It just tastes weird. Whatever herb they use. Sorry not my cup of tea. Service was great just the food was not good. Don’t know what else to say….

Tried calling Pizza Hut welwyn garden city to order 3 portions of cookie dough. After spending 10 minutes on the phone speaking to 2 members of staff who don’t talk English so gave up. Who on earth employees foreign people in a customer service job that don’t speak English? What a bloody joke. Sale lost and won’t be calling them again 😡😡

I went with my friends in Whelen branch. Manasa was very professional and polite. The food was absolutely delicious. We can say that we had a wonderful experience. Thank you! Great customer service! We will definitely recommend it!

We ordered ten pizzas for my sons party. There was a mix up and they arrived an hour early. After explaining their mistake, they then delivered ten hot tasty pizzas on time. Thank you !

Used quite a few times now. Best Pizza Hut we've used. Food arrives promptly, very hot, and well cooked (I like the crust browned and cooked - not pale and limp). Lots of toppings, plenty of cheese. This last time the food was late - only by 5 minutes. Friendly delivery person was very apologetic and we got a free drink. The vast majority of delivery places don't even acknowledge being late when its way more than 5 minutes, let alone giving a free drink. So no problem with that.

Decided to try Pizza Hut, rather than Dominos. Ordered online well in advance for a set delivery time. The food arrived 40mins late and was lukewarm. Notwithstanding this, the pizzas were ok but the cheeses triangles were tiny. Poor service for a delivery/takeaway only pizza place. Will not be returning.

Amazing service. Yasir Manager of the store is always incredible at serving us. The food always pipping hot and great flavour and taste. Always loads of deals and great value for money. I recommend the £5 lunch here.

quick service the conduct of the manger was good We were on vacation to celebrate Christmas over there as we speak French we couldn’t speak English very well so the manager himself came and speak in french which was appreciated because we were then able to explain well so big thumbs up for the french guy in Pizza Hut

As good as any other pizza hut but I can never get over how expensive it is. Even with the promotions it always seems very expensive for takeaway.

We ordered the pizza for 12:45 and waited until 1 then called them. I asked where our pizza was and he just replied saying that it would be with us in 12 minutes and I said “even though we ordered it for 12:45” and he said “yes”. Rude staff and never apologised once for being about 30 minutes late.

So having had delivery a few times from this franchise, and being very late and disappointed, I decided to collect today! The second I walked through the door, the melt behind the ramp ( nickname lightening) tried serving! As he plonked my pizza on the counter, I got out cash to pay and he needed my help adding £8.99 and £5.49. He started sweating and asked one of the other children in store to add it up on her phone. Once we distinguished the price and staring at my £20 note, lightening punched digits into the card machine. Then, once he realised I was paying cash, informed me he didn’t have any change. In came a delivery driver who had to go to the Nisa shop to get change. All the time my Ben and Jerry’s Ice cream was melting into my cold pizza! Lightening cowered behind the ramp presumably to cry to mummy about some impending anxiety and depression! What a farce that place is! JOKE!

i made an order for delivery. After 1 hour of nothing i called and they said it would be with me soon. It arrived after 1.40 mins and was cold to the touch. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact the store to return the pizza and request a refund i had to resort to contacting customer service who will only offer a 10 pound voucher as it was late....not good enough in my opinion i would have liked a refund. my order cost 30 pound.
