Pizza Hut in Merton

Never any complaints, the manager Rob really makes the place much more friendly and I continue to return simply because of his custom. He's truly a credit to your restaurant. Food was fantastic!

Food was great really fresh. And restaurant was nice and calm.

One lady had her two young sons running in and out of the ladies toilets, jumping over the stalls while people are going to the loo in there? jumping all over other people’s tables (which the staff then did not clean before taking someone to eat there?? How horrid ???) the staff need to care more about where they’re working because that itself is a health and safety hazard, we won’t be returning to this place. Hoped it would be great for larger families as advertised, yet clearly it’s not a place unless you want feral children and shoe dirt in your food ????

An amazing Pizza Hut experience everytime, we had a last minute 11th birthday for our son , Rob the manager was awesome as always. Food was tremendous!!!!!

Good service. Friendly staff. Very good portion of food. Had a great lunch there.

An Asian-looking staff is completely lost in doing his job. He doesn't deliver the orders and when questioned he gets angry and threatens not to deliver the order and to file a complaint with the delivery company. He was just asked, without being rude because he was walking around the restaurant and not checking the orders that were already ready for delivery and the employee was extremely rude and unprofessional.

No wait time to be seated, food was very good and service was outstanding.

Staff were pleasant and attentive, lovely food. The only downfall was card only which was an abomination of ones free choice, being forced to use a card. If it wasn't for letting the children down , I would have gone over to KFC . Although everything was to my liking, I will not be returning on the principle of it. The king or queens head is no longer an option here!

So I went there around 30 minutes ago. There’s staff is the worst staff I’ve ever seen. The bald guy humiliates me, he doesn’t have manners to speak to there customer, I don’t know why he is working there in the first place. Not RECOMMENDED at all worst branch.

Food smells good, looks good, and my OH enjoys it, but after reading the ingredients list, I will never eat Pizza Hut again. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Toilets were a bit messy.

Food, service, atmosphere great, would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the unkempt restrooms. Salad bar fresh and friendly staff. Update on restrooms, clean and tidy!!! Not sure because it's a weekday visit but will up my star rating to a 5!! Thanks!

Nice warm buffet, staff check-in with families before closing the buffet in weekdays. Sham I did not see the one child can eat for free code in advance of placing my order.

Good variety of salad items in the salad bar, together with accompanying salad dressings and sauces. Though wished there were accompanying labels. Variety of pizzas was adequate, the pizzas were hot and tasted satisfactory. Could improve the frequency of pizza replenishment in the buffet offerings.

The whole experience was excellent. We were able to sit where we wanted and the table was clean and tidy. We all had the buffet and it was brilliant. The salad bar was well stocked with a great variety of fresh ingredients and the pizza and pasta was hot and delicious. There was plenty to choose from and it was all piping hot and varied to give lots of options. The ice cream factory was enjoyed by those of us that had it with nice creamy ice cream and plenty of variety of toppings. The unlimited soft drinks were fun too with lots of flavour combinations available.

Very clean restaurant, spotless bathrooms, impeccable customer service and great food, at a good price! We will definitely be back for the lunch buffet!

I thought I was getting really good service on my takeaway, staff were knowledgeable and kind.... Then I got home to realise that had left the bottle of drink out it's an old trick I think that helps the bottom line

the pizza crust wasnt the crush we ordered - we ordered thin? the dough wasnt nice at all seems to be a different recipe? we arent fans

I ordered at 6.50! It's not 8.50,.2 hours later and I still have not got a driver at the resturant. It originally said my food would be delivered at 7.10. Not happy

Arrived at opening time 11.30 on a lovely Wednesday morning. Had the delicious 🍕 all you can eat buffet with unlimited soft drinks🥤🥤 and salad 🥗 😋 bar. Sat in a booth (I love a booth 😍 ). Had a fabulous early lunch with my grandsons, was excel lent. Nice space. No loud music✅️✅️✅️. Free car park for first 2 hours. Good location as merton Abbey Mills. M & S . Sainsbury . Very close by. Plus many other useful places. Brilliant place to spend time. 💕✨️🏅

