Pizza Hut Delivery in Trafford

Fluff off dust and hair found on the pizza. See photo below. Can somebody please inform the council about these jokers .. I don’t understand how they are making our food

Not sure I've had a pizza as bad as tonight from here, absolutely disgusting. Overcooked, hardly any cheese and so much garlic powder it's inedible, it's rock hard underneath and not even sure what the taste is but it's not pepperoni pizza. Foul. This place is masquerading as a Pizza Hut.

Ordered two large pizzas on the app from a deal, both were dry and hardly any cheese only ate 4 slices. Won’t be ordering again

Ordered online a week ago for collection, both pizzas were ready way before the delivery slot which meant they were cold. They were also dry and came with barely any cheese or sauce. Complained online & got a £15 voucher. Ordered again for collection (got there straight away so it wasn’t cold this time) and exact same thing - barely any cheese or sauce, hard, dry base. From other reviews on here, it’s obvious that this branch cannot work out how to make a proper Pizza Hut Pizza and are probably scrimping on cheese and sauce to save money… It actually hurt my jaw to eat!

I placed an order as follows: 1 x Big New Yorker Bundle only £21.99 £28.99 Big New Yorker Create Your Own XXL Big New Yorker Cheese: Extra Cheese Guess what I got - did I get extra cheese? Did I get cheese? No, I got ZERO Cheese. Also, the "pizza" was overcooked and burnt Despite this, and being really hungry - because this was a saturday night treat - tried to eat a slice - it was utterly disgusting and utterly dry as a result. Spoke to the rudest person ever there who claimed "these things happen" - it's pizza, it has cheese on - and they decided to send it out despite clearly having NO cheese on it. Complete and utter fail. As it stands I am left hungry, without pizza and out of pocket. I had thought "Let's give them one more chance". Guess what, I don't have food and it was stupid to try them. They're awful. Have emailed their head office with a photo and recording of the phone call. As it stands will never EVER order from pizzahut - ANY pizzahut - ever EVER again.

Spent 15 minutes at the counter without even being spoken to.. Then another 10 minutes after being “greeted”. For then my order to be cold.

Definitely avoid they no longer accept cash and the system they use for online transactions is shocking and failed multiple times taking money from my account it's now been nearly a week and still struggling to get a refund that was promised, tried calling to rectify to be spoken to like dirt and told I'm lying I'd rather eat glass than ever try pizza hut again what happened to the days of the customer is always right. World's gone mad

pre ordered for a specific time. didn't arrive, had to ask for update then finally updated saying will be 20 mins late. food wasn't hot when it arrived since it was late. delivery time should have been automatically updated but wasn't, I had to chase it up

Go to Domino's instead. Horrendous customer service and a shabby pizza.

This is pizza hut??? This is a tragedy... she looked as if she had been carved out of fat. Throw it in the trash.I will never use this location again.

Booked delivery slot, pizza arrived squashed 10 minutes early. There were hardly any toppings. Despite one pizza being ordered as a "any 4 toppings" and us only choosing double Pineapple (couldn't add more), there was hardly any Pineapple on it, less than you'd get for a single order. We counted 6 roquito Peppers on a large pizza. For the price you pay for pizza hut the quality and toppings are so rubbish. We won't use pizza hut again. It's just not worth the money. Especially now with the inflated delivery cost. The prices go up and everything gets worse!

Food didn't arrive and when I rang up to see where it was they told my I was lying, and that someone took it from them, refused to refund me the drive drove back to my house spoke to me in a disgusting Manor calling me a lier so looks like I'm loosing out on £35.89

Delivery guy was very rude. Made me come to his car to collect my food even though he knew i had no shoes and then started to give me alot of attitude about how 'my phone was apparently broken and it made his job harder and that I need to get a new phone' he didn't even try to call me and my phone is in working order. He also kept trying to give me instructions on where I can and can't stand. Honestly this was quite scary for me as I am a small, young looking and not very strong individual

I ordered a large pizza and a cheese melt they both were burnt and cold never will I order food from there again

Just wanna say the customer service was really good something was missed in delivery and after a quick phone call with the very friendly staff it was resolved in seconds and the delivery driver was just a lovely and the food was delicious thank you !

