Made an order on Deliveroo. The restaurant gave the food to the WRONG driver, and when the correct driver turned up they refused to cook the food again. I called and asked them to please deliver the food and I would be happy and they just said no and blamed Deliveroo. Will never be using this chain again. Useless and unsympathetic

I would very much like to thank Pizza Hut Bramley for the lovely pizzas that were donated for the staff of the Bramley Christmas Light Switch On 2024 on Friday 29th November. You really want to treat yourself and indulge over Christmas get a pizza delivered from Pizza Hut Bramley Leeds

Since when do Pizza Hut pass their deliveries on to uber eats? Ordered as normal and got quoted a delivery time which was 30 minutes after the order, brilliant. 10 minutes left I receive a text saying Pizza Hut have passed your order on to uber eats. An extra 20 minutes was then added on to that time… I’ve paid £2 delivery free to Pizza Hut as I know they’re speedy. If I wanted to wait 50 minutes I’d have gone on uber eats and ordered for free. Just a message to let everyone know to be careful.

I'm not very impressed with the New pizza crust pizzas I'm an old fan of deep pan I ordered a pepperoni feast again it's changed not enough cheese and too many herbs that made it dry and salty didn't really enjoy it and I won't order again . Very dissapointed

Shockingly bad pizza compared to neighboring pizza Hut shops. It was so floppy with a soggy base, the slices weren't even cut all the way through so I had to tear the slices off making an awful mess. And it tasted so bland with stale toppings. Pizza Hut cheese is normally delicious and stringy, tomatoes are bursting with flavor. However, all you could taste here was a bit of chillies. Ruined dinner.

This place is pretty neat, it’s not an eat in Pizza Hut but more of a takeaway style one. I’ve only been here a handful of times but I’ve never been disappointed as of yet. The food usually comes quickly due to many people just ordering or sitting in to eat these days. The deals and offers are obvious but the staff can help with any questions and queries should you have them, which is very important as they can have a lot of conflicting promotions going at the same time. They also have allergen handbooks on hand just in case you need some extra material to inform you of any allergens in there foods. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place. I ordered the loaded pepperoni with sweetcorn which is a personal favourite! I’d also recommend these cheese triangles, I simply cannot come here and not order them. It’s always clean and feels like a positive vibe! Could do with some music on while I waited but otherwise it’s an outstanding place to try

sorry to say but the food was awful , they put seasoning on the fries when I asked them not to, the garlic bread was cold and the pizza slices had far too much parmesan cheese on that was all you could taste it was far too over powering . Horrid

Pizza bite base was rubbish, tasted like cardboard if I’m honest. Not much topping with never buy it again was like a old flip flop.

Order didn't Arrive. When I saw that they had called me I went to the door and no one was there.

I ordered on the 6th for delivery and had requested a gluten free pizza I wrote a note and called the store to make sure as my partner is allergic it come and it was not gluten free my partner had a coeliac attack and ended up in hospital as he had inflamed intestines and bowls and now has to go to the clinic for treatment when I called to complain the colleague on the phone lied and said they was the manager but then told me the manager will call me back no one called me back I proceeded to call again today and they refused to put me on phone to the manager and questioned why I needed to talk to them and kept refusing trading standards will be called as this was a simple request

I added a note as my partner has an allergy I also called the store to make sure they made adjustments to the pizza. Which the manager agreed was fine and will happen it did not me and my partner are now sat in AnE trading standers will be getting a call

One guy tried to take my order but didn't seem to speak English so asked another guy to take my order, staff were nice though

Everything on my order didn’t taste right the nachos were soggy and the chicken strips were burnt . Not happy at all.

Pizzahut bramley leeds The worst pizza I've ever had in my life !!! Noway was this fresh !!!!! SO dry wedges again dry that food must of been precooked rubbery and wedges were dry and tye chicken strips weren't far behind either ..ifbthis is a pizzahut branch it's gone way down hill 🙈🤔

Took 2.5 hours to be delivered. Initially we didn't mind waiting as we understand the heat was causing delays, but when the order arrived it was stone cold. The wedges were like cardboard, the pizza we ordered had the incorrect toppings and a bbq base, the chicken was stale and the cheese triangles were open and half missing?!?!? Tried ringing several times and no answer. Delivery driver even told us to get a refund!
