Pizza Hut Delivery in Newcastle upon Tyne

I was able to order and pay to collect pizzas, But when I arrived to collect my order the premises was empty and I later found out has been closed for the last year!! I had to order and pay again at the Chillingham road branch. I am trying to retrieve my money back for the Gosforth order! Don’t know why Pizza Hut are still taking orders from the Gosforth branch 🤬

CLOSED PERMANENTLY . I went passed today and there is a Real Estate agency sign above the window . I was wondering why they were NOT accepting orders for delivery back in December of 2023 . Now I know .

I've used this shop in gosforth for years and still to this day no tracking information available is it a very easy problem to solve why doesn't the manager short this problem out it's clearly not a big deal to him or her otherwise it would of been shorted out a long time ago i understand its a smaller shop but that's no excuse i live in a apartment block so i have to guess when the driver will arrive because they are lazy and won't come up in the lift so i have to wait down stairs for 10 minutes or so can you please short this problem out it'll be something Quite simple

Absolute disgrace manager was arguing with me over a free ice cream that the cookie dough desert comes with the manager must be young as she was so childish on the phone never order from this Pizza Hut

Spot on Pizza. Had the New Yorker 16" fed 2 people comfortably. Tasted great. If you like pepperoni you'll love this.

I made an order paid £29 never arrived!!!

Driver dropped the food. Everything was soggy and under/overcooked. Unhelpful customer service. Definitely won't order again.

Not a good experience. I ordered a pizza and the driver never arrived at the requested location. (His excuse: I don’t know where to park) Later when I called in store, the manager was extremely rude and of course they never refunded the payment nor they gave any store credits. Highly unprofessional.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!! Most disgraceful customer service ever!!!! Original order was supreme, they send veggie supreme. I complain to Deliveroo who agree, but re order the wrong pizza, so I phone the shop to advise them so they resend the correct one. Get the most disgraceful woman on the phone who says my original order is correct and she’s just going to cancel the reorder. Tried explaining and all I got was that I’d ordered the wrong pizza originally and it was my fault. Offered proof she says no way of sending it, asked how I could prove it she says you can’t, end of!!! Then hung up on me!! ( see pics of original order she said was wrong and order Deliveroo tried to resend which she cancelled) DISGRACE!!

Is really hard to park up here for collection. Pizza was ok…nothing mind blowing but Pizza Hut remains nostalgic for me.

Garlic bread is bang on, pizzas are nothing like the actual restaurant pizza hut...

The shop didn’t give Deliveroo our whole order. Phoned the shop to tell them a pizza is missing to which we was told “nothing to do with us it’s Deliveroo fault”. Deliveroo didn’t give the driver the wrong order the shop did. Didn’t care and wouldn’t send out the missing pizza. So lost out on around £20, rude attitude on the phone too. Awful customer service

Ordered half and half pizza they got the toppings right on one half but missed topping on other half delivery driver deliverd pizza well.

Great Staff and beautiful pizza

failed to bring the pizza to me. I have bank statements to prove i paid, order confirmation to prove they recievded it and cctv footage from m y house to prove that they didnt send it to me. yet with all this as proof the rude staff members refused to refund me for a pizza that hadnt arrived on delivery at all. i even went as far as going in to the shop the next day to be met by the same lousy response of we cant refund you, we cant give you the pizza. Instead they told me to go through the process of calling their phone lines which only directed me to their mistake of a support website which wont allow me to submit a complaint and to this day i have not received anything which can be recognised as compensation or the pizzas i ordered.

2 pizza's ordered both wrong, rang them up and no answered. Using domino's next time

I would give no star if possible. Pizza was burnt they sent me a replacement and it was same state as the first one BURNT totally inedible

Pizzas were awful pizza bases like rubber il not be using any pizza hut again if this is what you get I've eating in fine places and would not recommend this place or any other place that do horrible pizzas even a £1 pizza from Iceland are better

The worst pizza ever!!! Owner is rude and does not agree to the sloppy and undercooked pizza they have to offer. And proudly says that the customer does not know how a pizza should be!

The worst pizza i have ever had is from this place. We live in an apartment and the delivery driver asked us to meet him outside, the entire point of getting food delivered is convenience.

Last time I got a pizza from here was ok but this time was very bad no quality and no test at all. Never gonna use this shop again. ☟☟

orderd 2 x cookie dough deals waited over an hour and had no responce called resturant and was told driver had been to my home adresse even though there was no knock at my door or a call stating they had been when offerd to be re-deliverd i was offerd a cold order at the price of £14.00
