Cold food, crap service don’t bother

Order pizza for kids, expecting it to arrive within 1 hour , however it never arrived, so got in touch with customer service and was told have to wait for more then 2 hours before it can get cancelled, tried to call but call was never answered , This people are biggest scammer

I highly recommend people not to buy anything from this place as a member of my son got server food poisoning after having a pizza from this place u der the new management. After eating their pizza. The standard of hygiene and level of thier food is so bad

I come to this Pizza Hut from London, every time when I’m in Leicester. Love the pizza, no complaints at all. Always had great service. I’ll be up again next year!.

They have been shutdown past 4 weeks due to hygiene reasons they got a zero rating.

Quick and efficient, prices are good too compared to other huts.

Very poor service. Had to complaint about numerous amount of issues and the manager was not helpful at all. The food was all cold and incorrect toppings. Parts of the order was also missing. My recommendation AVOID ORDERING from this Pizza Hut. The only thing you should order is Ben and Jerrys ice cream from here that was the only good thing which is they didn’t even make.

Not a real sit down restaurant. This is a fast food take away. The chicken wings were swimming in ONE inch of liquid hot sugary syrup, instead of honey and garlic light coating. Why is it that they always say they can't make well done pizza's? 2 mins extra in the oven doesn't slow you down. Your staff can be pretty rude and slow. Hire some better folks. Pizza Hut around the world has never said they can't do well done because they're busy.

Staff very rude. Poor customer service & has happened on every visit and the last visit the other day it was a lady. Clearly hate their jobs. They should also inform you of collection offers too. How we magically meant to know? 1 star from me & when I feel as it’s improved I will consider changing my review.

Worst experience ever. Terrible staff service and staff raising voice at customer. Completely unacceptable. Brijesh had terrible manner and customer service, raising his voice at us and giving attitude. Never had a problem with Pizza Hut over 10 years until now. The manager requires a retraining on know how to to talk to customers and not to raise at customers.

Awful service.Raising your voice at elderly customers, talking over them not hearing concerns properly, not speaking politely or addressing concerns in a polite manner, instead throwing attitude. But know how to talk to their own staff in a polite manner. I would not even give it 1 star for the level of service provided today. It’s not about the pizza but how you are spoken to. Retraining highly advised and awareness on how to speak and communicate with customers and address concerns, The way briejesh spoke was rude and unacceptable

Excellent service. Only Pizza Hut that uses real green chillies with heat!! We drive from leicester forest east just because of these chillies.

We regularly order from here but today the cheese on pizza was horrible it was not mozzarella but tasted worst form of cheddar cheese, the topping sauce and jelepeno so didn't have the pizza hut pizza taste at all - please bring back original pizza hut deep pan pizza veggie sizzler please

Never have had an issue with this branch. Always find that it's better than the actual hut down the road. Always hot and very good at actually giving out the correct food. Had issues at other huts around the area.

Having given a negative review to London Road Pizza Hit I thought it only fair to give positive feedback to the Melton Road branch. Placed phone order which was answered almost straight away and collected my order within 20 minutes. Friendly staff and pizza tasted great

Called to make a slight change on our pizzas (asked for less tomato sauce on each pizza). Was told by a rude member of staff that it would cost £5 to make any changes. We explained we only wanted less sauce, no other changes than that. He continued shouting down the phone and we told him to forget the order. Never had this issue before with Pizza Hut or any other pizza chain so I’m not sure why it costs an extra £5 to use less sauce. Will not use this branch ever again.

Pizza was not cooked well as well as it was really cold. When I called to Pizza Hut for the complain , the staff was being really rude and the service was really worst they put me on hold for half and hour. This Pizza Hut doesn’t deserve 1 star also.

