Pizza Hut Bayswater in City of London, Westminster

This is the worst pizza hut I've ever been in . The app is a joke . There was stuff they didn't have. In the end the woman took the order with a pen . The pizza was the worst pizza I've ever had at a pizza hut . Looking at it, and tasting it, you'd never believe it was from a pizza hut. The guy that brought it to the table was stinking ( B,O ) I was nearly sick the smell It was Terrible.

Should maybe have seen the sign, when they had loads of free tables on a Friday night. I thought this brand was a bit like burger king: maybe not too exciting, but you get food to a certain consistent standard. Not so. The crust resembled cardboard, and was as difficult to cut with the provided knife as a piece of cardboard would be too. The pepperoni supreme was to come with "loads of pepperoni", the menu said. I counted 2 or 3 tasteless pepperoni cuts on each slice. They were stingy with the cheese too, and I ended up shoveling the contents from one half of the pizza over to the other half to make a decent filling-to-dough ratio. Can't recommend.

We had the buffet. Some of the pizza had clearly been sat there for ages and had become dry and hard. Very poor selection - pepperoni, margarita and vegetable. Good customer service though.

The order for just over £31 was never delivered by the restaurant or the delivery person. The full order was stolen. When contacting the restaurant they were very rude and dismissive passing the buck to the delivery person. When asked when the pizza was handed over they were very sketchy and did not want to really say although the orders are tracked. The restaurant can not be trusted with its deliveries and does not want to either replace the order or provide full refund. Will need to get the credit card company involved.

We had travelled from Southend in Essex to meet up with our grandson who is local . It was his 18th birthday and my son had actually spoken to and booked a table at an Indian restaurant nearby. However it was closed when we arrived and they weren’t answering the phone. So there we were, with our balloons and a cake, hungry and cold…..a bit melodramatic I know. We walked along the road a bit and espied a Pizza Hut which was very accommodating and we had a lovely feast. They had run out of garlic bread but no matter, we had an enjoyable afternoon. All the staff were lovely. Full marks !!

I went for lunch today and also Thursday last week when I arrived in London I was served by a lovely gentleman with light hair not sure of his name i was also helped a lot today by jawaid both were very lovely and very funny and my food was lovely I would definitely go back and probably will before I go home thanks

Официант Saddit (точное имя не помню) настолько наглый и глупый что сумел испортить нам наш прекрасный ужин , хочу чтобы наш отзыв дошел до администрации и они приняли меры к этому официанту. Неопрятный внешний вид , штаны опущены так что видно всю задницу, не умеет вести диалог с клиентом . Мы больше не будем ходить в это место и никому не советуем . ((((((((

In what is an extremely difficult time for restaurants, it was lovely to come here today and see how hard the staff at Pizza Hut are trying to accommodate some normality. My family and I could not have been more welcomed by Karim & Taroon and had a lovely meal. We also witnessed a group of 15 from different households try and do all they could do overwhelm both staff members and be seated even though against government guidelines . Karim and Taroon could not of dealt with the situation better! Thank you both so much for a lovely afternoon.

We visited Queensway Pizza hut on Bank Holiday Monday. We had visited this restaurant many times in the past and always received great service. We booked a table in advance and arrived to be told ordereing should be from the table via an app but we won't bother with that. Waited quite a while to order. Waitress came over and said 'has he not taken your order?' She then preceded to take our order without writing anything down. Our food arrived minus my garlic bread. Getting someone's attention wasn't easy and my garlic bread finally arrived just as I finished my pizza, no apology given. We ordered dessert but then waited 20 minutes for it to arrive. The waiter had to eventually come over and check why we ordered. The waitress cam back with our bill explaining the 50% discount she had taken off and repeatedly apologising for the wait for dessert she then laid the little tray down and gave me a look..I presumed she was expecting a tip..she didn't get one! It looked like a few other tables were having the same experience as us.

Went in on a Monday evening hoping for a quick take away...upon arrival I was met by a gentleman who from the very off seemed a little cold. When asked about certain items and offers on the menu he had ABSOLUTELY NO knowledge. Which I found really shocking!!!! Apparently it is not pizza huts policy to know about offers and online orders. STAY AWAY staff extremely unhelpful and rude!!!!!!!!

un repas en famille , du pizza hut classique mais bon rapport qualité prix , il y avait beaucoup beaucoup de monde donc quelques oublis dans le service , mais accueil courtois et pro.

