Great place to celebrate our 14th year old boy bday. Liv was amazing, nothing was too much trouble!

Staff very helpful excellent customer service. Food arrived hot, happy children happy parents. We’ll be back.

I cannot speak highly enough about this Pizza Hut. We are regular visitors and have been for the last 7 years since we moved to the area. Rob and his team always give fantastic service and are always so friendly. It is so nice to go somewhere where you are always welcomed with a smile. I have never had a bad visit, the staff are consistently brilliant! Booking via the app is quick and easy and the food always comes within 10 minutes. The value for money is excellent and the food is tasty. The kids meal is only £8.99 and provides more than enough for my girls. The light lunch offer of a flatbread and a drink for £9.99 is brilliant value for Adults too. Will be back again within a week or two I am sure!!

Pizza hut has always been a restaurant group that is associated with fond childhood memories. When my fiancé told me that we were going to have date night at the Pizza Hut in ——- my heart leapt for joy. Pizza Hut for me is a symbol of great and tasty pizza, reasonable prices, outstanding customer service that leaves you full and warm. Imagine the horror when the memory of this wonderful date was entirely ruined with a parking fine. We are so disappointed that it was because of a 17 minute over stay! Not only were the signs in the car park unclear especially bring night time but what a let down that this was not explained to us by staff on arrival to the restaurant. When the customer support teams were contacted, they did not do anything to help and just shifted blame. It sounded like this was not the first time a customer had been issued a ticket but the establishment seem to not care unfortunately. I really implore you to provide us with some compensation to such a horrible visit. Edit: After leaving a review, Pizza Hut still continues to gaslight and takes no responsibility for supporting it's customers. Really sad

It was once famous, but now it has lost its reputation, which is unfortunate. The taste and service are both disappointing. There needs to be some overall reform, but it seems to be staying in one place for too long.

But Pizza Hut Merton has completely won me over. The team here is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and clearly have been around for a while. It’s like walking into a restaurant where everyone actually cares (shocking, I know). Plus, it’s usually pretty quiet in the evenings, so you’re not fighting for a table or enduring someone’s loud birthday karaoke (bless them). The place is spotless, and I’m picky about hygiene. This isn’t just “clean for Pizza Hut” clean—it’s actually impressive. Oh, and it’s so spacious, I feel like I could choreograph a musical number in here if the mood struck me. Long story short, Pizza Hut Merton isn’t just good; it’s weirdly good. Who knew?

Great food and the desert was delicious! Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Rob the manager. they definitely made it a great night! Would definitely come back, I would highly recommend it!

It was an awful experience dining at this Pizza hut. The manager was shouting at his staff for messing up orders and having no regard to the customers dining at pizza hut. It was a horrible atmosphere. Food was almost an hour late, and all we could see in the open kitchen area were trays being thrown to the ground and the manager yelling. Not very nice to see in front of children.

Pizza was cold and It was very little cheese in centre of the pizza, I believe the Pizza Hut run out of the cheese.Vegetable pizza didn’t taste nice but chicken Pizza was okay it would be test it was Hot and if they would’ve put some cheese on the pizza.

Never any complaints, the manager Rob really makes the place much more friendly and I continue to return simply because of his custom. He's truly a credit to your restaurant. Food was fantastic!

One lady had her two young sons running in and out of the ladies toilets, jumping over the stalls while people are going to the loo in there? jumping all over other people’s tables (which the staff then did not clean before taking someone to eat there?? How horrid ???) the staff need to care more about where they’re working because that itself is a health and safety hazard, we won’t be returning to this place. Hoped it would be great for larger families as advertised, yet clearly it’s not a place unless you want feral children and shoe dirt in your food ????

An Asian-looking staff is completely lost in doing his job. He doesn't deliver the orders and when questioned he gets angry and threatens not to deliver the order and to file a complaint with the delivery company. He was just asked, without being rude because he was walking around the restaurant and not checking the orders that were already ready for delivery and the employee was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Very little pizza toppings so only two pieces of the pizza actually look good. The rest is basically bread with a light tomato baste :( - i’m disappointed! This makes me sad.

Staff were pleasant and attentive, lovely food. The only downfall was card only which was an abomination of ones free choice, being forced to use a card. If it wasn't for letting the children down , I would have gone over to KFC . Although everything was to my liking, I will not be returning on the principle of it. The king or queens head is no longer an option here!

So I went there around 30 minutes ago. There’s staff is the worst staff I’ve ever seen. The bald guy humiliates me, he doesn’t have manners to speak to there customer, I don’t know why he is working there in the first place. Not RECOMMENDED at all worst branch.

Good variety of salad items in the salad bar, together with accompanying salad dressings and sauces. Though wished there were accompanying labels. Variety of pizzas was adequate, the pizzas were hot and tasted satisfactory. Could improve the frequency of pizza replenishment in the buffet offerings.

Nice warm buffet, staff check-in with families before closing the buffet in weekdays. Sham I did not see the one child can eat for free code in advance of placing my order.