Absolutely poor service. The service at this branch is hit and miss and so is the food. Never getting the temperature right on side and never enough cheese. I just order spicy chicken strips. And I when I bit into it I knew straight away it was not the right product. So I called them up and told them they have given me the wrong product. But the Indian guy whose English was so appaling didn't understand what I was saying and then he was accusing me of being a liar .Never buying from this branch EVER AGAIN!! NOT THE FIRST TIME SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAS HAPPENED. Papa johns is way better. The only positive are the lovely deliver drivers.

Absolutely appalling service, I ordered and paid online, I called once the delivery was late and was lied to by the staff, who said it would be a few more minutes, I waited outside for 15 minutes, I had to call back 7 times, eventually given a number to make a complaint, then had to go online again to apply for a refund, never got my food, no refund no customer service. Shocked at how rude and unhelpful all the people I spoke to were.

This is the worst Pizza Hut take away I have experienced. The problem is they know it and don’t care. Pizzas are undercooked and they put so little toppings it’s unbelievable. Maybe they should rename all pizzas to Margherita. I have complained many times and have also raised it as a feedback to the head office. We have now stopped using this place. Waste of money.

The worst Pizza Hut Delivery service we have experienced anywhere in the UK. Order placed online, order confirmed over the phone, order lost and never received and also took payment in the process! Customer service was shocking. Head Office attempted to resurrect, that boat went a long time ago!!

Use to be my favourite pizza place, but going down hill, pizza size are getting smaller, no Italian base anymore, and delivery can be long wait and food only slightly warm.

Absolutely rip off order for one pizza been charge for the same order twice. Spoken to store manager and colleagues few times and sent almost 15/20 emails to their head office but no response even after 6 weeks still waiting for refund that money. Just be careful when you order.

Rubbish delivery service. Ordered pizza at 9pm, called a few times at 10pm then 10:30, called to know where the delivery is they said it is on its way, nobody has come yet. Had a few people come over and we had to make other arrangements. It got delivered at 11pm, two hours it took them, the pizzas were cold, was not eatable at all! I said I’m not paying for a cold pizza. The delivery guy said ‘take it up with the office!’ Obviously this closes at 11… so far, Poor customer service when I called leading towards 11pm, they were just rushing to get out of work, no help at all as two different employees said the order is on its way. Very misleading and false information. When the delivery guy came he was unprofessional, said in a very rude manner ‘give me back the pizzas then if you don’t want it’ and that was it, that was so rude, he didn’t say sorry for taking so long or be apologetic in any way towards me… This is a shame and people need to know how they treat their customers at this establishment. I’m not happy at all, won’t be ordering anything from here ever again….

I would like to give a honest review regarding my personal experience. I placed an order at 6pm to be revived for 8pm. Which gives two hours window for them to get it delivered to me. I did not receive the order until 8.20 so I rang the branch. The employee at the branch spoke to me so rudly to just say that it's still going to take 25 more min as they are busy. This means that it takes them nearly 3 hours to make my order and deliver. I have been using this branch for years but I don't think this is the standards they are need be working with. This is so poor from thr team and management. I would not use them again.

Close this Place Down - You cant even do what you say! Pizza Hut Delivery - Ordered for 7.30, delivered 8.40. No one rang me to even say its going to be late. My children fell asleep waiting for a Pizza I promised them. Disgusting company and I will never buy from any Pizza Hut. I complained to the head office and they said it's an estimated time...you should change your website to say 'we will deliver when we can'..... at least it means that you are not lying. Today i got so bad experience with melton road branch i tried to order online hut they just shuts their web due load of order when i rang them for enquiry why i was not able to ordered online and you are not delivering today so they said no we are not delivering today i gave order after that on phone I'm not driver I don't have a car when i go there for collecting my order their driver works today when i asked him about that they said no delivering today only collecting your order then i saw there driver there he is delivering and asked them so they said we can't deliver your pizza i asked them why you said on phone you are not delivering today but they delivering then i asked him can you please deliver it so they will do that but after half and hour soni said okay and left there comeback home my order is cold and i put in bin without eating anything there is no perfect cutting and as per free ice cream which is saw on order they gave different brand ice cream from now I refuse to take away from pizza hut forever

Very bad delivery service Ordered pizzas from melton road Leicester at 4.30pm for 6.15pm delivery waited till 6.40 then called them and they said ohh driver just left now and 30 mintues delay is normal what a great service!!