Di Pizza Hut ce ne sono molti a Londra. Ottima alternativa a locali "english". Arredato con divanetti rossi e tavoli con sedie in legno è tutto sommato carino. La pizza è buona ed è proposta da menù con varie farciture e con tipologie di base ( soffice, croccante....ect) da scegliere. Buone le bevande proposte. Unico problema, almeno in questo Pizza Hut la scarsa pulizia....Ho dovuto far sostituire il bicchiere ed il piatto ed il resto tavolo compreso non "specchiavano" di pulizia. Il personale gentile Prezzi in linea.

Myself and my friend called ahead on a Saturday afternoon to book for the evening. The lady on the phone said we don’t need to book as it won’t be busy; although I asked again if we could just reserve a table for 2 just in case so we know we have a table. She proceeded to say we don’t need to as it will not be busy. We went at 19:30 on Saturday night and it was very busy. We were placed on a table, more or less in front of the door. We were freezing during our whole meal. Not once did anyone come over and ask if our meal was okay, once we were served, and after waiting a long time we had to chase someone down to pay our bill. I appreciate it was busy, but we tried to book and were told this would not be the case. Our food arrived ‘warm’.

Fui el año pasado y la pizza fue genial. Decidí volver de nuevo y gran error. Hice un pedido de 2 Vegi y cuando regresé al hotel, ambos están quemados.También estoy parcialmente ciego y esto es lo que me hicieron. Me costaron casi 30 libras por las pizzas quemadas. Pizza Hut deberías tener vergüenza de ti mismo por hacerle esto a una persona ciega.

Non pensavo mi sarei ritrovata a mangiare la pizza a Londra. Pizza Hut mi ha fatto ricredere sui miei pregiudizi 😂 Pizza molto buona e la si può chiedere con il tipo di crosta che si vuole (più alta, più bassa, ripiena di formaggio). È anche economico perché c'è la possibilità di prendere antipasto, pizza e bibita illimitata a un prezzo onesto (c'era anche la possibilità di avere insalata illimitata ma non ricordo se fosse solo a cena o anche a pranzo).

We stayed in a hotel in the area and visited this place twice. In both cases the staff was very helpful and the pizza was very good.

no es la verdadera pizza ni la mejor que puedes encontrar en Londres, pero para variar y una velada con amigos es una buena opción. No sé qué pasó con otros críticos, ya que siempre me han tratado bien y la comida no estaba fría ni nada. Normalmente voy a esta cabaña de pizza en particular porque es fácil de encontrar y estoy acostumbrado. Me gusta : )

The service was really bad. I went there on Saturday 21st September after 3pm. When we first came the waiter was unwelcoming and just gave us the menu and pointed at the table then never came. I kept having to stand up and look for staff because there was no one coming to our table. The food took ages to come and all we ordered was one individual pizza. When it finally did it was cold. I would advise people to go to other Pizza Huts like the one at Bond Street but don't go to this one.

Entré en la tienda justo delante de otra joven. Me detuve en el escritorio como es habitual, sin embargo, la señora que entró detrás de mí fue a un grupo de miembros del personal y comenzó a abrazarlos y conversar con ellos. Uno de los empleados miró en mi dirección, hizo contacto visual conmigo pero regresaron a su conversación. Esto sucedió en más de una ocasión.

Debido a la no disponibilidad del "Bella Italia" para ofrecer pizzas para llevar, opté por coger una pizza para llevar y así probar el famoso Pizza Hut.

We were visiting London for a few days and staying very nearby to Queensway. Undecided where to eat, we finally popped into the Pizza Hut. A pleasant gentleman served us immediately and we ordered a pizza to share. We were able to help ourselves to salad from the salad bar - a bit basic, but good to have some salad anyway. We shared a chicken pizza which was very tasty indeed. To drink we had a milkshake which came in a good sized container, and an American made Black Cherry cream soda. This was totally divine and came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and a bottle of the cream soda to pour into the cream soda. The place was very busy but a pleasant buzz. An enjoyable visit - four stars and not five as I feel it is a bit expensive.

