I've ordered desserts from here 4 times now and every single time they come early, warm and the portion sizes are brilliant! They're cheaper than competitors and at least double the size! But today I tried their food for the first time and OH MY GOD. The value for money is amazing, these are the best cheesy chips I've had for years and the chicken burger was huge! The food came early, super warm. I also called up as Just Eat didn't allow me to remove mayonnaise from the burger and the gentlemen on the phone was really polite and lovely to talk to! He even went through all the other burgers and let me change the ketchup on the cheeseburger to mayonnaise! Honestly this is my new favourite place in Leicester! I really hope you succeed as a business, 10/10

Absolutely outstanding deserts. I would definitely be coming back here! The milkshakes are ridiculously delicious and the waffles melted in my mouth. I would definitely recommend!

The dessert is good but the service is terrible. Ordered from here many times but i wont anymore. I usually wait an hour for the food to arrive - by which the ice cream is melted. This time ive waited two hours, the order never came and the restaurant is now closed! Terrible terrible service.

Don’t get me wrong their milkshakes are nice but there delivery service is the worst.

Ordered on uber eats as a second purchase from this restaurant. The food was lovely and our milkshake, couldn’t fault the food and the restaurant staff. Their delivery driver has completely let them down, our order was 40 minutes late. From the time we purchased it took 1hr 40minutes for it to deliver and it is a 15-20 minute drive from our home. The driver didn’t apologise, didn’t even acknowledge when he dropped it off. More than happy to purchase again and but you need to look into your delivery and drivers because it was appalling. Great food, poor delivery service

Came very late, ice cream was melted...waffle was hard....

Took ages to arrive and when it did it was so disappointing.Waffle was soggy.not nice at all.Customer service was also poor! From the guy on the phone when chasing my order to the one who delivered it.POOR.Will never order again from them.

Honest opinion. I almost gave this a 1 star due to the lateness of the food. Placed the order around 7.30pm on a Friday so I was expecting a delay, it showed up that I would receive my order at 9.45pm. 10pm came, no order so I called and couldn’t get through. Then I left a message on IG and Facebook without reply. Finally they called me at 10.30pm to apologise and say it’s on the way. 11pm is when I received my order of cookie dough & sundae ( didn’t actually want to eat that late but it’s my day off my food plan…) So, for future reference Loaded Desserts, communication is key with customers. Let us know if it’s going to be late. Although I’ll admit, from 9.45-10.45pm my hearing ability improved, I could hear every car door shut within a 3 mile radius 🙃 I thought I wanted something sweet but after a while I turned the tv off as the suspense of waiting for my order was both exciting and killing me. With regards to the food, it was very good, cookie was warm and delicious with the small tub of ice cream a nice compliment. The sundae was well balanced with chocolate , sauce and ice cream so it made up for it and the driver mentioned they were “short staffed” (he looked quite tall to be fair 😉) All around an average review I felt was necessary. For food quality it’s great but don’t expect it to be on time, this is the 2nd time I have had this experience. Maybe I did something wrong today and this is one's just deserts I’ll get my coat 🧥

Shocking for first time order, absolutely disgusting waffle sticks like a wet soggy mess and the strawberries had a nasty smell. Clearly this place is all about bringing in the money yet quality is very poor. Not worth the money Not a place I would bother ordering from again,4 for future ref you need a QC person to check all orders before leaving the place. When ordering food as a treat most people will take quality over quantity and this place needs to put that in practice or close shop

Amazing ate it all still really warm when it came to the door tasted really good I recommend this place to anyone

Dont know why the other reviews rated this place so poorly. My food and milkshake were delivered in good time, the food tasted great and was thoroughly cooked and the milkshake was epic. Will order again sometime.

The cookie dough was so so good

It came late. My estimated arrival time was 22:15-22:35. We still hadn’t had our order by 23:15. We phoned the shop to see where our order was at 22:18 and the guy said it was leaving the shop then. So was being delivered for an hour before even getting to us. Ice cream had melted. At first the delivery driver dropped off someone else’s order and only realised when we phoned to complain so they had to come back and swap it. The waffle was cold the strawberries smelt like they were gone off. Cookie dough was burnt. Overall will never be ordering from these again

This was terrible. Ordered burgers, chips and desert. Food took a long time to arrive. Extremely below standard. Previous reviews are accurate. My toast with butter tasted better then all the food. Very bad.

My order was an hour late and burger was raw

Strawberry waffle. Came with a separate small tub or ice cream. A few chopped strawberrys. Delivery was I good time. The desert was well below par. Dry and lacking.