The whole experience was excellent. We were able to sit where we wanted and the table was clean and tidy. We all had the buffet and it was brilliant. The salad bar was well stocked with a great variety of fresh ingredients and the pizza and pasta was hot and delicious. There was plenty to choose from and it was all piping hot and varied to give lots of options. The ice cream factory was enjoyed by those of us that had it with nice creamy ice cream and plenty of variety of toppings. The unlimited soft drinks were fun too with lots of flavour combinations available.

Very clean restaurant, spotless bathrooms, impeccable customer service and great food, at a good price! We will definitely be back for the lunch buffet!

I thought I was getting really good service on my takeaway, staff were knowledgeable and kind.... Then I got home to realise that had left the bottle of drink out it's an old trick I think that helps the bottom line

Arrived at opening time 11.30 on a lovely Wednesday morning. Had the delicious 🍕 all you can eat buffet with unlimited soft drinks🥤🥤 and salad 🥗 😋 bar. Sat in a booth (I love a booth 😍 ). Had a fabulous early lunch with my grandsons, was excel lent. Nice space. No loud music✅️✅️✅️. Free car park for first 2 hours. Good location as merton Abbey Mills. M & S . Sainsbury . Very close by. Plus many other useful places. Brilliant place to spend time. 💕✨️🏅

Hablé con el hombre a cargo sobre tal vez algún descuento en algo de cortesía a lo que respondió que no puede hacer. ¿Como la ensaladera está libre y fuera, cosas como los elementos para que las cosas puedan entrar? ¿En serio? Simplemente no puedo creer que esta fuera la respuesta... un establecimiento de comida diciendo que tener un insecto en tu comida era aceptable! El ap era tonto cuando el personal podría haber tomado órdenes solo tomó siglos... los baños no eran grandes aguas por todo el suelo, rollo de baño difícil de salir en cada cubículo y esto era algo que se pusieron de precio! Lo siento, pero tan decepcionado.

Food was ok and decent atmosphere. The 2 star review was based on the state of the toilets. Both the women and mens were absolutely disgusting. Reminded me of a toilet in soho on a boozy night! Toilet blocked and full of overflowing faeces. Manager came in wiped the small puddle by the sink and left a wet floor sign turning build eye to everything else around him bef leaving. I had to change my kids nappy in the kfc next door. Surprised at the hygiene issues for a family place like this. Wouldnt go here again or recommend to others with young families. Asian manager who greeted us needs to learn ppl skills and maybe crack a smile when ppl walk through the door.

Best pizza restaurant in the Wimbledon area. The food is piping hot when served every time, they have a salad bar and ice cream dispenser. They always do a final check to make sure you happy and if you need anything else. .

Wow...Pizza Hut standards have dropped over the years. Over cooked pizza with burnt toppings, likewise with the chips. Staff kind enough and try, I suspect on minimal wage as no proper chef/cook there. Atmophere flat, got home we both had stomach pains. Wont be going back sadly

The stars of this busy place are the staff who seem to be working very hard to keep customers happy and the place clean.

The waiter was Asian ruined our dinner. Couldn't get our order right making it confusing. Started to get abusive. The manager also saw it but didn't do anything. Walked out and never coming back to this place.

Everytime we visit there is always lots of tables free, so we get to pick where we want to be seated. The salad bar is always stocked and fresh. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It is still order on your phone by scanning the QR on the table, but we saw a family go up to the desk to order, so they can accommodate you if you can't order on your phone. Food always comes out quickly and fresh.

hello we have been eating in and ordering online Pizza`s from Merton Pizza Hut for years - but that last couple of times the quality of the food has been extremely disappointing and todays pizzas weren't warm . We just feel we are wasting our money ordering pizza on line to receive sub-standard pizzas with minimal ingredients and the meat feast pizza had about 8 pieces of pepperoni on it! thats no meat feast ! and it was cold !!! we may as well go to Tescos and prepare it all ourselves. We expected a nice meal and have been left feeling disappointed ripped off . We wont be ordering Pizza on line from Merton Pizza Hut again -you have lost customers today.

First I had to come all the way outside I was called by delivery driver telling me he is lost I was walking a long time to find him I don’t know how he was lost it’s like he couldn’t find his way on the maps and my home is easy to find no one has ever had a problem then he dropped my food on the door everything has spilled and I’m so unhappy

Lasagne tasted fab but really silly serving, in a pencil thin dish, long rectangle, prefer a layered Lasagne to be honest. Also needs a second drinks dispenser but other than that it's a nice family eatery.

Pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni! Was more like a vegetarian pizza! My husband was very disappointed as the pizza cost £17.99 with no meat!

Came in on quite period, regularly come to this Pizza Hut after a video shoot every month or so. Just a typical Pizza Hut, always quiet foods always decent, cleanliness is always moderate and consistent. What does annoy me is the tipping system, how it always asks for a tip when the staff don’t really do much. It’s all online and all automated via the app or QR code. Overall what you’d expect from a big chain restaurant.