There was a misunderstanding with our order which meant one of us had to wait 15 minutes for their meal. The waiter was apologetic and helpful. Whilst waiting to pay the manager decided to attend to the couple behind us who also had had a problem. We seemed to be invisible and we just had to wait with no acknowledgement at all. The waiter was far more professional than the manager in our experience. It’s put us off future visits to Pizza Hut

Ottimo ristorante per una cena o un pranzo diverso dal solito fast food.

Fuimos interesados por la oferta de buffet del mediodía, que resultó no ser muy satisfactoria. La oferta consta de buffet de ensalada, pasta y pizza ilimitados. El buffet de ensalada me pareció bueno, con ingredientes ricos y frescos, hasta ahí ningún problema. El buffet de pasta consistía en macarrones y dos salsas a elegir (tomate y queso), que me pareció un poco pobre.

Our waitress was over the top, serviceminded and very nice. Good pizza and good service. Top quality all over.

Locale carino in prossimità della fermata della metro di Bayswater. Il ristorante è dotato di una zona frontale con ampie vetrate, e una zona sul retro. Ho trovato la pizza molto buona, sia per l'impasto, che per la qualità degli ingredienti. A pranzo è disponibile l'opzione buffet, con cui si ha accesso illimitato al banco delle insalate e alle pizze, che vengono periodicamente rifornite. Lo consiglio per un pranzo veloce. E' comunque disponibile anche il menù alla carta.

Normalmente la catena Pizza Hut è una prima scelta per me, soprattutto a Londra, che mi permette di mangiare una buona pizza ad un prezzo conveniente. Ne ho visitati moltissimi...in Queensway non mi sono trovato bene! Servizio svogliato, e persino la pizza non era all'altezza! Ambiente un pò triste, molto passaggio per il take away, poca attenzione per i clienti in sala...

Estaban los vasos sucios y la bebida sin gas. Las pizzas son las mismas que en todos loa pizza hut, y el trato recibido por la chica estuvo bien. Pero todos los vasos con mucha suciedad. Es para no ir. No entiendo como una cadena de restaurantes como esta no están pendientes de esto.

Locale carino e accogliente, la cameriera è stata molto disponibile. Si paga da bere e lo si può riprendere quante volte si vuole, prima della pizza è inoltre offerta un'insalata da creare a proprio piacimento componendola con gli ingredienti che sono su un banco apposito al centro del locale.

Non è la pizza italiana però per una cosa veloce si può fare. Il prezzo non è dei più economici.. Non prima scelta

Tomamos el buffet de entresemana. Los productos para ensalada muy frescos y ricos. Las pizzas muy normalitas y con la masa gorda. La pasta estaba un poco pasada, pero la salsa muy rica.

Wir waren am Abend gegen 8 Uhr dort. Zuerst mussten wir ewig an der Tür warten, obwohl genug Tische frei gewesen wären, die ganzen Kellner es aber nicht für nötig hielten diese abzuräumen. Als wir dann endlich einen Tisch hatten, haben wir lange auf das Essen warten müssen. Die inkludierte Salatbar war ganz ok, Niveau angepasst an eine Fastfood-Kette. Die Softdrinks die man „unlimited“ bestellen kann und selber nachfüllen kann, haben den für England typische Leitungswasser Nachgeschmack. Nach langer Wartezeit für die Vorspeisen kamen diese endlich und waren auch ganz in Ordnung, ich habe schon bessere Chicken Wings und Pizzabrötchen gegessen, aber es war ok. Die Pan-Pizza, auf die wir eine weitere Ewigkeit warten mussten, besticht durch einen dicken Teig und war normal belegt, insgesamt aber auch nichts wofür ich wieder hingehen muss...

Per un italiano la pizza e' una cosa seria. Qui preparano varie pizze come tu preferisci (lo stile e' come nei film americani) che risultano mangiabili e abbastanza buone

Pizza Hut è l'unico posto dove tutta la mia famiglia (2 adulti, 1 ragazzo e 2 bambine) è riuscita a mangiare con un minimo di soddisfazione. Pizza buona, insalata, gelato a prezzi modesti.

