That was really dirty, the bed was old , the shower horrible Some body booked for us for (99)£ wasn’t even worth 10£ We been there for (5) nights the didn’t even cleaned Not recommended at all

Very nice and safe place for meetings but floor was sticky not sure as the lad closing doors for that or floor was not moped clean properly but otherwise rooms looks nice

Room was filty on check in. Shower wouldn't drain. Staff said could leave and would refund. But have since been dodging it. Call and say yes but never do. Wouldn't stay if had no choice

Looked alone, needed an uplift and exploration

Room was in poor condition and debated sleeping on the floor in own sleeping bag. Pictures were not as advertised

It's in a decent location, near the main road and an easy walk to the university of Leicester. Staff were polite and efficient although the place was extremely dirty and my room was in a poor condition, with a visible hole in the bathroom floor below the toilet and black mold on most of the walls. Lots of the other guests staying seem to be homeless/addicts and this meant there was lots of shouting and disturbance during the night. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here over anywhere else at a similar price point.

Poor service. Rooms dirty. No heating in freezing December. My daughter was unwell and hotel management couldn't get heating on. Please never book this hotel
