After trying dominos and papajohns this place was better.. toppings and cheese was significantly more nostalgic to the pizza taste and the dough was pretty good. Other places had poor toppings n cheese and the overall taste was like goupy cardboard. ordered twice in two days as I wasn’t expecting the quality to be so good. Has the classic pizza taste 🤌

Too bad, I am a very constant customer, this is not the first time this has happened, the orders do not arrive complete, now what? I eat and my girlfriend doesn't? If it happens again I will change servers. On top of that, the refund will be within a few days.

Very poor customer service. Ordered 3 pizza’s from North Lane Pizza Hut. Nephew went to collect them, was given only 2 pizzas. Came home and received a call to say they forgot to give him the 3rd one. So nephew went back to pick up the 3rd one. Appalling and caused us some inconvenience with travelling back and forth.

My 2 daughters 1 aged 15 and one aged 13 went to collect a order we placed at this branch when my daughters came back to my car which was parked outside the shop there mood seemed a bit off I thought initially they both had a disagreement like siblings do it’s only until after eating at home I asked them what’s wrong and she said the guy at Pizza Hut called Fahad was saying inappropriate things to them like Mmm you smell nice what’s that perfume your wearing and your hair is so long and shiny and your so pretty. I rang the store straight away but I got nothing but excuses and my daughters been called liars the following day I reported this to the police. I wanted to write this review so this doesn’t happen to anyone else’s child. If I could give minus 100 stars that’s what this Pizza Hut would deserve. My daughter also took a picture of the nasty man as they call him I will upload if anyone requests thank you

Ok to begin. I ordered a pizza on pizza hut web site last night for my son who was assaulted in a club and had to spend most of the day in hospital with a fractured orbital socket. Ordered a chicken sizzler for him and never noticed until I checked how long and my email for this that the order had gone through as a meaty one. I sent it back and asked the delivery driver to tell them it was the wrong order. He told me to phone the shop being North Lane Headingley the guy who answered initially was ignorant I asked him to send what I thought I had originally ordered and he just hung up. 45 mins later I phoned them to find out where this pizza was to be put onto the phone to a guy who called himself Murphy that I had sent the pizza back I explained to him this wasn't the first time that pizza hut website had ordered a completely different pizza he told me to phone customer service. I asked him if I could call round to collect and was told no. This morning I did call customer service to hear a message saying since COVID they no longer have a manned line and to contact the store you ordered from. Pizza hut have £21.48 of mine which I know I am not getting back. Just letting people know maybe use Papa John's or Dominos. As the service and standards from pizza hut are appalling. Couldn't add picture of pizza BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET 1

The delivery driver didn’t even knock before heading back to his motorcycle, he tried to not deliver my food but I caught him just a second before tried to leave, I live on the top floor and this unacceptable and inconsiderate to customers who use this service

The order wasn't correct, they got the pizzas wrong. The pizzas were dry and overcooked, not very hot either.

I ordered some wings from an Uber Eats listing called "Wing Street". There was no indication that this was actually Pizza Hut on Uber Eats. Imagine my surprise when this supposed "wings" order comes and it's Pizza Hut's terrible wings that taste worse than if I'd bought frozen wings from the store and heated them in the oven myself. What a terrible bait-and-switch business model. Pizza Hut, you should be ashamed about deceiving customers.

Asked and paid for extra pineapple but didn’t give me any pineapple at all

I ordered a gluten-free pizza and a tub of ice cream for dessert, they swapped my ordered ice cream for a cookie dough one, which I can’t eat because it has gluten in it! I pre-ordered my meal to arrive for 6pm, it arrived at 6.37pm and the pizza was cold. I had to warm it in the oven, but gluten-free free bases don’t warm well, so overall, very disappointed

The cookie dough doesn't come with ice cream? Also the 'double pepperoni' had about 10 pieces of pepperoni on.. and some stray mushrooms . I don't know was just really disappointing

This was the worst pizza I have ever tasted. When I held each slice my hands were sticky and it tasted more sweet than savoury. There seemed to be a dusting of garlic or something over it. Also overcooked as crusts were hard! I never leave a bad review but felt I had to on this occasion.

Was pathetic, taken a delivery charge for items which weren't even delivered, being an absolute hassle just too get the money back for the food that didn't turn up, drivers obviously don't read the comments section too ring expecially when in hospital 🙄..... maybe use a different partner too get food delivered as obviously just eat care more about the money.