Siamo state recentemente a Londra e abbiamo cenato due sere in questo ristorante sia per la posizione comoda rispetto al nostro hotel sia perchè è un tipo di pizza che ci piace, anche se si discosta dalla tradizione nostrana. Considerato l'inaspettato caldo di quei giorni l'opzione per cui ci si poteva servire le bibite alla spina quante volte volevamo (e si trovano anche varianti di bibite non presenti da noi) è stata molto conveniente. L'accoglienza del personale è stata ottima, un cameriere in particolare è stato gentilissimo e prodigo di buoni consigli di viaggio. La consigliamo assolutamente.

Pizza nella media per la catena internazionale chiaramente non paragonabile alla tipica napoletana/ italiana. Prezzi ragionevoli

This was my son's choice for dinner one night, as he was craving pizza. As we are from the USA, he indicated that he made the choice based on the familiar name.

Vanwege de uitstekende salad-bar zijn we weer terug bij dit restaurant. De pizza's zelf zijn van goede kwaliteit, terwijl er erg veel keuze is in uitvoering. Er is vaak wel plek, omdat hier ook veel wordt afgehaald.

The pizza was pretty good, the staff was kind, but as I'm Italian, I tell you... Too expensive for that kind of pizza and those dimensions!

We were welcomed into this Pizza Hut immediately by very pleasant staff and the girl who served us throughout the meal was obviously fairly new to the job but still very charming and polite. The food was much the same as it is in any branch of Pizza Hut - cooked perfectly and very tasty. We started with jalapeno poppers, which were golden-brown and perfectly cooked through without being overdone. We both had pizzas as mains and were so full we couldn't manage dessert, even though the cookie dough is always tempting. The toilets were very clean but MIND THE STEP as you walk through the door to get to the loos - there is a sign but it's quite low down on the door and therefore easy to miss.

De très bonne pizzas et une découverte pour nous... des chips au fromage fondu. En dessert nous avions prit un milkshake à l’oreo très bon aussi. Le serveur était très gentil et aimable. Je recommande.

Conosco la catena, mi è capitato di mangiare da Pizza Hut in altri posti non a Londra e la qualità della pizza è stata sempre la stessa, come in questo caso. La pizza non è italiana ovviamente, è la classica pizza americana/inglese però gli impasti sono buoni con molta scelta e mettendo anche in conto che gli ingredienti non sono italiani il risultato finale non è male!

Un buen sitio para comer o cenar en pareja. Si te gusta la pizza es un buen sitio. Zona tranquila, hay un buffet de entrantes que puedes repetir las veces que quieras y las pizzas están muy buenas y no son pequeñas.

Pizza solita di tutti i PizzaHut che può piacere oppure no ma è stato il servizio ad essere più che pessimo! Ci hanno fatto attendere per il conto e quando scocciate ci siamo alzate per pagare, il cameriere ci ha pure accusate di aver preso già il resto (quando ovviamente non era vero) ed è dovuto intervenire il titolare che cmq sembrava ci accontentasse... INCOMMENTABILE.

Le premier soir nous avons était très bien servi bien manger pour pas cher le dernier soir nous avons voulu y retournez pour l instant tout va bien on nous installe on commande nos pizza et vient le moment où nous avons terminer et ça se gâte nous avons pas compris du tout ce qui nous arrivez le serveur arrive avec l addition je lui dit non car on voudrai deux dessert il nous répond non vous payez et au revoir et là on s est retrouver comme deux couillon car nous avons pas compris ce qui se passait il était 20 h donc pas tard c est le pizza huit qui se trouve Bayswater très très déçu étant de la restauration je n ai jamais refuser un plat as un client surtout si il veut une suite

Como hemos probado otros lugares restaurantes de la cadena, este Pizza Hut se destaca de lo habitual por su calidad, ademas tiene un buffet de ensaladas gratis que sirve como entrada, las pastas están buenas (no excelentes) y la pizza en lo típico de la cadena (tienen mas masa), en mi caso prefiero las pizzas autenticas italianas.

