Pizza Hut Delivery in Leeds

OK food the only thing that was a letdown is the store manager stealing cash from the owner.I asked for a receipt and was told cash only receipt machine not working.Only to see manager put the 10 pound I gave him in his pocket lol

My order was late but once I rang them they said it went to wrong address, and sent me a fresh order quickly which I was very grateful. Food was lovely.

The driver delivered the order with two missing items. Pepsi and garlic cheese bread were missing. He returned to the car for the drink, returning 20 minutes later. When asking about the bread, the driver said to call the restaurant because he was finishing work. Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts, the company does not answer my calls.

Absolutely fantastic staff at the chapel allerton store, always super friendly and polite, we use both collection and delivery service, deliveries always speedy and food arrives piping hot! 10/10 on service

Ordered a pepperoni pizza online for 15.99 fine. It asks me for the deal role and icecream. I say no. Ok. Check out. £15.99 A few moments later…….. 40mins Some blokes banging on my door with the pizza! Behold! Ice cream and rolo!!! Looks like my three year old made it. Bloody disgusting Cold pizza and overcharged me!!!! £25.47 it cost me. Only found out when he gave the receipt! Shenanigans!!!!!!! SHANANIGANS!!!!!! Very poor service, rip off merchants. Food quality…. Zero. Don’t use this place! Check out the photos Too greasy! Zero effort on desert. I am dumbfounded. Shenanigans!!!!!!! Look at the “desert” LOOK WHAT ARE YOU? Rude - did not want to speak to me and didn’t even ask if I wanted collection or delivery; just hung the phone up. I called back to find out if they deliver and he was rude once again because I asked how much it would be. So he told me it would take “ten minutes to find out how much it is” and then put the phone down.

I asked them to repeat something they called me an idiot

Ordered at 19:38ish, food arrived over an hour later at 20:42. It doesn’t take an hour to make a simple pizza and some chicken on a quiet Tuesday night, especially given I only live 5 minutes around the corner. Base was greasy and soggy which ruined the flavour. Absolutely will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again, joke of a company who clearly don’t care and I will urge everyone else to avoid. 2/10.

Delicious first time I tried these better then pizza. Shame they don’t do a cheese tomato n pineapple melt. They would sell like hot cakes too. Hope they stick to the melts n don’t take them off the menu. Worth every penny also love the big bottle of raspberry n apple still water. Really enjoyed it all thank you. Driver was no good no bag n was going to leave it all on my front doorstep. I asked where’s the bag he said sorry they gave me no bag. Must give customers a bag it looks good.

Never order from them. Worst customer service at chapel allerton branch. They don't answer phone. We placed an order for home delivery . After Waiting for more than an hour we tried calling them and after many unanswered calling attempts they said that the driver could not find our address. They could have phoned us to inform us about that but rather than using their brains they decided not to answer any calls. The staff member said they will send an ice cream as compensation of the 2 hour delay in delivery. We waited another hour and tried ringing them million times which they never answered so we drove there and the staff member at the counter laughed at us when we mentioned our address and gave us stale pizzas which must have been sitting on their counter for those 3 hours. No apology or explanation as to why their driver could not find our address or why they did not ring us back with any update was given . The pizza tasted like cardboard and smelled like cardboard after being sat on their counter for over 3 hours. I would never order from pizzahut again and would advice anyone reading this comment to stay Miles away from pizzahut. They have worst customer service.

After 2 hrs the order never arrived tried calling them numerous times no answer .. finally got a answer after many attempts .. asked where is my order ? the response was the driver could not find ur address.. so I gave the address again which she confirmed was correct .. another 2 hrs no delivery so I rang again no answer... so we drove to them only to find out what's going on. the woman there laughed and said oh sorry we had the wrong address on our system ...and said here u go and gave a free ice cream. but yet she confirmed my address on the phone . very very unprofessional staff I'm truly saddened to get this treatment from a pizza hut franchise... shocking ... do not order from here ..the pizza was cold and soggy when we got it paid 28 pounds for it.. I wanted to seriously kick off but my wide made me think twice... I will take this one on the chin ... very very disappointed

The driver did not call to say he could not find our house and when we phone the shop he said he did, surely untrue, so who likes cold pizza, it’s so unacceptable because we only live less than 5 mins away.

Excellent service, particularly as it was a busy Saturday night. My pizza was fresh, hot, tasty and delivered slightly ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise.

This was my first time ordering from my local Pizza Hut and I was not disappointed. My pizza arrived well within the estimated time-frame, delivered by a very pleasant delivery driver and was fresh, hot and very tasty. I would happily recommend and would not hesitate to order again.

Great food. Friendly staff. Never was a huge fan of Pizza Hut but this place definitely changed my opinion.

Placed this order for my sisters birthday as it was her choice of food for her day. Everyone’s been fasting and placed the order in good time. Order was delayed over and over until it was just cancelled. No one would even answer the phone. I would’ve been happy to drive and collect if drivers weren’t availability. Atrocious service. Ruined birthday and incredibly unfair after a day of fasting… and family and friends invited for dinner

Service is shocking. First delivery didn't arrive although app said it had. After 2 phone calls they re made my order. They left off the main menu item and I've been trying to get hold of them for over half an hour to get my money back.

