Pizza Hut in Doncaster

Awful This company will be out of business within a year....

Very quiet for a Saturday at Pizza Hut and yet still no one managed to see to/greet us speedily when we arrived. Seems to be a common theme amongst huts… Buffet was good. Hot, fresh pizza but very little variety in what was coming out. Veggie, Marg, Pepperoni. Appreciate they’re probably the popular ones but would have been good to see a few more options flavour wise.

***AVOID*** Wrong food delivered, wasn't hot when it arrived, staff on the phone completely unhelpful when we attempted to get assistance rectifying the order, we're asked to travel out to the restaurant to collect the correct pizza, no empathy shown whatsoever, and I quote "unfortunately, once it leaves the restaurant there's nothing we can do".

Had a takeout sharing pizza and it was so chewy and dry. Cheese flavoured cardboard. Will not be ordering again.

Sent the wrong pizzas, refused to make it right when we phoned. Insisted it was just eats problem they handed over the wrong pizzas.

Brill service food gorgeous as always! Always our go to place! Iona was our waitress she couldn't do enough for us.

pizza was delivered as if someone threw the pizza box around and shook it like a snowglobe. Pizza was rubbish, dough was chewy - cooked enough but not well. flavours were lacking and it all tasted like cardboard. dunno why I paid for it, would rather get a frozen pizza from asda.

Very nice food. Will order again.

The salad bar was good they did a gluten free pizza

It really was awful got chessy triangles instead it being all googy instead the cheese was hard couldn't get a refund as a picture don't really show it, I always get them so very disappointed on uber eats be nice if they give me a complimentary one considering I never complain and always give them good reviews but this time it was so bad im not one to complain but that was awful

Sent wrong food, ordered cookie dough and got some spicy dough bits instead, not even similar!

The chicken supreme pizza was a waste of money in my opinion, we ordered 2 but ate only one as noone liked it felt like raw tomato paste but but the pepperoni was really nice.

Great place, great selection of different foods and not just pizza's. Shame the buffet ends at 3pm though as this means lots of kids miss out. Otherwise a great place to eat out at.

Food was stone cold . All the pizza was scrunched up at the front of the box like the driver had thrown it around. Half the fries had bad bits in them and the garlic bread with cheese was barely toasted . Worst meal ever.

Went for a work quick lunch out. Was decent food. I had the unlimited lunch was £10.99 which I felt was fair value for the quality and range s of pizzas

The cookie dough had like a toffee syrup on not chocolate sauce, was ok though, and why is every take away putting spice on the chips, I dont like it!

Sent the wrong food and whilst they accepted it was totally their fault they did very little to help. Just said re order and claim a refund. And wait another hour! Not helpful when you have guests

Eat here regularly, good value fresh pizzas

We had our daughters birthday there today and had a wonderful experience. Manager Ross handled our table and all the kids so well. All the staff were friendly. The pizzas were replaced promptly on the buffet and the salads were all lovely! They all had a great time and will definitely recommend others to visit.

Absolutely awful, pizzas are barely warm and the cheese is non existent! Pizza hut has definitely gone down the pan.

Not enough choice on the buffet I had to ask for a veggie option . As for the toppings on a standard pizza absolutely disgrace for the prices they charge

Amazing visit today our server maisie was so nice, friendly and helpful. Food was great also 10/10 for today's visit.

Used to order online from here all the time. Nothing better than getting two large pizzas for roughly £20 off their site and earning free slices to use on free sides. Only that's not an option anymore. For delivery you have to order thru one of their partners and none of them have the same deals offered. To get the same two pizzas thru them it would cost £40 - £50. Highly disappointed. Bring back delivery

The food arrived stone cold! The cheesey bites was like chewing on rubber, the onion rings was like eating them defrosted straight from freezer and the chips was just a soggy mess to be honest. Very disappointed Definitely wont be ordering from there

Me and my family went for the buffet it was amazing never been before different pizzas to choose from salad bar there was everything you wanted you can get as much or as little as you want it was brilliant would deffo go back

We went for my son's birthday Saturday. There was 7 of us. They showed up to our table. Showed us ways to order and helped us order ok the touchscreen. Food was quick..hot and nice. We all enjoyed it. The service was nice and friendly to.