Es tipo Dominos pizza, en el que tu pagar una cantidad de dinero y puedes comer todo lo que quieras,la verdad que es bastante economico y las pizzas son normales

We gingen voor een lunch naar Pizza Hut. Er was een deal voor 7,50 pond kon je onbeperkt pizza slices, salade's en pasta eten. We kregen een tafeltje aan het raam en konden zelf ons eten aan de saladebar gaan halen. Viel een beetje tegen, het is goedkoop maar de pizza's zijn niet zo rijkelijk belegd dan wanneer je losse slices besteld. De salade bar was een rommeltje met verlepte sla en uitgedroogde groenten. De pasta was al helemaal niets...gekookte pasta met twee bakken ernaast met saus waar verder geen vlees of groente inzat. Jammer want een pizza slice gaat er normaal altijd wel in!

La comida es muy rica, recomiendo el pan de cebolla con queso que ofrecieron adicional a la pizza, que estuvo genial. Tardaron mucho en preparar la pizza que pedí. Llegué pasada las 23hs sabiendo que el horario de cierre son las 00hs y no me dejaron comer en el local, "only take away": solo para llevar.

I went there for nostalgia as I used to frequent it during my working days. It was a disappointment. The service was atrocious. I ordered a Vegetarian Pizza and I was served a Hawaii Pizza with meat. Then my order was brought with Family Size whereas I had ordered an Individual Size. The waitress did not take my preference for sauce. The Pizza was crusty on top but uncooked below. I pointed out all this to the waitress, manager and checkout girl but nobody was interested. Each of them asked me why don't I take it home? There was no interest in compensating me or not charging as i could not eat more than 2 slices which even was eaten only at the crust.The ambience is poor and the attitude deplorable. The gents toilet was not working and the ladies was filthy. There was a water leak in the central dining hall.It is a disgrace to a global franchise and the health inspectors have not done their job.

Pizza lunch buffet is a great option if you need to to fulfill your energy reserves for the day. It also includes a very well sorted salad and compliments bar. However, to make most out of your hunger, the best is to eat the most pizza possible.

Will give two stars because the starters were actually okay. The salad bar was well stocked and restaurant seemed clean.We chose a pan pizza and it arrived alongside the starters (a bit strange) . First slice was very nice, but the next slice...raw dough. I can still taste it now. Checked the remaining slices and they were all raw bases. They offered to cook another one, but to be honest it put me off. We weren't charged which is one positive , but we hardly ate much anyway !Wouldn't go back.

pizza passabile ammesso che si prenda una margherita! Potete trovare di meglio, nel senso che si può trovare cibo migliore che non sia pizza... ma se volete una fetta di pizza xchè avete la malinconia dell'italia beh... può andare!

Ho sempre sentito parlare di questa catena, e non avevo mai provato, così con la mia ragazza ci siamo fermati per pranzo. La cordialità del personale insieme alla squisitezza del cibo, ci hanno proprio convinto che se dovessimo trovarci da quelle parti, ci torneremo volentieri!! Ottime offerte qualità/prezzo con insalate fast food e pizza più bibita x 2 persone = 20 pound!!

Pizza davvero buona, puoi sceglierla alta o normale, impasto soffice con buona varietà di scelta tra i tipi di condimenti.Da evitare decisamente il buffet con gli antipasti..tutti i tipi di pasta vengono serviti ghiacciati

Personal muy amable. Tiene buffet libre de ensaladas y refill de bebidas, el agua de refill es sin gasto extra. Tiene opciones muy interesantes como compartir una pizza entre dos. Precio muy asequible para comer pizza

El lugar es muy bonito y además para familias o grupos de amigos. Realmente se come muy bien y lo mejor son los postres. El personal de lo más atentos.

War positiv überrascht über die Auswahl der Speisen. Hat Pizzas mit speziell dünnem Boden für weniger Kalorien. War super fein. Softgetränke können nachgefüllt werden. Ein kleiner Salat vom Buffet ist inbegriffen. Die Preise absolut moderat. Die Bedienung in diesem Pizza Hut am Queensway war super freundlich!