Ordered from here and it never got delivered, phoned the shop up and was greeted with terrible manners and service, went through Deliveroo and got a re deliver free of charge but the pizza came under cooked and wrong sides!

12.03.2020 Isn't worth 1 star, or you can't post I ordered 2 Large Super Supreme, soggy, greasy, low quality veg used, do they have an chefs training on cutting veg, onions tough, peppers in large chunks rather than sliced, under cooked. Will not use pizzahut ever again, when it first opened it was good, do head office look at these reviews! They should.

The delivery was better than expected but the food wasnt at the standard i expected. Both pizza had crumbs of garlic on the crust which wasnt ideal. For a company like pizza hut i expected better.

Absolutely shocking service. Collected an order, they messed it up and gave a credit. Tried to redeem that credit note and there’s apparently no proof of it and they weren’t willing to fulfill their promise. Feel scammed!! AVOID this branch

Arrived on time but pizza was literally swimming in grease, garlic bread was cold and wings were tiny and mostly fat. Don't know why but all the big name chains in Leeds are awful compared to everywhere else I've lived

Food arrived 10 minutes later than scheduled. The pizza as well as the wedges were cold. So basically I spent £19 to get cold food on a Sunday evening.

Friendly staff but delivery range is absolutely shocking. I live in Ls17 and so im not that far and yet they still dont delivery there whether its about a mile or 2 away from the place.

Ordered for 11.45 collection. Paid online. Arrived at Pizza Hut 11.40 it’s closed. Door locked no lights on. Hung around for 10 15 minutes still no sign of anyone. Now I have to wait 72hrs for a response from management then 16 working days for my refund. Not impressed. Will not be using this store again.

Really bad Pizza Hut delivery store. I've ordered from here a few times and have had all sorts of problems - Soggy, oily pizza, burnt food, food missing, late deliveries. I'd avoid at all costs if I were you...

Can't work out if they're liars or just idiots. Claimed they tried to deliver my pizza but nobody answered. Which is nonsense because I was sat by my front door for over an hour and heard nothing. Eventually a guy from the restaurant arrived with a remade order and said that the just eat delivery drivers didn't turn up to deliver it. And now the pizza is here, it is TINY.

Fabulous team. I ordered two pizzas, which needed to be gluten free and I accidentally ordered one on a classic base, (not gluten free). So I rang the Hut and they offered to cook another pizza in return for sending the classic one back, at no extra charge! What a great service 👍

Absolutely Disgusting Service & Customer Service Recieved Today!! Ruined my daughter’s party! I ordered pizzas to be delivered between 2:50-3pm was told that wasn’t a problem & they actually reassured me the delivery would arrive on time given 3/4 mins either way. The delivery was half an hour late, which left the party children to eat in 5 mins before we had to leave the venue. When I called Pizza Hut & spoke to the so called manager, he was so rude he didn’t let me finish speaking & just interrupted me, started shouting at me saying how busy they were & hung the phone up on me!! Absolutely Disgusting & so disappointed with it all.

Recently the service has been getting worse eith there delivery times waiting over an hour for a pizza and then no reply when calling but food was warm.

This place is a joke! They insist you pay by card and then take ages to deliver the food without letting the customer know what's happening. Try ringing and no one answers even trying for 15 minutes. Head office should sack everyone and start again. Waited over 90 minutes for food which was freezing cold when it arrived. Would give 0 stars if possible. Advise to avoid this place like it's the plague.

I am only giving 1 star because there is not the option for -5!! The wait for the delivery was ridiculous. I could have gone to the shop and bought the ingredients from scratch and made 6 pizzas in the time it took to deliver this pizza. Our pizza was shockingly bad. I would have been much happier with a £1 Pizza from Iceland. I actually fear for my stomach as the pizza didn't even seem cooked through and it was soggy at the bottom. The manager was rude beyond belief, why work in a customer service role if you have no people skills- why not just work in a warehouse? I love Pizza Hut but this branch actually gives Pizza Hut a very bad name!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Expsneive pizza which arrived cold and burned, charred solid crusts (for £4 premium crust, disgusting), guy delivering sent a text message on delivery, very unprofessional. Bad customer service. Bad tasting pizza. Pizza hut delivery has never been the pinnacle of quality, but you'd expect more when selecting 'premium' options which are alot more costly. Delivery took hours too. Won't buy from again, use Deliveroo or find a much better quality pizza joint for less money and a faster, reliable customer service with an overall better quality/tasting pizza.

Tried to order online unfortunately wasnt working. When called up to try and order over the phone the woman still insisted that i went online even though it wasnt working. A terrible demonstration of bad customer service.

Quick delivery to local addresses. Also the quality is one of best in pizza hut. Not saying best pizza but just good hut.

Sitting here in the Chapel Allerton branch with a crowd of other angry customers. One lady received an email 45 minutes ago to say her order was ready for collection, and is still waiting here 25 minutes later. I've been waiting one hour and counting. Staff can be heard in the kitchen making rude comments and laughing about how angry the customers are. Young lad on the counter is surly and has clearly never attended a customer service course in his life. Wouldn't recommend.

4 or 5 calls and no answer. After a 20 minute walk in the cold to find out if it was even open, the young man behind the counter didn't even think to offer an apology even as I was standing in the branch with my ringing phone going unanswered. Seriously, some of the most shocking behaviour I have ever been subjected to. Absolute disgrace.