Delivery with no dips even though I bought additional ones. They said they’d drop them off later but no show at all. Seems to be a common occurrence, it’s the 2nd time this has happened, I don’t get the ones that come with the food or the additional ones I buy too. Avoid using this particular branch for take out

I just ordered a pizza just less than an hour ago it was cancelled i called the shop explaining the situation, one woman answered the phone i have asked on the phone for her name she said she doesn't want to give me her name and she was extremely rude and she hang up on me,i have called again telling her that i need her name as i want to complain about her as this is not the right way to speak to a customer and guess what she hang up on me again. Now my question what that management does in that place if they are allowing such a behaviour towards customers??? If i could give 0 stars i would AVOID AVOID AVOID

Delivery driver was very friendly and helpful

The pizza was awful to be honest. The dough was too thick and overcooked. There was also missing a plastic stand in a box which keeps the cheese from sticking to the box. So most of cheese was gone.

Driver made it really difficult with change almost making out he couldn’t give me the right change so I say fine leave it like her wanted a tip very strange as well

Despite arriving early, The garlic bread with cheese was cold by the time the food arrived. Both pizzas had to be cut again with a sharp knife as the pizza cutter used in the restaurant must have been blunt and the bases were too tough to rip the pieces cleanly apart. Small issues yet easily avoidable for a customer paying over £30.

Upon reading more recent reviews, I was worried that this branch had gone downhill and delivering was becoming an issue for them. The arrival time for our order had lapsed and was 20mins late. However, it seemed that their online tracker wasn't updating the status of the order. I did call several times, and finally, they picked up and said it was on the way. Within 5 minutes, it was delivered. The pizzas were very nicely made and felt fresh.

Ordered a few times from here never a problem, always nice and hot

Took 1h 30 for our order to arrive. When it did, the food was completely cold. When we called to enquire it took 10+ attempts to get through and when we did they instantly hung up. Will not be ordering from here again!

Didn't deliver anything after I paid. No way to to get in touch as they don't answer the phones. Do not buy from here.

Took my money and didn't bother to inform me they had no drivers available to deliver the food. The store can't offer refunds. Have to complete online forms to do this. I wouldn't have minded if the store called me immediately to say they were short staffed. I could have made alternate arrangements. Instead they were happy for me to wait 1.5 hours for a driver to become available. Dreadful customer service.

Placed order and when the time for delivery was past rang the restaurant. This is where the staff when answered just put the phone down everytime I rang. Decided to drive down to see where food was and had call from delivered about the delivery when I ordered through the pizza hut app. STAY CLEAR QUICK TO TAKE MONEY BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS.

Pizza arrived squashed to the lid and all the topping had slid to one end of the pizza. Then noone answered the phone so we could get a replacement!

Wrong item delivered, covered in meat on a veggie pizza. Had to ring them, then wait for over 30 minutes (the second delivery was late too) for another to arrive. Person on the phone was not apologetic, offered no form of compensation (other than a tub of ice cream. If we wanted ice cream, we would have ordered it) and then demanded the original wrong item back. Absolute joke of an establisment.

Always delivered on time, very tasty

Disappointed. Ordered 7:40, food said arrived on website at 8:45, still not arrived at 9:00. Calls not being picked up. Had to go to shop to ask, to be told that the car was outside our house and then it’ll be at about 20 more minutes maybe. Stick to Dominos boys and girls.

I used to love pizza hut with all my heart, but this placed has taken all of those good memories and urinated all over them. They have just given up as an establishment. They don't do the only two things your want a pizza delivery place to do- answer the phone to take orders & deliver pizzas.

OMG it was bad. Ordered 2 Large pizzas both literally swimming in grease. Pizza was unreal thin and the crust was massive. The nachos we ordered where God awful. I could have made better ones, the nachos were burnt like black burnt, cheese tasted like it was made out of plastic and they refused a refund. Would never ever recommend buying here.

Pizza was early by 45mins the pizza was cold which didn’t make sense as I live down the road, pizza base was so thin and crispy. When I called the restaurant they was so rude and didn’t want to help please don’t waste your time ordering from this Pizza Hut I have certainly learnt my lesson.

Ordered a pizza deal using the delivery service. Price was ok and pizza was delivered on time and the food was hot and tasty, the delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful. Just dropped a star because there could have been more toppings on the pizza, not so much crust. I would recommend based on my experience tonight and from previous experiences with Pizza Hut.