No fue la mejor experiencia para ser honesto encontrar un insecto en mi ensaladera. Hablé con la señora y ella dijo oh voy a ir y cambiar los cuencos de lechuga! Hablé con el hombre a cargo sobre tal vez algún descuento en algo de cortesía a lo que respondió que no puede hacer. ¿Como la ensaladera está libre y fuera, cosas como los elementos para que las cosas puedan entrar? ¿En serio? Simplemente no puedo creer que esta fuera la respuesta... un establecimiento de comida diciendo que tener un insecto en tu comida era aceptable! El ap era tonto cuando el personal podría haber tomado órdenes solo tomó siglos... los baños no eran grandes aguas por todo el suelo, rollo de baño difícil de salir en cada cubículo y esto era algo que se pusieron de precio! Lo siento, pero tan decepcionado.

Food was ok and decent atmosphere. The 2 star review was based on the state of the toilets. Both the women and mens were absolutely disgusting. Reminded me of a toilet in soho on a boozy night! Toilet blocked and full of overflowing faeces. Manager came in wiped the small puddle by the sink and left a wet floor sign turning build eye to everything else around him bef leaving. I had to change my kids nappy in the kfc next door. Surprised at the hygiene issues for a family place like this. Wouldnt go here again or recommend to others with young families. Asian manager who greeted us needs to learn ppl skills and maybe crack a smile when ppl walk through the door.

Totally unacceptable arrive late and arrive at the wrong address, he arrived 556 Kingston Road instead of 456. I have to walk along the road to find him. Waste my time.

Best pizza restaurant in the Wimbledon area. The food is piping hot when served every time, they have a salad bar and ice cream dispenser. They always do a final check to make sure you happy and if you need anything else. .

Lovely comfortable environment with easy parking and access. Trans friendly and welcoming of the elderly and disabled too.

At the time of ordering the offer showed 25% off above £10 however at checkout you charged me more than I should be paying. My order total was £27.99 however I did not get the 25% off of my food. Please kindly refund the difference. This is misleading to customers

Not what it was in the 90s but it’s still great pizza. I just don’t understand why it’s 50% cheaper on Deliveroo for the same meal.

Everything was cold the sides and the pizza no heat at all completely cold

no correct order. Margarita is thin but I ordered pan. pepperoni must be thin but I received pan.

Wow...Pizza Hut standards have dropped over the years. Over cooked pizza with burnt toppings, likewise with the chips. Staff kind enough and try, I suspect on minimal wage as no proper chef/cook there. Atmophere flat, got home we both had stomach pains. Wont be going back sadly

The stars of this busy place are the staff who seem to be working very hard to keep customers happy and the place clean.

The waiter was Asian ruined our dinner. Couldn't get our order right making it confusing. Started to get abusive. The manager also saw it but didn't do anything. Walked out and never coming back to this place.

Everytime we visit there is always lots of tables free, so we get to pick where we want to be seated. The salad bar is always stocked and fresh. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It is still order on your phone by scanning the QR on the table, but we saw a family go up to the desk to order, so they can accommodate you if you can't order on your phone. Food always comes out quickly and fresh.

hello we have been eating in and ordering online Pizza`s from Merton Pizza Hut for years - but that last couple of times the quality of the food has been extremely disappointing and todays pizzas weren't warm . We just feel we are wasting our money ordering pizza on line to receive sub-standard pizzas with minimal ingredients and the meat feast pizza had about 8 pieces of pepperoni on it! thats no meat feast ! and it was cold !!! we may as well go to Tescos and prepare it all ourselves. We expected a nice meal and have been left feeling disappointed ripped off . We wont be ordering Pizza on line from Merton Pizza Hut again -you have lost customers today.

Very very bad 👎 much better-0 ben there one time 3 days ago with my colleagues and after that ben 3 days sick with stomach pains and lot of diaries. Never go again, all was so bad the buffet l will remember for all my life. And was thinking to go and with my family but after that Never. First I had to come all the way outside I was called by delivery driver telling me he is lost I was walking a long time to find him I don’t know how he was lost it’s like he couldn’t find his way on the maps and my home is easy to find no one has ever had a problem then he dropped my food on the door everything has spilled and I’m so unhappy

Clean and spacious, staff are always around to assist. Fast service. The bottomless options are fantastic. Lasagne tasted fab but really silly serving, in a pencil thin dish, long rectangle, prefer a layered Lasagne to be honest. Also needs a second drinks dispenser but other than that it's a nice family eatery.

Pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni! Was more like a vegetarian pizza! My husband was very disappointed as the pizza cost £17.99 with no meat!

Came in on quite period, regularly come to this Pizza Hut after a video shoot every month or so. Just a typical Pizza Hut, always quiet foods always decent, cleanliness is always moderate and consistent. What does annoy me is the tipping system, how it always asks for a tip when the staff don’t really do much. It’s all online and all automated via the app or QR code. Overall what you’d expect from a big chain restaurant.

The restaurant was empty when we went but the staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed our pizzas and salad.

The Asian waiter is very hardworking; he works every second. He is very smart, asking if we would like our dessert when we almost finish the pizza, and actively provides us a pizza box, perhaps noticing we still have some slices of pizza left.

Just eat does not do any thing about it. Still poor delivery

🍕 🍴 - I had the Individual Feast Deal with Free Salad Bar, Garlic Bread, Hawaiian Stuffed Crust Pizza.... and who could not come to a Hut without Ice Cream Factory!! Can't get that or Salad at Pizza Hut Delivery. Oh and Dominos is JUNK! In Comparison. Manager Roberto was great in helping me with the Salad, Getting my Bottomless Pepsi Max and helping me with Ice Cream Factory. I am giving this 2 stars only because pizza place is good. I am disappointed with the parking legislation there. We came to enjoy birthday party of my son and we finished a little late which is more than 2 hours. This was a Sunday evening from 7pm to 9pm. I was surprised to get a ticket as we stood in a car park greeting guests for 10 more minutes. So all in all it added 15 minutes above 2 hours.Frustrating part is not just me getting the tickets, but guests were charged too and that made me write this review. We could not find any clear boards stating strictly 2 hours. Anyways ,I mean come on on Sunday night, most places have free car parking. Local businesses should negotiate with UKPC regarding this issues. Sorry to bring out all the frustration, but I am sure this issue will certainly stop mine and my family members and guests visits to this place. No offence to Pizza Hut though.

I ordered one sharing farmhouse (sharing is order one get 1 free) and 1 sharing with 4 toppings. Thats a total of 4 pizza. I got 3 only.

Service was a bit slow especially when clearing the table. Also nobody told us that we had to scan the table to order.

I visited with 4 children and a friend after not visiting pizza hut for years. I was surprised at how good value and great for kids the restaurant was! The kids menu options are great and the portions are huge! The staff were really helpful and great with the kids too!

We had a lovely afternoon when having lunch at Pizza Hut the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was fresh and hot when it arrived at the table. I will definitely recommend pizza lovers to eat here. Enjoy your meals. As we did.

Won't recommend this at all. No one to guide there and the people working seem exhausted completely and disinterested. Pizza was completely soggy with hardly any vegetables on top. Onion rings and fries seemed like done in air fryer very dry and hard to eat instead of deep fried.

Good customer service. Nice place to celebrate small birthday parties. Free parking. Lunch time buffet available from 12-3pm. Reasonable prices for all you can eat together with drinks and dessert deals.

Food was hot and good came fairly quickly,service if you can call it that not great, had to order food via qcode which took awhile to navigate round menu was very expensive considering we had to order via app ,one of the staff just walked around not doing much aimlessly, the manager i think he was did most work. Very nice place to visit. Me and my partner came here at around 12 o’clock yesterday and was greeted by a manager, very very kind man. We avoided getting the buffet (it is a great deal) only because we wanted something to ourselves but as I could see the buffet pizzas were always fresh, as it was also quite busy. We were constantly checked on, the place was very clean and had a great friendly atmosphere. We got our food very quickly. It was super nice!! For dessert, there was a bit of a mistake but we all make those! Once pointed out the gentleman let us keep the mistaken one plus the correct one. It was handled very quickly and in the best manner. If I were to come back here again I really would!
