Just avoid. Literally not worth your money. You fare better getting frozen pizza than the undercooked, smothered in cheese awfullness they deliver to you. Oh! And just so everyone is aware, apparently it is their Customer Service procedure to not allow individual stores to action refunds. The Manager of Farnborough Pizza Hut told me himself, after admitting to putting extra cheese on my pizza for no reason other than he "assumed ((I)) would want it since ((I)) only ordered mushroom and cheese". So you have to contact headoffice yourself, where they will not respond to you for over an hour after trying to palm you off with a low effort voucher. Currently STILL waiting for them to respond. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

AVOID!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ordered food £20.99 worth. half an hour went bystill no food, an hour came still no food been delivered. Myself and Partner ended up arguing with the “manager” who couldn’t refund us because she wasn’t authorised to!! (what in the world?!) and then argued back saying the driver had delivered it to our outside cupboard😂! Hello!!! We were in! The curtains were open and we was waiting and watching not to mention we also have a camera aiming at the courtyard we live down so can prove with footage no driver ever came :). SO 1) we would have seen him and 2)!!! if this was actually true why did he not knock lol! Absolutely insane! So after arguing for our money back the “lovely” (not) manager had no words and hung up on us which forced us to drag our 11month old baby out at night to go down face to face demanding our money back. Which now we have to go through EMAIL to customer service to get our money back because the manager -**YES THE MANAGER** - couldn’t authorise a refund - because we had ordered on the app?????? (lol) same company isn’t it??? Absolute insanity. Now we have to wait god knows how long for the non existance customer service team to get back to us VIA email because no-ones there on a phone because of “covid19”. Hilarious company! Will not ever spend a god damn penny here as long as I live on this earth! And i’ll be spreading the word about this awful restaraunt to everyone i know too.

The food during these hours of service was devasting. I went to get the £5 deals. Well plain pepperoni was in the deal when it says so on the website and leaflet but charged me over and the jalapeno tear and share was nothing like it was promoted to be and also was apparently not in the deal when website and leaflet says so.

Like most OAP grandparents I help out my with daughters child care once a week. On the 2nd October I arranged to meet up with my daughter and her 2 other grandchildren at McDonalds Aldershot. The idea was as well as dropping off the youngest grandchild and a large Lego table we could celebrate the middle one’s Birthday. We arrived before the others and purchased some food and coffee and waited. My daughter arrived with the other children a little delayed as she has to run between schools. We then purchased food and drinks for a second time for the children. One of the children then had to go off for an after school club and so my daughter left us to watch the two other Grandchildren whilst she dropped her off. The service was a little slow and the restaurant was not busy and so the remaining children were still eating their food. My daughter then returned and we left from the drop off and we left. I then received a parking ticket from Met parking Services for overstaying the 90min limited by 18 minutes. Well what has this to do with McDonalds I hear you ask its the over Parking Company matter. I think it kind of is. McDonalds are the ones who contract out to Met Services and so must have had a say in the terms that are set. How many times as parents do we say to our children please don’t rush your food. Now it appears to be please hurry or Grandpa will get a ticket. I fully understand the argument that can be had about it being a deterrent to others not to block spaces. But in this incidence it was not the case. The car park was half empty and maybe if my daughter had stayed with her. The fact she left and we stayed watching the Grandchildren car we took up the one parking space. There is no way that I will repeat the mistake off thing is anymore than a take away as they have lost a customer. Please others be aware.
