The world's slowest "fast"food joint. Over 20 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars Infront 👀

Chicken was dry and hard to chew. It must have been there all day and I never got my gravy. I got family feast,2 lage popcorn Chicken and 2 lage fries. It was about 7:00pm in the evening. I never complain about anything but when you spend a bit of money in a restaurant takeaway it should be good quality food.

None of the ordering machines worked. The contactless function was down. This particular branch of KFC continues to disappoint me, it needs closing down.

The horsforth kfc has to be the worst I've ever had. Food was freezing we went through the drive through as we were in a rush to be somewhere and we was stuck about 15 mins behind one other car while they sorted their food. Shocking food, shocking service. This isn't the 1st time either. I usually travel further out for our food but as I said this time I was pushed for time so tried my luck again. Didn't even bother complaining as due to the long wait i was already late and they are so rude there so no point.

Always items missing from my orders. More than one occasion whole meals missing

It was just ok. Guess I'm getting old KFC just doesn't appeal like it used to and I find it quite expensive for what it is. Chips could be better

bag collapsed as it was passed to me, bucket had fallen apart in the bag, and this is after paying a service charge and giving a tip... try harder

The sicken was rock hard and the chips was flat cold It was as if it had been there for ages or re heated Really not happy with the order

driver was driving around town with my order for around 30 min, he wasn't even going towards my location but other way. Food was delivered late and cold.

Dont bother. Food was cold and dry. There was no gravy so they just wrote 'sorry no gravy' on the bag instead of substituting it..and they forgot the dip. It was literally the worst KFC I have ever had. £30 wasted and I won't be ordering again.

Delivery was great, the food however was cold, and wet, not packed in the correct boxes, and the popcorn chicken was stale.

food was unacceptable, burned, over cooked , highly over salted which is dangerous, chicken was almost non existent all bone !. children were looking forward to this treat and were very disappointed and unable to eat most of order . very unhappy as this has happened more than once and at a price . wish I could get a refund!

Another failed delivery from this branch. Awful service and the delivery system is broken. KFC failed to pack all the order again and simply tell us to contact Uber eats. Instead of getting the missing items to us they simply say they'll refund the missing items some of which can't be ordered by themselves. So we can't even order the missing items without buying full meals again which will cost more than the refund. DO NOT USE THE DELIVERY FROM THIS BRANCH. Ordered from here twice in last month and both times items were missing from order. 1st time we ordered 4 box meals and all of them were missing the chips. Today there was no chicken fillet in trilogy box meal.

Absolutely disgusting chicken. No fries for any of the meals. The gravy was literally stuck in the tubs. I have taken a video of this.

Went for a little bit of food for work and can’t say I was disappointed as food was as cheep as I expected and was really, really nice too. Atmosphere was to be as expected in most KFC’s so would definitely recommend if you wanting a quick chicken fix or if your just craving KFC

No hot drinks available in this KFC, machine broke a few years ago and has not been replaced.

ordered a meal which included fries and didn't get the fries. and there was no way to get them to re deliver them through just eat so tried to contact the restaurant directly and they wouldn't do anything because "it was through a third party with just eat" Horsforth kfc is one of the worst most useless chain restaurants and if there was othere ones near by I'd order from them instead!

This is the worst KFC in the UK. The management is worst the behaviour of the staffs are rude and unprofessional. The kitchen is dirty no Hygiene is considered in this branch.

Food is always very good, hot ,chicken is especially is very tender. Much better than I have had from other KFC outlets. Couriers are always pleasant 😊

The Rice Box was missing from the order. I called KFC directly and said I had to take it up with you. That would, of course, delay things further. We ended up driving over to collect it even though we'd needed delivery.

The delivery was on time and was accurate.

What a joke this place is, placed a big order yesterday got accepted and they didnt do it. I would never order from it again.

looked like delivery driver made another delivery before our as he drove 5 minutes passed ours to Wellington Place in Bramley then turned round and made our delivery. which meant our food was cold.

pepsi max 1.5 litre bottle didn't come and nothing I can do as I tried to refund it but because it was part of the family bucket it went to refund the whole thing rather than letting me choose individual item!

I am writing this review to inform civilians of England an honest opinion. I ordered a medium popcorn chicken which I thought was a boneless meal. Approximately halfway through my meal I was shocked. Face to face with something that could cause me to take my last breath on this planet. A bone. Scared almost to death, I felt it poke my gum and panicked. After careful research on google, I looked up if it was a boneless mean and not to my surprise it is supposed to be. Going up to the counter filled with frustration and anger I alerted the employees and they just gave me a paper towel and said sorry as if nothing happened. No compensation at all. I will never eat from this fast food restaurant ever again. Thank you.