We ordered 5 pizzas and 2 sides last Friday at 6.30 and was advised in woul be 7.30-7.40 which seemed like a long time. However as we had people round we would just wait. However at 7.50 no pizza and e pected time had not changed Tried phoning 4 times but just rang out then cut off. Decided to go out and get something else as we were starving. However 5 mi uses after I left they actually turned up at 8.21. However cold and jad to be put in microwave. No apology and when speaking to the driver he said to phone which is a bit useless if they don't answer. No refund or offer of vouchers. The score on here seems to say everything. I would give it a miss.

Very rude delivery person. Called me on my mobile and said outdoor bell is not working when he did not even reach there. The delivery was late by over 30 mins. Pizza was cold as well. Domino’s is better in service.

Says open until 10:45pm on weekdays and 11:30pm on weekends but every time we've tried to order at at 10pm it has closed half way through ordering - very frustrating - please update your opening hours online

I ordered a gluten free pizza. The size was described as 11" and was shown as a circular shape in the picture. How ever, the pizza was 11" on the longer sides of the rectangle but it was about 8 or 9 inches on the shorter sides. The food was also late and luke warm. When we rang them to complain, the man on the phone laughed and said "if you're not happy with your order, complain to Just Eat. In future just order directly through Pizza Hut". He then ended the call. We were appalled at their attitude and approach to the situation. Will never order from them again.

Delivery drivers shocking and rude

Visited 30/05. Lady on front counter very friendly and helped us choose the right pizza. Gave us a complimentary garlic dip also

New favourite the stuff crust veggie sizzler - service at this hut is always super quick abd with a smile.

Delivered 15 minutes earlier than expected

Worst pizza hit we've ever had! Pizza arrived late, the crust was burnt and they'd missed off an ingredient. Called them up and the sent another pizza which was fine but upon receiving the replacement, the box was completely squashed resulting in the cheese being stuck to the lid and this one was even more burnt that the first, won't be ordered from this branch again.

Pizza really dry and item left off delivery, will try Domino's next time

Staff refused to own to an error, wrong food arrived. Manager shouts over staff on phone when requested to be spoken to "tell them I'm busy". Staff put phone down without resolving the issue. Rude and unhelpful, food not worth this kind of behavior and attitude.

Food was delivered 70 minutes to early and the food was not as ordered.

Pizza was cold 2 items were missing from the order complained to Pizza Hut was offered a free pizza when I next order but I won’t be taking them up on that offer as for an order of over £40 I don’t expect to have to microwave a pizza to warm it up

Delivery time spot on shame about the food, the only think they got right was the chicken on the pizza, everything else we wanted on the pizza didnt exsist. I spent my time picking bits off rather then eating it.

This is my first review and probably my only. The reason is that I got really bad food poisoning. All these 1 star reviews ARE NOT wrong. I have now been ill for almost a week. Anyone think of ordering from here beware!!!! There are better and safer places.

Ordered from the Sale branch tonight using their online ordering system. Delivered to Altrincham within 30 minutes of ordering. Excellent delivery driver who was friendly and efficient. (he was wearing a mask and gloves) Food was hot on arrival. Sides were delicious. Pizza was average but nice. My only complaint was there was mushrooms on my pizza instead of Jalapeño. Extra care needed in store when making the pizzas... luckily I wasn't allergic to mushrooms! Overall a good experience. 50% off with Meerkat was a bonus too. 7/10.

Only put one star so I can leave a review. Don't eat from here ever the pizza was under cooked and the management team is a joke. The pizza was cold I had a mouth full that was it. I rang the them up and one of the jr managers said what do you want me to do about it and said he's not going to exchange my food wasted £35 socking. 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

Absolutely diabolical. Both me and my girlfriend suffered awful food poisoning, which we have now come to realisation is down to staffs poor hygiene. First time round, we had a meat feast, second time round we have a pepperoni pizza, both time’s we had food poisoning just as bad as one another. Didn’t taste nor look anything like the other pizza huts I have eaten at; The food isn’t bad but just a joe average take away sadly. However the food was prompt and arrived in the estimated 30-40 minute window. Most likely won’t be ordering from here again.

18 pounds for a pepperoni pizza that had 7 slices of pepperoni on it. Rip off

I remember days when Pizza Hut was posh and exclusive restaurant. Now days it is just another take way. Unfortunately food didn't keep the standards from old days. Sad story of our generation history. Soon will see it in market freezers.
