KFC Leeds - Horsforth in Leeds

Drive through not working and window being ignored. Fries were so over spiced as to be inedible. Chicken ok but size so variable made family dining a problem. 1 piece loads of chicken, another almost nothing on it but skin. Very disappointing won't be returning sorry.

Don't normally go out of my way to leave bad reviews, but unfortunately this place warrants it. Waited ages for my food, no apology or acknowledgement from the staff, got it home and several pieces of chicken weren't properly cooked. Would not recommend.

Foul nasty burn chicken wraps bad customer service never go here again management and staff need to have better training cook needs to no when the chicken oil ovens need cleaning wow sad state

Other than time factor can't complain chicken was perfect.

ordered mighty bucket for one with loaded fries, regular popcorn meal with signature fries and four cookies... however I received the first part of the order fine, but the popcorn chicken and cookies didn't come with it, instead we got an extra portion of loaded fries and large popcorn chicken... please sort the simple mistakes out

Got a chicken foot that I couldn’t eat

The staff attitude here is terrible. They act condescending and use bad language. There's no customer service at all. This woman was incredibly rude and unpleasant. You just can't treat customers like this.

The toilets are absolutely disgusting in this place and have been like this for months if not years. It seems like the toilets (especially men’s) are blocked/out of order which is leading to large flood in there and no air freshener/ sanitisation control either makes it even worse. Yet, nobody cares or gives a dam nor does anything about it. This is a food place is it? Disgusting! Puts me off coming back here for life and I won’t be returning thank god

Genuinely the slowest KFC in the world. Half an hour sat in the bluddy drive through for god knows what reason. The worst part about it is that the drive through is so small, if there's a car in front of you, you're boxed in and there's nothing you can do about it. Bring your sleeping bag if you come at an actually busy time

What terrible service company must have gone down hill since worked for them. Ordered online food came in good time that’s about all that was good. Missing 2 fries a gravy and 2 proper fillets tried burgers as what came 2 mini fillets in its place burnt and half the size. You try calling the place and number just rings until it makes the old style dial up internet noise so explain how your meant to contact the restaurant to complain orders are incorrect?????

chicken cold. delivery very late

Just went in to order at till , staff seen my bank card in hand and said order at the screen, I say it big order and I will just order at till and they say they not allowed to take orders at till, so if I was paying cash it will be ordered the way I wanted, anyway service terrible and I just walked out and did not order, hopefully manager see,s this review and get lazy staff up their game 🙄

Chicken arrived cold and didn't give me what I had requested.

Attitude on manager and little girl serving is absolutely ridiculous paid for food at kiosk no receipt had to wait for manager to come to give me a receipt while my food was just sat on the side when I asked for my food basically said no you can't have it then when asked for refund because my food was going to be cold got told straight no we are definitely not going to give you a refund what customer service well done

Terrible service. Pulled in to the drive thru tonight around 6.30pm. One car in front of me. Speaker didn't work was waiting 10 mins, no one came to the window. Tried calling the store several times bo answer with a high pitched sound at the end of the call. Beeped the horn waited ages, got out and spoke to the car in front they're just sat waiting trying to call the store themselves. I knock on the window, 2 staff near the window both being ignorant. I go to look through the restaurant window, maybe a handful of customers all stood around waiting only one stood at the counter. Knock louder on the window and the staff continue to ignore. Had to wait for the car in front of me to go as I was trapped in. Came in the restaurant, ordered my drink and im stood waiting for that while the girl on the counter is stood saying shes supposed to be doing drive thru and front counter haha well shes clearly not.. I asked for my drink seen as though shes stood not preparing it and told her there was 4 cars queued getting ignored. Not comings here again . Get better staff!

Everything cold. Supercharger dip missing. 3 piece chicken was more or less just bone. No salad on the burger. Chips stuck together and soggy. Gravy like tar.

Genuinely the worst kfc on the planet. Staff have no idea what’s going on, waited in drive through for ages and ordered a rice bowl then get to the window and they tell me they don’t have any rice. Appalling service and I genuinely would’ve given 0 stars if I could

Sorry I have edit my review as this store is the worst in this region. Staff not interested to work. No idea what the staff talks. When the kiosk tells to counter to place the order,staff will say they can't accept any order go to kiosk. What a useless software KFC use staff is useless.

