Everyone needs to stop using this petrol station. Went to get air last night. Got charged £4:00 instead of £1:00. I wonder how many people don’t realise over charging because it’s a small amount. Time to report to trading standards. How does a petrol station have 2.5 star rating…

The toilets are absolutely god awful!! There was no loo roll, I asked if they had any and he kept saying he didn't know what I was saying. I asked "toilet roll?" And he said no there was none, then when I asked what they do for it if there's none and he said "I don't know". As about as helpful as a dodo bird.

Went in tonight 9pm/10pm the man behind the counter said to me put my carrier bag on the till 3x literally the second i walked in before id even bought anything I hadnt even walked down any isles and I said no I want to look!!! i put the bag (plastic bag screwed up in my hand) in my pocket in his view and went to look turns out they didnt have what i wanted so i said im leaving!! the staff so rude if this is how you treat new customers 😡😡😡

Where do I start . the toilets are consistently disgusting, there is always a filthy mop in there so god knows who cleans the place. Some staff are rude I asked did they have a phone cradle as some items are in the shop and some behind the till to the right and i couldnt see. The attendant just pointed to the shop stock without uttering a word and served the next customer and left me hanging, but worse they are now refusing vans use of the ad-blu pump, suggesting there is a problem with smaller cars using it.They said it plays havoc with the software, yet an engineer I know from the manufacturer of the pump said it was absolute nonsense and to complain to BP. I had been using the same pump for 5 yrs without question or challenged but all of a sudden they have stopped me from using it despite telling them i was really low I have checked this out and there is NO reason for this other than to steer you into the double the price plastic tubs. I cant be bothered to complain to BP but I have stopped using the garage all together now which my fuel and adblu bill was around £600/800 per month.

The worse customer service you can ever experience especially at night by some extremely unfriendly guy who doesn't have any customer care skills I been here today 30/03/2023 at around 21.20 Since new staff came most of them are horrible even through the day

Ive just been charged 8.99 for a bag of kindling that cost under a fiver at B&Q. Queried it with the cashier and he said it was correct. Don't buy from here.

I went here to drop off some parcels, having already tried two other places with faulty machines. I was essentially "told off" by one of the people working there for bringing too many parcels (6). If it is too much trouble to offer this service, then don't offer this service! One of the men working there was really rude when I'd been nothing but polite, and made me feel awful for simply using a service which they provide. If I'd had any choice I wouldn't have gone there!

Petrol 3% higher than anywhere else I've seen. They demanded upfront payment... THEN short changed me. Paid for £10 and it came to £9.99. Not enough to warrant getting cross about. But definitely enough for a bad review and a warning to other consumers to avoid. I'll never go there again.

Went here to get a couple snacks, had a flapjack that cost £1.50 went opened it, took a bite and thought it tasted funny so looked at it and it had fur on it! As of writing this ( 27/05/22) it went out of date on 15/03/22 absolutely disgusting, it was the first in the row too so went back and all I got was £1 back even though I paid more than that for it not to mention the fact that I’ve threw my guts up and will more than likely end up poorly after consuming fury out of date food, would give you 0 stars if I could you dirty dirty people! Check your food before you buy from here!

We arrived at night for fuel and of course didn't get any because nobody was there. Everything was on so apparently someone was sleeping on the back. Very unfaithful station.

Came to fill up and even if it was during opening hours, has to wait 20 minutes. A ‘back in 20 minutes’ sign was posted on the door

Faulty hand car wash no pressure on the machine tried to explain to the manager who didn’t care that when I started using the machine there was no pressure and you had to hold the handle down for a long time for the machine generator to kick in, tried saying the customer is always right - not here shocking service and basically implied I was lying - avoid !!

Fuel price is shocking at nearly £2 a litre!! And to top it off my Greggs pasties are cold!

Bought a coffe regular but was charged the large I wonder how many people have to pay extra for what they did not have and they milking the money

Overcharged my young daughter for 2 bottles of flavoured tea, should have been 69p each so 1.38 and they charged her 3.38 robbing @#$%!......and she was to scared to say anything

Good petrol station with reasonable prices. Food and drinks available on site.

They have a Subway on the premises

Has everything you would expect from a garage but they also have a Starbucks machine.

shop assistant insinuated I was theiving after me putting one of my items to be purchased in my pocket while I tried to get my money out all of which happened while I was second in line waiting to PAY. I explained my hands was full and I was just trying to get my money out he then asked me to empty My pockets in front of everybody making me feel like a common criminal. DO NOT USE THIS FILLING STAITION!

Often has out of service pumps which is annoying. Jet wash available there (£1/3min)

absolute disgrace, 26p a liter extra for ultimate when similar petrol stations in area are 15 p cheaper for a better product, i asked the staff inside why they were so dear and they couldn't understand English, absolutely unacceptable
