Friday night ordered 2 large pizza's via the app. App stated a 40 minute wait, which was absolutely fine however it arrived after just 25 minutes and its at least an 8 minute drive away. The driver was polite and friendly, the pizza's were piping hot and so very tasty, possibly in the top 10 of pizza's I've ever had and my partner who usually prefers Papa John's said it was the best pizza he'd ever had. Fantastic value for money, great service and tasty pizza, what else can we ask for? Thank you.

Used the app to order, App is appalling to use one of worst user experiences ever! Then food is so far 25 mins later than the delivery window. Guy said they are busy but there is no one else here and they are not even answering their phone.

Ordered a meat feast stuff crust last week. It came and all the cheese had come out of the crust. Barely any tomato base too. Dry as a nuns …. Worst mac and cheese ever. Under the cheese topping it’s like soup. The chips are awful too🤢 Won’t be using them again. Had 2 bad ones now. Local takeaways have caught up on the quality now, half the price too

The staff are really good over here at Pizza Hut. Mina especially she took my order, told me a delivery time and got delivered on time not a minute late, like most places they say a time and deliver 1 hour late or so many minutes late but there nice people working there and lovely staff like I said. Highly recommend this place food is super good and is delicious. 👍

Ordered a pizza when we came back from holiday as a final treat, and it was superb! The base was super thick, and also very light and fluffy so it was really tasty and you could manage a good few slices! We got a half and half (I like a simple margarita) but the other half (meaty) was absolutely packed with toppings! Such great value for money, speedy delivery, and great service! Thank you! 🙏🏼

Food is always hot and arrives in a decent amount of time. The staff and delivery driver are always very polite and if they need to discuss your order they always keep you informed etc. We do get complimentary food from time to time too. Great pizzas 🍕

pizza was just ok pretty tasteless. chips were expensive a small box costing a fiver 👎 they were horrible undercooked and soggy . delivery was good came early .definitely wouldn't order again pizza hut used to be lovely, don't know what's happened

Got a feebie to leave a review which is very nice, I had mushrooms on my pizza which I didn’t ask for (I don’t like mushrooms) so I had to pick a couple off. The new base of very powdery which is off it’s like they’ve seasoned it with a lot of flour on the crust or something. But everything else was great 👍

Our order just never showed up! Our delivery time got pushed back 3 times and then in the end we never actually received our order. Unexpected from Pizza Hut, really disappointing and has put us off ordering again.

Order got delayed at the restaurant and when it finally arrived it wasn't worth the wait or the money, we've had better pizza elsewhere for less money and it was so greasy it looked like we'd just dipped our hands in a bucket of grease after eating a few slices. Won't be ordering from them again.

They never put enough cheese on the pizza. You buy a New York pay more money and it's just like a normal margarita. Many times the food has been cold when it comes. The margarita with four cheeses is any just like a margarita pay more and not getting anything different all the same cheese and amount.

I accidently ordered a supreme instead of vegetable supreme through Uber eats. It was purely my fault but after speaking to the manager she was so lovely and offered us a new pizza totally free of charge , despite it being my fault. Great service and I’m so grateful!

I don’t know what pizza hut has done to their pizzas. It was awful. No flavour, totally bland and the pan crust was awful. I won’t be getting any more pizzas from them. What a shame.

I recently had an amazing experience at Pizza Hut. The pizza had a perfect crust, bursting with delicious flavours and generous, fresh toppings. The side dish was also fantastic and complemented the pizza perfectly.

We ordered a couple of pizzas after waiting two hours for our local pizza shop to deliver, Pizza Hut Heckmondwike arrived within 40 minutes.The Pizza was hot and fresh and well presented, the sides were good too. The delivery driver was friendly and polite and even brought us a free tub of Ben and jerrys ice cream as he’d forgotten to give us our cookie dough. I won’t bother wasting my time with other pizza shops in future! Thanks
