KFC Leeds - Kirkstall Road in Leeds

Toilets are not working, tables are dirty, looks like no one has wiped them all day. Managment was very rude and ignorant. Not the staff, the management very rude and ignorant.

Went into order a snack box. 3 staff members on the counter. Spoke to one woman assistant. After asking some questions wanted to order said meal. Was told I had to go the the screen and order!!!!!! There was no one else in. I told her I wanted to order at the till and not use the screens.. I was told that's the isn't option from head office.. well I didn't buy anything. And won't be going back EVER! WELL, DONE KFC

I enjoyed the food, staff polite enough

i might be unlucky but whenever i come to this place,i get the dry rubbery hot wings. Not to mention the chips that are soggy and flavourless.

Went in. Went to counter to order. Told by assistant at the tills to go to 'kiosk' which was not a 'kiosk' but a computer screen. When queried, stated 'It's come from above'. So no human contact when it comes to ordering. Absolutely pathetic!!!! Walked out and went to McDonalds accross the road. What a way to do business. Idiots!!!

Food was great. Location ideal and ample parking. My visit was let down only by one someone not understanding how toilets work and going ham in the gents. Secondly after ordering fries with vegan food I was not advised of cross contamination. Myself have no issues with this but had someone else vegan had the same experience they would be extremely disheartened to learn after the fact. Likely just a training issue.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Ordered take away from here and half the order was missing, everything flat cold and food disgusting. Would like someone to email me regarding this.

Only recently became a convert to KFC, but not as mad about it as my girlfriend, but her sanity is not part of this review 🤣 The restaurant was fairly clean except for the ordering screens which were thick in gunk. Also this places software on the screens has more bugs in it than that scene from the second Indiana Jones movie and as difficult to navigate. The staff looked clean and well presented even if they spent most of their time in the back laughing and joking and avoiding customers. This place is mainly used as a drive through and a food order place. The people picking up the food needed a re-education with a cricket bat as they were rude, pushing in and using the KFC as a minimum wage drivers social club and don't seem to care who they push out of the way. Luckily most of them ride e-bikes so natural selection will take care of them and increase the parts for donors. You would think being near a Vue cinema that they would have a roaring trade but no it seems to be just one metre too far for people to care and the McDonald's nearby has stolen the inebriated crowd coming from the pubs on a night. I would be surprised if this place didn't either become something else or join other fast food places (used that term ironically) in the greasy bucket of the great beyond

Just bought an 8 piece boneless feast which should have included a large popcorn chicken according to the sign in the shop as well as online, when I got home there were no popcorn chicken, I tried half a dozen times to contact the shop but they kept dropping me. The price online is also not the price they charged me in shop. Guess what .... I won't be going there again.

They took my order and then said it had to be as takeout. They were closing in 20 mins. They said price of eat in/takeaway was the same. I hope that is correct. Someone submitted order after me but was served first. With the same order as me!!! I was told mine would be ready in 3 to 4 mins. I waited 15 mins and asked for a refund as order not completed and my mate had already eaten his. I was told I was refunded but the refund does not show, only order. Absolute rubbish from start to finish. They do not care and I only hope I am not out of pocket from this shambles...

I’ve ordered the popcorn chicken snack box and i received a few chips and a few popcorn chickens. When i complained about it the staff weren’t helpful at all. When I’ve ordered this before in a different kfc I got way more food for the same price. I do not recommend if you want to get the right amount of food go somewhere else

A mix of raw chicken and old and expired chicken pieces. The problem is in the kitchen..

As usual the app didn't pick up where I was. It told me I ws in Huddersfield. Gave up using the app, so lost any rewards, and went to drive thro, which wasn't an option on the app that would work anyway. How can a company so regularly balls thinks up.

Getting worse every visit. Always say never again but keep forgetting and then disappointment. No longer visit any KFC. If I want diarrhoea I'll just take 2 laxatives instead🧐

Can't pack an order correctly, also the guy on the phone didn't seem to care when I told him there were hairs on my chicken. No apology or anything. Very disappointed, will not be ordering again.

First visit in a while and not as good as it used to be. Chicken ok but chips looked as though they had been re heated and were only lukewarm

Popped in here a few times, first time was really good. Was quite quiet but all food was hot. Been a bit hit and miss other visits - most food is at least warm and on the last visit, a lot of our chips were scabby and nasty.

Service was shocking and staff were frankly rude. Avoid.

They are very fast from when you get serviced The staff are lovely too

Service was quick and accurate. Reason for 4 stars is because I was handed the takeaway bag and staff clearly knew it had a big gaping hole in the side. They were pushing the items back into the bag as they were falling out but yet still decided to hand me the bag. Had to ask for a new one.