New review- just got a zinger burger and the chicken was barely bigger than a mini fillet. Complained and all i got offered was an email address to complain to. Other kfcs always offer something as an apology. Shocking. Mums chicken also very dry. Got drive thru and ordered a zinger burger meal, ended up with a bacon cheese meal. Took it back in, and after waiting another 5min atleast he gave me the same burger. I was fuming. He said u ordered a bacon and cheese zinger? I said I never mentioned bacon and cheese! Just zinger. Did it get offered anything for the inconvenience!

i had horrible chicken which ruined my whole meal. i am not happy at all with my food and i couldn’t eat all the chicken. spat it out.

the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil. it had a bitter taste to the chicken. the rice was wet and soggy. overcooked with water left at the bottom of the pot..

Absolutely shocking. Managers will not come to speak to customers. Waiting time is ridiculous. Staff don’t know what they are doing and can’t seem to do their job as they are too busy eating infront of customers. Instead of kindly telling customers of their wait, all you can hear is shouting. The guy in the back looks like he gets shouted at all day someone help him! Shocking. Then ontop of all that, food was not worth the wait. Chicken had skin peeling off it was that greasy. Chips were soggy and missing gravy. I don’t understand why you would have staff that can’t pack orders correctly and can’t be fast when they work in fast food. Total lack of concern and urgency in the staff. Do not recommend.

Really disappointed with our order tonight. We ordered a variety bucket and received all chicken drumsticks no other cuts of chicken. This was not good value, requested a refund from the KFC direct and Just eat but this was not upheld.

SENT THE WRONG SIDE DISH AND WAS PRETTY COLD DESPITE THE SPEEDY DELIVERY, WILL NOT USE AGAIN

Our order was delivered to someone else and after calling the number on the receipt we managed to swap our orders back but this involved a 20 minute round trip to drive to collect our cold food. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from KFC again.

The food is good but this is the 3rd time I have ordered and I have not received my bbq sauce, which in its self is not a lot unless your really looking forward to it

Half my order isn’t here. No chicken pieces just hot wings and chips! No 6 piece of chicken or Pepsi max or popcorn chicken! I paid £30 for half an order

My food was never delivered I called kfc and they said it wasn’t their problem but a just eat problem as the drivers are employed by JE and they wouldn’t help further. My 13 year old sat nights takeaway treat never came so then had to deal with that upset and inconvenience. Will never use this service again as not reliable, no one to help

Wraps were poor no salad tiny bit of chicken, box meals were all mixed up, popcorn chicken missing. All round poor.

It's a real shame, there was once a statistic that something like 23,000,000 chickens a year are sacrificed for this chain alone and once upon a time, you could justify it. The chicken was finger licking good, and the service was matched. These days, it's run by our European friends, and yes they smile, and yes they pick up on bits of sentences you try and make but this one time GIANT fast food Kingdom, has fallen.... Poor chickens, sad times.

Food was barely warm and took almost an hour despite it originally saying a 20-30 min wait.

Went here just before 9pm, weren't making zingers, weren't making any burgers, all they had was hot wings. The 3rd time I've been and this has happened, decided to go to a different one from now on. Staff are always miserable too.

Everything was good, but my order was a vegetarian rice box, it was not up to standard, not much rice at all, very little salad, no bean salsa and no corn on the cob.

Terrible customer service. Staff wander around, don't want to take orders at the till and do their best to ignore you. Food was okay, but they keep you waiting ten minutes plus once ordered.

I ordered a trilogy box meal with supercharger dip and side as gravy and I’ve received no dip and beans. For the price I think you should try a little harder with customer satisfaction

Went 15/2/24. We love KFC, visit often, yesterday's meal was the worst ever, it was fatty, not cooked properly, the chips were dry, we didn't get a choice of drinks... Absolutely appalling, we won't visit again... I wouldn't have given that food to my dog..

Missing items, overcooked, cold, chicken was definitely not fresh. Quite possibly the worst KFC I’ve ever had. Ended up throwing most of it away.

Shocking!! We ordered a 6 piece wicked variety bucket only to receive 6 piddly drum sticks, broken bits of boneless strips, dry hot wings, and burnt chips. Never in all our years of ordering from KFC have we ever received anything but a good and fair variety of chicken pieces in our sharing bucket, at the very least. Not only that; but all that we received were clearly just the remaining leftovers, and so obviously slapped into the bucket. Absolutely shameful! Especially considering how much we pay for it. Utterly unacceptable. I'll be writing to someone to demand a refund for this overpriced insult of a dinner. The disrespectful cheek of these idiots (and that's me being extremely polite on my public review!). People pay a fortune for this brand and should be receiving excellent quality. Have more respect for your paying customers!!

No corn on the cob, that was ordered & paid for. The chips were absolutely freezing & full of greece , like they had been sat for hours & warmed up for our order, could not eat them , such a waste for the money spent, gravy was like jelly consistency!

Absolutely shocking. The food is consistently overcooked/burned, the orders are mixed up, but tonight’s order was the last straw. Half of the order was missing, the other half burned. It was an uber eats order so at least I got some money back, but please don’t bother ordering from here. I tried way too many times, giving them the benefit of doubt, but never again. Absolute farce.