Nothing was right want a full refund

Apart from being cold, I had requested chicken drumsticks and never got any.

I have edited my review for 5 stars to 1. This place has fallen. The service is so slow even when it's really quiet. They don't answer drive thru for about 10 minutes. Service inside even though you use touch screens to order is so slow that food is basically cold. Waited nearly an hour when it was busy. No staff member gives crap. Dirty floors and tables. Bins overflowing outside. Staff sat at tables on phones with headphones on. Honestly it's been like this for a while. It's got to be bleeding money. It's time to employ some people who deserve these jobs.

Worst KFC restaurant I've ever been to. Long waiting time, burgers without all the extras, toilet stinks and no toilet paper. One star is too many.

The order was not delivered. The driver told me he couldn’t get here so I ordered elsewhere.

Avoid Horsforth KFC. I will not return after waiting 25 minutes in the drive though for a burger and chips.

One of the sides was missing from the order. The Garlic mayo was not provided either. We wanted gravy but this was not available. Box meals were just chucked in bags and not in boxes. the burgers were tiny. It was really poor value for money at £30+

This is the worst service I have ever seen it took 40 minutes to get one burger and a popcorn chicken at a quiet time I have seen fish breath on land faster than I got my food

Once again I'm very disappointed this is the third time I've asked for chicken drumsticks and yet again you've only sent one. I even rang and spoke to a female assistant who assured me that they would put a few drumsticks in ,waste of time.

Not impressed by the service or hygiene at this KFC. I ordered a trilogy box meal, waited 20 minutes. The burger had no mayo or salad on. I then took the burger back to the counter as this is not what I ordered after opening too see it was not right they then took this round the back & placed it back on the heated shelve for someone else. I personally wouldn’t be happy to receive a meal that had already been touched by another customer. Hygiene standards are very poor. The staff behind the counter in the kitchen area were very rude. The place is also very dirty in the dining area no cleanliness.

I can quite honestly say that I think the KFC franchise has given up! After the last few times of purchasing food here, I wish I'd rolled up an old newspaper and chewed on that! Probably wouldn't have been as dry as the chicken. The only thing going for them is consistency as it's basically the same whichever branch you choose to venture into!

Went on at 2.10pm, it was virtually empty. Waited 15 minutes for a box meal. The chips, wings and gravy were cold. Burger was adequate. There was food debris on the tables and floor which had not been cleared up. The gents toilet stank of urine and the floor was swimming in urine. A very unpleasant lunchtime.

Ordered the food at 18.30 food arrived almost 20.00, food was cold.

The burger I ordered looked nothing at all like the photo. It was missing the lettuce and had only the smallest amount of sauce. The chicken was dry and overly salty. I don't expect the highest quality from a chain like this, none the less, this was very disappointing for the price.

I would have given 5stars but for the fact I requested chicken drumsticks, they gave me 2 drumsticks and two large pieces of what I can only describe as bones .

Missing items. It's s not hard to make sure you read someone's order. Now just eat are refusing me a refund.

Every time i order from Horsforth there is always food missing. The orders need to be checked before they sre sent. It’s ok getting a refund but i would rather have the food i ordered.

Some of the chicken was overcooked but still full of grease inside .. horrible

Joke the chips had no seasoning on & what is the pout in kfc without this? The corn on the cobs was Black! And the chicken was more like shredded chicken from yesterday & not edible

I am Not happy with my order today when my order came I paid £67. For food for me ‘my children & my elderly mum when my order came to my shock and disappointment all apart from 1 piece of chicken was all burnt the chicken was dry inside ‘ The chips were over cooked (hard ) also the gravy had lumps in it looked stiff like a pot of jelly the food did not look freshly made . My children was left very upset ‘ hungry I am left feeling annoyed and disappointed .

This is far the worst KFC I've been to. We were waiting so long to get our food while at least 8 people from staff were wandering around doing next to nothing. Looks like no manager available there, as all bins inside and outside full of rubbish, dirty tables and floor.. We were on the cold day and it was freezing inside, no hot drinks available. In general all staff rude and dismissed our ask for room temperature water, saying that they only have cold from fridge and no hot water available. I will avoid this place!! Shame to the great company such a level of service and such a dirty place.