Hi! I have three concerns: 1. Your rider called me over and over just to say that he cant find the post code and later he said he cant come to the post code cause its a one way road so you have to come to the main road to collect from me. Later when my husband went there and he said now he is able to find the post code. Thats quite strange, he kept denying that he cant find “LS2 8EY” on google maps. 2. My dip sauce is missing 3. My large margherita pizza looks like: A. Its deep fried in oil; B. The cheese is missing and is not evenly spread on full large pizza / the sauce is bit burnt.

The nachos were cold but the cookie dough was warm?! Also they forgot the dips for the nachos. When I called the Pizza Hut, they were apologetic and the driver came back in 10 minutes. Should have been right first time

I have never, and will never, ever visit pizza hut.

Ordered the ‘2 pizzas, 2 sides and a drink’ deal online. An hour went by with no contact/delivery so I called the store. The person on the phone said “I’ve just dispatched it, so it will be with you in 5-6 mins”. We’re a mile down the road so that should have been an accurate time estimation. Over 20 mins later they eventually showed up. Bearing in mind I could have walked to their premises in 15 mins, I’m not sure why it took 20 mins to drive. The only conclusion I could draw was that the person on the phone had blatantly lied! When the food got here I had to actually warm it up in the microwave it was so cold! An hour and 20 mins wait for cold pizza 👍 Very very poor service. The Pepsi was nice though 👏

I ordered two pizzas using Uber eats, one of them was chicken sizzler which had no cheese. The other pizza however was very undercooked and doughy and potato wedges were the same under cooked. The pizzas didn’t even cut properly. I tried to tell them to refund me or send me another one they told me to contact uber eats, and Uber eats didn’t accept any responsibility and said back to me: We're sorry to hear that your order from Pizza Hut didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide a refund under these circumstances, in line with Uber's policy. Pizza Hut staff were very rude and unprofessional.

Food was overcooked , slightly burnt , delivery wasn’t contact free, no gloves, masks or any other protection outside the packaging .

Pizza was burnt and overcooked so the base was like cardboard, and the crust was inedible! Absolutely atrocious considering how expensive this place is!! There was also some sort of garlic powder all over the crust despite me ordering it 'without garlic'. Won't be ordering from here ever again!

The pizza itself was uncut, and didn't taste at all like normal pizza hut, one pizza was asked for with the garlic on the crust but it was added on anyway. Delivery was fine

Took money then called after 40 mins saying they don't have the food I ordered so I have to get a refund online, literal robbery and I've taken it further with the company to make sure the manager can't continue with this illegal abuse.

I went to collect my order a delivery driver from pizza hut went to go deliver somebody's meal wellhe opened his car door a just thrown the pizza in the car and went to takeaway up street to pick up a delivery came back to his car ten minutes later what a joke

They were 30 minutes late, after I had to call them to ask what's happening. When they did arrive I didn't receive my full order so had to wait even more. Very Displeased

Ordering was easy enough and with a GF alternative as per other pizza huts and the pizzas were tasty but that’s where the good stuff ended. Delivery was a joke. The driver rang to say she was outside. Clearly couldn’t be bothered to get her backside out of the car to knock. Asked for me to go outside. When I did she wasn’t outside so I rang her back. She didn’t answer so I began to walk up the street where she then got out of the car and literally threw the pizzas at me muttered enjoy and walked off. Having ordered from different pizza hits in my time this one was worse that useless. I’m sure my chat Roth Pizza Hut uk will be interesting.

Pizza Hut made my pizza incorrectly, when I contacted them they did offer to send out another but in general the customer service was pretty poor, no apology was made in any way shape or form. The first delivery driver was great. The second who brought my replacement pizza parked halfway up the road and made me run up the road in the rain rather than deliver my pizza to the door!

Usually love pizza hut as a brand however this at this branch the pizza is always dry and over done. They also always forget something off my order and say they will send it next time but never do. Very poor service.

wrong pizza came. very rude man tried to argue that i was wrong. after realising i was correct the new sent pizza was smashed up and the toppings were awful. then the delivery driver tried to take the other pizza back and i wasn't offered a refund for having to wait that long for a correct pizza. never using pizza hut again. do you know how to run a business ??
