Pizza Hut in Stevenage

Thanks to the young chap, what an exceptional customer service. Only wanted a small pizza for myself but he than mentioned about having a large pizza with couple of side for the price of a small. Which was £10. Surely you can never say no to that. Pizza took less than 10 minutes to be ready and next time when I’m in old town I’m sure I’ll be bringing more people with me.

Big order delivered on time, 1hr after restaurant opened. Rang in advance to order 19 pizzas. Staff friendly, order accurate, delivered 7 mins early, driver was helpful- would use again.

Wow! Avoid ordering from this place!!! I ordered an hour and a half ago, rang the restaurant, 6 attempts before anyone answers to be told “it will be at least another 30/45 minutes but they couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t be longer! The managers attitude was “ring customer service on Monday and get a refund, I’m really busy and short of drivers!” I rang customer service hang on for 15 minutes before eventually getting through to be told because it was booked through just eat I have to complain to just eat even though I was complaining regarding the managers attitude and the ridiculous waiting time!

I ordered a pizza at 8pm there was a 35 to 45 minute delivery which was ok at 9.15 I rang to see where it was. I was told it was with the driver and was on it's way. I rang again at 9.45 still no pizza .by then i was annoyed and said to cancel the order Very very disappointing

15 minutes from order to ready but puzza was burnt round edges to very dark brown.and saice yo black over edges, had to leave crusts on most of it.

Management was very rude, I ordered a pizza online at 20:02pm on the 1st May 2019, there was a mistake on my order so I called the store and I was told at 20:55pm that they were sorry and that they offered me a free pizza for my next order, I said thank you. Next day at 11:00am I call the store to claim my free pizza, and because the manager from the previous night was disorganised and did not put any notes on there system, I was told I can’t claim the the free pizza I was promised, please bare in mind I buy from this Pizza Hut more than twice a week, I order so much I know all your delivery drivers! There really nice people! But I just didn’t know that the management would be so rude and disorganised and disrespectful. That’s why they get one star, all they had to do was be organised and have an eye for detail and follow the specs for the pizza by sprinkling garlic sprinkles on a classic medium pizza.