Order has always arrived in good time, still hot and tastes great.

I always take food from autside , so every time I order I haven't got trouble but this time with picca hut I ordered and pay online (just eat) and I was waiting more then 1 hour and nobody shows off . I try to call the picca hut 11th time but it just says the restaurant is buzy please wait . I will never never order food from this pica hut . So disappointed

paid £15 for a large veg pizza. Hardly got any cheese on it!!! OWNER NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS BRANCH OR MAYBE THEY ARE IN ON IT RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS. I considered ordering pizza hut because of positive previous expereince has been the best. However, this time the quality of pizza presented has really been disappointing and unexpectedly worst. I ordered medium sized pizza but it looked smaller than small sized pizza. This portion size is not even enough for one person. The prices are also very high and i would not personally pay the amounts stated online. I do not recommend anyone to visit pizza hut, I would rather go dominos, making it my best choice so far.

Ridiculous quality, ordered 5 items all the boxes were squashed and the pizzas were stuck to the cardboard boxes. Delivery was an hour and the temperature was below average. Speaking to the manager, you ordered it online and you will have to complain to the head office we can’t help you. Want refund for my order and take your pizzas back, sorry not possible call the head office we won’t refund. This store’s quality is so below Pizza Hut standard and they are aware of this, as they have the monopoly on the area, they do not care or give a toss. Sorry I rather use another reputable company then these unorganised people at this franchise.

Ordered 2 pizzas arrived barely warm only to discover one had been reheated and burnt. Could not eat it, the other didnt taste great and could not finish it. Wirhin an hour of it i did not feel great spent rhe rest of the night feeling ill on the toilet. I would never order from there again. Pizza Hut if you are reading this you nee2to get it sorted out rhis is not the first time rhis as happened.

Busy place . Staffs need be more friendly. Some kind of carrier bag should be provided to carry many boxes for one deal . So makes comfortable to carry .

This place is a joke... had my food delivered today, with a pizza upside down! All the cheese off it and stuck on the box, and part of my order forgotten. Spoke to a manager who said she’d send the rest of the delivery out within 40 mins, so I said I want the whole order re delivered as the rest will be cold, and was told to eat the remainder of the delivery after?!?! And then told have the food and will send out two free sides next time. I want the full order that I paid for on time and all together.. management definitely needs training here.

This is a bad place 'DEVANSHI' a woman working there messed up our order and we waited 1 and half hours for them to sort something out!! They have very bad services and are very stingy with a response.

We always get delivery for pizza from here. The pizzas are good however they don’t put enough cheese on them. Overall a very good place to get pizza from.

Having ordered from here a couple of times have to say the pizza has been spot on every time. Having ordered online the order is always delivered on time. Ordered on Saturday night and was delivered in half an hour , pizza was hot and fresh and the delivery guy kind and polite. Wouldn't hesitate to order again. Thank you

On the off chance that store actually answers your call, you're likely to die of starvation before your pizza actually arrives, and with the heat of the food you'd assume it was sent in the post, although I'd trust the royal mail to actually deliver what I'd ordered.

Not the most consistent quality. Staff can be nice in person but sometimes lie about actual times for delivery. A minute away can take 10 mins. Also if going in to the takeaway, the door doesn’t close properly, so cold air drifts in freezing you. Head ups.

The quality and level of service I feel it gone down too much I keep telling them make sure the pizza is hot unfortunately the delivery driver does multi trips before I get my pizza so it cold and the pizza toping is in one place not spreading out properly so I feel the quality service and quality it's not like back in the days

Can't fault it! Always hot, well topped and cooked to perfection. The only pizza hut that actually makes the hot (spicy) pizzas hot!! My mouth is still on fire 30min after the last piece. Love it!
