day, fresh fish cooked with it. Staff courteous and accommodating. Really great to find a decent chippy again!

Overpriced, and not very good. Dry chicken and small amount of chips. Also the staff will try to overcharge you so make sure you add up your own order. Be careful to state theat you want the 2 pieces of chicken meal as if you ask for 2 pieces of chicken and chips they will charge much more for essentially the same thing. Actually just avoid as codfather and the catch are both near by and far superior.

Took a chance on a half pounder burger and it was well worth The £5 spent, when bit into it I was instantly reminded of the big kahuna burger scene I Pulp Fiction

I thought the kebab meat looked suspicious when we bought it. I even mistook it for bread but I took it home and had some of it the next day.... lo and behold, I started throwing up and pooing. Just my luck to pay for something that made me sick. I've never seen meat look so much like wheat bread before. I don't recommend this place sorry. It's just terrible 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮
