I have tried many pizza places across London but Pizza GoGo Wimbledon is simply the best. Consistently the highest quality, delicious, trustworthy HALAL pizza made and delivered with excellent service. I have ordered maybe 3-4 times so far and have never been disappointed. Try it yourself and taste the difference. Seriously!

Most ridiculous delivery ever. Took over 1.5 hours and everytime I called to check I was told the driver is 5 minutes away (for over 40 minutes). The pizza box was open and stone cold at the door itself. Useless management and no quality control. NO wonder they have a 3 star rating. Don’t order from this place unless you want to ruin your dinner.

Love the pizzas here, however I went last night after a couple of beers. The guy behind the desk did not give me my dips I paid extra for, and when I asked why, he admitted he was hoping I forgot as I was drunk!! To try and take advantage and openly admit it is outrageous!!

Tried to order through the phone and got so much attitude, staff always really rude here. Had to order from Dominos instead who were very professional and not rude.

Pizza wasn't very warm, totally tasteless, dry hardly any toppings. Very low grade quality. Complete waste of money which cost twenty five pounds for two medium pizza's.

We came in fairly late. I politely asked if they had chips, the guy behind the counter said no only wedges, he frowned as if we'd walked into his house begging or something. I then asked if he accepted card, he said "cash only" with a scowl on his face... we left hungry saying he should improve his customer service.

I decided to add opinions that with photos because trying to talk to the "manager" did not bring a solution. I ordered 2 pizzas in the evening before closing time. one for me, the other for my fiancée. mine was ok. Due to the fact that the fiancée works on the night shift, she started to eat hers in the morning and found what is shown in the photos. when I came back from work and found out about it, I called the premises to talk to the manager. in broken English I heard that I could call yesterday or this morning, except that I asked for a contact to whom I could send the photos included in the review as proof of what I got in the order. I heard in response to a call tomorrow night and on his part whatsover to the product shown in the picture with the addition of which neither I did not order ... It was my last order from this place and if someone else wishes pizza with the additions shown in the pictures, I invite them and I wish you a tasty one...

Poor customer service, took 1 hours and 40 minutes to deliver one simple pizza. When we called Pizza GOGO, the man on the phone hanged up on us. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Need to learn customer service and communication!!!

I ordered via just eat. I waited around 55 minutes to receive a notification saying enjoy your food which had not been delivered. When I called the branch in Wimbledon to query this, I was met with the most disrespect that I have ever experienced on the phone. The gentleman was so rude, he started shouting on the phone accusing me of giving his the driver the wrong address and contact number. Despite explaining to him I wouldn't order £18 worth of food to a random address, all I am concerned is the whereabout of my food. After arguing for about 7 mins on the phone, he decided to resend his drivers and then cut the phone off abruptly. When the food arrived, not only was it cold, but the pizza was an absolute joke. No taste whatsoever. The wings were the only thing that was good and they weren't even good. When the driver arrived, he also had the cheek to accuse me of giving him the wrong number. He said when he called me it never rang. So i asked him how did i manage to call you back if i gave you the wrong number ??? Long story short this particular establishment is not worth the leaflets they post through your letter box.

Wash your hands when making pizza please. Do not touch money then touch foods because we won’t come back again

Ordered food late on Sunday at my friends, accidentally ordered to the wrong address. Called to say can you please change to the correct address or just call me when outside so they did not wake the neighbours up… the man on the phone was probably the rudest person I have ever spoken to, didn’t listen to anything I said, refused there was any order then magically found it before hanging up on me???? To be fair the delivery guy was nice, but never going to order again from here

We really enjoyed the pizzas. Prices are very reasonable. We always call ages and collect it to save time and its cheaper to collect.

Avoid avoid. worst customer service i had in my life. i felt humiliated by the staff. How can someone tell his customer that you are wasting his time. I was regular customer but now this shop has new owner. I wish the owner of the shop will read this review and want to tell him Noooo way i will visit this shop again.

Low quality food & worst customer service experience I had.order and enjoy from dominos.

Friendly service when done in person, but when I ordered via Just Eat - they are useless. I patiently waited for an hour (which seemed like a long time but was their estimate) and they simply cancelled my order. Now it's a very late lunchtime and I have no food. Won't bother with them again when there are better pizza options nearby now.

Thought id try something different from my regular. Ordered online for delivery as i wasnt well and needed a delivery. It said 30-40mins. 1hr passed i called up the guy who answered and spoke very rude to me, like there was an issue with me chasing my order. He said the driver was on way. With them being around the corner I thought it wouldnt be long. Another 15mins later it arrives. The order was £17.99 the driver said he had no change even though on the website it says they carry up to £10 change. He was rude because we wanted our change. Well maybe if you was on time and not so rude I would have said keep the change. Lesson here should have stuck to my regular place which is "peri peri bites mitcham" who always provide a fantastic service.

Ordered 1 veg hot pizza, 1 potato wedges, 1 garlic pizza bread. We recieved the 2 side orders, but a pepperoni pizza. Called the restaurant, explained myself and my daughter are vegetarian so we could not eat the pizza. They were very kind and said they would send out the correct pizza. Well after 45 mins we were still waiting. I called the restaurant and they said the driver had just left and they were very busy, but then said they would send a can of drink as an apology. Pizza and drink turned up 10 mins later. Haven't quite worked out how they sent the drink with the driver that had just left but there you go. Disappointed the order was wrong in the first place, and that I was basically lied too about the replacement. But the pizza we ordered is delicious, just a shame that we have waited so long for it. On another note, I have reported 3 reviews on this place that are all using the same clearly professional photographs, as a conflict of interest. Clearly these 3 people are employees of pizza gogo.

Haven't even got my food yet, I made an online order and called to ask about chips..was very rudely told they don't do chips and hung up on instantly! Shocking customer service 🙄

Order took almost two hours to arrive (was just one pizza), when I called the staff to ask about the delay the staff member was rude and acted as though I had done something wrong by asking. Will not be ordering from here again, some of the worst customer service I have experienced.

Excellent service and Pizza at all times

This has the craziest and the tastiest pizza I've ever had. The dough and the crust are very lip smacking. And the cheese and toppings used adds a very unique blend to the taste and that makes it even more delicious. Overall good spot for pizzas.

Located near Wimbledon Chase station. Pizza quality is average but prices are reasonable. This is a good place to go if you are looking for a late night pizza in the Wimbledon area.

Staff can be incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. Today's experience was rude and humiliating. Upon asking if the pizza I ordered was already in the oven, I was first lied to, then dismissed and ignored. Appalling customer service. Pizza was ok but service terrible. I wanted to buy 2pizza with the offer "buy 1 get 1free" so they tried to explain during 10min the price of the pizza with this offer is 16£... but if I take only 1pizza the price will be 9£... so basically I don't get a pizza for free but 20% discount on the second pizza... Looks tricky. I didn't insisted as the person who served us wasn't really friendly.

Alright. Here's an honest review coming up. I'm standing in the branch having ordered a pizza. One staff is very friendly and welcoming. The other is annoyed having answered a phonecall where the customer was asking if the meat is halal. The friendly guy is making my pizza. While the other annoyed one is ignoring incoming calls for orders. After he calmed down he picked up the call stating a 'new guy' was ignoring all the calls. All other staff are friendly. He also showed me a packaging for meat to prove its halal meat. Having read all other reviews on here I guess it's just your luck what you get on that day.

Appalling. I ordered pizza, the money came out of my account and then got in the shower. The pizza did not show up, then I called and the driver said that he "called me 15 times" which is not true, and THEN he had he balls to say it was my fault that my food was not delivered when he didnt even try and deliver it. Didnt even get the pizza nor a refund. Appalling management and customer service.

Absolutely disgusting! Hair found in pizza. Ordered around an hour before closing time. Pizza dough tasted undercooked. A mass load of cheese with barley any topping , the absolute minimum topping which consisted of half a pepperoni on each slice ! Literally a joke ! Complaining isn't usually my thing but this was the worst pizza delivery I have ever had. The delivery man didn't even give me the correct change back as he said he didn't have it ! I would have been ok with that if the pizza wasn't so terrible !

Absolutely disgusting service from the delivery driver. Not only do they not know the difference between roast chicken and tandoori Chicken they forgot to include the dips we requested. The delivery driver refused to split the payments between two cards. Only after we refused to pay unless it was split he finally agreed. He ripped the waste paper receipt out of his pdq and threw it on my floor in my house. I was shocked and the second piece came out and threw that on my porch floor. I told him not to disrespect my house like that and pick it up. He ignored me at first, then only done it when he needed our payments. Called the store right away and complained. Only to get a manager who doesn't like to listen. Never again will I buy from this branch. Disgusting service! Minus 10 if I could give it.

one stuff was so rude . I called on landline to order frm outside in my van n I saw he didn't pick up but he wasn't busy . he was typing a mobile . I went in and said to get a small pizzza he replied no only large. I asked for the management he said "im the manager y? y? y? any problems. after that I never been there. I never found any worst food shop like it in the uk. everyone should avoid this brunch. .I would tell the manager about it if I could get his or her number .