We ordered the buffet. Pizzas come out fresh and hot and there's loads of different varieties to choose from. Salad bar is a good touch, and the bottomless soft drinks are great as you can add flavour shots to them (I love Pepsi Max with vanilla) My only complaint is the staff who work front of house don't actually do anything to enhance our dining out experience. We ordered food either via an app or using an in-house tablet, and pay whilst using that. All the waitress did was bring us a glass to fill our drinks up with. The lack of interaction with someone diminishes the eating out experience a bit for me. But that being said, the food was still great so I will probably return again in the future

The service was extremely quick. As soon as I ordered the drinks were on their way, and the food very soon after. The food was delicious.

Bit disappointed at the very limited menu. The staff are not at all helpful in here, and apparently 'don't take orders anymore! So I struggled trying to work a screen to get our food! Gone are the days we could walk in, choose our orders and then be greeted by a waitress who would organise our meals for us!!! I probably won't ever visit again as I found this new impersonal approach extremely cold and stressful! The salad bar was messy and almost depleted so very little available! All in all, not a good experience!

Great customer service and the choice on the salad bar and buffet were great. I think their could have been some more kid friendly ones, especially as we are in summer holidays.

Food was good, no better or worse than any other Pizza Hut but the staff were just a delight. Happy, smiling and as if they actually enjoyed making our visit something to remember.

We come often for the buffet but took our girls after school for tea and had a great time. Staff are friendly and accommodating (Jade looked after us), food was served quickly and fresh. We will be back again ☺️

Amazing Food - since my last visit to a Pizza Hut which left me very disappointed this has now changed my mind. India our server was very welcoming especially with the children who I was pulling my hair out with on arrival. We were made to feel at easy very good atmosphere.

My experience at pizza hut was brilliant and I was served by the lady called Lisa,she's amazing polite helpful and she always has a smile on her face!

Great atmosphere, food was delicious, great value for money with the food deals and we had great service from Lisa the waitress. Would definitely come again.

Another lovely meal at Pizza Hut Doncaster. A new menu today - Lisa was great, explaining some of the changes to us. I tried the new thin base (no garlic) and the crust is much better than the old one.

Lisa made us welcome again. She is warm and friendly and can see that customer service is important to her. The manager was very helpful with the new menus. Food as always fresh, hot and tasty. Restaurant very clean.

We enjoyed our visit to Pizza Hut, Lakeside, Doncaster. Food was lovely, it arrived hot and in good time. The whole team were friendly and helpful, especially our server Sophie, who was lovely. We will definitely go again.

We love Pizza Hut, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Our server Sophie was amazingly patient with my daughter who kept calling her over and then took ages to eat her food so that Sophie could bring her lolly. She checked on us several times to make sure everything was OK. ☺ Thank you.

Great buffet meal today. 3 adults and one toddler. Plenty of choice. Lisa was a very attentive host. Would recommend.

Came in for lunch with my family and Lisa was absolutely amazing she was so lovely to our son came over and checked on us a number of times, Ross made it very easy when he sat us down and explained how everything worked! Top quality service absolutely amazing!

My husband and I visited after a trip to the cinema, and we shared a £23 meal deal and bought an extra drink. With bottomless salad bar and ice cream factory - we got two of each - that was plenty for us both. I hate wasting food! Delicious stuffed crust pizza. Service fantastic and friendly. Afterwards, we had a romantic walk around the lake. A perfect anniversary date!

Amazing service from Lisa. She is a credit to the branch. The food/buffet was so tasty, fresh pizzas coming out all the time.

Maisie & staff went above for us. It was my sons birthday. They put in so much extra effort to make sure we were well catered for, had enough pizza for the buffet etc. Everything was clean, welcoming and warm. Will be returning as the staff made us feel well taken care of.

Our server, India, was very helpful, polite & friendly. The restaurant was clean, well lit & felt comfortable. We were served quickly, each of our courses arrived in good time. Staff were busy serving, tidying, & attending to customers the whole time we were there. No-one was standing around just chatting whilst you tried to get their attention (as many restaurants staff are these days). My husband was impressed to find a staff member taking dropped salad products out of the wrong dishes on the salad bar. I was very happy - cheesy triangles are final back on the menu. 😋 There is plenty of free parking. We would highly recommend this Pizza Hut.