Boneless chicken pieces were very small, why isn't there any consistency between restaurants

Just called in at the drive through and asked for a Zinger rice box meal with water. Returned to my Van to fined only chicken and green leaf salad. When I went back into the out let for my rice which I thought would be simple. All I got was hostility and what I did and didn't order. No wonder this outlet is only rated at 3.5 stars and was empty. I certainly will not be calling again.

Service with a grunt!....and the wrong food. Hard to accomplish when I'm the only one in the "restaurant"

This is where I like to sit and eat. I don't rush out because the environment is very much friendly. The toilet there is clean and the staff are friendly. Orders don't take long before you get them.

Ordered on the kiosk, sat and waited. After 15 minutes I questioned them and they said they were waiting for the fillets. Half the shop was blocked off so couldn’t sit there. Had to sit by the door which blew a draught at my table every time someone came in or out. Food tasty and good.

Tables needed wiping a bit. Stores was quiet so service was quick. Store was in general clean.

Appalling service, workers don’t understand English very well so communication is a barrier. Had to wait 20 mins for chicken because they said they had no chicken. Yet it’s a fast food chain.

Extremely dirty! Walked in at 9.26 at the till ready to order young man was about to but the order in when the young lady told him they closing dine in at 9.30 and she would not take my order.. So I walk out!

the manager is horrible we had a student discount and the guy gives weird excuse to not give us the offer as we ordered from the app and not his store . did the same thing in another kfc they give us the offer no question . this kfc kinda sus reasons why its always empty

What has happened to Kfc, rude obnoxious staff. Do they really want customers as staff just seem to be so not interested in helping or advising on anymatter. Filthy floors, tables but would appreciate if busy but completey dead. Kirkstall Road please avoid. Horsforth 100% better Franchisees of kfc should be ashamed of the level of customer service this branch gives.

Ordered with Uber. I got dry overfried chicken. £27 - for food I can just throw in the bin. Do better please!

Called in today on my way in to Leeds. The food was as good as I’ve had at KFC, the staff were pleasant and the facilities were clean, which is a lot more than you can say for most fast food establishments. I will call again when in the area.

Rude staff!! Awful staff member at the check out. Very demeaning to me. Food cold and tables dirty. Facilities gross as the toilets are not clean! Food cold and over priced. Not recommended.

Food was lovely but the lack of interaction between customer and staff was a shame. Ordered on the screen and waited. No greeting when we got to the counter and just a number shouted at us when it was ready. I appreciate that staff may be busy but politeness and manners cost nothing, even a smile would help.

Multiple times now they have forgotten the gravy, or let us order without mentioning they had non made up. KFC without gravy is Like trying to build a house without cement! Sort it out please!

Small and compact but still easy to navigate with a wheelchair. The food is on par with every KFC so if ypu go , you already pretty much know what your are getting. If you don't eat meat (for whatever reasons, I'm not judging) just be careful. Yes they do a vegan fillet, but KFC chips are cooked with chicken poppers so the chips are not veggy/vegan/meat free.

Good place, but always dirty. Maybe lack of staff. *UPDATED* So, after a year nothing has been changed. Even though they were closed for a renovation place is shambles. I had to clean my table and chair before eating in! Absolutely shocking. Staff is chilling behind the counter and manager on the shift is having a laugh with his mates their. Rubbish on the floor, on the tables, chairs,full bins. Disgusting 🤢 Please, just close inside Restaurant and keep drive though only.

Fantastic KFC one of my favourite in Yorkshire.

This probs one if best KFC around. Fresh not overcooked or dry and actually had some decent meat on the bones. Service was quick too. Well done.

Portion sizes seem to be smaller ordered large and the only thing that was large was the drink fries were smaller than their regular size Seems to be really dead aswell I think people just avoid this one

Not the best KFC I have visited. dried up Chicken in my Zinger burger and the bun was dry and hard chips They need a refresher course in customer satisfaction.

orderd food over an hour ago and its not arrived. called the place and theyve told me that its left the restraurant and that theres nothing they can do. dont order from here unless you want them to order the food to someone else and waste your money. worst experience i've had. awful.

Terrible experience. Upon entering the store there was around 20 young chavs sitting at one side and been noisy lift chairs up in the air and ragging each other around. None of them had ordered anything and were just sat in the store been a nuisance to other customers. The staff finally asked them to leave after 15 minutes. The general upkeep of the store was very bad with none the tables or floors cleaned. AVOID!

As KFCs go, this one is on par with the best of them. I've never had any complaints about the staff here and even on one occasion we got some extra chicken due to having to wait a while for our food. Parking is pretty good, and I think if it's full you can park in the Cardigan Fields car park. So in sum, great food using, as you'd expect, original secret seasoning

Paid extra 40p for hot chocolate. Didn't give me a drink and when I asked they said they had no hot chocolate. Offered me a large drink as compensation. I had already ordered a large box meal so they screwed me out of 40p innit. 40p is 40p, yo!