Vi valgte å ta med etpar pizzaer på hotellrommet en kveld. Det var "kjøp to og få halv pris på pizza nr.2". Dama i kassa ville først ikke gi riktig pris, men etter å ha gjort henne oppmerksom på hva som sto på plakaten gjorde hun om.. Pizzan var god da. :)

Porque está colmado de ensaladas aderezos y se puede repetir .Las pizzas no tienen nada de extraordinario, aunque a la margarita no le agregan ni albahaca, les falta el color verde para completar la bandera italiana...

Personnel chaleureux et super accueillants. Boissons à volonté, pizzas classiques ou à composer et un menu enfant génial avec une énorme icecream à composer aussi soi même! Le tout à prix raisonnable. So perfect !

Che dire dopo aver letto le recensioni ero titubante ma ora posso dirlo questo locale e veramente ben organizzato staff GENTILISSIMO il mangiare e nella norma ma non scordiamoci che e una catena e come e tutte le catene pecca un pochino sulla qualità ma ci puo stare sicuro ci torno più che volentieri

Pizza was good as Pizza Hut's pizza always is. The salad bar was good with fresh food. Overall is was a good experience. We ate there twice in the 4 days we stayed in London. We were very surprised that customers weren't allowed to dine in and could only order take out after 10:50 pm. Lots of people left ! Bad business for the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and the place was clean.

Ci sono stato per pranzo dopo aver pranzato in un altro pizza hit di Leicester square ! Scelto per questioni di comodità e cisti il buffet pizza e insalata la differenza tra i due che a bayswater non veniva rimpiazzata la pizza nei tempi giusti pertanto o non trovavi pizza oppure c'era poca scelta inoltre non veniva messo il garlic bread come la locandina dava previsto e usufruiti nelle altri pizza hut menzionato in precedenza ! Cameriere sottodimensionati 2 solo per tutto il servizio lunch ma non riuscivano a fare ed eseguire il lavoro in tempo .. con attese e mancanza di rimpiazzo al buffet poco competo voto 4 stiracchiato

La pizza mi ha stupita x essere all' estero!!!! Il vino è da evitare. Insalata a buffet se ordini un piatto principale.

Sono stato per cena una sera del mese di ottobre. Da italiano non posso certo dire che la loro è la migliore pizza mai mangiata, ma assicuro che è buona. Rimane comunque un impasto surgelato e cotto su forno elettrico, ma difficilmente a Londra si trova di molto meglio allo stesso prezzo. Ottimi i loro deals: io ho optato per quello con cui a 20 sterline in 2 si ha una pizza a scelta, la possibilità di rifornirsi liberamente al loro buffet (insalata, pomodori, cus cus, insalata capricciosa, pomodori, pane) e un dolce a scelta a testa. Il servizio non è stato velocissimo.

Starter and main arrived in tandem, Both arrived luke warm. Dough not Cooked property and toppings also needed another 10 minutes. Salad bar had a woeful selection not even any lettuce. Manager extremely rude to staff in front of customers. Avoid ....:

Normal, el buffet rescatable. La pizza abundante pero nada sabrosa. El servicio bueno, mozos atentos.

Per spendere poco e mangiare una discreta pizza in una zona non male della città Pizza Hut Bayswater va bene. Lo stile è quello tipico della catena di pizzerie Pizza Hut perciò direi più che discreto ma nella norma.

Attratti dalla catena di pizzerie famose in America (il logo l'ho visto parecchie volte in alcuni giochi di pc) e siccome in Italia non c'è (almeno credo!), sono rimasta sorpresa perchè per essere a Londra pensavo peggio anche se nel menù ci sono delle pizze che non ho mai neanche lontanamente immaginato (io ho preso una semplice e "classica" margherita). Staff disponibile, ci ha seguiti una ragazza di nome Carrie che assomigliava alla protagonista di Sex & the City, simpatica e gentile. Costo nella media, zona comoda (a due passi da Trafalgar Square), vicina inoltre ad una fermata di bus, alla metro e alla stazione di Charing Cross.

We visited this venue a little while ago. My boys LOVE pizzas!staff is friendly and helpful. so 5 stars to waiters. food is fine too. although some items were not replaced as quickly as some of us would have desired. well, all in all it was good.thank you!

They have many different pizzas, and a big choice for gluten free people. The soda machine is awesome, and you can drink soda until you are full. A great pizza restaurant! Missing a bit more flavor in the pizzas tho.
